本发明公开了一种用户唤醒的方法，适用于即时通信系统，首先根据用户最近一次使用即时通信系统的时间，判断该用户是否不活跃用户；如果用户是不活跃用户，査找在用户不使用即时通信系统的期间，是否有其他用户给用户发送消息或者好友邀请；如果在用户不使用即时通信系统的期间，有其他用户给用户发送即时消息或者好友邀请，即时通信系统判断用户是否在线；如果用户不在线，即时通信系统向用户发送唤醒信息。采用了本发明的技术方案，能够根据用户的历史行为，有针对性地向用户发送唤醒信息，避免唤醒的盲目性，提供给用户更精确的唤醒通知。

技术领域
本发明涉及即时通信技术领域， 尤其涉及一种用户唤醒的方法。 背景技术
在即时通信 （Instant Messaging, IM) 系统中， 如果用户是一个很少 主动活动（发消息， 加好友） 的用户， 或者用户好友数不多而无法进行频繁的 活动， 此时若没有其他用户的主动消息， 该用户有可能趋于沉默。这是一个恶 性循环， 越是不活跃的用户， 越不容易收到来自其他的朋友的消息， 以至于该 用户不再登录该即时通信系统。但在用户不登录期间， 由于社交系统的关系扩 散特性，会有其他的朋友发现该用户而加其为好友， 或者其他已经是好友的用 户给他发送了重要的消息， 而该用户无法收到。这样造成的后果有两个： 用户 自己错失了重要的朋友和消息， 即时消息系统失去了一个用户。
为了挽回错失的后果，有必要对该用户进行唤醒，通过某种方式对其进行 通知， 告知有重要的朋友邀请或重要的消息。 目前用户唤醒方式主要是定期发 送电子邮件，但是这种方式发送的电子邮件有时没有实质内容， 用户收到这些 这些电子邮件后觉得无任何意义， 更加不愿意登录该即时消息系统。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种用户唤醒的方法， 能够根据用户的历史行为， 有针对性地向用户发送唤醒信息，避免唤醒的盲目性，提供给用户更精确的唤 醒通知。
为达此目的， 本发明采用以下技术方案： 一种用户唤醒的方法， 适用于即时通信系统， 包括以下步骤：
A、 根据用户最近一次使用即时通信系统的时间， 判断所述用户是否不活 跃用户；
B、 如果所述用户是不活跃用户， 査找在所述用户不使用即时通信系统的 期间， 是否有其他用户给所述用户发送消息或者好友邀请；
c、 如果在所述用户不使用即时通信系统的期间， 有其他用户给所述用户 发送即时消息或者好友邀请， 即时通信系统判断所述用户是否在线；
D、 如果所述用户不在线， 即时通信系统向用户发送唤醒信息。
步骤 A中，如果用户最近一次使用即时通信系统的时间距离当前时间超过 预设时长， 则判断所述用户是不活跃用户。
步骤 B中，通过即时通信系统的用户行为日志， 査找在所述用户不使用即 时通信系统的期间， 是否有其他用户给所述用户发送消息。
所述消息包括普通消息、 群聊消息、 图片和 /或语音。
步骤 B中，通过即时通信系统的好友数据库， 査找在所述用户不使用即时 通信系统的期间， 是否有其他用户给所述用户发送好友邀请。
步骤 D中， 所述唤醒信息是短信息， 或者是电子邮件。 采用了本发明的技术方案， 能够根据在用户不使用即时通信系统的期间， 其他用户给用户发送消息或者好友邀请， 有针对性地向用户发送唤醒信息，避 免唤醒的盲目性，提供给用户更精确的唤醒通知， 提高用户对该即时通信系统 的关注度。 附图说明

步骤 101、 根据用户最近一次使用即时通信系统的时间， 判断该用户是否 不活跃用户，如果用户最近一次使用即时通信系统的时间距离当前时间超过预 设时长， 例如 3天， 则判断该用户是不活跃用户。
步骤 102、 如果该用户是不活跃用户， 则对于该用户不使用即时通信系统 的期间，通过即时通信系统的用户行为日志， 査找是否有其他用户给该用户发 送消息（消息类型包括普通消息、 群聊消息、 图片和 /或语音）； 或者通过即时 通信系统的好友数据库， 査找是否有其他用户给该用户发送好友邀请。
步骤 103、 如果在该用户不使用即时通信系统的期间， 有其他用户给该用 户发送即时消息或者好友邀请， 即时通信系统判断当前时间该用户是否在线。
步骤 104、 如果该用户当前不在线， 即时通信系统则通过短信息或者电子 邮件形式向用户发送唤醒信息。
具体来说，本发明具体实施方式是根据用户的活跃度和用户短期历史数据 匹配唤醒规则， 根据具体的唤醒规则进入唤醒活动。例如： 用户已经 3天不活 跃，并且 3天内没有发送过唤醒信息，在 3天内有其他用户发送给他一条消息， 根据唤醒规则， 应该给他发送一条唤醒短信。 再例如， 用户 7天不活跃， 有其 他用户加他为好友， 3〜7天内没有发送过唤醒信息，在这期间还有另一个用 户给他发送消息，根据唤醒规则，应给他发送一个短信告诉他有新的好友请求， 可以合并两个事件发送一封邮件给他。 以上所述，仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此，任何熟悉该技术的人在本发明所揭露的技术范围内， 可轻易想到的变 化或替换， 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此， 本发明的保护范围应该 以权利要求的保护范围为准。

1、 一种用户唤醒的方法， 适用于即时通信系统， 其特征在于， 包括以下 步骤：
A、 根据用户最近一次使用即时通信系统的时间， 判断所述用户是否不活 跃用户；
B、 如果所述用户是不活跃用户， 査找在所述用户不使用即时通信系统的 期间， 是否有其他用户给所述用户发送消息或者好友邀请；
C、 如果在所述用户不使用即时通信系统的期间， 有其他用户给所述用户 发送即时消息或者好友邀请， 即时通信系统判断所述用户是否在线；
D、 如果所述用户不在线， 即时通信系统向用户发送唤醒信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用户唤醒的方法， 其特征在于， 步骤 A中， 如果用户最近一次使用即时通信系统的时间距离当前时间超过预设时长，则判 断所述用户是不活跃用户。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用户唤醒的方法， 其特征在于， 步骤 B中， 通过即时通信系统的用户行为日志，査找在所述用户不使用即时通信系统的期 间， 是否有其他用户给所述用户发送消息。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种用户唤醒的方法， 其特征在于， 所述消息 包括普通消息、 群聊消息、 图片和 /或语音。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的一种用户唤醒的方法， 其特征在于， 步骤 B中， 通过即时通信系统的好友数据库， 査找在所述用户不使用即时通信系统的期 间， 是否有其他用户给所述用户发送好友邀请。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用户唤醒的方法， 其特征在于， 步骤 D中， 所述唤醒信息是短信息， 或者是电子邮件。
