技术领域
本发明涉及一种网络接头的保护装置, 特指一种可拆卸的 RJ45网络接头保 护装置。 背景技术
RJ45网络接头作为当前最普及的通讯连接器接头, 已经普及到各行各业, RJ45 型网线插头又称水晶头, 共有八芯做成, 广泛应用于局域网和 ADSL 宽 带上网用户的网络设备间网线 (称作五类线或双绞线) 的连接。
现有的 RJ45网络接头在恶劣户外环境使用时, 容易受外力或者外部环境的 因素而损坏, 导致 RJ45网络接头失效、 不可用, 需以人工更换。
而在室内用于交换机或者其他网络设备使用时, 因包在 RJ45网络接头外的 塑胶包老化变硬, 使 RJ45网络接头在拔出时非常的费力, 而用力过度时, 极易 引起与之相连的网络设备接口的损坏。
发明内容 一、 要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是针对现有技术所存在的上述问题, 特提供一种可兼容保护 与快速卸下且自带保护的可拆卸的 RJ45网络接头保护装置。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明可拆卸的 RJ45网络接头保护装置, 其中, 由 连接锁定头、 主体、 夹线管及拧紧盖组成, 上述连接锁定头卡接在主体一端, 夹线管插设在主体内, 拧紧盖与主体的另一端螺接并向夹线管的一端施压, 上 述夹线管一端在受压时缩口并夹紧安装在主体内的 RJ45接头, 上述主体上设有 一可动部, 上述连接锁定头安装到主体的一端时, 向可动部的一端施压, 可动 部的该端受压下移, 使 RJ45接头的弹片失能。 作为优化, 上述主体为两端开口的管状体, 在设有可动部的一端开口处设 置有用于支撑 RJ45接头的支撑平台。 作为优化, 上述主体在设置有可动部的一端外壁开有用于卡接连接锁定头 的沟紋, 上述连接锁定头的一端内壁上设有与沟紋对应卡接的凸块。 作为优化, 上述夹线管的一端面设置有顶块, 上述夹线管安装在主体内时, 顶块顶在支撑平台上。 三、 本发明的有益效果 在户外使用时, RJ45接头受到连接锁定头的保护, 避免外力的撞击而导致 接头损坏, 同时, 能够避免一定的环境因素的破坏; 在室内使用时, 可方便的 在网络设备上进行插拔, 省力省时。 附图说明 图 1是本发明可拆卸的 RJ45网络接头保护装置轴向分解剖面示意图; 图 2是本发明可拆卸的 RJ45网络接头保护装置的分解图。 图中, 1为连接锁定头, 2为主体, 3为夹线管, 4为拧紧盖, 5为沟紋, 6 为凸块, 7为可动部, 8为 RJ45接头, 9为弹片, 10为支撑平台, 11为通孔, 12为顶块, 13为斜面。 具体实施方式 下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明: 实施方式一: 如图 1和 2所示, 本发明可拆卸的 RJ45网络接头保护装置, 其中, 由连接锁定头 1、 主体 2、 夹线管 3及拧紧盖 4组成, 上述连接锁定头 1 卡接在主体 2—端, 具体的说, 上述主体 2在设置有可动部 7的一端外壁开有 用于卡接连接锁定头 1的沟紋 5 , 上述连接锁定头 1的一端内壁上设有与沟紋 5 对应卡接的凸块 6 , 上述沟紋 5不对称的分布与主体 2—端的外壁上, 使得连接 锁定头 1仅能单方向的插入, 保证连接锁定头 1与主体 2卡接时, 连接锁定头 1 上的缺口保持向上; 上述连接锁定头 1是一种与专门与 etherCON接口配合插接 的接头。 夹线管 3插设在主体 2内, 拧紧盖 4与主体 2的另一端螺接并向夹线管 3 的一端施压, 上述夹线管 3 —端在受压时缩口并夹紧安装在主体 2内的 RJ45接 头 8, 上述主体 2上设有一可动部 7 , 具体的说, 该可动部 7为一按键, 该按键 的一端的上表面为斜面 13 , 上述连接锁定头 1安装到主体 2的一端时, 连接锁 定头 1的内壁与上述按键的上表面相接, 所述连接锁定头 1通过斜面 13向可动 部 7的一端施压, 可动部 7的该端受压下移, 按键的一端压动 RJ45接头 8的弹 片 9, 使 RJ45接头 8的弹片 9下移失能。 上述主体 2为两端开口的管状体, 在设有可动部 7的一端开口处设置有用 于支撑 RJ45接头 8的支撑平台 10, 该支撑平台 10上开设有可让 RJ45接头 8 通过的通孔 11 , 该通孔 11呈 "凸" 字形, 上述可动部 7就设置在通孔 11形状 的凸起处, 可动部 7受压后可想通孔 11的内部移动。 上述夹线管 3的一端面设置有顶块 12, 上述夹线管 3安装在主体 2内时, 顶块 12顶在支撑平台 10上; 当接有 RJ45接头 8的网线插接在夹线管 3内并抵 在支撑平台 10上时, 夹线管 3插入到主体 2内, 由于夹线管 3—侧端面设置有 顶在支撑平台 10上的顶块 12, 这样, 就避免了拧紧盖 4压在夹线管 3上并螺接 在主体 2上时因轴向移动而压坏 RJ45接头 8。 以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润 饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1、 一种可拆卸的 RJ45 网络接头保护装置, 其特征在于: 由连接锁定头、 主体、 夹线管及拧紧盖组成, 所述连接锁定头卡接在主体一端, 夹线管插设在 主体内, 拧紧盖与主体的另一端螺接并向夹线管的一端施压, 所述夹线管一端 在受压时缩口并夹紧安装在主体内的 RJ45接头, 所述主体上设有一可动部, 所 述连接锁定头安装到主体的一端时, 向可动部的一端施压, 可动部的该端受压 下移, 使 RJ45接头的弹片失能。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可拆卸的 RJ45网络接头保护装置, 其特征在于: 所述主体为两端开口的管状体, 在设有可动部的一端开口处设置有用于支撑 RJ45接头的支撑平台。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的可拆卸的 RJ45网络接头保护装置, 其特征 在于: 所述主体在设置有可动部的一端外壁开有用于卡接连接锁定头的沟紋, 所述连接锁定头的一端内壁上设有与沟紋对应卡接的凸块。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的可拆卸的 RJ45网络接头保护装置, 其特征在于: 所述夹线管的一端面设置有顶块, 所述夹线管安装在主体内时, 顶块顶在支撑 平台上。
