Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer box with a food wrapping-film cutter blade, which enables pulling-out a film and cutting the film by only a single hand by solving the problem that it is impossible for a handicapped person with a disabled hand to pull out and cut a wrapping film, the wrapping film being one of domestic necessaries, though it is possible for a healthy person with two normal hands to operate the existing outer box. <P>SOLUTION: The existing roll of the wrapping film is fitted into an outer box body (1) to which is stabilized so as not to slide even if the film is pulled out by a single hand, and is placed by an object to be covered. The film is pulled out by a single hand and is passed through on the object to be covered such as a food or the like, and a film pushing cover (5) of the body is closed.
