Abstract

The invention relates to accessories for organizing the storage of documents and, specifically, is a variation of transparent perforated document-sleeves (perforated sleeves), used for separating, protecting and storing documents, and is also a variation of folders having built-in non-detachable sleeves. The invention concerns a poly file consisting of a plurality of individual perforated sleeves joined by a common perforation, and further concerns a folder with built-in non-detachable sleeves which contains an additional binding entity that permits the addition of poly files and perforated sleeves. The technical result of the present invention is the possibility of quickly and easily forming a folder of sleeves, the volume of which folder depends only on the thickness of the folder of the binding entity used.

Description of the invention

The invention relates to the category "Accessories for organizing the storage of documents", and, specifically, is a type of transparent files with perforation (punch files) used for separation, protection and storage of documents, as well as a variety of folders with built-in one-piece files.

Currently, the following devices are used to separate, protect and store documents:

1.1 Punch files - transparent files with perforation (figure 1). Example: http: //www.komus.ru/catalog/1007/.

For stitching sheets inserted into the punch files, folders are used (usually soft, spring, ring or press). Punch files are also known under various names: perforated inserts, pocket sheets, in-folder folders, file folders, and other options are possible.

In general, perfofiles have proven their worth and are very popular. But when forming

SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) folders with a large number of sheets there are some problems: files stick to each other due to static electricity, crumple, distort, and so on. All this leads to a rather large time and nervous costs.

1.2 Folders with one-piece transparent files.

The drawback of folders with embedded files is that by definition there is no way to increase the number of files in them.

The drawback of block folders is that when they are combined in one folder, the covers of individual folders will act as hard delimiters, which is unacceptable in one multi-page document (two covers after each block of files).

The achievement of this technical result provides:

2.1 Combining individual perfofiles into multifiles with common perforation (figure 2).

The number of files in multi-files can be any, depending on the preferences of the manufacturer. By combining combinations of multifiles consisting of a different number of files, using folders you can get a folder with the required number of sheets.

In principle, a separate multifile with the required number of sheets can be used without a folder as a folder, if that suits the user.

2.2 Combining individual multifiles into blocks (Fig.Z). Since multifiles, consisting of a sufficiently large number of files, have rigid plastic perforation, they can be equipped with special latches, latches, which, if desired, combine multifiles into blocks or separate them.

2.3 Supply folders with one-piece embedded files with additional folders (figure 4), allowing you to add blocks of multi-files to already built-in files by

In order to verify the advantages of the invention stated above, a simple experiment was carried out: multifiles consisting of a different number of perfofiles were created using glue for plastic. The result exceeded all expectations - in just a few seconds it was possible to create folders with any number of sheets (to get a given number of sheets, separate perfofiles (PF) were added to the multifile combination (MF) if necessary).

A similar technical result can also be achieved when forming folders (albums) using special multi-files for storing business cards, stamps, coins, photographs, negatives, laser discs and other collectibles.
