技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及到一种业务处理方法及终端、管控设备。
背景技术
随着信息技术的发展, 人们可通过各种方式获取信息内容, 例如, 利用 手机、 电脑、 及智能电视等不同的终端通过通信网络来获取业务内容。 人们 在多设备环境下进行信息获取、 呈现时, 通常是事先根据不同设备的能力来 配置相应的业务内容。 由于多设备环境往往是动态变化, 比如, 位置变化、 网络带宽变化、 及多业务并行处理带来的处理资源变化等等, 事先配置好的 业务内容在呈现时可能受到较大影响, 从而影响用户体验。 这时需要动态调 整在相应设备上呈现的业务, 针对如何在不需要用户干预下, 呈现设备自动 调整呈现的业务, 目前相关技术中还没有有效的解决措施。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种业务处理方法及终端、 管控设备, 以自动调整终 端呈现的业务。 本发明实施例提供了一种业务处理方法, 包括:
至少一个终端呈现所接收的业务内容时, 所述终端将呈现状态参数发送 给管控设备; 以及

图 2为本发明实施例的业务处理方法的流程图, 如图 2所示, 本实施例 的业务处理方法可以包括以下步骤:

实施例 1
用户通过手机 (第一终端)正在播放某个高清视频节目, 这时通信网络 信号变差, 带宽资源不能再支持手机播放高清视频节目, 需要动态调整节目 源。 如图 3所示, 可釆用如下步骤实现: 步骤 S301、手机播放视频节目,将手机的呈现状态参数发送给管控设备。 这里的呈现状态参数是指手机播放视频时关于性能指标的参数, 例如, 解码输出码率, 如果码率降低(网络环境变差或者手机执行其他任务导致视 频处理资源不够等等) , 表明现有高清视频节目不适合当前进行呈现了。
呈现状态参数与业务内容有关, 即, 业务内容在终端呈现出来的性能指 标, 例如, 对于音 /视频类业务, 终端的呈现状态参数可釆用终端播放音 /视 频时的解码输出码率; 对于图片类业务(如, 上网浏览图片、 实时在线导航 等 ) ,可釆用图片的显示速度 /解码速度作为呈现状态参数;对于语音类业务, 可釆用语音呈现时的时延作为呈现状态参数。
终端在首次呈现业务内容或呈现变更后的业务内容时, 上>¾呈现状态参 数;
终端定时上报呈现状态参数; 以及
发生其他事件(例如, 来电事件等) 时, 由事件驱动设备上报呈现状态 参数。
步骤 S302、 管控设备接收到手机上报的呈现状态参数, 向内容服务器申 请适合此时手机播放的节目源。
管控设备依据手机上报的呈现状态参数来判定是否需要调整下发给手机 的节目内容, 例如, 节目源的码率是 1000kbps, 那么在手机上播放输出码率 也要达到 1000kbps才能流畅,如果由于网络传输的影响或者手机解码能力的 影响, 导致手机输出码率降低, 则视频的呈现将出现卡顿现象, 影响用户体 验。 如果手机上报的视频输出码率低于节目源的码率, 则管控设备和 /或服务 器可以判定需要调整下发给手机的节目内容。 当然在实施时, 可以设定一个 判定区间, 例如, 若上报的视频输出码率低于节目源要求码率且超过一定数 值, 即可调整下发的节目内容。
步骤 S303、 管控设备从内容服务器获取节目内容, 将节目内容再下发给 手机。
上面步骤 302中, 如果管控设备和内容服务器为同一实体单元, 则管控 设备接收到手机上报的呈现状态参数后, 直接将适合该状态参数的节目内容 下发给手机。
实施例 2
用户在家通过手机通过 WIFI接入到家庭网关, 播放家庭网关下发的某 个视频节目, 当 WIFI信号变差或者手机有来电时不能再正常播放视频节目 时, 可以将视频节目下发到其他设备进行播放, 以给予用户更好的体验。 如 图 4所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 S401、 手机播放来自家庭网关下发的视频节目时, 将播放状态参数 返回给家庭网关。
步骤 S402、 家庭网关检测到手机上报的播放状态参数异常时, 将视频节 目切换到空闲的 TV上显示 (即, 暂停向手机发送视频节目, 把视频节目发 送给 TV ) 。
例如, 手机定期向家庭网关上报播放状态参数, 当手机遇到来电、 信号 异常时, 上报的播放状态参数将发生改变, 家庭网关若依据播放状态参数判 定视频节目在手机上不能正常呈现, 则自动将视频节目发送给 TV, 由 TV继 续播放。
通过上述方法, 用户在多设备环境下可以利用所呈现业务内容的呈现状 态参数变化, 来向管控设备和 /或服务器请求变更业务内容, 或者进行呈现业 务内容的设备切换, 而无需用户干预, 提升了用户体验。
图 5为本发明实施例的终端的示意图, 如图 5所示, 本实施例的终端可 以包括:
呈现模块 51 , 其用于呈现所接收的业务内容; 以及
发送模块 52, 其用于将呈现状态参数发送给管控设备。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种业务处理方法, 包括:
至少一个终端呈现所接收的业务内容时, 所述终端将呈现状态参数发送 给管控设备; 以及
所述管控设备接收到所述呈现状态参数后, 根据所述呈现状态参数调整 所述业务内容后下发给所述终端或者将所述业务内容切换下发给其它指定终 端。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中: 所述终端将呈现状态参数发送给管 控设备包括:
所述终端定时地,或者在首次呈现业务内容或呈现调整后的业务内容时, 或者在发生指定事件时, 将所述呈现状态参数发送给所述管控设备。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中: 所述管控设备根据所述呈现状态参 数调整所述业务内容后下发给所述终端或者将所述业务内容切换下发给其它 指定终端, 包括:
所述管控设备如判定所述呈现状态参数满足指定条件, 则根据所述呈现 状态参数调整所述业务内容, 将调整后的业务内容下发给所述终端, 或者直 接将所述业务内容切换下发给其它指定终端。
4、 如权利要求 1-3任一项所述的方法, 其中:
所述终端为: 移动终端、 电脑、 音响设备或电视机;
所述管控设备为: 机顶盒、 家庭网关或用户终端。
5、 一种终端, 其中, 包括:
呈现模块, 其设置成: 呈现所接收的业务内容; 以及
发送模块, 其设置成: 将呈现状态参数发送给管控设备。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的终端, 其中:
所述发送模块是设置成以如下方式将呈现状态参数发送给管控设备: 定时地, 或者在首次呈现业务内容或呈现变更后的业务内容时, 或者在 发生指定事件时, 将所述呈现状态参数发送给所述管控设备。
7、 如权利要求 5或 6所述的终端, 其中:
所述终端为: 移动终端、 电脑、 音响设备或电视机。
8、 一种管控设备, 其中, 包括:
接收模块, 其设置成: 接收至少一个终端发送的呈现状态参数; 以及 处理模块, 其设置成: 根据所述呈现状态参数调整所述业务内容后下发 给所述终端或者将所述业务内容切换下发给其它指定终端。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的管控设备, 其中:
所述处理模块是设置成以如下方式根据所述呈现状态参数调整所述业务 内容后下发给所述终端或者将所述业务内容切换下发给其它指定终端: 如判定所述呈现状态参数满足指定条件, 则根据所述呈现状态参数调整 所述业务内容, 将调整后的业务内容下发给所述终端, 或者直接将所述业务 内容切换下发给其它指定终端。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的管控设备, 其中:
所述管控设备为: 机顶盒、 家庭网关或用户终端。
