Description

Elevator pit scaffolding equipment
The present invention relates to an elevator pit scaffolding device installed in a pit for maintenance and inspection of equipment arranged above the bottom of the pit.
In the conventional elevator pit entry / exit device, a support base is provided on the wall in the pit in order to use a pit lap of a certain size regardless of the pit depth. At the time of maintenance inspection, the maintenance staff supports the lower end portion of the pit lap on the support base from the landing and descends to the bottom of the pit via the support base to perform the maintenance inspection. During normal operation of the elevator, the pit lap is hung in a folded state on a holder provided on the hall wall between the hall floor and the support base (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Moreover, in other conventional elevator maintenance equipment in the pit, a work table of a certain size is provided in the shock absorber installed in the pit regardless of the depth of the pit. At the time of maintenance inspection, the maintenance staff gets down to the bottom of the pit and then leans the pit lap on the work table and goes up to the work table to perform the maintenance inspection. During normal operation of the elevator, the pit lap is tilted to the corner of the bottom of the pit or stored in another place (for example, see Patent Document 2).
特開2006-82935号公報JP 2006-82935 A 特開2004-35146号公報JP 2004-35146 A
However, in the conventional elevator pit entry / exit device disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is necessary for maintenance personnel to check the equipment from the bottom of the pit. When the equipment installed in the pit is installed above the bottom of the pit and the maintenance staff cannot reach the equipment, it is necessary to use a working turret separately from the pit lap for getting into the pit. When the pit depth becomes deep, the working lap needs to be increased in size in accordance with the pit depth. As the size of the working trap increases, the storage space also increases.
Further, in the conventional elevator pit maintenance device shown in Patent Document 2, there is a problem that when the depth of the pit becomes deep, the size of the working trap used when the maintenance staff goes up to the work table increases. There is also a problem that the size of the pit lap used when the maintenance staff gets down to the bottom of the pit also increases. As a result, the storage space for the pit wrap and work wrap is also increased.
For these reasons, the conventional elevator pit entry / exit device and elevator pit maintenance device shown in Patent Documents 1 and 2 are not convenient.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an pit scaffolding device for an elevator that can perform maintenance and inspection using the same pit and work laps regardless of the pit depth. The purpose is to obtain.
The elevator pit scaffolding apparatus according to the present invention includes a plurality of plate support members including a wall-side support member provided on a wall of a hoistway closer to a landing side than a car guide rail in the hoistway pit, and the hoistway pit. There is provided a pit plate that is supported by the plate support portion and that has a work surface that is positioned below the floor surface of the lowest floor landing and above the bottom surface of the pit and on which maintenance personnel ride.
According to the elevator pit scaffolding apparatus according to the present invention, the pit plate is supported by the plurality of plate support portions including the wall side support member provided on the wall of the hoistway on the landing side with respect to the car guide rail in the hoistway pit. Therefore, the maintenance inspection can be performed using the same pit lap and work lap regardless of the pit depth.

The counterweight 5 is raised and lowered in the hoistway 1 in the direction opposite to the car 4 along the counterweight guide rails 3a and 3b. In this example, the counterweight 5 is provided at a position farther from the landing 6 than the car 4 in the depth direction (vertical direction in FIG. 1) as viewed from the landing 6 in the hoistway 1.
The car guide rails 2a and 2b are arranged near the center in the depth direction of the hoistway 1 (vertical direction in FIG. 1), and on both sides of the car 4 in the width direction of the entrance / exit of the landing 6 (horizontal direction in FIG. 1). Has been placed. Further, the counterweight guide rails 3a and 3b are arranged at positions farther from the platform 6 than the car 4 in the depth direction of the hoistway 1 and on both sides of the counterweight 5 in the width direction of the entrance / exit of the platform 6. Has been placed.
Also, at the height of the lowest floor in the hoistway 1, a hoisting machine 7 and a control panel 8 are installed. As shown in FIG. 2, the position of the lower end surface of the hoisting machine 7 and the control panel 8 is located above the floor surface 9 of the lowest floor landing 6a for flooding countermeasures. In this example, the hoisting machine 7 and the control panel 8 are fixed to the wall surface of the hoistway 1 so as to face one side surface of the car 4 when the car 4 stops at the lowest floor landing 6a. The hoisting machine 7 and the control panel 8 are thin.
The hoisting machine 7 has a hoisting machine main body 10 and a drive sheave 11. The hoisting machine main body 10 includes a motor (not shown) that rotates the drive sheave 11 and a brake (not shown) that brakes the rotation of the drive sheave 11.
A suspension body 12 for suspending the car 4 and the counterweight 5 is wound around the drive sheave 11. As the suspension body 12, a plurality of ropes or a plurality of belts are used. The car 4 and the counterweight 5 are suspended in the hoistway 1 by the suspension body 12, and are raised and lowered in the hoistway 1 by the hoisting machine 7.
The hoistway pit 21 is provided with a car buffer 23 and a counterweight buffer 24. Further, the lower end portions of the car guide rails 2a and 2b and the lower end portions of the counterweight guide rails 3a and 3b are fixed to the pit bottom surface 21a.
Also, the hoistway pit 21 is provided with a pit scaffolding device 22 for checking equipment such as the hoisting machine 7 and the control panel 8. The pit scaffolding device 22 includes a pit plate 25, a pit trap 26 used when a maintenance worker descends from the lowest floor landing 6 a to the pit plate 25, and a work trap 27 used when a maintenance worker works on the pit plate 25. Have.
The pit plate 25 has a work plate portion 25b including a work surface 25a on which maintenance personnel ride, and a plate frame 25c surrounding the work plate portion 25b. The pit plate 25 is provided so that the work surface 25 a of the work plate portion 25 b is horizontal in the hoistway pit 21. The plate frame 25c rises upward from the work surface 25a of the work plate portion 25b. The pit plate 25 is provided between the pit bottom surface 21a and the floor surface 9 of the lowest floor landing 6a. The pit plate 25 is provided so that the work surface 25a of the work plate portion 25b comes below a certain distance L set from the floor surface 9 of the lowest floor landing 6a regardless of the depth of the hoistway pit 21. ing.
The pit plate 25 includes a plurality of (two in this example) wall-side support members 30 provided on the wall surface of the hoistway 1 in the range from the landing 6 to the car guide rails 2a and 2b, and a car guide rail. A plurality (two in this example) of the car rail side support members 31 provided in each of 2a and 2b and a plurality (two in this example) provided in each of the counterweight guide rails 3a and 3b It is supported by the weight rail side support member 32. That is, the pit support portion of the first embodiment includes the wall side support member 30, the car rail side support member 31, and the weight rail side support member 32.
The wall-side support member 30 is provided on the landing side wall surface 21 b of the hoistway pit 21. The wall-side support members 30 are provided at a distance from each other in the width direction of the entrance / exit of the hall 6. In this example, the wall-side support member 30 supports the pit plate 25 in a state where it is in contact with the landing side wall surface 21b. In this example, an angle member having a substantially L-shaped cross section is used as the wall-side support member 30.
The car rail side support member 31 and the weight rail side support member 32 are provided at the same height where the wall side support member 30 is provided from the floor surface 9 of the lowest floor landing 6a in the height direction of the hoistway 1. ing. In this example, as the car rail side support member 31 and the weight rail side support member 32, an angle member having a substantially L-shaped cross section is used, like the wall side support member 30.
The car rail side support member 31 is fixed to the opposite side of the car guide rails 2a and 2b to the side on which the car 4 is engaged. Thus, when vertically projected downward from above the hoistway 1, the car rail side support member 31 protrudes from the car guide rails 2 a and 2 b to the side opposite to the car 4.
Similarly to the car rail side support member 31, the weight rail side support member 32 is also fixed to the opposite side of the counterweight guide rails 3a and 3b to which the counterweight 5 is engaged. Thereby, when projected vertically from the upper side of the hoistway 1 to the lower side, the weight rail side support member 32 also protrudes from the counterweight guide rails 3a, 3b to the opposite side of the counterweight 5. Further, the weight rail side support member 32 extends toward the car 4 from the surface of the counterweight 5 facing the car 4. Further, the end portion of the weight rail side support member 32 in the depth direction of the hoistway 1 reaches just below the car 4. Further, the weight rail side support member 32 is provided at a position facing the wall side support member 30.
The size of the work surface 25a of the work plate portion 25b includes at least a part of the projected range of the car 4 when the car 4 is vertically projected from above the hoistway 1 to the hoistway 7 and the control panel 8. It is set to a size that ensures the inspection range of the equipment.
In this example, the shape of the work surface 25a is a rectangle in which the width dimension W2 of the pit plate 25 in the width direction of the entrance / exit of the landing 6 is one side and the depth dimension D2 of the pit plate 25 in the depth direction of the hoistway 1 is the other side. Therefore, the hoisting machine 7 is vertically projected from the upper side to the lower side of the hoistway 1 so that the projection range is removed.
In this example, the width dimension W2 of the pit plate 25 in the width direction of the entrance / exit of the hall 6 is longer than the width dimension W1 of the car 4 on the hall 6 side. Further, the depth dimension D2 of the pit plate 25 in the depth direction of the hoistway 1 is longer than the depth dimension D1 of the car 4. Further, when the car 4 and the pit plate 25 are vertically projected from the upper side of the hoistway 1 downward, the end of the pit plate 25 on the landing 6 side is closer to the landing 6 side than the end of the car 4 on the landing 6 side. Located close. Accordingly, the size of the pit plate 25 is a size that includes most of the projection range of the car 4 when the car 4 and the pit plate 25 are vertically projected from above the hoistway 1 downward.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the work surface 25a of the work plate portion 25b has a plurality of through holes 40 (two in this example) for passing the rails of the car guide rails 2a and 2b to the pit bottom surface 21a. Is provided. In this example, the shape of the through hole 40 is a rectangular hole through which each of the car guide rails 2a and 2b can pass.
A normal ladder is used as the pit trapping 26. In this example, the pit trap 26 is fixed to the wall surface of the same hoistway 1 in which the hoisting machine 7 and the control panel 8 are provided. The lower end of the pit lap 26 is in contact with the pit plate 25. Moreover, the upper part of the pit lap | wrap 26 is located above the floor surface 9 of the lowest floor hall 6a.
As the work trap 27, a folding ladder (stepladder) used when maintenance personnel cannot reach the equipment such as the hoisting machine 7 and the control panel 8 is used. As the work trap 27, a ladder whose ladder does not open on a straight line is used. The work trap 27 is not fixed and can be carried to a place where maintenance personnel work.
The car shock absorber 23 is disposed directly below the car 4. The car shock absorber 23 absorbs an impact when the car 4 falls into the hoistway pit 21. The height of the car shock absorber 23 from the pit bottom surface 21 a is adjusted by the support member 28. The strut member 28 has a lower strut portion 28a and an upper strut portion 28b.
The lower support column 28a is fixed to the pit bottom surface 21a just below the car 4. Further, the upper end portion of the lower column portion 28 a is in contact with the pit plate 25. The length of the lower support column 28a is set according to the height from the pit bottom surface 21a to the pit plate 25. An upper column part 28b is provided on the upper part of the lower column part 28a via a pit plate 25. Respective fixing plates are provided on the surfaces of the lower support portion 28a and the upper support portion 28b facing each other. In this example, the fixing plates for the lower support portion 28a and the upper support portion 28b are fixed with bolts and nuts with the pit plate 25 sandwiched from above and below.
A car shock absorber 23 is provided at the upper end of the upper support column 28b. The upper column part 28b adjusts the height from the pit plate 25 to the car shock absorber 23. The upper support column 28b and the car shock absorber 23 are provided with fixing plates on the surfaces facing each other. In this example, the upper support column 28b and the car shock absorber 23 are fixed by bolts and nuts via a fixing plate.
Thereby, the pit plate 25 is also supported by the lower support portion 28a. Therefore, the pit plate 25 is supported at a total of seven locations, that is, the wall side support member 30, the car rail side support member 31, the weight rail side support member 32, and the lower column portion 28a.
The counterweight buffer 24 is disposed directly below the counterweight 5. Further, the counterweight buffer 24 is fixed to the pit bottom surface 21a.
FIG. 4 is a side view when the car is pushed down on the shock absorber of FIG. The fixed distance L in which the pit plate 25 is set from the floor 9 of the lowest floor landing 6a is as shown in FIG. 4 when the car 4 is pushed down to the car shock absorber 23 disposed in the hoistway pit 21. The car equipment (in this example, the front sag) 4a mounted on the lower part of the car 4 is set to a distance that does not interfere with the work surface 25a of the work plate part 25b.
Next, the procedure for maintenance inspection will be explained. First, the maintenance staff gets off the pit plate 25 from the lowest floor landing 6a using the pit turret 26. Next, using the work trap 27, equipment such as the hoisting machine 7 and the control panel 8 installed above the floor surface 9 of the lowest floor landing 6a is inspected. When the maintenance worker who has completed the inspection work exits from the hoistway pit 21, the work trap 27 may be folded and placed on the pit plate 25 so as not to interfere with the normal operation of the elevator. May be taken out from the hoistway pit 21 and stored in another storage location.
In such a pit scaffolding device 22, the pit plate 25 is provided on the landing side wall surface 21 b below the fixed distance L set from the floor surface 9 of the lowest floor landing 6 a regardless of the depth of the hoistway pit 21. Thus, the distance from the pit plate 25 to the hoisting machine 7 and the control panel 8 can be kept constant. Thereby, even when the depth of the hoistway pit 21 becomes deep, the same pit trap 26 and work trap 27 can be used.
Further, the fixed distance L in which the pit plate 25 is set from the floor surface 9 of the lowest floor landing 6 a is such that when the car 4 is pushed down to the car shock absorber 23 disposed in the hoistway pit 21, Since the distance between the car equipment 4a mounted on the lower portion and the work surface 25a of the work plate portion 25b is set so as not to interfere with each other, the pit trap 26 and the work can be performed even when the depth of the hoistway pit 21 is minimum. The same thing can be used for the trap 27.
Furthermore, since the same pit trap 26 and work trap 27 can be used, the storage location can also be made constant. Thereby, it can prevent that the magnitude | size of a storage place becomes large.
Since the pit plate 25 is supported by the wall-side support member 30 provided on the wall surface of the hoistway 1 in the range from the landing 6 to the car guide rails 2a and 2b, the position is close to the landing side wall surface 21b side. There is a work surface 25a. As a result, the maintenance staff can easily get off the pit plate 25 from the lowest floor hall 6a.
Furthermore, since the size of the work surface 25a of the work plate portion 25b is set to a size that secures the inspection range of equipment such as the hoisting machine 7 and the control panel 8, the maintenance staff All inspections can be done with.
Further, since the pit plate 25 is also provided on the car rail side support member 31 provided on each of the car guide rails 2a and 2b, it is more than when supported only by the wall side support member 30 provided on the landing side wall surface 21b. Also, the strength for supporting the pit plate 25 can be increased.
Further, since the pit plate 25 is also provided on the weight rail side support member 32 provided on each of the counterweight guide rails 3a and 3b, the pit plate 25 having a large area of the work surface 25a of the work plate portion 25b. When is used, the strength for supporting the pit plate 25 can be increased. Furthermore, since the weight rail side support member 32 is provided at a position facing the wall side support member 30, both end portions of the pit plate 25 can be supported in the depth direction of the hoistway 1. Thereby, the stability which supports the pit plate 25 can be improved.
Moreover, since the lower column part 28a fixed to the pit bottom surface 21a and the upper column part 28b placed on the pit plate 25 are fixed via the pit plate 25, the work surface 25a of the work plate part 25b is fixed. When the pit plate 25 having a large area is used, the central portion of the pit plate 25 can be supported. Thereby, the strength for supporting the pit plate 25 can be obtained, and the stability of the pit plate 25 can be further improved.
When the car guide rails 2a, 2b are fixed to the pit plate 25, the car guide rails 2a, 2b, the car 4, etc. are loaded on the pit plate 25. Therefore, the pit plate 25 is not only strong but also manufactured. There is a risk of increasing the cost. However, since the pit plate 25 is provided with a through hole 40 for passing the rails of the car guide rails 2a and 2b to the pit bottom surface 21a, the car guide rails 2a and 2b pass through the through hole 40 and pass through the pit. It can be fixed to the bottom surface 21a. For this reason, since the pit plate 25 should just have the intensity | strength at the time of a maintenance work, the increase in manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
In the above example, in order to support the pit plate 25, the wall side support member 30, the car rail side support member 31, the weight rail side support member 32, and the lower support portion 28a are provided in total of seven locations. However, it is not always necessary to provide all of them, and some of them may be omitted. That is, the position and number of the plate support portions can be selected according to the design in consideration of the strength and stability of the pit plate 25.
In the above example, the wall-side support member 30, the car rail-side support member 31, and the weight rail-side support member 32 are angle members having a substantially L-shaped cross section, but are not limited thereto. For example, a block having a substantially rectangular cross section may be used.
Furthermore, in the above example, the pit trap 26 is fixed to the wall surface of the hoistway 1, but the pit trap 26 may be leaned against the wall surface of the hoistway 1 without being fixed.
In the above example, two wall-side support members 30 are provided, but one or three or more wall-side support members 30 may be provided.
Furthermore, in the above example, the wall-side support member 30 is provided on the landing side wall surface 21 b, but the hall 6 is more than the car guide rails 2 a and 2 b on the wall of the hoistway 1 facing the left and right side surfaces of the car 4. It may be provided on the side.
Further, the pit plate 25 may be provided with an exit for getting down to a portion below the pit plate 25 of the hoistway pit 21.
