第二端面 2012有一空心圆柱凸起 20122, 该空心圆柱凸起 20122用于套 装在灯杆上、 起到支撑整个照明灯具的作用。 连接支座 201和安装腔体 202 通过螺栓连接,连接支座 201上的连接孔 2013为螺纹孔。空心圆柱凸起 20122 上有两个紧固座 20123, 紧固座 20123上有螺纹孔用于安装紧固螺栓, 当连 接支座 201的空心圆柱凸起 20122套装在灯杆上之后、 拧紧紧固螺栓即可保 证连接支座 201稳定地安装在灯杆上。 连接支座 201和安装腔体 202连接在 一起时, 空心圆柱凸起 20122及其上的紧固座 20123与安装腔体 202的腔体 部 2022不相互干涉,空心圆柱凸起 20122及其上的紧固座 20123被安装腔体 202的腔体部 2022所容纳。 连接支座 201采用压铸工艺一体成型制造而成。
图 6是本发明 LED照明灯具安装腔体 202的结构示意图, 安装腔体 202 包括铰接部 2021、 腔体部 2022和连接部 2023; 安装腔体 202的铰接部 2021 有一出线孔 20211, 该出线孔 20211用于将第二导线 402连接到灯体 1上, 灯体 1上有用于对 LED芯片进行供电的直流电源模块 (图中未示出), 第二导 线 402与灯体 1中的直流电源模块连接在一起, 直流电源模块对灯体 1中的 LED照明芯片组进行供电。
铰接部 2021用于安装灯体 1,灯体 1上的灯体铰接部 103与安装腔体 202 的铰接部 2021相互配合, 铰接部 2021与灯体铰接部 103之间通过螺栓固定 连接; 铰接部 2021与灯体铰接部 103之间穿过第二导线 402, 第二导线 402 与灯体 1中的电源连接在一起。铰接部 2021与灯体铰接部 103上均有咬合齿, 照明灯具处于使用状态时通过紧固螺栓使安装座 2上铰接部 2021与灯体铰接 部 103之间的咬合齿贴在一起,松开紧固螺栓以使铰接部 2021与灯体铰接部 103之间的咬合齿脱离接触进而没有紧固力下、 可以让灯体 1在安装座 2上 能够进行旋转, 进而可以调整该灯具的照射角度, 调整好照射角度之后再拧 紧紧固螺栓。灯体 1上的灯体铰接部 103与安装腔体 202的铰接部 2021相互 配合在一起具有非常好地密封性, 铰接部 2021出线孔 20211的密封性, 确保 连接支座 201和安装腔体 202构成的空腔的密封性。
连接支座 201中的第一导线 401与安装腔体 202中的第二导线 402相连; 第一导线 401和第二导线 402可以通过接线端子 403相连, 接线端子 403也 设置在安装空腔 202中。由于安装空腔 202中是一个与外界隔绝的密封空腔, 外界的液体不会进入到安装空腔 202中可以保证接线端子 403不发生漏电现 象。 第一导线 401和第二导线 402之间也可以直接相连、 即不通过接线端子 403进行连接, 只需要将第一导线 401和第二导线 402相应连在一起并缠绕 绝缘胶布。
图 7A、 图 7B、 图 7C和图 7D是本发明 LED照明灯具与灯杆的安装示 意图; 如图所示本实施例中的 LED照明灯具安装在灯杆上, 安装座 2可以插 接在灯杆上。第二端面 2012上的空心圆柱凸起 20122插接在灯杆上, 紧固螺 栓安装在空心圆柱凸起 20122的紧固座 20123上对 LED照明灯具的灯体进行 固定。 第一端面 2011与安装腔体 202的连接部 2023相连接, 第一端面 2011 的第一凹槽 20111中安装密封垫 3, 密封垫 3用于对腔体进行密封。 LED照 明灯具与灯杆的具体安装歩骤如下:
首先将从灯杆中伸出的第一导线 401穿进安装座 2的接线孔 2014, 第一 导线 401通过灯杆内部的空腔与灯杆底部的电源相连, 第一导线 401穿出连 接支座 201的接线孔 2014后被防水接头 2015所包裹,防水接头 2015可以有 效地保证第一导线 401和连接支座 201的接线孔 2014之间的密封效果。第一 导线 401的分导线的接线头处于裸露状态, 第一导线 401的分导线用于与接 线头同样处于裸露状态的第二导线 402相连接,第一导线 401和第二导线 402 的分导线的接线头处于裸露状态可以方便第一导线 401和第二导线 402之间 的连接、 保证第一导线 401和第二导线 402之间的导电性; 第一导线 401和 第二导线 402可以在后面的歩骤中通过接线端子 403相连, 第一导线 401的 分导线和第二导线 402的分导线也可以直接相连、 并对接线头缠绕上绝缘胶 布; 其次当将在连接支座 201固定在灯杆上之后,在第一端面 2011的第一凹 槽 20111中安装密封垫 3, 由于密封垫 3是橡胶材料制作而成, 只需要将密 封垫 3压入第一凹槽 20111中即可; 为了使连接支座 201和安装腔体 202之 间的密封性能非常好, 有必要在第一凹槽 20111中压入密封垫 3后再涂少量 的密封胶以获得更好的密封效果; 连接支座 201和安装腔体 202之间具有优 良的密封性、第一导线 401和连接支座 201的接线孔 2014之间也具有优良的 密封性, 这样可以保证由连接支座 201和安装腔体 202组成的腔体具有非常 好的防水效果;
再次当连接支座 201上安装了密封垫 3之后, 把第一导线 401的分导线 与第二导线 402的分导线相连接, 可以使用接线端子 403相连, 连接好之后 的第一导线 401、 第二导线 402以及接线端子 403放置在安装腔体 202的腔 体部 2022中;也可以使第一导线 401的分导线与第二导线 402的分导线相应 连在一起并缠绕绝缘胶布, 连接好之后的第一导线 401、 第二导线 402放置 在安装腔体 202的腔体部 2022中;

首先将带有插地头 501的连接支座 201插入地面, 从地面中伸出的第一 导线 401穿进安装座 2的接线孔 2014, 第一导线 401被防水接头 2015所包 裹。 第一导线 401的分导线的接线头处于裸露状态, 第一导线 401的分导线 用于与第二导线 402的分导线相连接, 第一导线 401的分导线的接线头处于 裸露状态可以方便第一导线 401和第二导线 402之间的连接、 保证第一导线 401和第二导线 402之间的导电性; 第一导线 401和第二导线 402可以在后 面的歩骤中通过接线端子 403相连, 第一导线 401的分导线和第二导线 402 的分导线也可以直接相连、 并对接线头缠绕上绝缘胶布;
其次当将连接支座 201 插在地面上之后, 在第二端面 2012 的第二凹槽

首先将连接支座 201安装在水池底面的电线通道连接口上, 水池底面上 布置着用于安装 LED照明灯具的电线通道、电线通道内部装有第一导线 401, 电线通道可以采用钢质水暖管道, 电线通道上设置有连接口 502、连接口 502 采用三通形式, 电线通道的连接口 502用于安装连接支座 201中; 三通形式 连接口 502的出口上有外螺纹, 连接口 502上的外螺纹与连接端 20113的内 螺纹相配合, 以保证连接支座 201安装在电线通道的连接口 502上; 为了保 证连接口 502的出口与接线孔 2014之间的密封性,在安装连接支座 201之前 先在连接口 502出口的外螺纹上缠绕上密封带; 电线通道也可以采用其他形 式的管道, 管道满足防水防腐蚀的要求;
从水池底面的电线通道中伸出的第一导线 401穿进连接支座 201的接线 孔 2014, 第一导线 401被防水接头 2015所包裹, 防水接头 2015对防止水池 中的水渗漏起到了保护作用; 有防水接头 2015这道密封措施、可以保证水池 中的水不会通过水池底面与连接支座 201之间的空隙或连接支座 201与第一 导线 401之间的空隙进入到安装有连接在一起的第一导线 401和第二导线 402 的密封空腔中; 水池底面与连接支座 201之间的密封垫 3, 可以保证水池中 的水不会通过水池底面与连接支座 201 之间的空隙进入到安装有第一导线 401的电线通道中;
其次当将在连接支座 201固定在水池底面上之后,在第二端面 2012的第 二凹槽 20121中安装密封垫 3, 由于密封垫 3是橡胶材料制作而成, 将密封 垫 3压入第二凹槽 20121中即可; 为了使连接支座 201和安装腔体 202之间 密封性能非常好, 有必要在第二凹槽 20121中压入密封垫 3后再涂少量的密 封胶以获得更好的密封效果; 连接支座 201和安装腔体 202之间具有优良的 密封性、第一导线 401和连接支座 201的接线孔 2014之间也具有优良的密封 性, 这样可以保证由连接支座 201和安装腔体 202组成的腔体具有非常好的 防水效果;
