Abstract

本发明提出了一种终端和一种信息交互方法,其中终端包括:标识生成单元,在接收到社交群中的任一群成员发出的请求时,生成请求消息标识,并控制所述终端的显示单元将所述请求消息标识显示在社交群页面的预定位置;通知单元,接收其他群成员对所述请求消息标识的响应操作,并将响应消息通知所述任一群成员。本发明提出了一种新的社交信息交互方式,通过该交互方式,能够避免请求信息等特殊信息被其他回复内容淹没,并实现信息地有效快速交互。

在目前的社交应用中, 社交群中的群主或群中某一成员想要呼叫 (或 寻找) 群中其他成员或询问某一问题, 需要在该社交群中发送一条消息 (类似: 赵敏在吗? 这个事情谁知道? ) , 如果被呼叫 (或寻找) 的成员 看到这条消息或群中其他成员知道该问题的解决办法, 就在该消息下回复 信息, 在消息下面显示回复的各条信息。
目前的这种信息交互方案不可避免的会出现以下一些问题: 当群主或 群中某一成员发送呼叫 (或寻找) 群中其他成员或询问某一问题的消息 时, 可能被呼叫成员正好不在, 或知道某事怎么做的知情者正好没有看到 这条消息, 而这条消息随着其他人的聊天内容的增加而被淹没, 不能更 快、 更有效地解决问题。 因此, 如何能够使群成员发送的消息不被淹没而 且能够进行有效地信息交互成为急需解决的技术问题。 发明内容
本发明正是基于上述背景技术, 提出了一种新的信息交互方案, 可使 群成员发出的消息不被淹没, 更加有效地进行信息交互。
根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种终端, 包括: 标识生成单元, 在 接收到社交群中的任一群成员发出的请求时, 生成请求消息标识, 并控制 所述终端的显示单元将所述请求消息标识显示在社交群页面的预定位置; 通知单元, 接收其他群成员对所述请求消息标识的响应操作, 并将响应消 息通知所述任一群成员。 在该技术方案中, 在群成员发出一个请求时, 可根据该请求生成一种 具有提示作用的请求消息标识, 使其他群成员或特定群成员能够看到该群 成员发出的请求, 为了使所有群成员能够明显地注意到该请求消息标识, 可以将该请求消息标识显示在社交群页面的显眼位置, 其他群成员可对该 请求消息标识进行回复或其他操作, 例如顶起, 在其他群成员对该请求消 息标识进行响应时, 可将该响应反馈给请求者。 通过这样的交互方式, 使 得无论针对该请求回复了多少条消息, 都不会将该请求消息标识淹没, 解 决了目前社交群中请求者发出的消息被淹没, 使得信息沟通不及时的问 题。

在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 在多个群成员发出请求时, 根据其 他群成员对各请求消息标识的响应操作数, 来显示基于所述多个群成员的 请求生成的请求消息标识。
除了按照群成员的优先级来显示请求消息标识之外, 还可以按照各群 成员对请求消息标识的响应操作数来显示各请求消息标识。 例如, 响应操 作数高的显示在最前端或显示面积为最大。
在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 统计每个群成员对所有请求消息标 识的总响应操作次数, 根据所述总响应操作次数确定每个群成员的优先 级。 群成员的优先级可由群主设定或按照入群时间确定, 也可以按照群成 员对请求消息的响应程度来确定, 例如统计三个月内, 各群成员对请求消 息的总响应次数, 若总响应次数较高, 则认为该群成员较活跃, 则优先级 为最高, 其发出的请求的优先级也会最高。
在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 将所述请求消息标识显示在所述社 交群页面的顶端。 在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 所述请求消息标识包括添加有字符 信息的图案, 所述图案包括以下至少一种: 气泡形状、 水滴形状、 气球形 状。
下面结合图 3至图 8来进一步说明根据本发明的信息交互处理过程。 如图 3所示, 为群主要求群成员冒泡的信息交互处理流程, 社交群中 的群主有要求全体群成员进行冒泡的权限。 群主和群中其他成员拥有呼叫 其他成员 (即要求群中的某一成员冒泡) 或发出求助类冒泡请求 (如咨询 某一问题如何解决) 的权限。
在步骤 302 , 群主点击全体冒泡图标。
在步骤 304 , 给该将要生成的冒泡信息的内容以及显示时效, 例如 24 小时内有效, 24 小时后, 该冒泡消息自动消失, 如图 7 所示, 为请求消 息标识的设置界面, 可设置是否统计响应冒泡的人数, 冒泡显示时长, 撤 销冒泡, 所有群成员可见 (所有群成员可以看到该冒泡并且可以看到正对 该冒泡的回复) 、 仅选择群成员可见 (只有被选择的群成员能够看到冒泡 以及针对该冒泡的回复) 等选项, 在本实施例中, 群主设置了冒泡显示时 长和所有群成员可见两个选项。
在步骤 306 , 设置完成之后, 群主发出全体群成员冒泡请求, 在社交 群界面的显著位置 (例如一直将该冒泡消息悬浮在顶端显示) 弹出冒泡消 息, 群主要求冒泡了, 大家积极响应呀! 如图 6中的 602所示, 为根据群 主的请求生成的请求消息标识, 在本实施例中该请求消息标识以气泡形式 显示, 其还可以以水滴形式或气球形式显示。
在步骤 308 , 此冒泡消息可点击, 当其他成员看到该冒泡消息时, 可 点击回应群主的冒泡请求。
在步骤 310 , 将群成员的冒泡消息发给群主。 群主可以根据群成员对 冒泡请求的响应, 快速了解到群成员的情况, 并且随着回复信息的增多, 该冒泡消息始终显示在社交群页面的顶端, 不会被回复信息淹没, 实现信 息的有效互动, 在经过 24 小时之后, 该冒泡消息自动失效, 不会占用社 交群页面。 需说明的是, 随着该冒泡消息的被点击次数的增多, 该冒泡消息逐渐 增大, 直观地说明了该请求消息所受的关注度较高。
图 4为群成员发出寻找某位群成员的冒泡请求的信息交互处理过程。 如图 4 所示, 在步骤 402 , 同样地, 群成员点击冒泡功能按钮。 在步骤 404 , 设置将要显示的冒泡消息内容以及该冒泡消息的时效性。 在步骤 406 , 群成员发出冒泡请求, 根据该冒泡请求生成请求消息标识, 如图 6 中所示的 602 , 该请求消息标识被显示在社交群页面的显著位置。
在步骤 408 , 判断被选择成员是否看到该请求进行响应。 在步骤 412 , 在被选择群成员点击该冒泡请求进行响应时, 该冒泡消息消失, 可 以是请求者在看到被寻找群成员进行响应时, 撤销冒泡消息的显示, 也可 以是在响应信息中识别到被寻找群成员的 ID 时, 自动撤销该冒泡消息的 显示。
在步骤 410 , 如果被寻找群成员没有对该冒泡消息进行响应, 则在经 过设置的显示时效之后取消显示该冒泡消息。 在被寻找群成员没有对该冒 泡消息进行响应时, 其他群成员可对该冒泡消息进行响应操作, 随着响应 操作次数的增加, 该请求消息标识的形状将随之改变, 例如气泡变大, 或 颜色变深, 从而可以增加该冒泡消 , 的影响力。
图 5 为群成员发出提问的冒泡请求的信息交互处理过程。 如图 5 所 示, 在步骤 502 , 群成员点击冒泡功能按钮。 在步骤 504 , 设置问题求助 类冒泡信息内容以及冒泡消息的时效性。 在步骤 506 , 在设置完成之后, 群成员发出冒泡请求。 在步骤 508 , 判断群成员是否对该冒泡消息进行响 应操作。 若是, 则进入步骤 510 , 判断提问者是否满意该回复操作。 若 否, 则进入步骤 516 , 经过设置的冒泡时效之后, 取消该冒泡消息的显 示。 若群成员的回答是提问者的满意答案, 则进入步骤 512 , 冒泡消息消 失。 若群成员的回答还不是提问者的满意答案, 则进入步骤 514 , 继续等 待群成员的回答。 同样地, 如果群成员的回答还不是提问者的满意答案, 则群成员可对该冒泡消息进行响应操作, 随着冒泡消息的响应操作次数的 增加, 请求消息标识也随之改变, 例如气泡变大或颜色变深。 如图 6所示, 群主发出在线群成员进行冒泡的请求, 根据该请求生成 请求消息标识 602 , 在本图中请求消息标识 602 虽然以气泡形式进行显 示, 其还可以以水滴形式及其他形状显示。 群成员点击该冒泡, 可进行响 应, 若群中成员点击冒泡, 则自动在群中生成一条消息, AA 响应了冒 泡。
群主点击该请求消息标识 602 , 可以看到群成员对请求消息标识 602 的回复, 如图 6所示, 云大侠、 IT勇士以及向日葵小姐针对该请求消息标 识 602进行了响应。 如果群主发的冒泡消息是针对某一成员的, 则可以使 只有该成员才能看到群主的冒泡消息 (相当于单独的对话形式) 。
如图 7所示, 该图示出了群主 "熊猫超人" 在发出请求时的冒泡设置 界面, 在设置了 "响应冒泡人数统计" 之后, 可对响应冒泡的群成员进行 统计, 以清楚了解群成员对被冒泡消息的响应情况。 在设置的 "冒泡显示 时长" 还没有失效时, 可以通过 "撤销冒泡" 的设置来取消冒泡消息的显 示。 通过设置 "仅选择群成员可见" , 可以使仅被选择的群成员能够看到 发出的冒泡消息和 /或针对冒泡消息的回复内容。 在点击 "仅选择群成员 可见" 选项时, 可弹出所有群成员的列表, 请求人可在该列表中选择群成 员, 这样被选择的群成员就能够看到请求者发出的冒泡消息了, 而其他人 看不到该冒泡消息, 这样能够保护某些信息的隐私, 在社交群中进一步形 成一个个小的讨论群, 满足用户的多种需要, 达到更好、 更有效地进行信 息交互的效果。
在多个群成员发出冒泡请求时, 可以按照该多个群成员的优先级来显 示各冒泡消息, 如图 8所示, 请求消息标识 602、 604、 606分别是群主熊 猫超人、 IT勇士和向日葵小姐发出的冒泡请求, 由于群主熊猫超人的优先 级最高, IT勇士的优先级次之, 向日葵小姐的优先级最低, 因此在显示这 些请求消息标识时, 按照这三个群成员的优先级来显示这三个冒泡消息, 并且群主熊猫超人的冒泡消息为最大, 这样能够区分冒泡消息。
除了以气泡的形状大小来区分不同群成员的优先级之外, 还可以以颜 色来区分, 例如群主熊猫超人发出的冒泡消息的颜色为红色, IT勇士发出 的冒泡消息的颜色为粉红色, 向日葵小姐发出的冒泡消息的颜色为黄色。 除此之外, 在本实施例中, 能够对每个群成员进行响应操作次数的统 计, 根据统计的每个群成员的响应操作次数来确定每个群成员在群中的优 先级, 通过响应操作次数可反映群成员的活跃度, 活跃度越高则优先级越 高。 优先级高的群成员发出的冒泡消息更能受到其他群成员的关注, 即根 据优先级高的群成员发出的请求生成的请求消息标识将被显示在较显著的 位置并且显示面积最大, 颜色最深。
当然除了以上述方式来确定每个群成员的优先级之外, 群主能够对每 个群成员设置相应的优先级。
社交群页面的显示区域有限, 在请求消息标识较多时, 可以优先显示 优先级较高的请求者出发出的冒泡消息, 隐藏优先级较低的请求者发出的 冒泡消息, 点击 "更多" 选项, 可显示被隐藏的冒泡消息。
如图 9所示, 假设群主向向日葵小姐发出的问题请求, 并且限定只有 向日葵小姐可见, 那么在向日葵小姐的社交群页面上除了显示了 "在的人 冒泡" 消息 602、 "有谁去西藏? " 消息 604、 "马云卸任了? " 消息 606 之外, 还能够显示群主发出的冒泡消息 608 , 其可以对该冒泡消息 608进行响应操作, 该回复信息也仅群主可见。
以上结合附图详细说明了根据本发明的技术方案, 当社交群中群成员 发出请求时, 可在社交群页面的显著位置显示请求消息标识, 该请求消息 标识可以不同形式显示, 其他群成员可对该请求消息标识进行响应操作, 同时将响应消息反馈给请求者, 该请求消息标识只有在特定条件下 (显示 时效失效或撤销显示) 才会被取消显示, 不会由于回复消息的增多而被淹 没, 使请求消息能够一直被关注到, 使群成员之间能够进行有效、 快速的 信息交互。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
标识生成单元, 在接收到社交群中的任一群成员发出的请求时, 生成 请求消息标识, 并控制所述终端的显示单元将所述请求消息标识显示在社 交群页面的预定位置;
通知单元, 接收其他群成员对所述请求消息标识的响应操作, 并将响 应消息通知所述任一群成员。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述标识生成单元还 用于根据所述其他群成员的响应操作数, 动态变化所述请求消息标识的显 示。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述标识生成单元用 于随着所述响应操作数的增加, 扩大显示所述请求消息标识或更改所述请 求消息标识的颜色显示。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
配置单元, 接收所述请求消息标识的显示时限的设置数据;
所述标识生成单元还用于根据所述设置数据控制在所述显示时限内显 示所述请求消息标识。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述标识生成单元包 括显示控制子单元, 用于在所述任一群成员发出的请求是针对指定群成员 的请求时, 若接收到的所述响应操作为所述指定群成员的响应操作, 或者 在所述任一群成员发出的请求是提问请求时, 若接收的所述响应消息是所 述提问请求的正确答案, 则取消显示所述请求消息标识。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述标识生成单元还 用于在多个群成员发出请求时, 控制所述显示单元根据群成员的权限优先 级, 来显示基于所述多个群成员的请求生成的请求消息标识。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述标识生成单元还 用于在多个群成员发出请求时, 控制所述显示单元根据其他群成员对各请 求消息标识的响应操作数, 来显示基于所述多个群成员的请求生成的请求 消息标识。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 计算单元, 用于统计每个群成员对所有请求消息标识的总响应操作次数, 根据所述总 响应操作次数确定每个群成员的优先级。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述标识生成单元还 用于控制所述显示单元将所述请求消息标识显示在所述社交群页面的顶 端。
10. 根据权利要求 1 至 9 中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述 请求消息标识包括添加有字符信息的图案, 所述图案为冒泡形状显示。
11. 一种信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在接收到社交群中的任一群成员发出的请求时, 生成请求消息标识并 所述请求;;肖息标识显示在社交群页面的预定位置;
接收其他群成员对所述请求消息标识的响应操作, 并将响应消息通知 所述任一群成员。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述 其他群成员的响应操作数, 动态变化所述请求消息标识的显示。
13. 根据权利要求 12所述的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 随着所述 响应操作数的增加, 扩大显示所述请求消息标识或更改所述请求消息标识 的颜色显示。
14. 根据权利要求 11所述的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 接收所述 请求肖 , 标识的显示时限的设置数据;
根据所述设置数据控制在所述显示时限内显示所述请求消息标识。
15. 根据权利要求 11所述的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 在所述任 一群成员发出的请求是针对指定群成员的请求时, 若接收到的所述响应操 作为所述指定群成员的响应操作, 则取消显示所述请求消息标识; 或者 在所述任一群成员发出的请求是提问请求时, 若接收的所述响应;肖 , 是所述提问请求的正确答案, 则取消显示所述请求消息标识。
16. 根据权利要求 11所述的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 在多个群 成员发出请求时, 根据群成员的权限优先级, 来显示基于所述多个群成员 的请求生成的请求消息标识。
17. 根据权利要求 11所述的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 在多个群 成员发出请求时, 根据其他群成员对各请求消息标识的响应操作数, 来显 示基于所述多个群成员的请求生成的请求消息标识。
18. 根据权利要求 13所述的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 统计每个 群成员对所有请求消息标识的总响应操作次数, 根据所述总响应操作次数 确定每个群成员的优先级。
19. 根据权利要求 11所述的信息交互方法, 其特征在于, 将所述请 求消息标识显示在所述社交群页面的顶端。
20. 根据权利要求 1 1 至 19 中任一项所述的信息交互方法, 其特征 在于, 所述请求消息标识包括添加有字符信息的图案, 所述图案为冒泡形 状显示。
