Abstract

本发明公开了一种触摸屏及显示装置,用以实现一种触摸效果较好的触摸屏和显示装置。该触摸屏包括:第一基板、位于该第一基板上沿第一方向分布的多条第一触摸电极、位于第一基板与第一触摸电极之间的第一绝缘层;还包括沿与第一方向交叉的第二方向分布的多条第二触摸电极;其中,第一绝缘层朝向第一触摸电极的一侧与每一第一触摸电极相对应的区域设置有不平坦区域,第一触摸电极依照第一绝缘层的形状设置于其上形成对应的不平坦区域。

Description

一种触摸屏及显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域, 尤其涉及一种触摸屏及显示装置。 背景技术
现有技术具有触摸功能的显示屏由于其结构筒单、 轻、 薄、 低成本等特 点, 已经逐渐成为显示领域的主流。
触摸屏主要包括电容式触摸屏、 电阻式触摸屏, 光学式触摸屏等。 电容 式触摸屏为较常见且较普遍的一种触摸屏。
以下结合触摸屏的结构筒单说明电容式触摸屏的触摸原理。
图 1为电容式触摸屏的俯视示意图, 该触摸屏包括横向设置的触摸驱动 电极 800和纵向设置的触摸感应电极 900, 相邻触摸驱动电极 800和触摸感 应电极 900之间耦合产生互电容 Cm ( mutual capacitance )。 当手指触碰屏幕 时, 手指的触碰会改变所述互电容 Cm的值, 触 4莫检测装置通过检测手指触 碰前后电容 Cm对应的电流的改变, 从而检测出手指触摸点的位置。 手指通 过改变触摸驱动电极 800 和触摸感应电极 900之间的电场从而改变互电容 Cm的值。
参见图 2, 图 2为图 1所示的触摸驱动电极 800和触摸感应电极 900的 截面示意图, 当为触摸驱动电极 800和触摸感应电极 900施加电压时, 二者 之间形成电场, 图 2中带箭头的线段表示电场线。 触摸驱动电极 800和触摸 感应电极 900之间形成的电场包括两部分, 分别为触摸驱动电极 800和触摸 感应电极 900之间正对交叠面之间形成的正向电场和非交叠面之间形成的投 射电场(本发明中的交叠面是指触摸驱动电极与触摸感应电极在同一平面内 的正投影所形成的交叠面)。手指只能通过改变投射到触摸驱动电极 800和触 摸感应电极 900之外的电场改变互电容 Cm的值。 正向电场不利于提高触摸 屏的触摸效果。 触摸感应电极的面积越大, 触摸感应电极与触摸驱动电极之 间的投射电场越大, 但是同时触摸感应电极与触摸驱动电极之间的正向电场 也越大。 当正对电场之间形成的互电容较大时, 导致触摸检测装置检测初始 值较大, 无法准确检测出手指触碰触摸屏后投射电场信号的微弱变化, 触摸 屏的触摸效果较差。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种触摸屏及显示装置, 用以实现一种触摸效果较 好的触摸屏和显示装置。
为实现上述目的, 本发明实施例提供的触摸屏包括: 第一基板、 位于第 一基板上沿第一方向分布的多条第一触摸电极、 位于第一基板与第一触摸电 极之间的第一绝缘层; 还包括沿与第一方向交叉的第二方向分布的多条第二 触摸电极;
其中, 第一绝缘层朝向第一触摸电极的一侧与每一第一触摸电极相对应 的区域设置有不平坦区域, 第一触摸电极依照第一绝缘层的形状设置于其上 形成对应的不平坦区域。
举例来说, 第一绝缘层上的不平坦区域为一个或多个表面光滑的凹陷区 域。
举例来说, 凹陷区域为沿第一方向延伸的凹槽状区域, 或沿第一方向分 布的多个孔状区域。
举例来说, 凹槽状区域沿第二方向的纵截面为梯形状、三角形状或弧状。 举例来说, 凹槽状区域沿第二方向的纵截面为等腰梯形状、 等腰三角形 状或圓弧状。
举例来说, 多个孔状区域中任意相邻的两个孔状区域之间的距离相等。 举例来说,第二触摸电极位于第一触摸电极之上与第一触摸电极相绝缘, 使得第一绝缘层具有凹陷区域的一侧朝向第二触摸电极。
举例来说, 第一基板上还设置有位于第一基板和第一绝缘层之间的彩色 树脂层; 还包括与第一基板具有第一触摸电极的一侧相对设置的第二基板; 第二基板靠近第一基板的一侧设置有与彩色树脂层相对应的呈矩阵分布的多 个亚像素单元, 第二触摸电极设置在亚像素单元之上。
举例来说, 该触摸屏还包括位于彩色树脂层与第一基板之间的黑矩阵, 该黑矩阵与相邻行和相邻列亚像素单元之间的非显示区域对应, 第一触摸电 极设置在与黑矩阵相对应的区域。 举例来说, 第一绝缘层为氧化硅层、 氮化硅层, 或有机树脂层。
本发明实施例还提供一种显示装置, 包括上述触摸屏。
本发明通过在第一触摸电极上设置不平坦区域, 增加了第一触摸电极的 表面积, 第二触摸电极与第一触摸电极之间的垂直交叠面不因不平坦区域而 增大, 第二触摸电极与第一触摸电极之间的垂直交叠面积对应的正对电场不 变, 投射电场增大, 投射电场与正对电场之间的比值增大。 当手指触碰触摸 屏时改变投射电场的大小, 触 4莫检测装置通过检测手指触碰前后电流值或电 压值的初始值的变化量确定触摸点的位置。 根据本发明, 由于投射电场与正 对电场之间的比值增大, 触摸检测装置检测初始值减小, 可以较准确检测出 手指触碰触摸屏后投射电场信号的微弱变化, 提高了触摸屏的触摸效果。 附图说明

本发明实施例提供了一种触摸屏及显示装置, 用以实现一种触摸效果较 好的触摸屏和显示装置。
本发明通过在第一触摸电极上设置不平坦区域, 增加第一触摸电极的表 面积, 第二触摸电极与第一触摸电极之间的垂直交叠面不因不平坦区域的设 置而增大, 提高了第二触摸电极与第一触摸电极之间的投射电场, 提高触摸 屏的触摸效果。
需要说明的是, 任何在第一触摸电极上设置不平坦区域的触摸屏均包括 在本发明范围之内, 本发明实施例提供的触摸屏可以为任何电容式触摸屏, 例如本发明实施例提供的触摸屏按照设置方式分类可以为外挂式触摸屏 ( Add on式触摸屏 ), 或集成在显示屏中的内嵌式触摸屏 ( On Cell或 In Cell 式触摸屏)。在结构方面,第二触摸电极和第一触摸电极可以位于同一基板上, 可以位于同一基板的一侧或位于同一基板的两侧; 或者位于不同基板上。 第 一触摸电极可以是触摸驱动电极或触摸感应电极, 第二触摸电极可以是触摸 感应电极或触摸驱动电极。本发明实施例中以第一触摸电极为触摸感应电极, 第二触摸电极为触摸驱动电极为例进行说明。 本发明实施例提供的触摸屏, 至少包括: 第一基板、 位于所述第一基板 上沿第一方向分布的多条第一触摸电极、 沿与所述第一方向交叉的第二方向 分布的多条第二触摸电极, 还包括位于所述第一触摸电极与所述第二触摸电 极之间使第一触摸电极与所述第二触摸电极相绝缘的绝缘介质层, 其中: 所述绝缘介质层朝向所述第一触摸电极的一侧与所述第一触摸电极相对 应的区域设置有不平坦区域。 通过在绝缘介质层上形成不平坦区域进而形成 第一触摸电极的不平坦区域, 进而提高触控的灵敏度。
本发明实施例提供的触摸屏还包括沿与第一方向交叉的第二方向分布的 多条第二触摸电极; 其中, 第一绝缘层朝向第一触摸电极的一侧与每一第一 触摸电极相对应的区域设置有不平坦区域, 第一触摸电极依照第一绝缘层的 形状设置于其上形成对应的不平坦区域。
本发明实施例中的所有不平坦区域(至少包括绝缘介质层的不平坦区域、 第一绝缘层的不平坦区域和第一触摸电极的不平坦区域)相对于平面区域而 言, 具有不平坦区域的第一触摸电极的表面不是平面状而是曲面状。 域, 或同时包括凹陷区域和凸起状区域。 需要说明的是, 任何表面为曲线状 的第一触摸电极均可以提高第二触摸电极与第一触摸电极之间的投射电场, 提高触摸屏的触摸效果。 即任何表面为曲线状的第一触摸电极均在本发明范 围之内。
本发明将以凹陷区域为例示意性地说明本发明提供的触摸屏和显示装 置。 以下将通过不同的实施例说明本发明提供的触摸屏。
实施例一: 凹陷区域为凹槽状区域的触摸屏。
参见图 3 , 该图示出了根据实施例一的触摸屏的俯视示意图。 该触摸屏 包括第一基板 1、 位于第一基板 1上的第一绝缘层(图 3中未体现), 位于第 一绝缘层上的多条沿第一方向分布的第一触摸电极 4, 位于第一触摸电极 4 之上沿第二方向分布的多条第二触摸电极 2。 其中, 第一绝缘层朝向第一触 摸电极 4的一侧与每一第一触摸电极 4相对应的区域设置有沿第一方向延伸 的凹槽状区域 41。第一触摸电极 4依照第一绝缘层的形状设置于其上形成对 应的凹槽状区域 41。 其中, 第一方向和第二方向交叉设置, 图 3中示例性地 示出了第一方向为纵向, 第二方向为横向。
需要说明的是, 图 3中是以第一基板和第一触摸电极(第一触摸电极) 之间具有第一绝缘层为例进行说明的, 本领域技术人员可以理解, 也可以是 第二触摸电极直接形成在第一基板触摸上, 第二触摸电极远离第一基板的一 侧形成有第一触摸电极, 第二触摸电极和第一触摸电极通过绝缘介质层相绝 缘, 只要保证第一触摸电极和第二触摸电极之间的绝缘介质层具有不平坦区 域, 使得在增加第一触摸电极面积的同时又不增加第一触摸电极和第二触摸 电极的交叠面, 从而提高触控的灵敏度。
为了更清楚地说明图 3所示的触摸屏的结构, 下面参考图 4进行详细说 明, 图 4为图 3所示的触摸屏沿 A-A, 向的截面示意图。
参见图 4, 第一绝缘层 3位于第一基板 1之上; 第一触摸电极 4位于第 一绝缘层 3之上, 第二绝缘层 5 (即, 绝缘介质层 )位于第一触摸电极 4之 上; 第二触摸电极 2位于第二绝缘层 5之上。 第一绝缘层 3上具有朝向第一 触摸电极 4的凹陷区域 41 ,第一触摸电极 4依照第一绝缘层 3的形状设置于 其上形成对应的 槽状区域 41。
下面将说明实施例一提供的触摸屏可以提高触摸效果的原理。
参见图 5 , 为图 4所示的触摸屏在 C区域的局部放大示意图, 包括一条 第二触摸电极 2和一条第一触摸电极 4以及二者之间形成的电场。 图 5中带 箭头的线段表示电场线。 与板状的第一触摸电极(即, 表面平坦的第一触摸 电极)相比, 由于本发明实施例的第一触摸电极 4包括不平坦区域, 既增大 了第一触摸电极 4的表面积, 又不会因此而增加第二触摸电极 2与第一触摸 电极 4之间的垂直交叠面。 由于第一触摸电极 4的表面积增大, 投射电场增 大,投射电场与交叠面积对应的正对电场之间的比值增大。 当手指 50触碰触 摸屏时, 改变投射电场, 触摸检测装置通过检测手指触碰前后电流值或电压 值的初始值的变化量确定触摸点的位置。 当投射电场与正对电场之间的比值 增大时, 触摸检测装置检测初始值减小, 可以较准确检测出手指触碰触摸屏 后投射电场信号的微弱变化, 从而改善触摸屏的触摸效果。
需要说明的是, 凹槽状区域的大小可以根据构图工艺条件和触摸屏的尺 寸而定, 例如, 根据构图工艺条件和第一触摸电极的宽度确定, 这里不作限 制。 例如, 在构图工艺条件允许的情况下, 触摸屏的尺寸较大, 且第一触摸 电极的宽度较宽时, 凹槽状区域可以做大一些。 反之, 如果触摸屏的尺寸较 小, 且第一触摸电极的宽度较窄时, 凹槽状区域可以做小一些。
参见图 5 , 理论上, 第一触摸电极上设置的凹陷区域的深度 h越深, 第 一触摸电极的表面积越大, 第二触摸电极 2与第一触摸电极 4之间的交叠面 积不变, 第二触摸电极 2与第一触摸电极 4之间的投射电场就越大, 投射电 场与正对电场之间的比值越大, 触摸检测装置检测初始值越小, 因此能够更 加准确检测出手指触碰触摸屏后投射电场信号的微弱变化, 有利于提高触摸 屏的触摸效果。 因此, 可以根据实际需求在第一绝缘层上形成合适深度的凹 陷区域, 从而在第一触摸电极上形成相对应的一定深度的凹陷区域, 这里不 作具体限定。
举例来说, 在工艺条件允许的条件下, 凹陷区域的宽度可以设置为略小 于第一触摸电极两个长边边缘之间的距离。
本发明实施例一提供的触摸屏, 第二触摸电极的设置方式不限于位于第 一触摸电极上方,也可以位于第一触摸电极下方, 参见图 6, 第二触摸电极 2 可以位于第一基板和第一绝缘层之间。 此时, 第一绝缘层具有不平坦区域的 一侧背向第二触摸电极 2。 图 6仅示出第二触摸电极 2和第一触摸电极 4。
图 6所示的触摸屏相比较板状第一触摸电极的设置方式, 可以提高触摸 屏的触摸效果, 相比较图 5所示的第二触摸电极 2和第一触摸电极 4的设置 方式, 第二触摸电极 2与第一触摸电极 4之间的投射电场较小。
也就是说, 本发明第一触摸电极的凹陷区域凹进去的一侧朝向第二触摸 电极时, 触摸效果更佳。
例如, 本发明实施例一提供的第一触摸电极上的凹槽状区域的设置方式 包括多种, 例如在构图工艺允许的前提下, 凹槽状区域沿第二方向 (沿第二 触摸电极的设置方向)的纵截面图为梯形状、 矩形状、 圓弧状、 或三角形状。 图 3-6提供的第一触摸电极沿第二方向的截面图为梯形状。 凹槽状区域沿第 二方向的截面图的形状可以根据构图工艺条件和第一触摸电极的宽度来确 定, 这里不作限制。
图 7为本发明实施例一提供的沿第二方向的纵截面图为三角形状的第一 触摸电极。 图 8为本发明实施例一提供的沿第二方向的截面图为弧状的第一触摸电 极。
举例来说,为了保证第一触摸电极两侧的投射电场的电场强度尽量一致, 保证整个触摸屏上的各处触摸效果较一致, 凹陷区域沿第二方向的纵截面可 以为等腰三角形状、 等腰梯形状, 或者为圓的一部分(圓弧状)。
上述实施例一提供的触摸屏, 第一触摸电极上设置一个凹槽状区域, 或 者也可以设置两个或者多个相互平行的凹槽状区域, 第一触摸电极上凹槽状 区域的个数可以根据第一触摸电极的宽度和工艺条件设置, 这里不作具体限 定。
实施例二: 凹陷区域为孔状区域的触摸屏。
参见图 9, 为实施例二提供的触摸屏俯视示意图, 与实施例一提供的触 摸屏结构类似, 触摸屏包括: 第一基板 1、 位于第一基板 1上的第一绝缘层 (图 9中未体现),位于第一绝缘层上的多条沿第一方向分布的第一触摸电极 4,位于第一触摸电极 4之上沿第二方向分布的多条第二触摸电极(图 9中未 体现)。
实施例二与实施例一提供的触摸屏的不同之处在于: 其中, 第一绝缘层 朝向第一触摸电极 4的一侧与每一第一触摸电极 4相对应的区域设置有多个 孔状区域 42;第一触摸电极 4依照第一绝缘层的形状设置于其上形成对应的 孔状区域 42。
参见图 10, 为图 9所示的触摸屏在 B-B, 向的截面示意图, 第二触摸电 极 1位于第一触摸电极 4之上通过第二绝缘层 5相绝缘。
举例来说, 参见图 10, 孔状区域 42的靠近绝缘层 3的一端的孔径小于 远离绝缘层 3的一端的孔径。孔状区域 42的最大孔径略小于第一触摸电极 4 两个长边边缘之间的距离; 或者, 例如, 最大孔径为第一触摸电极 4两个长 边边缘之间的距离的 1/2或 1/3等, 可以根据需求和制图工艺条件确定, 这 里不予限制。
举例来说, 参见图 9, 每一第一触摸电极 4上的各孔状区域 42沿第一方 向呈一列或者多列排列, 图 9中仅显示一列孔状区域 42。
举例来说, 参见图 9, 每一第一触摸电极 4上的各孔状区域 42任意相邻 的两个孔状区域 42之间的间距 W相等。 需要说明的是, 上述各孔状区域的排列方式、 相邻间距和上下孔径均为 示例性的实施方式, 实际上可以根据工艺条件和第一触摸电极的宽度等因素 来确定各孔状区域的排列方式、 相邻间距和上下孔径, 这里不作任何限制。
实施例二提供的第二触摸电极和第一触摸电极之间形成的电场与图 5所 示的第二触摸电极 2和第一触摸电极 4之间形成的电场类似。 由于第一触摸 电极为具有多个孔状的区域, 其表面积较大, 相应地, 与第二触摸电极之间 的投射电场较大, 触摸效果较明显。
举例来说, 第二触摸电极与第一触摸电极设置在同一个基板上, 第一触 摸电极的孔状区域凹进去的一侧面向第二触摸电极。 这样的设置方式可以进 一步提高第二触摸电极与第一触摸电极之间的投射电场。
实施例一和实施例二提供的触摸屏的第二触摸电极和第一触摸电极以二 者均位于同一基板上为例说明, 然而第二触摸电极和第一触摸电极的设置方 式不限于实施例一和实施例二中的结构。 例如, 第二触摸电极和第一触摸电 极可以设置在同一基板的同一侧或两侧, 当第二触摸电极和第一触摸电极设 置在基板的同一侧时, 第二触摸电极和第一触摸电极的相对位置可以互换, 只需要保证第一触摸电极的凹陷区域凹进去的一侧面向第二触摸电极即可, 这里就不——列举说明。
该触摸屏可以是独立于显示屏的外挂式触摸屏, 也可以是集成在显示屏 的彩膜基板或阵列基板中构成内嵌式触摸屏。 或者第一触摸电极和第二触摸 电极分别集成在彩膜基板和阵列基板中。
以下以集成有实施例一或实施例二提供的具有凹陷区域的第一触摸电极 为例进一步说明本发明的触摸屏。
实施例三: 第一触摸电极设置在彩膜基板上, 第二触摸电极设置在阵列 基板上。
参见图 11 , 触摸屏包括: 相对设置的第一基板 1和第二基板(图 11中 未示出); 位于第一基板 1上的彩色树脂层 12; 位于彩色树脂层 12上的第一 绝缘层(图 11中未体现), 位于第一绝缘层上的多条沿第一方向分布的第一 触摸电极 4; 其中, 第一绝缘层朝向第一触摸电极 4的一侧上具有与每一第 一触摸电极 4相对应的凹陷区域,图 11中示例性地示出了对应的凹陷区域为 凹槽状区域 41的情况; 第一触摸电极 4依照第一绝缘层的形状设置于其上, 并形成对应的凹陷区域。 该触摸屏还包括: 位于第二基板 6上与彩色树脂层 12相对应的多个呈矩阵排列的亚像素区域(图 11中未体现)。
图 12示例性示出了另一种触摸屏, 其凹陷区域为孔状区域 42。
实施例三提供的显示屏可以为液晶显示屏或有机发光显示屏。
图 13为图 11所示的触摸屏在 C-C 向的截面图, 第二触摸电极和第一 触摸电极集成在液晶屏中。
参见图 13 ,触摸屏包括:位于第一基板 1和第二基板 6之间的液晶层 7; 位于第一基板 5上靠近液晶层 7的一侧呈矩阵排列的多个彩色树脂层 12;位 于相邻行和相邻列彩色树脂层 12之间的黑矩阵 13;位于黑矩阵 13上的第一 绝缘层 3 , 该第一绝缘层 3具有凹陷区域; 位于第一绝缘层 3上沿第一方向 分布的第一触摸电极 4 , 该第一触摸电极 4形成与第一绝缘层 3上的凹陷区 域相对应的凹陷区域。 该触摸屏还包括: 位于第二基板 6上靠近液晶层 7的 一侧的呈矩阵排列的多个亚像素单元 62、 位于多个亚像素单元 62上的第二 绝缘层 5 , 以及位于第二绝缘层 5上沿与第一方向交叉的第二方向分布的第 二触摸电极 2。 图 11中示出的第一方向为纵向, 第二方向为横向。
举例来说, 凹陷区域为具有实施例一或实施例二提供的凹槽状或孔状区 域, 具有凹陷区域的第一触摸电极的表面积增大, 与第二触摸电极之间的投 射电场也增大。
举例来说, 第一触摸电极位于与黑矩阵相对应的区域, 不影响像素的开 口率和光透过率。
举例来说, 第一绝缘层为有机树脂层或无机绝缘层, 例如, 第一绝缘层 为有机光刻胶层或无机的氧化硅层、 氮化硅层或氮氧化硅层。
第一触摸电极上靠近液晶层的一侧还可以设置有平坦层, 该平坦层一般 采用有机树脂材料制作而成。 本发明实施例提供的第一绝缘层可以为与制作 平坦层相同的材料制作而成,可以提高第一触摸电极在黑矩阵层上的附着力, 第一触摸电极不容易发生脱落。
举例来说, 第二触摸电极为实现图像显示用的公共电极。 公共电极分时 间驱动, 在图像显示阶段, 为公共电极施加 Vcom电压信号实现图像显示。 在触摸阶段, 为公共电极施加高频电压信号实现触摸。 这样的设置方式, 筒 化了内嵌式触摸屏的结构, 节约产品的制作成本, 提高产品的竟争力。 举例来说, 第一触摸电极的凹陷区域凹进去的一侧面向第二触摸电极, 可以提高第二触摸电极与第一触摸电极之间的投射电场, 提高触摸屏的触摸 效果。
需要说明的是, 虽然上述实施例三提供的内嵌式触摸屏, 第二触摸电极 设置在第二基板上, 第一触摸电极设置在第一基板上, 然而在实际的实施过 程中, 不限于实施例三的设置方式, 任何具有本发明所有实施例提供的具有 凹陷区域的第一触摸电极的技术方案, 均包括在本发明的范围之内, 这里不 再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的第一触摸电极, 其凹陷区域以凹槽状和孔状为例说 明, 然而, 凹陷区域不限于为凹槽状和孔状, 任何表面为曲面且能够提高触 摸效果的第一触摸电极均包括在本发明的范围之内, 这里不再赘述。
需要说明的是, 本发明仅通过三个实施例说明本发明提供的技术方案, 但是本发明所述的触摸屏不限于为实施例一至实施例三提供的触摸屏结构, 可以是任何电容式触摸屏结构, 例如, 可以是任何内嵌式触摸屏和外挂式触 摸屏, 只要是包含本发明所述的具有不平坦区域的第一触摸电极的触摸屏结 构, 均包含在本发明范围内。
另外,本文以条状第二触摸电极和条状第一触摸电极为例描述了本发明, 但是电极的形状不限于此, 例如, 可以是由菱形状或矩形状的电极单元串联 组成的第二触摸电极或第一触摸电极, 本发明对此不作限定。
以下筒单说明制作本发明提供的第一触摸电极的方法, 以实施例三提供 的内嵌式触摸屏中的第一基板为例说明(即以图 13提供的触摸屏中的部分结 构为例)。
步骤 1 : 按照现有工艺流程在第一基板上形成矩阵排列的彩色树脂层和 黑矩阵。
步骤 2: 在步骤 1的基础上, 镀膜工艺在第一基板上形成一层绝缘层, 该绝缘层可以为有机树脂层或无机绝缘层, 以下以有机树脂层为例说明。
步骤 3: 对有机树脂层进行曝光和显影, 在与黑矩阵对应的区域形成 陷区域, 该凹陷区域的深度不大于有机树脂层的厚度, 该凹陷区域可以为凹 槽状的凹陷区域或孔状的凹陷区域。
步骤 4: 在形成有具有凹陷区域的有机树脂层之上通过 I¾ 工艺形成一 层金属膜层, 通过曝光、 显影、 光刻和刻蚀工艺形成位于黑矩阵区域的多条 相互平行排列的第一触摸电极。 此时, 第一触摸电极正下方的有机树脂层为 具有凹陷区域的膜层, 第一触摸电极覆盖在凹陷区域之上, 形成具有凹陷区 域的电极膜层。
步骤 5: 在第一触摸电极之上形成一层覆盖整个第一基板的平坦层。 由此可见, 本发明仅需要在与第一触摸电极相接触的绝缘层上设置凹陷 区域, 使得第一触摸电极自然形成具有相应凹陷区域的电极, 制作第一触摸 电极的工艺流程筒单。
本发明实施例还提供一种显示装置, 包括本发明实施例提供的任一种方 式的触摸屏和显示面板。 当触摸屏为外挂式触摸屏时, 触摸屏外挂在显示面 板之上。 当触摸屏为内嵌式触摸屏时, 触摸屏集成在显示面板中。
显示装置可以为液晶面板、 液晶显示器、 液晶电视、 有机电致发光显示 OLED面板、 OLED显示器、 OLED电视或电子纸等显示装置。
本发明实施例通过将触摸屏中的第一触摸电极设置为具有不平坦区域的 电极, 增加第一触摸电极的表面积, 提高第二触摸电极与第一触摸电极之间 的投射电场。 在有限宽的黑矩阵区域设置表面积较大的第一触摸电极, 在提 高触摸屏的触摸效果的同时不影响内嵌式触摸屏的开口率和光线透过率。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的示范性实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻 易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 本发明的保护范 围由所附的权利要求确定。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种触摸屏, 包括: 第一基板、位于所述第一基板上沿第一方向分布 的多条第一触摸电极、 沿与所述第一方向交叉的第二方向分布的多条第二触 摸电极, 还包括位于所述第一触摸电极与所述第二触摸电极之间使第一触摸 电极与所述第二触摸电极相绝缘的绝缘介质层, 其中:
所述绝缘介质层朝向所述第一触摸电极的一侧与所述第一触摸电极相对 应的区域设置有不平坦区域。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的触摸屏, 其中, 所述第一触摸电极为触摸感应 电极, 所述第二触摸电极为触摸驱动电极。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的触摸屏, 其中, 所述触摸屏还包括位于所 述第一基板与所述第一触摸电极之间的第一绝缘层, 其中:
所述第一绝缘层朝向所述第一触摸电极的一侧与每一第一触摸电极相对 应的区域设置有不平坦区域, 所述第一触摸电极依照所述第一绝缘层的形状 设置于其上, 形成所述第一触摸电极的不平坦区域。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的触摸屏, 其中, 所述第一绝缘层上的不平坦区 域为一个或多个表面光滑的 陷区域。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的触摸屏, 其中, 所述凹陷区域为沿所述第一方 向延伸的凹槽状区域, 或沿所述第一方向分布的多个孔状区域。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的触摸屏, 其中, 所述凹槽状区域沿所述第二方 向的纵截面为梯形状、三角形状或弧状,所述第一触摸电极纵截面为梯形状、 三角形状或弧状。
7、根据权利要求 5或 6所述的触摸屏, 其中, 所述凹槽状区域沿所述第 二方向的纵截面为等腰梯形状、 等腰三角形状或圓弧状, 所述第一触摸电极 的纵截面为等腰梯形状、 等腰三角形状或圓弧状。
8、 根据权利要求 5-7中任一项所述的触摸屏, 其中, 所述多个孔状区域 中任意相邻的两个孔状区域之间的距离相等。
9、 根据权利要求 4-8中任一项所述的触摸屏, 其中, 所述第二触摸电极 位于所述第一触摸电极之上与所述第一触摸电极相绝缘, 使得第一绝缘层具 有凹陷区域的一侧朝向所述第二触摸电极。
10、 根据权利要求 3-8中任一权项所述的触摸屏, 其中, 所述第一基板 上还设置有位于第一基板和所述第一绝缘层之间的彩色树脂层;
还包括与所述第一基板具有第一触摸电极的一侧相对设置的第二基板; 所述第二基板靠近第一基板的一侧设置有与所述彩色树脂层相对应的呈矩阵 分布的多个亚像素单元, 所述第二触摸电极设置在所述亚像素单元之上。
11、根据权利要求 10所述的触摸屏, 其中,还包括位于所述彩色树脂层 与第一基板之间的黑矩阵, 所述黑矩阵与所述相邻行和相邻列亚像素单元之 间的非显示区域对应,所述第一触摸电极设置在与所述黑矩阵相对应的区域。
12、 根据权利要求 3-11中任一项所述的触摸屏, 其中, 所述第一绝缘层 为氧化硅层、 氮化硅层, 或有机树脂层。
13、 一种显示装置, 其中, 包括权利要求 1-12任一权项所述的触摸屏。
