Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé d'emballage et sur une machine d'emballage (18) qui permettent d'obtenir un emballage scellé (3), muni d'un raidisseur intérieur (12); le procédé d'emballage comporte les étapes consistant : à former un groupe (4) d'articles dans une poche de formation de groupe (26) d'un transporteur de formation de groupe (25) se déplaçant le long d'un trajet de formation de groupe (PI); à assembler le groupe (4) d'articles à un raidisseur (12); à envelopper d'une feuille (7) de matériau d'emballage le groupe (4) d'articles enfermés dans le raidisseur (12); l'étape d'assemblage du raidisseur (12) au groupe (4) d'articles comporte les autres étapes consistant : à déposer le raidisseur (12) sur la poche de formation de groupe (26) le long du trajet de formation de groupe (PI); à plier le raidisseur (12) autour de la poche de formation de groupe (26) le long du trajet de formation de groupe (PI); à expulser le raidisseur (12) et le groupe (4) d'articles ensemble et simultanément à l'extrémité du trajet de formation de groupe (PI).
