图 1为根据本发明实施例的低音扬声器剖视图。
如图 1所示, 本发明提供的低音扬声器, 包括低音扬声器单体 6、 用于固 定低音扬声器单体的外壳 4、低音扬声器单体 6与外壳 4形成的低音扬声器的 声腔 (未在图 1中标出)、 第一密封垫 3 '、 第二密封垫 3和终端安装平面 1。
其中, 与低音扬声器固定安装的终端安装平面为 1 低音扬声器的后盖, 终端安装平面 1通过第一密封垫 3 ' 与外壳 4一起形成低音扬声器的后声腔。 即: 低音扬声器的声腔与终端安装平面 1组成一个后声腔 7, 终端安装平面 1 作为低音扬声器的后盖。 低音扬声器工作在大功率条件下, 声腔内的压力很 大, 终端安装平面 1 作为低音扬声器的后盖, 不容易发生振动和对外辐射声 音, 从而保证整个扬声器系统性能不因大功率的振动而发生变化。 第二密封 垫 3设置在扬声器单体 6和外壳 4之间。 gp : 低音扬声器单体 6通过第二密 封垫 3与外壳 4密封闭合, 以避免声音透过外壳 4与低音扬声器单体 6之间 的缝隙辐射到低音扬声器以外。
第一密封垫 3 ' 与外壳 4的外边缘密闭结合, 低音扬声器单体 6被第一密 封垫 3 ' 固定封装在外壳 4中。 gp : 低音扬声器单体 6通过第一密封垫 3 ' 与 终端安装平面 1密封闭合, 采用第二密封垫 3 ' 的目的是能够完全封闭低音扬 声器单体 6与终端安装平面 1的缝隙, 防止声音对外辐射。
在外壳的声孔的上方设置有网罩 5, 网罩 5用于防尘, 以避免尘埃进入低 音扬声器单体 6内部, 保护低音扬声器单体 6能正常工作。
在外壳 4上对应于固定低音扬声器的位置开设有声孔, 声孔的形状和大 小与低音扬声器的形状和大小相对应。
在本发明中, 低音扬声器单体 6与外壳 4固定结合, 外壳 4与低音扬声 器的终端安装平面 1 固定连接; 优选的, 外壳 4与低音扬声器的终端安装平 面 1通过螺丝 2或者支持部件固定连接。
低音扬声器的安装终端包括墙面、 桌面和平板电视等。 墙面和桌面为硬 平面, 在图 1所示的实施例中, 终端安装平面 1为墙面或者硬平面。
在本发明中, 低音扬声器单体包括振膜和至少两个相互独立的驱动单元。 在图 1所示的实施例中, 低音扬声器单体 6包括振膜 10和六个相互独立的驱 动单元 11。振膜 10包括位于中心位置的球顶部和位于边缘位置的折环部。驱 动单元 11包括音圈单元和与音圈单元相对应的磁路单元。 音圈单元贴合固定 在振膜 10的球顶部。
低音扬声器单体包括振膜和四个或者六个相互独立的驱动单元; 驱动单 元包括音圈单元和与音圈单元相对应的磁路单元; 如果该低音扬声器中包含 四个驱动单元, 可以将四个驱动单元中的音圈单元分别设置在振膜的球顶部 的四个角部; 如果该低音扬声器中包含六个驱动单元, 可以将驱动单元的音 圈单元均匀设置在振膜的球顶部的周边位置, 也可以以分散的不规则排列方 式设置在球顶部上, 以避免谐振并且驱动力均匀。
低音扬声器单体 6还包括安装平面和设置在安装平面周围的环形侧壁, 在安装平面上设置有用于收容固定磁路单元的安装孔以及贯通安装平面的出 声孔, 环形侧壁的上侧面与振膜的折环部固定连接; 其中, 安装孔的数量和 位置与贴合在振膜的球顶部的音圈的数量和位置相对应。
音圈单元通过 FPCB连接件 12与外部电路电连接, 也就是说, FPCB连 接件 12用于电连通低音扬声器的内部电路和外部电路。由于 FPCB连接件 12 的中间部分结合在振膜 10上设置有音圈的一侧,因此,在扬声器产品中, FPCB 连接件 12的中间部分位于安装平面靠近振膜 10的一侧, FPCB连接件 12的 两端部从出声孔延伸至安装平面远离振膜 10的一侧。
多个相互独立的驱动单元能够使驱动力均匀, 产生更大的驱动力, 能够 作用于功率更大的电子装置或者与墙面和桌面等结构通过螺丝固定。
由于成本和振膜需要均匀振动的原因, 一般应用的低音扬声器单体包括 四个或者六个驱动单元。 在本发明中, 低音扬声器的安装终端包括墙面、 桌面和平板电视的背部 平面, 上述的安装终端为墙面或者硬平面, 下面描述的终端为平板电视。
图 2、 图 3、 图 4和图 5分别为根据本发明另一实施例的低音扬声器应用 终端安装结构示意图、 安装俯视图、 剖视图和安装侧视图。
如图 2、 图 3图 4和图 5所示, 本发明提供的低音扬声器, 包括低音扬声 器单体 6、 网罩 5、 低音扬声器单体 6与外壳形成的低音扬声器的声腔 9、 第 二密封垫 3和第一密封垫 3 ' 和与平板电视连接的支撑部件 8。
图 2所示的与平板电视连接的支撑部件 8, 由两个相互平行的平板 A和 平板 B以及固定连接两个平板 A和 B之间较短的平板 C和较短的平板 D的 组成, 平板 A的长度大于平板 B的长度, 平板 B、 平板 C和平板 D连接组成 三棱柱体, 因为三角形具有稳定性, 所以三棱柱体结构连接比较稳固。
如图 5所示, 支撑部件 8的平板 B与外壳 4连接, 支撑部件 8的平板 A 与平板电视连接。如图 3所示, 低音扬声器 6安装有两个支撑部件 8, 支撑部 件 8设置在外壳 4上声孔的两侧, gp : 两个支撑部件 8设置在低音扬声器的 声腔 9的两侧, 并且两个支撑部件 8与平板电视连接, 从而低音扬声器的声 腔 9与平板电视组成一个后声腔, gP : 平板电视通过第一密封垫与外壳一起 形成低音扬声器的后声腔。 平板电视作为低音扬声器的后盖, 增大了后盖的 强度, 不会出现后盖振动的问题。 低音扬声器即使工作在大功率条件下, 平 板电视作为低音扬声器的后盖, 也不容易发生振动和声音对外辐射, 从而保 证整个扬声器系统性能不因大功率的振动而发生变化。
利用平板电视作为低音扬声器的后盖, 同时还能节省低音扬声器 6 的声 腔的后盖部分, 从而能够降低成本。
低音扬声器单体 6通过第二密封垫 3和第一密封垫 3 '分别与外壳 4和平 板电视密封闭合, 以避免声音透过外壳 4与低音扬声器 6之间的缝隙辐射到 低音扬声器 6以外; 采用密封垫 3 ' 的目的是能够完全封闭低音扬声器与平板 电视之间的缝隙, 防止声音对外辐射。
如图 4所示, 低音扬声器单体 6与外壳 4形成低音扬声器的声腔 9, 为了 增大低音扬声器的声腔 9 的等效体积, 还可以在声腔中设置吸音材料或者气 体吸附材料, 以在有限的空间范围内尽量提高扬声器的低频音效; 同时低音 扬声器的声腔 9与电视组成一个后声腔; 这两种方式组合在一起能够更好的 保证整个扬声器系统性能, 并且不会出现后盖振动的问题。
其中,网罩 5设置在外壳的声孔上方,用以防尘和保护低音扬声器单体 6。 在图 4所示的实施例中, 低音扬声器单体 6包括六个相互独立的驱动单 元, 这六个相互独立的驱动单元能够提高扬声器的灵敏度, 平衡地驱动低音 扬声器的振膜, 并且驱动力均匀, 产生更大的驱动力, 能够作用于功率较大 的电视, 同时也能够使低音扬声器的结构更轻更薄。
在上述低音扬声器的基础上, 本发明提供的低音扬声器的后声腔形成方 法, 如图 6所示, 图 6为根据本发明实施例的低音扬声器的后声腔形成方法 流程图, 具体过程如下:
S610: 通过密封垫将低音扬声器单体固定在外壳中;
S620: 将外壳通过另一密封垫与终端安装平面固定, 终端安装平面作为 低音扬声器的后盖, 与外壳一起形成低音扬声器的后声腔; 其中,
在外壳上对应于固定扬声器单体的位置开设有声孔, 并且, 声孔的形状 和大小与低音扬声器的形状和大小相对应。
在上述低音扬声器的后声腔形成方法步骤 S620中, 外壳与终端安装平面 通过螺丝或者支撑部件固定连接, 终端安装平面为墙面、 桌面或者平板电视。
在上述方法的步骤 S620中, 终端安装平面为平板电视, 外壳与平板电视 通过支撑部件连接, 支撑部件包括相互平行的两个平板以及固定连接两个平 板之间的短板, 并且, 两个平板的长度不相等, 两个短板与两个平板中的其 中一个较短的平板之间形成三棱柱结构; 因为三角形具有稳定性, 所以三棱 柱体结构连接比较稳固。
在上述方法过程中, 在外壳的声孔上设置有网罩, 网罩用以防尘, 并保 护低音扬声器单体正常工作。 通过上述实施方式可以看出, 本发明提供的低音扬声器及其后声腔形成 的方法, 终端安装平面作为低音扬声器腔体的一部分, 与低音扬声器的腔体 共同组成一个后声腔, 从而与低音扬声器单独使用后盖相比, 能够增加强度, 避免出现后盖振动的问题和对外辐射声音, 以保证整个低音扬声器的系统性 能不会变差; 同时装终端作为低音扬声器腔体的一部分, 还能够节省低音扬 声器腔体的后盖部分, 从而降低成本。 如上参照附图以示例的方式描述了根据本发明提出的低音扬声器及其后 声腔形成的方法。 但是, 本领域技术人员应当理解, 对于上述本发明所提出 的低音扬声器及其后声腔形成的方法, 还可以在不脱离本发明内容的基础上 做出各种改进。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应当由所附的权利要求书的内容确 定。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种低音扬声器, 包括低音扬声器单体、 第一密封垫、 第二密封垫和 外壳, 其中,
所述第一密封垫与所述外壳的外边缘密闭结合;
所述低音扬声器单体被所述第一密封垫固定封装在所述外壳中, 所述第 二密封垫设置在所述低音扬声器单体和所述外壳之间;
在所述外壳上对应于固定所述低音扬声器的位置开设有声孔, 所述声孔 的形状和大小与所述低音扬声器的形状和大小相对应;
与所述低音扬声器固定安装的终端安装平面为所述低音扬声器的后盖, 所述终端安装平面通过所述第一密封垫与所述外壳一起形成所述低音扬声器 的后声腔。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的低音扬声器, 其中,
所述外壳与所述终端安装平面通过螺丝或者支撑部件固定连接。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的低音扬声器, 其中,
所述支撑部件设置在所述外壳上所述声孔的两侧。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的低音扬声器, 其中,
所述支撑部件包括相互平行的两个平板以及固定连接所述两个平板之间 的短板, 并且, 所述两个平板的长度不相等。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的低音扬声器, 其中,
所述两个短板与所述两个平板中的其中一个较短的平板之间形成三棱柱
6、 如权利要求 1〜5中任一项所述的低音扬声器, 其中,
在所述外壳的声孔上设置有网罩。

7、 如权利要求 1〜5中任一项所述的低音扬声器, 其中,
所述低音扬声器单体包括振膜、 至少两个相互独立的驱动单元、 安装平 面和设置在安装平面周围的环形侧壁;
所述振膜包括位于中心位置的球顶部和位于边缘位置的折环部, 所述驱 动单元包括音圈单元和与音圈单元相对应的磁路单元; 所述音圈单元贴合固 定在所述振膜的球顶部;
在所述安装平面上设置有用于收容固定所述磁路单元的安装孔以及贯通 所述安装平面的出声孔, 所述环形侧壁的上侧面与所述振膜的折环部固定连 接; 其中,
所述安装孔的数量和位置与贴合在所述振膜的球顶部的音圈单元的数量 和位置相对应。
8、 如权利要求 1〜5中任一项所述的低音扬声器, 其中,
所述低音扬声器单体包括振膜和四个或者六个相互独立的驱动单元; 所述振膜包括位于中心位置的球顶部和位于边缘位置的折环部; 所述驱动单元包括音圈单元和与音圈单元相对应的磁路单元; 在所述振 膜的球顶部的四个角部分别结合有四个音圈单元。
9、 一种低音扬声器的后声腔形成方法, 包括:
通过密封垫将低音扬声器单体固定在外壳中;
将所述外壳与终端安装平面固定, 所述终端安装平面作为所述低音扬声 器的后盖, 与所述外壳一起形成所述低音扬声器的后声腔; 其中,
在所述外壳上对应于固定所述扬声器单体的位置开设有声孔, 并且, 所 述声孔的形状和大小与所述低音扬声器的形状和大小相对应。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的低音扬声器的后声腔形成方法, 其中, 所述外壳与所述终端安装平面通过螺丝或者支撑部件固定连接。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的低音扬声器的后声腔形成方法, 其中, 所述支撑部件包括相互平行的两个平板以及固定连接所述两个平板之间
