Description

Winding body storage box and storage box with winding body
The present invention relates to a wound body storage box and a storage box with a wound body, and more particularly, to a wound body storage box and a storage body with a wound body in which a cutter is moved to cut a long object.
。 Food wrap films that wrap foods, dishes or dishes such as dishes with dishes are widely used. A food plastic wrap film is typically a long plastic film (rolled body) wound in a roll, and is contained in a long rectangular parallelepiped container (container box). The required amount of film is pulled from the roll and cut with a serrated cutting blade attached to the lid of the container. On the other hand, the cutting blade of the wrap film is replaced with a saw-toothed cutter, and the cutter is provided so as to be slidable along the cutting direction of the wrap film, and the cutter is stored in the lid covering the opening. A body has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 2000-33937 A (paragraph 0022, FIG. 1 etc.)
The wrap film container described in Patent Document 1 is based on the assumption that the user slides the cutter. However, when using a wrap film, hold the container with one hand, hold the film tip with the other hand, and hold it on the object to wrap the drawn film. It was difficult to slide.
In view of the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a wound body storage box and a wound body-containing storage box that can move a cutter and cut a long object even when both hands are blocked.
In order to achieve the above object, the wound body storage box according to the first aspect of the present invention is formed by winding a strip-shaped long object 91f in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. A main body 10 that accommodates the body 91r; and a cutter 31 that cuts a long object 91f drawn from the wound body 91r in the width direction when the wound body 91r is accommodated in the main body 10, A cutter 31 formed to a length shorter than the length of the scale 91f in the width direction; and a rail 35 for determining a trajectory of the cutter 31 when the cutter 31 is moved. A rail 35 provided so as to traverse the long object 91f drawn out from the wound body 91r when accommodated; and a moving means 33 for moving the cutter 31 along the rail 35.
Structuring in this way, the cutter is moved by the moving means, so that even if both hands are occupied, the cutter can be moved to cut a long object. When configured in this way, tension can be applied to the portion of the drawn long object to be cut, and the long object can be cut well.
Moreover, the wound body storage box which concerns on the 3rd aspect of this invention is a cutter in the wound body storage box 1 which concerns on the said 1st aspect or 2nd aspect of this invention, as shown, for example in FIG. 31 has a weight by which the cutter 31 moves along the rail 35 by its own weight when the rail 35 is inclined; the moving means is constituted by the own weight of the cutter 31.
This configuration makes it possible to easily move the cutter.
Moreover, the wound body storage box which concerns on the 4th aspect of this invention is a wound body which concerns on any one aspect of the said 1st aspect thru | or 4th aspect of this invention, as shown, for example in FIG. In the storage box 1, there is provided a locking means 45 that locks the long object 91 f pulled out from the wound body 91 r on the rail 35 when the wound body 91 r is stored in the main body 10.
Structuring in this way makes it possible to avoid shifting of the cut portion of the drawn long object, and it is possible to cut the long object well.
In addition, the container with a wound body according to the fifth aspect of the present invention has a winding according to any one of the first to fourth aspects of the present invention as shown in FIG. A body storage box 1; and a wound body 91r formed by winding a band-shaped long object 91f accommodated in the main body 10 in the longitudinal direction.
When configured in this manner, a container with a wound body that can easily and smoothly cut a long object is obtained.
According to the present invention, since the cutter is moved by the moving means, it is possible to cut the long object by moving the cutter even when both hands are occupied.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or similar members are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
First, referring to FIG. 1, a wrap carton 1 as a wound body storage box and a wrapped body containing a wrap roll 91r as a wound body in the wrap carton 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. A carton 100 with a wrap as a box will be described. FIG. 1A is a front perspective view of a wrapping carton 100, and FIG. 1B is a perspective view of a cutter 31 provided in the wrapping carton 1. FIG. FIG. 1A shows an open state. The wrap roll 91r is formed by rolling a thin wrap film 91f as a strip-like long object around a longitudinal axis 91a around a cylindrical core. In this embodiment, the wrap film 91f is formed to have a thickness of 5 to 20 μm using polyvinylidene chloride as a raw material. The length of the wrap roll 91r is approximately the width of the wrap film 91f. The wrap carton 1 includes a main body portion 10 that accommodates the wrap roll 91r, a cutting portion 30 that cuts the wrap film 91f drawn from the wrap roll 91r, and a lid portion 40 that is connected to the main body portion 10.
In the present embodiment, the main body 10 is a box in which one of the long and narrow surfaces is an opening surface 10h with respect to a rectangular parallelepiped having a size that can accommodate an unused wrap roll 91r. The opening surface 10h is a rectangular parallelepiped surface in which an opening through which an unused wrap roll 91r can be taken in and out is formed. In the present embodiment, the entire surface of the rectangular parallelepiped is an opening. The main body 10 has a front plate 12, a bottom plate 13, and a rear plate 14 that form side surfaces of the rectangular parallelepiped in cooperation with the opening surface 10h, and two side plates 15 that form end surfaces of the rectangular parallelepiped. The bottom plate 13 faces the opening surface 10h. The front plate 12 and the rear plate 14 are orthogonal to the opening surface 10 h and the bottom plate 13. The side plates 15 are typically formed in a square shape, but may be rectangular shapes having different vertical and horizontal lengths. The main body 10 is typically made of a rigid material such as hard plastic or wood board. In the following description, the bottom plate 13 side may be described as the bottom and the opening surface 10h side as the top, with reference to the state where the bottom plate 13 is placed on a horizontal surface. In addition, the direction in which the axis 91a extends when the wrap roll 91r is accommodated in the main body 10 is “axis direction D”, and the direction perpendicular to the axis 91a in plan view (on the opening surface 10h) is “back direction W”. The direction perpendicular to the axis 91a when viewed from the front (when facing the front plate 12) is referred to as a “height direction H”. Therefore, the longitudinal direction of the wrap carton 1 coincides with the axial direction D, and the width direction of the wrap film 91f drawn from the wrap roll 91r accommodated in the wrap carton 1 coincides with the axial direction D.
A pair of positioning plates 16 are provided inside the main body 10. The positioning plate 16 is disposed in parallel with the side plate 15. The distance between the side plate 15 and the positioning plate 16 is substantially the same as the length of the cutter 31. The distance between the two positioning plates 16 is slightly larger than the length of the wrap roll 91r. The size of the main body 10 is such that, when an unused lap roll 91r is accommodated, the axial direction D is formed by adding twice the length of the cutter 31 to the length of the wrap roll 91r. The depth direction W and the height direction H are formed to be slightly longer than the diameter of the wrap roll 91r. The length slightly larger than the length of the wrap roll 91r in the interval between the positioning plates 16 and the length slightly larger than the diameter of the wrap roll 91r in the back direction W and the height direction H are the axis of the unused wrap roll 91r accommodated. This means that a gap that does not hinder rotation around 91a is formed, while being formed as small as possible. The positioning plate 16 only needs to be fixed to the front plate 12 or the like so as to reduce the play of the lap roll 91r to such an extent that the position of the lap roll 91r in the main body 10 can be determined. It may be smaller than 15.
The cutting unit 30 includes a cutter 31, a rail 35 that guides the cutter 31, and a support plate 36 that supports the rail 35. In the present embodiment, the cutter 31 has a blade portion 32, a weight 33, and a protection rod 34 as shown in FIG. The blade portion 32 is formed by forming a thin metal plate into an isosceles triangle (an equilateral triangle is a form of an isosceles triangle), and a portion corresponding to the equilateral side has an edge 32e that is sharp enough to cut the wrap film 91f. It has become. A protective rod 34 is attached to a portion corresponding to the base of the isosceles triangle forming the blade portion 32 so as to cover the entire side. The protection rod 34 is longer than the bottom side of the blade part 32, and both ends protrude from the bottom side. The weight 33 is formed in a columnar shape in the present embodiment. A blade portion 32 is attached to the weight 33. The connection mode between the weight 33 and the blade part 32 is such that the tip of the blade part 32 near the vertex of the isosceles triangle is embedded in the cylindrical side surface of the weight 33. Since it is an embedded mode, in addition to the actually embedded state, a state where the tip of the blade portion 32 near the apex of the isosceles triangle is cut parallel to the base and bonded to the cylindrical side surface is also included. The blade portion 32 is arranged such that when the weight 33 is halved in parallel to the axis, the provisional cutting surface of the weight 33 and the surface of the blade portion 32 are parallel to each other, and the longitudinal direction of the weight 33 is It is attached in the center. The distance between the side surface of the weight 33 to which the blade portion 32 is connected and the protective rod 34 is preferably a distance that does not allow human fingers to enter while securing a distance that does not hinder the wrap film 91f.
When the cutter 31 is placed on a horizontal support plate 36 and the support plate 36 is tilted in the axial direction D, the weight 33 is placed on the support plate 36 by its own weight when the support plate 36 is inclined at a predetermined angle. It is the weight to move on. The predetermined angle is preferably 15 ° or more from the viewpoint of the stability of the movement of the cutter 31 (so that the movement is not started with a slight inclination), and is easy to use (the movement starts with an appropriate inclination). From the viewpoint, it is preferably 50 ° or less, more preferably 20 ° to 45 °, and further preferably 30 ° to 40 °. The weight and the size of the weight 33 may be determined so that the weight has the above-described action. Since the weight 33 is formed in a columnar shape, the contact area between the weight 33 and the support plate 36 is reduced and the static frictional force is relatively reduced. Therefore, for example, the weight 33 has a contact area such as a quadrangular prism shape. The weight 33 can be reduced in size as compared with the enlarged shape. If the length of the cutter 31 (typically the same as the length of the weight 33 in the columnar axial direction) is shortened as much as possible, the distance between the positioning plate 16 and the side plate 15 can be reduced, and the lap carton 1 can be enlarged. Can be suppressed, which is preferable. In the present embodiment, the length of the cutter 31 is about 0.11 times (0.10 to 0.12 times) the width of the wrap film 91f, but may be about 25 mm (20 to 30 mm). Other than these may be used. In any case, the length of the cutter 31 is shorter than the width of the wrap film 91f accommodated in the main body 10, and is different from a conventional saw blade having a length longer than the width of the wrap film 91f.
The rail 35 is configured by a pair of thin plate-like members extending in the axial direction D so that the weight 33 of the cutter 31 can be sandwiched. The rail 35 is formed so that the length in the axial direction D is substantially the same as the length in the axial direction D of the front plate 12. The rail 35 is disposed on a support plate 36 connected to the front plate 12. The support plate 36 is typically formed in an elongated shape so that a plate-like member made of the same material as the front plate 12 has the same length in the axial direction D as the front plate 12. The support plate 36 is attached to the outside of the front plate 12 such that the surface thereof is orthogonal to the surface of the front plate 12. The support plate 36 is typically arranged so as to be parallel to a virtual plane (not shown) obtained by extending the bottom surface 13 on the same plane. The rail 35 is placed and fixed on the upper surface (opening surface 10h side) of the support plate 36. Both the rail 35 and the support plate 36 are disposed so as to be long in the axial direction D. An outer wall 38 is provided outside the rail 35. The outer wall 38 extends in the axial direction D along the rail 35. The outer wall 38 is placed and fixed on the upper surface of the support plate 36 at a position where the rail 35 is sandwiched between the outer plate 38 and the front plate 12. Gaps are formed between the front plate 12 and the rail 35 and between the rail 35 and the outer wall 38, respectively. End walls 39 serving as stoppers are provided at both ends of the rail 35 in the axial direction D so that the weights 33 housed in the rails 35 do not fall from the ends. The end wall 39 is placed and fixed on the upper surface of the support plate 36.
Here, with reference to FIG. 2 (A), the explanation around the rail 35 will be supplemented. FIG. 2A is a cross-sectional view around the rail 35 in a state where the lid 40 is opened in a cross section orthogonal to the axial direction D. FIG. In the rail 35 placed on the support plate 36, a thin plate-like member extending vertically is bent in an arc shape at the upper end in the cross section orthogonal to the axial direction D. The upper end of the rail 35 is formed in a semicircular arc shape. The pair of thin plate members constituting the rail 35 have their upper ends curved in a direction approaching each other. A cutter 31 is accommodated between a pair of thin plate members constituting the rail 35. In the rail 35, the weight 31 is accommodated in the lower linear portion in a state where the cutter 31 is placed on the support plate 36 so that the protection rod 34 is upper and the blade portion 32 extends vertically, and the upper half faces each other. The blade portion 32 penetrates the arc-shaped portion, and the protection rod 34 is formed above the rail 35. Moreover, the rail 35 is formed in the size which the part of the blade part 32 which cut | disconnects the wrap film 91f appears between the upper end and the protection stick | rod 34. As shown in FIG. The distance between the pair of thin plate members constituting the rail 35 is slightly larger than the diameter of the cylindrical weight 33 in the lower linear portion, and slightly larger than the thickness of the blade portion 32 in the upper semicircular arc portion. The diameter is larger and smaller than the diameter of the columnar weight 33. With this configuration, when the support plate 36 is inclined at a predetermined angle, the cutter 31 can be moved smoothly without being overly rattled. The height at which the cutting part 30 is attached to the front plate 12 is such that the upper end of the cutter 31 (typically the upper end of the protective rod 34) accommodated in the rail 35 and placed on the support plate 36 is the upper end of the front plate 12. The position should not be higher than the above.
Returning to FIG. 1 again, the explanation of the configuration of the lap carton 1 will be continued. The lid 40 is a member that covers the opening 30 h of the main body 10 and covers the cutting part 30. The lid portion 40 includes a lid plate 41, a lid lid piece 42, and a side lid piece 43. The lid 40 is typically made of the same material as the main body 10. The lid plate 41 is a rectangular flat plate member having a size substantially the same as the total area of the opening surface 10h and the support plate 36 in plan view. The lid plate 41 is connected to the upper end (side intersecting with the opening surface 10 h) of the rear plate 14 through the hinge 19. Since the cover plate 41 and the rear plate 14 are connected via the hinge 19, the cover plate 41 can be rotated with respect to the main body portion 10, and the cover plate 41 connects the opening surface 10 h and the cutting portion 30. It is configured to be able to move between a covering position and an open position. The lid piece 42 is connected to the lid plate 41. The lid piece 42 is provided on the side of the lid plate 41 opposite to the side to which the hinge 19 is attached, orthogonal to the lid plate 41. The lid piece 42 extends downward so that the lower end (side opposite to the side connected to the lid plate 41) coincides with the height of the support plate 36 when the lid portion 40 is closed. The side lid piece 43 is connected to the lid plate 41. The side lid pieces 43 are provided on two sides of the lid plate 41 perpendicular to the side to which the hinge 19 is attached, respectively, perpendicular to the lid plate 41. That is, the side lid pieces 43 are configured as a pair. , Respectively, are provided orthogonal to both the lid plate 41 and the lid lid piece 42. The side lid piece 43 extends at the same height in the same direction as the lid lid piece 42. That is, each side lid piece 43 extends downward so that the lower end coincides with the height of the support plate 36 when the lid 40 is closed.
The clamping part 45 is provided in the surface of the cover board 41 used as an inner side when the cover part 40 is closed. The sandwiching portion 45 is a member that sandwiches the rail 35 when the lid portion 40 is closed. The clamping unit 45 has an inner clamping plate 46 and an outer clamping plate 47. Both the inner clamping plate 46 and the outer clamping plate 47 are typically constituted by long and thin plate-like members having lengths that are in contact with the side lid pieces 43 at both ends. The inner clamping plate 46 and the outer clamping plate 47 may not be in contact with the side cover piece 43 at one end or both ends, or may be formed intermittently instead of being formed continuously. From the standpoint of maintaining, it is preferable that both ends are in contact with the side lid piece 43. The inner clamping plate 46 is provided so as to be orthogonal to the lid plate 41 at a position between the front plate 12 and the rail 35 when the lid portion 40 is closed. The outer clamping plate 47 is provided so as to be orthogonal to the lid plate 41 at a position between the rail 35 and the outer wall 38 when the lid portion 40 is closed. The above-described gaps formed between the front plate 12 and the rail 35 and between the rail 35 and the outer wall 38 are formed in gaps into which the inner clamping plate 46 and the outer clamping plate 47 enter, respectively.
Here, with reference to FIG. 2 (B), the description of the clamping part 45 will be supplemented. FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view around the rail 35 in a state in which the lid portion 40 is closed in a cross section orthogonal to the axial direction D. As shown in FIG. 2B, as described above, with the lid portion 40 closed, the inner clamping plate 46 enters between the front plate 12 and the rail 35, and the outer clamping plate 47 has the rail 35 and the outer wall 38. Between. At this time, the lid cover piece 42 has reached the support plate 36. The inner clamping plate 46 and the outer clamping plate 47 are formed in a length that does not reach the support plate 36. The inner clamping plate 46 has an inner packing 46p made of sponge packing. The inner packing 46p is provided on the rail 35 side surface of the inner clamping plate 46. On the other hand, the outer clamping plate 47 has an outer packing 47p made of sponge packing. The outer packing 47p is provided on the rail 35 side surface of the outer clamping plate 47. The inner packing 46p and the outer packing 47p are provided at positions in contact with the lower linear portion of the thin plate member constituting the rail 35 when the lid portion 40 is closed. The inner packing 46p and the outer packing 47p have such thicknesses that when the wrap film 91f is placed on the upper end of the rail 35 and the lid portion 40 is closed, the wrap film 91f can be brought into close contact with the rail 35 without breaking. Is formed. The clamping part 45 is provided intermittently to such an extent that the inner packing 46p and the outer packing 47p can be pressed against the inner clamping plate 46 and the outer clamping plate 47 so as to stretch the wrap film 91f on the rail 35, respectively. ing. Thus, the clamping part 45 corresponds to a tension applying unit because the wrap film 91f is stretched on the rail 35, and corresponds to a locking unit because the wrap film 91f is pressed on the rail 35. In the present embodiment, the clamping portion 45 serves as both a tension applying unit and a locking unit.
The operation of the wrapping carton 100 will be described with reference to FIGS. The operation of the wrap carton 1 will be described as a part of the operation of the wrapping carton 100. When using the wrap film 91 f, first, the lid 40 is opened, and the cutter 31 is brought close to one end of the rail 35. At this time, the position of the cutter 31 in the axial direction D is between the side plate 15 and the positioning plate 16. When the cutter 31 is brought close, the wrap film 91f is pulled out from the wrap roll 91r while maintaining the support plate 36 (and thus the rail 35) below a predetermined angle (preferably horizontally). At this time, the wrap film 91f is pulled out in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction D. In addition, the drawn wrap film 91f crosses the rail 35 without a portion on the rail 35 interfering with the cutter 31.
When the necessary amount of the wrap film 91f is pulled out, the lid 40 is closed while the support plate 36 is maintained at a predetermined angle or less. Then, the portion of the wrap film 91f on the rail 35 comes into contact with the inner packing 46p and the outer packing 47p, and is pulled by the inner packing 46p and the outer packing 47p as the holding portion 45 approaches the support plate 36, and the lid portion When 40 is completely closed, the side surface of the rail 35 is pressed by the clamping portion 45 via the inner packing 46p and the outer packing 47p, and the upper end of the rail 35 is in a tight state. When the lid 40 is closed, the support plate 36 is tilted by a predetermined angle or more so that the one to which the cutter 31 is approached is upward. Then, the cutter 31 moves to the other end side of the rail 35 by its own weight, and cuts so as to cross the wrap film 91f on the rail 35.
At this time, since the wrap film 91f on the rail 35 is pressed by the inner packing 46p and the outer packing 47p and is in a state of being pinched, the wrap film 91f is not wrinkled and smooth with a clean cut surface. Can be cut into pieces. Moreover, since it cut | disconnects with the sharp edge 32e of the blade part 32, a cut edge becomes linear without appearing the jaggedness which cut | disconnected with the conventional sawtooth, and generation | occurrence | production of a vertical tear can be suppressed. Further, since the cutter 31 can be moved by tilting the support plate 36 without moving the cutter 31 by hand, for example, the wrap film 91f that has the wrap carton 1 with one hand and is pulled out with the other hand. Even when both hands are occupied as in the case of having the tip (and the one to be wrapped with the wrap film 91f), the wrap film 91f can be cut by moving the cutter 31. In the present embodiment, when the support plate 36 is inclined at a predetermined angle, the cutter 31 including the weight 33 moves by its own weight, so that the own weight of the cutter 31 corresponds to the moving means and the urging means. It becomes.
As described above, according to the wrapped carton 100 according to the present embodiment, the cutter 31 can be moved by inclining the support plate 36, and thus the rail 35, by a predetermined angle or more, so that both hands can be moved. Even in the blocked state, the wrap film 91f can be cut.
In the above description, the weight 33 is formed in a columnar shape. However, the support plate 36 is determined in consideration of the material and size of the weight 33 and the surface state (friction coefficient) of the support plate 36. As long as the cutter 31 is configured to move by its own weight when tilted to the angle, a columnar shape other than a columnar shape may be a polygonal columnar shape, a spherical shape, or the like.
Next, with reference to FIG. 3A, a wrap carton 1A according to a first modification will be described. FIG. 3A is a partial plan view of the wrap carton 1A. FIG. 3A shows a configuration around one end of the cutting portion 30, and a part of the upper portion of the rail 35 is cut away for convenience of explanation of the structure inside the rail 35. The wrap carton 1A is different from the wrap carton 1 (see FIG. 1) in that the biasing means as a moving means for moving the cutter 31 along the rail 35 is a spring. The wrap carton 1 </ b> A is provided with a cutter spring 51 as an urging means in the rail 35. The cutter spring 51 is disposed between the cutter 31 and the end wall 39. In addition, the lap carton 1A is provided with a lever 53 for holding the cutter 31 before moving it in the rail 35. The lever 53 is formed in an L shape and has a tip end portion 53a and a support portion 53b. The support portion 53 b is disposed in a space between the side plate 15 and the positioning plate 16 in the main body portion 10, and is supported by the bottom plate 13 via the lever shaft 54. The lever 53 is configured to be able to swing about the lever shaft 54 as a rotation axis. The distal end portion 53 a passes through one of the front plate 12 and the thin plate member of the rail 35 from the end portion on the positioning plate 16 side of the support portion 53 b and reaches the rail 35. A lever spring 55 is provided between the end portion of the support portion 53 b on the side plate 15 side and the front plate 12. The lever 53 is configured so that the distal end of the distal end portion 53 a is normally in the rail 35 by the lever spring 55 acting so as to push both ends of the lever spring 55. The lever 53 is configured such that the lever 53 rotates around the lever shaft 54 and the tip 53a comes out of the rail 35 by pushing the support portion 53b toward the front plate 12 so as to contract the lever spring 55. . In the wrap carton 1A, a trigger member (not shown) that pushes the support portion 53b toward the front plate 12 so as to contract the lever spring 55 when the lid portion 40 (see FIG. 1) is closed is provided on the lid plate 41 (see FIG. 1). ) On the back side. The configuration of the wrap carton 1A other than the above is the same as that of the wrap carton 1 (see FIG. 1). Therefore, hereinafter, when referring to the configuration of the lap carton 1A not shown in FIG. 3 (A), reference will be made to FIGS. 1 and 2 as appropriate.
In the wrap carton 1A configured as described above, when the wrap film 91f is used, it is typically handled as follows. First, the lid portion 40 is opened, and the support portion 53 b is pushed so as to compress the lever spring 55, and the tip end portion 53 a is once taken out of the rail 35. When the tip 53a is moved out of the rail 35, the cutter 31 is moved toward the end wall 39 while compressing the cutter spring 51 so that the cutter 31 comes closer to the end wall 39 than the position where the tip 53a was. When the cutter 31 is brought closer to the end wall 39 side, the supporting portion 53b that has been pressed is released, and the tip end portion 53a enters the rail 35 again. When the distal end portion 53a enters the rail 35, the cutter 31 is held by the distal end portion 53a without moving in the rail 35 even if the hand is released from the cutter 31. At this time, the cutter spring 51 is in a compressed state, and elastic energy is stored.
When the cutter 31 is locked to the leading end 53a, the necessary amount of the wrap film 91f is pulled out from the wrap roll 91r. When the necessary amount of wrap film 91f is pulled out, the lid 40 is closed. Then, similarly to the wrap carton 1 (see FIG. 1), the portion of the wrap film 91f on the rail 35 is pressed by the holding portion 45, and the upper end of the rail 35 is in a tight state. Further, in the lap carton 1A, when the lid portion 40 is completely closed, a trigger member (not shown) provided on the back side of the lid plate 41 pushes the support portion 53b so as to compress the lever spring 55. When the support portion 53b is pushed, the lever 53 rotates around the lever shaft 54, and the tip end portion 53a comes out of the rail 35. Then, the force holding the cutter 31 against the cutter spring 51 side disappears, and the cutter 31 moves in the rail 35 to the other end by the restoring force of the cutter spring 51. When the cutter 31 moves to the other end, the cutter 31 cuts so as to cross the wrap film 91 f on the rail 35. In this way, in the wrap carton 1A, even if the cutter 31 is not moved by hand, the cutter 31 is fired toward the other end when the lid 40 is closed, so the cutter 31 can be moved even if both hands are blocked. Thus, the wrap film 91f can be cut.
In the above description of the lap carton 1A, the urging means is a compression spring, but it may be a tension spring or an elastic member other than a spring such as a rubber string.
FIG. 3B shows the concept of the cutting portion 30B when the urging means is a tension spring 51A. In the cutting part 30 </ b> B, one end of the tension spring 51 </ b> A is connected to one end wall 39, and one end of the connection string 57 and the support member 59 are connected to the other end. A movable pulley 58 is provided at the other end of the tension spring 51A. The support member 59 may be configured such that the connection string 57 moves smoothly, such as a fixed pulley or a hook with small friction. The connection string 57 is connected to the cutter 31 with the other end not connected to the end wall 39 passing through the movable pulley 58 and passing through the support member 59. The lengths of the tension spring 51A and the connection string 57 are such that the cutter 31 connected to the other end of the connection string 57 is positioned at the end on the support member 59 side in a state where the tension spring 51A is not stretched. It is determined that the movable pulley 58 connected to the extended tension spring 51 </ b> A does not contact the support member 59 in a state of being located at the end on the spring 51 </ b> A side. In such a cutting part 30B, when using the wrap film 91f, the cutter 31 is pulled toward the end part on the tension spring 51A side, and the cutter 31 is pressed by the tip part 53a of the lever 53 (see FIG. 3A). At this time, as shown by a broken line in FIG. 3B, the moving pulley 58 moves to the support member 59 side, and the tension spring 51A is extended with the movement of the moving pulley 58, and elastic energy is stored. In this state, if the required amount of wrap film 91f is pulled out and the lid 40 is closed, the tip 53a holding the cutter 31 is opened, and the cutter 31 moves in the rail 35 to the other end by the restoring force of the tension spring 51A. Then, the wrap film 91f can be cut.
FIG. 3C shows the concept of the cutting portion 30C when the urging means is a rubber cord 52. In the cutting part 30C, the support members 59A and 59B are connected to the pair of end walls 39, respectively, and one end of the rubber cord 52 is connected to the end wall 39 to which the support member 59A is not connected. The support members 59A and 59B may be configured such that the rubber string 52 moves smoothly, such as a fixed pulley and a hook with small friction. The rubber string 52 is connected to the cutter 31 with the other end not connected to the end wall 39 passing through the support member 59A and passing through the support member 59B. The length of the rubber string 52 is twice as long as the distance L between the support members 59A and 59B. In such a cutting portion 30C, when the wrap film 91f is used, the cutter 31 at the end portion on the support member 59B side is pulled toward the end portion on the support member 59A side in a state where the rubber string 52 is not stretched, and the lever The cutter 31 is pressed by the tip 53a of 53 (see FIG. 3A). At this time, the rubber string 52 extends from a length twice as long as the distance L to a length that is three times as long as the distance L, and becomes 1.5 times as long as the initial length, and stores elastic energy. In this state, if the required amount of wrap film 91f is pulled out and the lid 40 is closed, the tip 53a holding the cutter 31 is released, and the cutter 31 moves to the other end in the rail 35 by the restoring force of the rubber cord 52. Then, the wrap film 91f can be cut. In addition, after omitting the support member 59B from the configuration of the cutting part 30C shown in FIG. 3C, the length of the unstretched rubber string 52 is the same as the distance L, and the rubber string is used when the wrap film 91f is used. 52 may be extended to a length twice as long as the distance L.
In the above description of the lap carton 1A, the moving means is a compression spring, a tension spring, or a rubber string as an urging means, but the cutter 31 may be moved by driving a motor. As an example of the configuration of the motor-driven moving means, a configuration corresponding to a rack-and-pinion type rack is an endless belt, and when the cutter 31 is attached to the endless belt and a rotational force is applied to the pinion by the motor, the endless belt The cutter 31 can be moved along the rail 35 via the belt. In this case, it can be configured such that when the lid 40 is closed, the switch is turned on to move the motor, and when the cutter 31 is moved to the other end, the switch is turned off and the motor is stopped.
In the above description of the lap carton 1A (including the modified example), the cutter 31 is moved by pressing the support portion 53b so as to compress the lever spring 55 when the lid portion 40 is closed. As a configuration in which a member that triggers firing toward the other end appears on the outside of the lap carton 1A, the cutter 31 is moved along the rail 35 by pushing the member serving as the trigger by hand after the lid 40 is closed. You may comprise so that it may move. The same applies to the switch for moving the motor when the moving means is motor driven.
In the above description of the wrap cartons 1 and 1A, the inner packing 46p and the outer packing 47p are provided at positions where they contact the linear portion at the bottom of the thin plate member constituting the rail 35 when the lid portion 40 is closed. However, it may be provided at a position in contact with the upper end of the rail 35 (the arc-shaped portion at the top of the thin plate member) within a range that does not interfere with the movement of the cutter 31. In addition, although the tension applying unit and the locking unit are configured by the clamping unit 45, the tension applying unit and the locking unit may be configured by applying a varnish to which the wrap film 91f adheres to the upper end of the rail 35. In this case, the pulled wrap film 91f is placed on the rail 35 with tension applied thereto, so that the wrap film 91f adheres to the upper end of the rail 35 in a state where it does not shift and is taut. It will be in the state where was given. Moreover, although the tension | tensile_strength provision means and the latching means were used as the same structure (clamping part 45), the tension | tensile_strength provision means and the latching means may each be comprised separately.
In the above description of the wrap cartons 1 and 1A, the wrap cartons 1 and 1A are formed of a hard material such as hard plastic or wood board. However, the wrap cartons 1 and 1A are often used to cut the wrap film 91f with a conventional saw blade. It may be formed of thick cardboard (coated cardboard). However, in order to make the cutting part 30 act appropriately, it is preferable that the cutting part 30 is made of a rigid material. When formed of a rigid material, there is an advantage that when the wrap carton 1 or 1A is repeatedly used by refilling the wrap roll 91r when the wrap film 91f is used up, the service life can be extended.
