此处集团成员用户的含义为: 集团用户中的成员用户, 该集团用户可以理解为某 一区域范围, 集团成员用户可以理解为处于上述区域范围内的用户。 在本实施例中, 监测上述集团成员用户的呼叫受限区域是否发生变化之前, 还可 以执行以下处理过程: 设置集团用户的集团属性, 其中, 上述集团属性包括: 小区标 识 Cellid属性和 /或经纬度属性;根据上述 Cellid属性和 /或上述经纬度属性确定上述呼 叫受限区域, 以及确定上述呼叫受限区域对应的限制策略。 其中, 根据上述 Cellid属性和上述经纬度属性确定上述呼叫受限区域可以通过以 下方式实现: 在上述集团成员用户的起呼阶段使用上述 Cellid属性确定上述呼叫受限 区域; 在通话过程中使用上述经纬度属性确定上述呼叫受限区域; 或者, 在上述起呼 阶段使用上述经纬度属性确定上述呼叫受限区域; 在通话过程中使用上述经纬度属性 确定上述呼叫受限区域。 基于上述处理过程, 监测上述集团成员用户的呼叫受限区域是否发生变化可以表 现为以下处理过程: 向基于位置的服务 LBS服务器发送经纬度定位请求,该经纬度定位请求用于请求 周期性返回上述集团成员用户的当前经纬度信息;判断上述 LBS服务器返回的上述当 前经纬度信息 是否位于上述呼叫受限区域内, 如果是则确定上述集团成员用户的呼叫受限区域 未发生变化, 如果不是, 则确定集团成员用户的呼叫受限区域发生变化。 步骤 S104,如果发生变化,根据变化后的呼叫受限区域所对应的限制策略对集团 成员用户的呼叫业务进行限制。 在本实施例中, 在步骤 S104之前, 需要根据上述当前经纬度信息与上述经纬度 属性重新确定呼叫受限区域。 具体可以通过以下处理过程实现: 获取上述经纬度属性 限定的长方体受限区域的半径, 其中, 上述长方体受限区域由上述经纬度属性预先设 置的多组经纬度中每组经纬度所确定的点作为上述长方体受限区域的对角顶点确定, 每组经纬度包括: 两对经纬度 (例如包含但不限于长方体受限区域的左上角经度和纬 度及右下角经度和纬度); 将以上述当前经纬度信息为圆心, 以上述半径为区域半径组 成的区域作为重新确定的呼叫受限区域。 在本实施例中, 上述限制策略包括但不限于以下至少之一: 禁止呼叫、主叫限制、 被叫限制、 时间段限制, 其中, 禁止呼叫包括对主叫和被叫均进行呼叫限制。 在本实施例中, 在步骤 S104之后, 还可以向上述集团成员用户发送通知信息, 其中, 该通知信息用于指示呼叫受限的原因。 在本实施例中还提供了一种呼叫限制业务的实现装置, 用于实现上述实施例及优 选实施方式, 已经进行过说明的不再赘述, 下面对该装置中涉及到的模块进行说明。 如以下所使用的, 术语 "模块"可以实现预定功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。 尽管以下 实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现, 但是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现 也是可能并被构想的。 图 2为根据本发明实施例的呼叫限制业务的实现装置的结构框 图。 如图 2所示, 该装置包括: 监测模块 20, 连接至限制模块 22, 设置为在集团成员用户的通话过程中, 监测 上述集团成员用户的呼叫受限区域是否发生变化; 限制模块 22, 设置为在上述监测模块监测到上述呼叫受限区域发生变化时, 根据 变化后的呼叫受限区域所对应的限制策略对上述集团成员用户的呼叫业务进行限制。 优选地,如图 3所示,上述装置还可以包括但不限于以下处理模块:设置模块 24, 设置为设置集团用户的集团属性, 其中, 上述集团属性包括: 小区标识 Cellid属性和 / 或经纬度属性; 确定模块 26, 与设置模块 24连接, 设置为根据上述 Cellid属性和 / 或上述经纬度属性确定上述呼叫受限区域, 以及确定上述呼叫受限区域对应的限制策 略。 本发明实施例还提供了另外一种呼叫限制业务的实现方法, 如图 4所示, 该方法 包括: 步骤 S402, 根据预先设置的集团用户的集团属性确定上述呼叫受限区域, 以及 确定该呼叫受限区域对应的限制策略, 其中, 上述集团属性至少包括: 经纬度属性; 步骤 S404,根据上述限制策略对上述呼叫受限区域内的集团成员用户的呼叫业务进行 限制。 与之对应的, 还提供另外一种呼叫限制业务的实现装置, 如图 5所示, 该装置包 括: 确定模块 50, 设置为根据预先设置的集团用户的集团属性确定上述呼叫受限区 域, 以及确定上述呼叫受限区域对应的限制策略, 其中, 上述集团属性至少包括: 经 纬度属性; 限制模块 52, 与确定模块 50连接, 设置为根据上述限制策略对上述呼叫受限区 域内的集团成员用户的呼叫业务进行限制。 为了更好地理解上述实施例, 以下结合优选实施例详细说明。 实施例 1 本实施例提供了一种区域呼叫限制业务的实现方法。 该方法具有实时性强、 准确 度高、 灵活性好的优点。 本实施例提供的技术方案如下: 把基于位置的服务 (Location Based Service, 简称为 LBS) 引入到智能网区域 呼叫限制业务中,根据经纬度和半径实时确定呼叫区域, 实现呼叫过程中的区域限制。 集团用户申请该业务时, 业务控制点 (Service Control Point, 简称为 SCP) 为 其分配一个区域编号 (National Location Code, 简称为 NLC), 集团用户可以设置集 团属性。 集团属性包括 Cellid属性和经纬度属性。 其中, Cellid属性具体指每个 NLC可以对应多个 Cellid, 并根据需要对各 Cellid 确定的受限区域(HZ: Home Zone)设置不同的属性, 包括呼叫全限, 主叫限制, 被 叫限制, 时间段限制等。 其中, 经纬度属性具体指每个 NLC可以对应一组(左上角经度和纬度、右下角经 度和纬度, 两点为对角线可确定一个长方体区域) 或多组经纬度, 且每组经纬度对应 一个半径。 根据需要为经纬度属性确定的 HZ设置呼叫限制属性, 包括呼叫全限、 主 叫限制, 被叫限制, 时间段限制。 集团成员用户关联集团的 NLC, 受集团属性的约束。 具体地, 业务在起呼时获取集团成员用户的当前 Cellid是所属集团用户呼叫全限 的 Cellid, 则不允许所有呼叫; 获取集团成员用户的当前 Cellid是所属集团用户主叫 限制的 Cellid, 则不允许主叫呼叫; 获取集团成员用户的当前 Cellid是所属集团用户 被叫限制的 Cellid, 则不允许被叫呼叫; 获取集团成员用户的当前 Cellid是所属集团 用户时间段限制的 Cellid, 则不允许呼叫; 否则, 允许呼叫。 以上 Cellid属性可以根据需要配置一个或者多个叠加使用, 例如, 可以设置 HZ 为时间段呼叫全限、 时间段主叫限制或时间段被叫限制。 具体地, 业务在起呼时或通话中向 LBS 服务器发起等间隔返回的经纬度定位请 求, 成功得到集团成员用户的当前经纬度信息; 如果集团成员用户的当前经纬度未落于所属集团用户经纬度属性确定的长方体区 域中, 则呼叫继续; 如果集团成员用户的当前经纬度落于所属集团用户经纬度属性确定的长方体区域 中, 则将集团用户的当前经纬度注册为 HZ的中心点, 将集团用户经纬度属性对应的 半径注册为集团成员用户的 HZ半径, 至此, 由集团成员用户的当前经纬度以及半径 所确定的圆形区域即受限区域; 受限区域为呼叫全限, 则不允许继续通话; 受限区域为主叫限制, 则不允许主叫 继续通话; 受限区域为被叫限制, 则不允许被叫继续通话; 受限区域为时间段限制, 则不允许所限时间段内继续通话; 否则呼叫继续;
LBS服务器每隔一定时间间隔会给业务返回成员用户的当前经纬度信息, 判断当 前经纬度与注册的 HZ中心点之间的距离大于注册的 HZ半径, 则重新查询和注册集 团用户的经纬度属性; 判断当前经纬度与注册的 HZ中心点之间的距离如果小于等于 注册的 HZ半径, 则保持当前呼叫限制属性不变; 具体地,假设当前经纬度为(LongA, LatA), HZ中心点经纬度为(LongB, LatB), 按照 0度经线的基准, 东经取正值, 西经取负值, 北纬取 90-纬度值, 南纬取 90+纬 度值, 经上述变换后的两点计为 (MLongA, MLatA) 禾 P ( MLongB, MLatB ), 则两 点间的距离采用如下公式计算:
C = sin(MLatA) * sin(MLatB) * cos(MLongA -MlongB) + cos(MLatA) * cos(MLatB) D = R * Arc cos(C) * pi / I SO 其中, R为地球平均半径, 取值 6371 .004。 以上经纬度属性可以根据需要配置一个或者多个叠加使用, 例如, 可以设置 HZ 为时间段呼叫全限、 时间段主叫限制或时间段被叫限制。 以上 Cellid 属性和经纬度属性对集团成员用户的约束可组合使用, 如起呼使用 Cellid属性, 通话中使用经纬度属性, 或起呼和通话中都使用经纬度属性等。 实施例 2 如图 6所示, 本实施例提供的区域呼叫限制业务的实现装置包括: 区域呼叫限制 业务用户签约模块 60、 区域呼叫限制业务呼叫触发模块 62、 区域呼叫限制属性设置 模块 64、 区域呼叫限制属性存储模块 66、 LBS定位模块 68、 区域呼叫限制判断模块 70、 呼叫接续 /释放模块 72, 放音模块 74, 短信模块 76。 其中: 区域呼叫限制业务用户签约模块 60, 为用户签约呼叫限制业务, 可签约主叫、 被 口 4、 前转的一种或多种。 一般实施采用智能网的 HLR (归属位置寄存器); 区域呼叫限制业务呼叫触发模块 62, 根据签约信息触发相应的智能业务, 根据 SCP (业务控制点) 的指令接续或者释放呼叫。一般实施采用智能网的 MSC (移动交 换中心); 区域呼叫限制属性设置模块 64, 设置集团用户的呼叫限制属性, 包括 Cellid属性 和经纬度属性。 一般实施采用智能网的 SMAP (业务管理接入点); 区域呼叫限制属性存储模块 66,存储区域呼叫限制属性设置模块 64设置的属性。 一般实施采用数据库;
LBS定位模块 68, 业务控制点向 LBS服务器发起等时间间隔定位请求后, LBS 服务器每隔相同时间间隔返回用户的当前经纬度信息; 区域呼叫限制判断模块 70,根据用户当前位置信息与区域呼叫限制属性存储模块 66 的呼叫限制属性, 判断本次呼叫是否允许接续。 一般实施采用智能网的 SCP (业 务控制点); 具体地, 根据起呼 Cellid和区域呼叫限制属性存储模块 66提供的 Cellid呼叫限 制属性判断本次呼叫是否允许接续; 具体地,根据 LBS定位模块返回的用户当前位置信息和区域呼叫限制属性存储模 块 66提供的经纬度呼叫限制属性, 判断本次呼叫是否允许接续; 呼叫接续 /释放模块 72, 接续区域呼叫限制判断模块 70判断为接续的呼叫; 释放 区域呼叫限制判断模块 70判断为限制的呼叫。 一般实施采用智能网的 SCP。 放音模块 74,对区域呼叫限制判断模块 70判断为释放的呼叫放音提示释放原因。 一般采用 MSC放音或者独立 IP放音。 短信模块 76,对区域呼叫限制判断模块 70判断为释放的呼叫短信提示释放原因。 一般采用短信中心下发短信。 本实施例提供的区域呼叫限制业务实现方案中, 起呼采用 Cellid属性, 通话中采 用经纬度属性, 如图 7所示, 具体流程包括:
S702: 集团用户申请呼叫限制业务时, 业务控制点为集团用户分配一个区域编号 NLC, 并将归属于该集团的成员用户与此 NLC关联;
S704: 集团用户在区域呼叫限制属性设置模块 64上设置集团的呼叫限制属性, 并存储到区域呼叫限制属性存储模块 66中; 具体地, 设置一个或多个 Cellid, 每个 Cellid与 NLC关联能确定一个 HZ, 并根 据需要设置各 HZ内的呼叫限制属性, 包括呼叫全限、 主叫限制, 被叫限制, 时间段 限制; 具体地, 设置一组或者多组经纬度 (左上角经度、 左上角纬度、 右下角经度、 右 下角纬度) 及半径, 每组经纬度和半径与 NLC关联能确定一个 HZ, 并根据需要设置 该 HZ内的呼叫限制属性, 包括呼叫全限、 主叫限制, 被叫限制, 时间段限制;

5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 根据变化后的呼叫受限区域所对应的限制 策略对所述集团成员用户的呼叫业务进行限制之前, 包括: 根据所述当前经纬度信息与所述经纬度属性重新确定呼叫受限区域。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 根据所述当前经纬度信息与所述经纬度属 性重新确定呼叫受限区域, 包括:
获取所述经纬度属性限定的长方体受限区域的半径, 其中, 所述长方体受 限区域由所述经纬度属性预先设置的多组经纬度中每组经纬度所确定的点作为 所述长方体受限区域的对角顶点确定, 所述每组经纬度包括: 两对经纬度; 将以所述当前经纬度信息为圆心, 以所述半径为区域半径组成的区域作为 重新确定的呼叫受限区域。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述限制策略包括以下至少之 禁止呼叫、 主叫限制、 被叫限制、 时间段限制, 其中, 禁止呼叫包括对主 叫和被叫均进行呼叫限制。
8. 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法, 其中, 根据变化后的呼叫受限区域所 对应的限制策略对所述集团成员用户的呼叫业务进行限制之后, 还包括: 向所述集团成员用户发送通知信息, 其中, 所述通知信息用于指示呼叫受 限的原因。
9. 一种呼叫限制业务的实现方法, 包括:
根据预先设置的集团用户的集团属性确定呼叫受限区域, 以及确定所述呼 叫受限区域对应的限制策略, 其中, 所述集团属性至少包括: 经纬度属性; 根据所述限制策略对所述呼叫受限区域内的集团成员用户的呼叫业务进行 限制。
10. 一种呼叫限制业务的实现装置, 包括:
监测模块, 设置为在集团成员用户的通话过程中, 监测所述集团成员用户 的呼叫受限区域是否发生变化; 限制模块, 设置为在所述监测模块监测到所述呼叫受限区域发生变化时, 根据变化后的呼叫受限区域所对应的限制策略对所述集团成员用户的呼叫业务 进行限制。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中, 还包括: 设置模块, 设置为设置集团用户的集团属性, 其中, 所述集团属性包括: 小区标识 Cellid属性和 /或经纬度属性;
确定模块, 设置为根据所述 Cellid属性和 /或所述经纬度属性确定所述呼叫 受限区域, 以及确定所述呼叫受限区域对应的限制策略。 一种呼叫限制业务的实现装置, 包括:
确定模块, 设置为根据预先设置的集团用户的集团属性确定所述呼叫受限 区域, 以及确定所述呼叫受限区域对应的限制策略, 其中, 所述集团属性至少 包括: 经纬度属性;
限制模块, 设置为根据所述限制策略对所述呼叫受限区域内的集团成员用 户的呼叫业务进行限制。
