一种手动钉枪 技术领域
本实用新型属于打钉工具技术领域, 涉及一种手动钉枪, 特别是涉 及一种具有安全锁定功能的手动钉枪。 背景技术
在装修行业中, 手动钉枪得到广泛的应用。 申请人于 2009年 7月 23日 递交一件实用新型申请, 其公告号 CN201483458 , 该手动钉枪的结构是这 样的, 包括具有凹槽的枪体、 撞针、 储钉槽、 弹簧钢片和压板手, 所述 的撞针设置在枪体的凹槽内, 储钉槽与枪体的凹槽相联通, 压板手一端 作用在撞针上, 另一端穿出枪体, 且压板手能带动撞针沿着凹槽移动, 弹簧钢片一端作用在撞针上, 另一端作用在枪体上, 枪体内还设有当撞 针远离储钉槽时能将撞针锁定住的控制机构。
它的主要工作原理如下, 钉子整排的放置在储钉槽内, 由于储钉槽 是与枪体的凹槽相联通的, 储钉槽最顶部的钉子被输送到枪体的凹槽中。 扳动压板手, 压板手带动撞针沿着凹槽远离储钉槽。 在撞针移动的过程 中, 作用在撞针上的弹簧钢片产生一个弹力; 压板手在扳动到一定程度 后, 压板手脱离撞针, 在弹簧钢片的弹力的作用下, 撞针将储钉槽最上 端的钉子打出去。 在枪体内增加了当撞针远离储钉槽时能将撞针锁定住 的控制机构, 这样在需要时就可以先扳动压板手, 使控制机构将撞针锁 定住, 然后只要轻轻扳动控制机构就可以实现将储钉槽最顶部的钉子打 到需要的地方去。
其控制机构包括开设在撞针上的通孔、 设置枪体内的锁针、 锁针管、 扭簧和小扳手, 锁针一端穿过锁针管与通孔相连, 另一端与小扳手相连, 扭黄一端作用在锁针上, 另一端作用在枪体上。
该手动钉枪虽然考虑了钉枪使用的安全问题, 采用控制机构来控制 撞针, 只在需要时通过扳动小扳手来进行打钉, 从而达到省力和安全的 目的, 但是该手动钉枪却没有解决在枪口正对附近人员时意外触动压板 手或者小扳手从而导致将附近人员打伤的情况, 特别是触动小扳手造成 钉子意外打出的情况, 因为小扳手所需的扳动力比压板手小很多。 发明内容
本实用新型针对现有的技术存在上述问题, 提出了一种手动钉枪, 该手动钉枪具有较高的安全性, 能防止钉子意外打出, 并且使用方便。
本实用新型通过下列技术方案来实现: 一种手动钉枪, 包括枪体和 设置在枪体内能往复移动的撞针, 其特征在于, 在枪体内设有为撞针提 供打钉动力的复位弹簧, 在枪体上设有使上述复位弹簧变形积蓄弹力并 传递弹力到撞针上使撞针打出的手柄, 在枪体内设有使复位弹簧锁定变 形状态用来阻挡撞针打出的锁定机构, 在枪口处设有能够往复移动的解 锁件, 所述解锁件的一端抵靠在锁定机构上并在锁定机构的作用下所述 解锁件的另一端伸出枪口外, 在解锁件往枪口内移动时所述解锁件带动 锁定机构解除对复位弹簧的锁定。
本手动钉枪通过设置在枪口处的解锁件对枪体内的锁定机构进行解 锁, 由于解锁件设置在枪口处, 而钉枪打钉时需要靠近墙体等固定面, 因此, 一端伸出枪口外的解锁件就通过墙体等固定面的推压使解锁件往 枪口内移动, 这时解锁件才带动锁定机构解除对复位弹簧的锁定。 通过 这种结构能够保证使用者在使用本钉枪时必须对着墙体等固定面推压才 可以打出, 即本钉枪的枪口没有对着墙面等固定面挤压, 即使按下手柄 也不会打出钉子, 防止钉子意外打出的情况, 提高了钉枪使用的安全性。
作为手柄和撞针的第一种方案, 在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述撞针上 连接有滑块, 所述滑块与上述复位弹簧连接并将滑块设置在复位弹簧变 形的方向上, 所述手柄能够连接和脱离滑块, 在手柄连接上述滑块时能 带动滑块使复位弹簧变形, 上述的锁定机构能够连接到滑块上使滑块保 持复位弹簧处于变形状态, 并在锁定机构连接到滑块上时所述的手柄脱 离所述的滑块。 手柄带动滑块移动, 通过滑块使复位弹簧产生变形积蓄 弹力, 在滑块移动一段距离后锁定机构连接到滑块上用来阻挡滑块在弹 力作用下反向移动。 而在锁定机构连接到滑块上时所述的手柄脱离所述 的滑块, 这时只要通过上述解锁件对锁定结构进行解锁, 滑块和连接在 滑块上的撞针就处于自由状态, 在复位弹簧的弹力下, 将通过滑块将撞 针打出。
在手柄和撞针的第一种方案中, 在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的锁定 机构包括锁定件和带动锁定件阻挡在滑块移动路径上的传动结构, 上述 的解锁件与传动结构相抵靠, 在传动结构上连接有带动传动结构使锁定 件移动到滑块移动路径上和同时使上述解锁件伸出枪口的锁定弹簧。 在 锁定弹簧的作用下, 传动结构带动锁定件移动到滑块的移动路径上, 同 时传动结构也推动解锁件往枪口外移动, 在打钉时, 解锁件往枪口内移 动时推动传动结构反向移动克服锁定弹簧的作用力从而由传动结构带动 锁定件脱离滑块, 此时滑块才处于自由状态。
除了上述这种锁定机构外, 锁定机构还可以采用直接插接在滑块内 的锁定插件以及相类似结构配合相应的传动结构来实现; 或者锁定机构 采用拉住滑块的锁定绳索以及相类似结构配合相应的传动结构来实现。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的传动结构包括铰接在枪体内的杠杆, 该杠杆的一端为解锁端, 杠杆的另一端为锁定端, 解锁端与上述的解锁 件相抵靠, 锁定端与上述的锁定件连接, 所述的锁定弹簧作用在锁定端。
除了上述这种传动结构外, 还可以采用连接在枪体内的偏心轮或者 凸轮等结构来实现。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的滑块沿着直线方向移动, 所述锁定端 和枪体内侧壁之间设有限制上述锁定件只能沿着垂直于滑块直线移动方 向的移动的限位结构。 一般的, 滑块沿直线方向为水平直线方向。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的杠杆包括水平设置并铰接在枪体内壁 上的横支架和与横支架连为一起的竖挡片, 所述的横支架和竖挡片垂直 形成 L形, 在竖挡片上开有供撞针通过的通孔, 横支架的一端为锁定端, 竖挡片的一端为解锁端, 上述的解锁件抵靠在竖挡片上。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的限位结构包括固定在枪体内侧壁上具 有竖向条形限位孔的限位片和开设在锁定端的横向条形限位孔, 所述的 限位片贴合在锁定端且竖向条形限位孔和横向条形限位孔相互垂直, 上 述的锁定件同时插接在竖向条形限位孔和横向条形限位孔内。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的枪体内还设有限制滑块移动距离的定 位块, 所述的定位块位于上述竖挡片和滑块之间且靠近竖挡片。 定位块 承担了两种阻挡作用, 一是用来阻挡杠杆的竖挡片, 防止竖挡片转动过 多, 二是用来阻挡滑块, 限制滑块的移动距离。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述滑块与上述定位块接触的一端面为锁定 平面, 上述的锁定件为水平设置的销轴, 所述的锁定件抵靠在锁定平面 上时为锁定状态。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的滑块为实心的条形金属块。 采用这种 滑块能够增加撞针的动能, 即增加打钉的力度。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的复位弹簧为条形螺旋弹簧, 复位弹簧 沿着滑块移动方向设置, 复位弹簧的一端作用在滑块上, 另一端作用在 能够调节弹簧弹力的调整结构上。 采用条形螺旋弹簧和配合实心金属滑 块能够完全代替现有产品中的条形弹片, 并且还能实现对弹簧弹力的调 节, 能够延长产品的使用寿命和适应多种打钉输出力的需求。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的调整结构包括固定在枪体上的座体和 与座体通过螺纹连接的调节螺栓, 在调节螺栓上开有放置复位弹簧的座 孔。 通过调节螺栓的前进和后退来实现复位弹簧的弹力调节。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的解锁件由条形片状体弯折形成 L形, 较长的一边为长片体, 较短的一边为短片体, 长片体插接在枪口内与上 述的竖挡片接触, 短片体覆盖在枪口上并在短边上开设供撞针穿出并与 枪口相适应的通孔。 通过短片体使在打钉时保证枪口正对墙壁等固定面 时才能打出, 保证了钉子打出时是垂直于墙面的。
作为手柄和撞针的第二种方案, 在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的撞针 设置在枪体凹槽内且能在凹槽内滑动, 所述手柄能够直接连接所述撞针 并能够脱离撞针, 在手柄连接上述撞针时能带动撞针使复位弹簧变形, 所述复位弹簧为条形的弹簧钢片, 弹簧钢片一端作用在撞针上, 另一端 固定在枪体内, 上述的锁定机构能够连接到撞针上使撞针保持弹簧钢片 处于变形状态, 并在锁定机构连接到撞针上时所述的手柄脱离所述的撞 针。
在手柄和撞针的第二种方案中, 作为锁定机构的第一种方案, 在上 述的手动钉枪中,所述的锁定机构包括设置在枪体凹槽一侧的自锁杠杆, 所述的自锁杠杆一端作用于锁定件末端, 自锁杠杆另一端与撞针接触紧 贴, 在手柄带动撞针移动时使自锁杠杆作用在撞针中部阻挡撞针前移。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的自锁杠杆为" L〃 状, 中间设置有与枪 体内固定柱铰接的通孔, 自锁杠杆与撞针作用的一端设置有凸起, 和凸 起位置相对应的枪体上设置有限位座, 限位座内设置有垂直于撞针的弹 簧, 弹簧一端限位于限位座内壁, 另一端套接在凸起上。
在手柄和撞针的第二种方案中, 作为锁定机构的第二种方案, 在上 述的手动钉枪中, 锁定机构包括枪体凹槽一侧设置有为 "L〃状的传动杆, 传动杆中间与枪体内的固定柱铰接并套有扭簧, 传动杆一端作用于解锁 件末端, 另一端设置有呈倒" L" 状的卡扣并与该卡扣一端铰接, 卡扣另 一端铰接在枪体内, 所述的传动杆和卡扣连接呈矩形状, 卡扣拐角与撞 针接触紧贴, 在手柄带动撞针移动时使卡扣拐角作用在撞针中部阻挡撞 针前移。
在手柄和撞针的第二种方案中, 作为锁定机构的第三种方案, 在上 述的手动钉枪中, 所述的枪体凹槽一侧设置有呈 "L〃 状并通过扭簧复位 的传动杆, 传动杆中间与枪体内的固定柱铰接, 传动杆一端作用于解锁 件末端, 另一端设置有锁针, 锁针垂直于撞针, 锁针下方的枪体上设置 有缓冲座, 缓冲座上设置有导套, 锁针穿过导套, 在手柄带动撞针移动 时使锁针作用在撞针中部阻挡撞针前移。
所述的撞针中部设置有限位台阶, 自锁杠杆、 卡扣拐角和锁针作用 在限位台阶上。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的手柄上设有条形销孔, 在条形销孔内 设有销轴并且该销轴固定在枪体内, 销轴上套有一端作用在手柄下端和 另一端作用在枪体内壁上的扭簧, 在滑块和手柄上端之间设有阻挡手柄 复位的反复位结构。
在上述的手动钉枪中, 所述的反复位结构包括设置滑块上的挡板和 设置在手柄上端的反复位弹簧, 在手柄上端脱离滑块时所述的反复位弹 簧一端作用在挡板上, 另一端作用手柄上端来阻止手柄复位。
与现有技术相比, 本手动钉枪在枪口处设置解锁件和通过解锁件与 墙壁接触使锁定机构解锁, 这种结构能够保证使用者在使用本钉枪时必 须对着墙体等固定面推压才可以打出, 即使按下手柄也不会打出钉子, 防止钉子意外打出的情况, 提高了钉枪使用的安全性, 防止对附近人员 的伤害。 附图说明

如图 1和图 2所示, 手柄钉枪包括枪体 1、 设置在枪体 1 内的储钉 槽 2和在枪体 1 内能往复移动的撞针 3, 枪体 1为正常的手枪形状, 枪 体 1的枪膛部分设置安装槽, 撞针 3设置在安装槽 1 1内, 储钉槽 2与安 装槽 11相连通, 撞针 3经过储钉槽 2 的出钉口, 撞针 3撞击储钉槽 2 出钉口上的钉子时能将钉子打出。
在枪体 1 内设有为撞针 3提供打钉动力的复位弹簧 4, 在安装槽 1 1 内还安装有滑块 5, 撞针 3连接滑块 5, 滑块 5与复位弹簧 4连接并将滑 块 5设置在复位弹簧 4变形的方向上, 在枪体 1上设有使复位弹簧 4变 形积蓄弹力并传递弹力到撞针 3上使撞针 3打出的手柄 6, 手柄 6能够 连接和脱离滑块 5, 在手柄 6连接滑块 5时能带动滑块 5使复位弹簧 4 变形, 锁定机构能够连接到滑块 5上使滑块 5保持复位弹簧 4处于变形 状态, 并在锁定机构连接到滑块 5上时手柄 6脱离滑块 5。 具体来说, 如图 5所示, 该滑块 5为实心的条形金属块, 撞针 3通 过滑块 5上的定位柱 5 1连接到滑块 5上, 滑块 5两侧具有突出的边沿 52, 该边沿 52与安装槽 1 1配合使滑块 5只能在安装槽 1 1 内滑动。滑块 5 的一端具有安装孔, 复位弹簧 4为条形螺旋弹簧, 复位弹簧 4沿着滑 块 5移动方向设置, 复位弹簧 4的一端安装于安装孔内并作用在滑块 5 上, 另一端作用在能够调节弹簧弹力的调整结构上。 配合图 1、 图 3和 图 5所示, 调整结构包括固定在枪体 1上的座体 7和与座体 7通过螺纹 连接的调节螺栓 8,在调节螺栓 8上开有放置复位弹簧 4端部的座孔 81。 通过调节螺栓 8的前进和后退来实现复位弹簧 4的弹力调节。 采用条形 螺旋弹簧和配合实心金属滑块的重量能够完全代替现有产品中的条形弹 片, 并且还能实现对弹簧弹力的调节, 能够延长产品的使用寿命和适应 多种打钉输出力的需求。
如图 1和图 3配合图 2、 4、 5所示, 手柄 6上设有条形销孔 61, 在 条形销孔 6 1内设有销轴 9并且该销轴 9固定在枪体 1内,在手柄 6外侧 还有一卡位口 64并在卡位口 64内设置定位销 2 1, 该定位销 2 1 固定在 枪体 1内, 销轴 9上套有一端作用在手柄下端 62和另一端作用在枪体 1 内壁上的扭簧 10。 正常状态下手柄 6如图 5所示, 销轴 9位于条形销孔 61的下方阻挡手柄 6, 且手柄上端 63伸入到滑块 5内, 转动手柄 6, 手 柄 6移动到定位销 2 1并绕定位销 2 1转动直到销轴 9阻挡在手柄的条形 销孔 6 1上方阻止手柄 6继续移动, 在手柄 6移动过程中手柄上端 63会 下移而脱离滑块 5。
在滑块底面 53开设有凹槽 54, 手柄上端 63插接在凹槽 54内时带 动滑块 5移动, 在手柄上端 63脱离滑块 5时即手柄上端 63脱离凹槽 54 时, 在滑块 5和手柄上端 63之间设有阻挡手柄 6复位的反复位结构。反 复位结构包括设置滑块 5上的挡板 55和设置在手柄上端 63的反复位弹 簧 1 1, 在手柄上端 63脱离滑块 5 时反复位弹簧 1 1一端作用在挡板 55 上, 另一端作用手柄上端 63来阻止手柄 6复位。 为保证结构稳定, 在反 复位弹簧 1 1 内设有螺栓 12, 该螺栓 12的螺纹段穿过手柄上端 63的通 孔后与一螺母 13连接, 反复位弹簧 11的一端顶压在手柄上端 63上, 另 一端顶压在螺栓 12的螺栓头上,手柄上端 63脱离凹槽 54时螺栓头顶压 在滑块 5的挡板 55上。反复位弹簧 11的弹力大于扭簧 10的弹力,因此, 在滑块 5移动前, 手柄上端 63不会在扭簧 10的作用力下提前插接到凹 槽 54中。 只有在滑块 5复位后才手柄 6才能在扭簧 10的作用力复位。
锁定机构用来使复位弹簧 4锁定变形状态以阻挡撞针 3打出, 在枪 口处设有能够往复移动的解锁件 14, 解锁件 14 的一端抵靠在锁定机构 上并在锁定机构的作用下解锁件 14 的另一端伸出枪口外, 在解锁件 14 往枪口内移动时解锁件 14带动锁定机构解除对复位弹簧 4的锁定。
图 1和图 3配合图 2、 4、 5所示, 锁定机构包括锁定件 15和带动锁 定件 15阻挡在滑块 5移动路径上的传动结构, 解锁件 14与传动结构相 抵靠,在传动结构上连接有带动传动结构使锁定件 15移动到滑块 5移动 路径上和同时使解锁件 14伸出枪口的锁定弹簧 16。 传动结构包括铰接 在枪体 1内的杠杆 17, 该杠杆 17的一端为解锁端, 杠杆 17的另一端为 锁定端,杠杆 17包括水平设置并铰接在枪体 1内壁上的横支架 171和与 横支架 171连为一起的竖挡片 172,横支架 171和竖挡片 172垂直形成 L 形, 在竖挡片 172上开有供撞针 3通过的通孔 173, 横支架 171 的端部 为锁定端, 竖挡片 172 的端部为解锁端, 解锁件 14 抵靠在竖挡片 172 上, 锁定端与锁定件 15连接, 锁定弹簧 16作用在锁定端, 其具体如图 1、 3、 5, 横支架 171 由对称的两片体 1711构成, 两片体 1711之间通过 连接板 1712固定, 在连接板 1712底部设有安装柱 174, 在枪体 1 内侧 壁上设有安装座 18, 锁定弹簧 16竖直设置, 一端设置在安装座 18上, 另一端设置安装柱 174上。
滑块 5沿着水平直线方向移动, 锁定端和枪体 1 内侧壁之间设有限 制锁定件 15只能沿着垂直于滑块 5直线移动方向的移动的限位结构。限 位结构包括固定在枪体 1内侧壁上具有竖向条形限位孔 191的限位片 19 和开设在锁定端即横支架 171 的横向条形限位孔 1713, 限位片 19贴合 在锁定端且竖向条形限位孔 191和横向条形限位孔 1713相互垂直,锁定 件 15为水平设置的销轴, 锁定件 15同时插接在竖向条形限位孔 191和 横向条形限位孔 Π 13内。
枪体 1 内还设有限制滑块 5移动距离的定位块 20, 定位块 20位于 竖挡片 172和滑块 5之间且靠近竖挡片 172。定位块 20有两个并列的块 体构成, 定位块 20—是用来阻挡杠杆 17的竖挡片 172, 防止竖挡片 172 转动过多, 二是用来阻挡滑块 5, 限制滑块 5的移动距离。 锁定件 15抵 靠在锁定平面上时为锁定状态。
为在打钉时保证枪口正对墙壁等固定面时才能打出, 保证钉子打出 时是垂直于墙面的, 解锁件 14由条形片状体弯折形成 L形, 较长的一边 为长片体 141, 较短的一边为短片体 142, 长片体 141插接在枪口内与上 述的竖挡片 172接触, 短片体 142覆盖在枪口上并在短边上开设供撞针 3穿出并与枪口相适应的通孔 1421。
本手动钉枪有两种操作方式: 第一种是先将解锁件 14 按压在墙面 上, 解锁件 14对锁定机构进行解锁, 然后通过手柄 6实现打钉; 第二种 是先按压手柄 6, 然后将解锁件 14按压在墙面上, 解锁件 14对锁定机 构进行解锁, 钉枪打出一次钉子。 不管何种方式, 都需要将解锁件 14 按压在墙面上才能将钉子打出, 用于提高钉枪使用的安全性, 防止对附 近人员的伤害。 实施例 2 :
如图 6和图 7所示, 实施例 2的手动打钉枪包括具有凹槽的枪体 1、 储钉槽 2、 设置在枪体 1凹槽内的撞针 3、 弹簧钢片 913和手柄 6, 手柄 6—端作用在撞针 3 上, 能带动撞针 3 沿着凹槽移动, 另一端置于枪体 1夕卜, 弹簧钢片 913—端作用在撞针 3上, 另一端固定在枪体 1 上, 枪 体 1凹槽端部设置有带复位弹簧 900的解锁件, 该解锁件为顶针 915, 顶针 915前端延伸至枪口外, 枪体 1凹槽一侧设置有锁定机构。 锁定机 构包括枪体 1 凹槽一侧设置有自锁杠杆 916 , 自锁杠杆 916 —端作用 于顶针 915 末端, 另一端与撞针 3 平行并紧贴, 在手柄 6作用下撞针 3 移动使其作用在撞针 3 中部。 自锁杠杆 916呈" L〃状且中间设置有条形 通孔 917, 枪体 1 内设有固定柱 9 14并插接在条形通孔 9 17中, 与撞针 3 作用的一端设置有凸起 9 18 , 和凸起 918 位置相对应的枪体 1 上设 置有限位座 920 , 限位座 920 内设置有垂直于撞针 3 的弹簧 919 , 弹 簧 919一端限位于限位座 920 内壁, 另一端套接在凸起 918上。 撞针 3 中部设置有限位台阶 93 1, 自锁杠杆 9 16作用在限位台阶 93 1上。
具体工作方式为:先扣动手柄 6, 撞针 3 向后移动, 呈" L"状的自锁 杠杆 916 的与撞针 3 平行端在弹簧 919 弹力作用下与限位台阶 93 1扣 合, 撞针 3被锁住, 开始打钉时, 再将延伸至枪口外侧的顶针 915压在 工作面上, 顶针 915 推动自锁杠杆 916 转动, 自锁杠杆 916 与限位台 阶 93 1分离, 在弹簧钢片 913 的弹力作用下, 撞针 3 将储钉槽 2 内的 钉子击打出去, 自锁杠杆 916复位, 与撞针 3平行并紧贴。 如先将延伸 至枪口外侧的顶针 915压在工作面上, 使顶针 915推动自锁杠杆 916转 动, 再扣动手柄 6, 撞针 3向后移动, 自锁杠杆 916不能与限位台阶 93 1 扣合, 在弹簧钢片 913 的弹力作用下, 撞针 3 直接将储钉槽 2 内的钉 子击打出去。 实施例 3 :
如图 8和图 9所示, 实施例 3与实施例 2相同, 不同点在于所述的 锁定机构包括枪体 1凹槽一侧设置有呈" L〃状的传动杆 927, 传动杆 927 中间与枪体 1 内的固定柱铰接并套有扭簧 928, 解锁件为顶针 915, 传 动杆 927—端作用于顶针 915末端,另一端设置有呈倒" L"状的卡扣 929, 并与卡扣 929—端铰接, 卡扣 929另一端铰接在枪体 1上, 传动杆 927 和卡扣 929 连接呈矩形状, 卡扣 929 拐角与撞针 3 平行并紧贴, 在手 柄 6作用下撞针 3 移动使其作用在撞针 3 中部。 撞针 3 中部设置有限 位台阶 93 1, 卡扣 929 拐角作用在限位台阶 93 1上。
具体工作方式与实施例 2相同, 不同点在于通过传动杆 927拉动卡 扣 929转动实现卡扣 929拐角与限位台阶 93 1分离和结合。 此优选方案 相对方案 1锁定撞针更稳定, 弹力较强的弹簧钢片作用下, 也能轻松锁 定。 实施例 4:
如图 10和图 11所示, 实施例 4与实施例 2基本相同, 不同点在于所述 的锁定机构所述的枪体 1 凹槽一侧设置有呈" L"状并通过扭簧 928复位的 传动杆 927,传动杆 927中间与枪体 1内的固定柱铰接,解锁件为顶针 915, 传动杆 927 —端作用于顶针 915 末端, 另一端设置有锁针 921 , 锁针 921 下端开有安装孔, 传动杆 927具有连接部且该连接部插接在安装孔中, 锁 针 921 垂直于撞针 3, 锁针 921 下方的枪体 1 上设置有缓冲座 922, 缓冲 座 922上设置有导套 923, 锁针 921穿过导套 923, 在手柄 6作用下撞针 3移 动使锁针 921作用在撞针 3 中部。
具体工作方式与实施例 2相同, 不同点在于通过传动杆 927拉动锁针 921上下移动实现锁针 921与限位台阶 931分离和结合。
上述实施例仅为本实用新型的较好的实施例, 并非依此限制本实用 新型的保护范围, 凡依本实用新型的结构、 形状、 原理所做的等效变化, 均应涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种手动钉枪, 包括枪体和设置在枪体内能往复移动的撞针, 其 特征在于, 在枪体内设有为撞针提供打钉动力的复位弹簧, 在枪体上设 有使上述复位弹簧变形积蓄弹力并传递弹力到撞针上使撞针打出的手 柄, 在枪体内设有使复位弹簧锁定变形状态用来阻挡撞针打出的锁定机 构, 在枪口处设有能够往复移动的解锁件, 所述解锁件的一端抵靠在锁 定机构上并在锁定机构的作用下所述解锁件的另一端伸出枪口外, 在解 锁件往枪口内移动时所述解锁件带动锁定机构解除对复位弹簧的锁定。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述撞针上连接 有滑块, 所述滑块与上述复位弹簧连接并将滑块设置在复位弹簧变形的 方向上, 所述手柄能够连接和脱离滑块, 在手柄连接上述滑块时能带动 滑块使复位弹簧变形, 上述的锁定机构能够连接到滑块上使滑块保持复 位弹簧处于变形状态, 并在锁定机构连接到滑块上时所述的手柄脱离所 述的滑块。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的锁定机构 包括锁定件和带动锁定件阻挡在滑块移动路径上的传动结构, 上述的解 锁件与传动结构相抵靠, 在传动结构上连接有带动传动结构使锁定件移 动到滑块移动路径上和同时使上述解锁件伸出枪口的锁定弹簧。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的传动结构 包括铰接在枪体内的杠杆, 该杠杆的一端为解锁端, 杠杆的另一端为锁 定端, 解锁端与上述的解锁件相抵靠, 锁定端与上述的锁定件连接, 所 述的锁定弹簧作用在锁定端。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的滑块沿着 直线方向移动, 所述锁定端和枪体内侧壁之间设有限制上述锁定件只能 沿着垂直于滑块直线移动方向的移动的限位结构。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的杠杆包括 水平设置并铰接在枪体内壁上的横支架和与横支架连为一起的竖挡片, 所述的横支架和竖挡片垂直形成 L形, 在竖挡片上开有供撞针通过的通 孔, 横支架的一端为锁定端, 竖挡片的一端为解锁端, 上述的解锁件抵 靠在竖挡片上。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的限位结构 包括固定在枪体内侧壁上具有竖向条形限位孔的限位片和开设在锁定端 的横向条形限位孔, 所述的限位片贴合在锁定端且竖向条形限位孔和横 向条形限位孔相互垂直, 上述的锁定件同时插接在竖向条形限位孔和横 向条形限位孔内。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的枪体内还 设有限制滑块移动距离的定位块, 所述的定位块位于上述竖挡片和滑块 之间且靠近竖挡片。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述滑块与上述 定位块接触的一端面为锁定平面, 上述的锁定件为水平设置的销轴, 所 述的锁定件抵靠在锁定平面上时为锁定状态。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的滑块为 实心的条形金属块。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的复位弹 簧为条形螺旋弹簧, 复位弹簧沿着滑块移动方向设置, 复位弹簧的一端 作用在滑块上, 另一端作用在能够调节弹簧弹力的调整结构上。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的调整结 构包括固定在枪体上的座体和与座体通过螺纹连接的调节螺栓, 在调节 螺栓上开有放置复位弹簧的座孔。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的解锁件 由条形片状体弯折形成 L形, 较长的一边为长片体, 较短的一边为短片 体, 长片体插接在枪口内与上述的竖挡片接触, 短片体覆盖在枪口上并 在短边上开设供撞针穿出并与枪口相适应的通孔。
14、 根据权利要求 1所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的撞针设 置在枪体凹槽内且能在凹槽内滑动, 所述手柄能够直接连接所述撞针并 能够脱离撞针, 在手柄连接上述撞针时能带动撞针使复位弹簧变形, 所 述复位弹簧为条形的弹簧钢片, 弹簧钢片一端作用在撞针上, 另一端固 定在枪体内, 上述的锁定机构能够连接到撞针上使撞针保持弹簧钢片处 于变形状态,并在锁定机构连接到撞针上时所述的手柄脱离所述的撞针。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的锁定机 构包括设置在枪体凹槽一侧的自锁杠杆, 所述的自锁杠杆一端作用于锁 定件末端, 自锁杠杆另一端与撞针接触紧贴, 在手柄带动撞针移动时使 自锁杠杆作用在撞针中部阻挡撞针前移。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的自锁杠 杆为" L" 状, 中间设置有与枪体内固定柱铰接的通孔, 自锁杠杆与撞针 作用的一端设置有凸起, 和凸起位置相对应的枪体上设置有限位座, 限 位座内设置有垂直于撞针的弹簧, 弹簧一端限位于限位座内壁, 另一端 套接在凸起上。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的锁定机 构包括枪体凹槽一侧设置有为" L" 状的传动杆, 传动杆中间与枪体内的 固定柱铰接并套有扭簧, 传动杆一端作用于解锁件末端, 另一端设置有 呈倒" L" 状的卡扣并与该卡扣一端铰接, 卡扣另一端饺接在枪体内, 所 述的传动杆和卡扣连接呈矩形状, 卡扣拐角与撞针接触紧贴, 在手柄带 动撞针移动时使卡扣拐角作用在撞针中部阻挡撞针前移。
18、 根据权利要求 14所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的锁定机 构包括所述的枪体凹槽一侧设置有呈" L〃 状并通过扭簧复位的传动杆, 传动杆中间与枪体内的固定柱铰接, 传动杆一端作用于解锁件末端, 另 一端设置有锁针, 锁针垂直于撞针, 锁针下方的枪体上设置有缓冲座, 缓冲座上设置有导套, 锁针穿过导套, 在手柄带动撞针移动时使锁针作 用在撞针中部阻挡撞针前移。
19、 根据权利要求 1所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的手柄上 设有条形销孔, 在条形销孔内设有销轴并且该销轴固定在枪体内, 销轴 上套有一端作用在手柄下端和另一端作用在枪体内壁上的扭簧, 在滑块 和手柄上端之间设有阻挡手柄复位的反复位结构。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的手动钉枪, 其特征在于, 所述的反复位 结构包括设置滑块上的挡板和设置在手柄上端的反复位弹簧, 在手柄上 端脱离滑块时所述的反复位弹簧一端作用在挡板上, 另一端作用手柄上 端来阻止手柄复位。
