在电子商务的实际运行中, 常常会出现恶意下单, 通常表现为短 期内大量的下单, 对于买家和卖家的利益带来损失。 为了制止恶意下 单行为, 首先要确定恶意下单的嫌疑账号。 目前的一种方式是采用黑 名单, 将曾经作出过恶意下单行为的账号放入黑名单, 对该账号的行 为进行监控。 这种方式只要恶意下单的用户更换账号就能够避免被监 控, 从而无法确定需监控的目标。 目前还采用的另一种方式是在用户下单时在用户使用的终端上作 标识, 通过用户下单时获取他使用的终端上保存的标识来实现对标识 的跟踪, 由于是使用同一个终端来下单, 所以即使该用户更换账号, 仍能通过跟踪标识来监测到该用户的下单行为。 这个在终端上作标识 的方案一般采用 cookie相关的技术来实现, 或者采用 flash cookie相关 的技术来实现跨浏览器的 cookie记录。 但恶意下单的人会经常更换终 端, 此时仍无法确定需要监控的目标。 发明内容

N1 , 将标识 1和账号 A对应地保存在映射网 N1中, 如图 2A所示。 一 般来说, 用户可以更换终端但不更换账号登录, 也可以更换账号并使 用同一终端登录。 在更换终端但不更换账号登录的情况下, 服务器同 样向更换后的终端 2发送标识 2, 并且将标识 2保存在 N1中并与账号 A对应, 如图 2B所示。 此时因为登录之后服务器已经保存了账号 A, 所以当账号 A从终端 2登录后,服务器能够根据账号 A找到映射网 Nl。 在更换为账号 B并使用同一终端 1登录的情况下,服务器首先从终端 1 获取标识 1, 根据标识 1找到映射网 N1 , 再把账号 B保存在找到的映 射网 N1中并与标识 1对应, 如图 2C所示。 可以看出,如果该用户再次登录后使用的终端是 N1中的标识所在 的终端但使用的账号不是 N1中的账号, 或者使用的账号是 N1中的账 号但使用的终端不是 N1中的标识所在的终端, 则 N1会不断扩大。 还有一种情况, 例如图 2D所示, 用户先用账号 A至账号 D在终 端 1至终端 5 (标识分别为标识 1至标识 5 ) 上登录, 形成映射网 N1 ; 并且用另一批不同的账号 E至账号 G,在另一批不同的终端 6和终端 7 (标识分别为标识 6和标识 7 ) 上登录, 形成映射网 N2; 然后该用户 又用账号 A在终端 6上登录, 此时就将映射网 N1和 N2合并作为一张 映射网 N12。 也就是说, 在某一账号使用该账号所在映射网以外的另 一个映射网中的终端登录的情况下, 就将这两个映射网合并成一个映 射网。 可以看出, 映射网会扩大到一个用户的几乎所有账号和终端, 该 用户的网络行为 (登录、 下单等) 都与该映射表有关。 在已经存在一 个或多个映射网的情况下, 就可以利用映射网来确定需要监测的用户 账号和 /或终端。 需要说明的是, 建立映射网的过程和利用映射网确定 需监测的用户账号和 /或终端是同步进行的, 在不断有账号登录的过程 中, 映射网增大或合并。 步骤 S 12: 当账号使用终端登录时, 从该终端获取标识。 在本步骤 中, 服务器提供给终端的登录页面中包含脚本以获取曾经发送给该终 端的标识。 步骤 S 13 : 判断是否获取到标识。 若是, 进入步骤 S 15 , 否则进入 步骤 S 14。 步骤 S 14: 向终端发送标识, 并将该标识和当前登录的账号对应保 存在该账号所在的映射网中。 本步骤中, 如果账号已经存在于一个映 射网, 则直接在其中对应保存该标识, 否则新建一个映射网。 本步骤 之后直接进入步骤 S 18。 步骤 S 15 :将当前登录的账号保存到获取的标识所在的映射网中并 与该标识对应。 因为能够获取到标识, 则说明该终端曾经被用来登录, 于是该终端必然被保存在一个映射网中。 同样的道理, 如果当前登录 的账号曾经登录过, 则也被保存在一个映射网中, 这样该账号使用了 自己所在的映射网之外的另一映射网中的终端登录, 可以将这两个映 射网合并。 即步骤 S 16和步骤 S 17。 步骤 S 16 : 判断当前登录的账号是否同时存在于不同的映射网中。 若是, 进入步骤 S 17, 否则进入步骤 S 18。 步骤 S 17 : 将当前登录的账号所在的两个映射网合并。 步骤 S 18 :判断当前登录的账号所在的映射网中是否包含指定的账 号或终端。 因为当前登录的账号及其使用的终端必然在同一映射网中, 所以本步骤中也可以判断当前登录的账号所使用的终端所在的映射网 中是否包含指定的账号或终端。 在本实施例中, 如果有用户曾经恶意下单, 则其使用的账号和分 配给登录用的终端的标识都将被记录在映射网中, 并且成为指定的账 号和终端, 此时该映射网中的账号和终端就成为监测目标。 如果该用 户更改账号或终端然后下单, 由于上述映射网的存在, 其更改的账号 或终端通常就仍在该映射网中从而成为监测目标, 除非他使用一个新 账号和一个新终端。 并且该新账号和新终端也将被记录在新的映射网 中, 而且若该新账号使用上述映射网中的任一终端登录, 或者上述映 射网中的任一账号使用该新终端登录, 则上述映射网就与该新的映射 网合并, 上述的新账号和新终端也成为监测目标。 步骤 S 18的判断结果若为 "是" , 则说明当前用户曾经恶意下单, 此时进入步骤 S 19, 否则结束流程。 以上是以 "恶意下单"作为指定账 户和终端的原因。 也可以是按其他原因来做出指定。 步骤 S 19 : 按预设的处理方式处理当前登录的账号的网络行为。在 电子商务领域中, 监测恶意下单行为时, 通常是以买家的账号的下单 速度即单位时间内的下单量来衡量是否为恶意下单, 服务器可以实时 地检测并输出该账号的下单速度。 在电子商务运营者发现下单速度较 大时, 可以采取相应的措施, 例如冻结账户、 人工与用户联系等。 另 外服务器还可以监视买家的收货地址和 /或终端的网络地址并输出, 以 供电子商务运营者参考。 图 3 是根据本发明实施例的确定信息处理目标的装置的基本组成 部分的示意图。 如图 3所示, 确定信息处理目标的装置 30主要包括保 存模块 31和定位模块 32。 保存模块 31用于保存多个用户账号与多个终端之间的多对多的对 应关系所构成的映射网, 所述终端是至少一个所述用户账号登录时使 用的终端; 定位模块 32用于在映射网中包含预先指定的用户账号或者 终端的情况下,将该映射网中的用户账号和 /或终端作为信息处理目标, 并按预设的处理方式针对所述信息处理目标进行处理。 保存模块 31还可用于保存多个映射网, 以及在用户账号使用该用 户账号所在的映射网之外的另一映射网中的终端登录的情况下, 将该 另一映射网和该用户账号所在的映射网合并成一个映射网。 保存模块 31还可用于: 在第一用户账号登录后, 向所述第一用户 账号登录使用的第一终端发送第一标识, 将第一用户账号与第一标识 对应保存在第一映射网中; 在所述第一用户账号使用第二终端再次登 录的情况下, 向所述第二终端发送第二标识, 并且将所述第二标识与 第一用户账号对应保存在所述第一映射网中; 在第二用户账号使用第 一终端登录的情况下, 从所述第一终端获取所述第一标识, 根据获取 的第一标识确定所述第一映射网, 再将所述第二用户账号与所述第一 终端对应保存在所述第一映射网中。 根据本发明实施例的技术方案, 以映射表的方式保存用户使用的 各个账号和终端, 在用户有多个账号和 /或多个终端的情况下, 若其中 任一账号或终端曾经发生过被监视的网络行为 (例如恶意下单) , 根 据映射表就可以确定该用户的所有账号和终端, 这样该用户再次使用 他的账号和终端登录时就会被监测。 也就是说根据本发明实施例的技 术方案能够有效地确定信息处理目标。 以上结合具体实施例描述了本发明的基本原理, 但是, 需要指出 的是, 对本领域的普通技术人员而言, 能够理解本发明的方法和设备 的全部或者任何步骤或者部件, 可以在任何计算装置 (包括处理器、 存储介质等) 或者计算装置的网络中, 以硬件、 固件、 软件或者它们 的组合加以实现, 这是本领域普通技术人员在阅读了本发明的说明的 情况下运用他们的基本编程技能就能实现的。 因此, 本发明的目的还可以通过在任何计算装置上运行一个程序 或者一组程序来实现。 所述计算装置可以是公知的通用装置。 因此, 本发明的目的也可以仅仅通过提供包含实现所述方法或者装置的程序 代码的程序产品来实现。 也就是说, 这样的程序产品也构成本发明, 并且存储有这样的程序产品的存储介质也构成本发明。 显然, 所述存 储介质可以是任何公知的存储介质或者将来开发出的任何存储介质。 还需要指出的是, 在本发明的装置和方法中, 显然, 各部件或各 步骤是可以分解和 /或重新组合的。 这些分解和 /或重新组合应视为本发 明的等效方案。 并且, 执行上述系列处理的步骤可以自然地按照说明 的顺序按时间顺序执行, 但是并不需要一定按照时间顺序执行。 某些 步骤可以并行或彼此独立地执行。 上述具体实施方式, 并不构成对本发明保护范围的限制。 本领域 技术人员应该明白的是, 取决于设计要求和其他因素, 可以发生各种 各样的修改、 组合、 子组合和替代。 任何在本发明的精神和原则之内 所作的修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种确定信息处理目标的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 保存多个用户账号与多个终端之间的多对多的对应关系所构成的 映射网, 所述终端是至少一个所述用户账号登录时使用的终端;
在映射网中包含预先指定的用户账号或者终端的情况下, 将该映 射网中的用户账号和 /或终端作为信息处理目标, 并按预设的处理方式 针对所述信息处理目标进行处理。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
保存的所述映射网为多个;
在用户账号使用该用户账号所在的映射网之外的另一映射网中的 终端登录的情况下, 将该另一映射网和该用户账号所在的映射网合并 成一个映射网。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 保存多个用户 账号与多个终端之间的多对多的对应关系所构成的映射网的步骤包 括:
在第一用户账号登录后, 向所述第一用户账号登录使用的第一终 端发送第一标识, 将第一用户账号与第一标识对应保存在第一映射网 中;
在所述第一用户账号使用第二终端再次登录的情况下, 向所述第 二终端发送第二标识, 并且将所述第二标识与第一用户账号对应保存 在所述第一映射网中;
在第二用户账号使用第一终端登录的情况下, 从所述第一终端获 取所述第一标识, 根据获取的第一标识确定所述第一映射网, 再将所 述第二用户账号与所述第一终端对应保存在所述第一映射网中。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述用户账号是电子商务中的买家的账号; 所述预设的处理方式包括: 统计用户账号所属的买家的下单速度。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预设的处理方 式还包括如下的一种或两种:
输出买家的收货地址;
输出买家所使用终端的网络地址。
6. 一种确定信息处理目标的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
保存模块, 用于保存多个用户账号与多个终端之间的多对多的对 应关系所构成的映射网, 所述终端是至少一个所述用户账号登录时使 用的终端;
定位模块, 用于在映射网中包含预先指定的用户账号或者终端的 情况下, 将该映射网中的用户账号和 /或终端作为信息处理目标, 并按 预设的处理方式针对所述信息处理目标进行处理。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述保存模块还用于保存多个映射网, 以及在用户账号使用该用 户账号所在的映射网之外的另一映射网中的终端登录的情况下, 将该 另一映射网和该用户账号所在的映射网合并成一个映射网。
8. 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述保存模块 还用于:
在第一用户账号登录后, 向所述第一用户账号登录使用的第一终 端发送第一标识, 将第一用户账号与第一标识对应保存在第一映射网 中; 在所述第一用户账号使用第二终端再次登录的情况下, 向所述第 二终端发送第二标识, 并且将所述第二标识与第一用户账号对应保存 在所述第一映射网中; 在第二用户账号使用第一终端登录的情况下, 从所述第一终端获取所述第一标识, 根据获取的第一标识确定所述第 一映射网, 再将所述第二用户账号与所述第一终端对应保存在所述第 一映射网中。
