Abstract
L'invention concerne une centrale électrique pour la production d'électricité à partir de la houle, comprenant au moins une unité (1) de génération d'énergie qui comprend une colonne (2) le long de laquelle peut se déplacer au moins un flotteur (10) en fonction de la houle, et la centrale est caractérisée en ce que ladite colonne (2) est creuse et loge à l'intérieur une génératrice (16) d'énergie électrique. L'invention permet que la génératrice d'énergie électrique soit protégée des éventuelles inclémences météorologiques du fait qu'elle est logée à l'intérieur de la colonne, permettant ainsi que la centrale électrique puisse être installée y compris dans des zones propices aux tempêtes.
