Abstract
Изобретение относится к лазерной технике. Лазерная установка содержит излучатель твердотельного лазера с источником питания, систему подведения лазерного излучения, генератор второй гармоники, установленный на выходе из резонатора с возможностью возвратно- поступательного перемещения в сторону от оси лазерного излучения. В лазерной установке имеется диодный лазер с функцией источника накачки в составе излучателя твердотельного лазера, модулятор и блок управления модулятором и питанием диодной линейки. При этом установка снабжена управляемыми зеркалами с возможностью вывода излучения диодного лазера в систему подведения лазерного излучения, а блок управления выполнен с возможностью включения диодного лазера в режиме холостого тока. Технический результат заключается в обеспечении возможности расширения функциональных возможностей за счет увеличения количества режимов лазерного излучения.
Description
ЛАЗЕРНАЯ УСТАНОВКА
Полезная модель относится к области медицины и косметологии, а именно к лазерным установкам, и может быть использована для терапевтического и/или хирургического воздействия лазерным излучением различных режимов.
Известно устройство для лазерной хирургии, содержащее лазер и систему подведения лазерного излучения, выполненную в виде шарнирного световода, формирователя лазерного пучка, а также распределительного зеркала, выходного звена дополнительного формирователя [А.с. СССР N 936932, МПК А 61 N 5/00, А 61 В 6/08, 23.06.1982 г.].
Известно устройство для медикобиологической обработки биологических систем [Патент РФ .4° 2053819, МПК A61N5/06, 10.02.1996 г.], содержащее блок излучения с системой формирования параметров излучения, включающей импульсный генератор, при этом блок излучения включает в себя один или несколько лазерных излучателей, а система формирования параметров излучения снабжена низкочастотным и высокочастотным делителями частоты, схемой совпадения, блоком коммутации, блоком управления частотой, блоком управления уровнем мощности и блоком формирования импульсов, при этом рабочие входы низкочастотного и высокочастотного делителей частоты подключены к импульсному генератору, управляющие их входы подключены к соответствующим выходам блока управления частотой, а рабочие выходы низкочастотного и высокочастотного делителей частоты через схему совпадения и непосредственно подключены к рабочим входам блока коммутации, управляющий вход которого связан с первым выходом блока управления уровнем мощности, а выход - с первым входом блока формирования импульсов, второй вход которого связан с управляющим выходом высокочастотного делителя частоты, причем управляющий выход блока управления частотой подключен ко входу блока управления уровнем мощности, второй выход которого связан со вторым управляющим входом высокочастотного делителя частоты.
В качестве прототипа выбрана лазерная установка [Патент РФ N° 2097075, МПК A61N5/06, А61 В17/36, 27.1 1.1997 г.], содержащая излучатели основного и юстировочного лазеров с источниками питания и охлаждения и систему подведения лазерного излучения, при этом она снабжена пассивным лазерным
затвором, установленным в резонаторе излучателя основного лазера с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещения из полости резонатора, генератором второй гармоники, установленным на выходе из резонатора с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещения в сторону от оси лазерного излучения управляемым зеркалом, установленным отражающей поверхностью к выходу генератора второй гармоники с наклоном к его оптической оси с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещения в сторону от оси лазерного излучения, неподвижным зеркалом, установленным своей отражающей поверхностью к отражающей поверхности управляемого зеркала и пересекающим ось лазерного излучения, последовательно расположенными за неподвижным зеркалом фокусирующей линзой и перестраиваемым лазером, оси симметрии которых расположены на оси лазерного излучения, и второй системой подведения лазерного излучения.
Известная установка обеспечивает только четыре режима работы (хирургический и три терапевтических), кроме того, нестабильность энергии отдельных импульсов в пачках импульсов генерации, связанная с наличием временных зависимостей тепловой линзы и температуры источника накачки, искажает в течение длительного времени величины дозируемого излучения, воздействующего на биологический объект, что может привести к нежелательным повреждениям. Например, ламповая накачка отличается нестабильностью средней мощности излучения и нестабильностью величины энергии от импульса к импульсу достигающей ~15%. Этот параметр (воспроизводимость генерационных параметров лазерного излучения: средняя и импульсная мощность, энергия импульсов в пачке) не имеет определяющего значения в технических областях, но, например, в косметологии (лечении сосудистой патологии кожи, фотодинамической терапии и пр.) требуется деликатное воздействие на биологическую ткань, что определяется воспроизводимостью дозирования мощности облучения.
Задачей полезной модели являлось расширение функциональных возможностей, связанных с увеличением режимов лазерного излучения, и обеспечение воспроизводимости величины дозируемого излучения с учетом избирательной чувствительности тканей к различным длинам волн.
Указанная задача решается лазерной установкой, содержащей излучатель твердотельного лазера с источником питания, систему подведения лазерного излучения, генератор второй гармоники, установленный на выходе из резонатора с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещения в сторону от оси лазерного излучения, в которой, согласно предложению, установлен, по меньшей мере, один диодный лазер с функцией источника накачки в составе излучателя твердотельного лазера, модулятор и блок управления модулятором и питанием диодного лазера, при этом установка снабжена управляемыми зеркалами с возможностью вывода излучения диодного лазера в систему подведения лазерного излучения, а блок управления выполнен с возможностью включения диодного лазера в режиме холостого тока.
Целесообразно также выходное зеркало резонатора выполнять с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещения в сторону от оси лазерного излучения, а в качестве генератора второй гармоники использовать кристалл КТР, установленный между двумя зеркалами: первое зеркало с высоким коэффициентом отражения на вторую гармонику и высоким пропусканием первой гармоники, второе зеркало с высоким пропусканием второй гармоники и с высоким коэффициентом отражения первой гармоники - что обеспечивает реализацию режима внутрирезонаторного удвоения частоты. Например, для лазера на кристалле Nd:YAG длина волны на первой гармонике - 1064 нм, на второй гармоники - 532 нм.
Заявляемая полезная модель поясняется чертежами.
На фиг. 1 представлена общая блок-схема лазерной установки; на фиг. 2 представлена блок-схема установки в режиме работы на длине волны второй гармоники, например 532 нм; на фиг. 3 - блок-схема установки в режиме работы на длине волны диодного лазера, например 808 нм; на фиг. 4 - блок-схема установки в режиме работы на длине волны первой гармоники, например 1064 нм; на рис. 5 представлен алгоритм включения источника питания лазерного диода и управления модулятором для генерации на длине волны второй гармоники, например 532 нм; на фиг. 6 - алгоритм включения источника питания лазерного диода и управления модулятором для генерации на длине волны второй гармоники, например 532 нм.
Лазерная установка содержит диодный лазер 1 (линейку диодных лазеров; матрицу диодных лазеров, с длиной волны генерации, соответствующей одной из линий поглощения активной среды, например, для лазера на кристалле Nd:YAG - 808 нм), служащий для возбуждения активной среды. Систему вывода излучения диодного лазера - поворотные зеркала 2 и 3, с возможностью возвратно - поступательного движения в сторону от оси лазерного излучения, волоконный выход 13, активную среду 5, например, алюмоиттриевый гранат, легированный ионами неодима Nd:YAG 5, находящуюся в резонаторе, образованном глухим зеркалом 6, имеющим кривизну для компенсации тепловой линзы, выходным зеркалом 8 и дихроичным зеркалом 4. Модулятор 7 (акустооптический или электрооптический) служит для получения импульсно-периодического режима генерации. Выходное зеркало 8 имеет возможность возвратно - поступательного движения в сторону от оси лазерного излучения для смены режима генерации с длины волны первой гармоники, например, 1064 нм на длину волны второй гармоники, например, 532 нм. Для получения удвоенной частоты используется нелинейный кристалл 10, например, ТР, находящийся между глухим зеркалом 1 1 на длину волны первой гармоники, например, 1064 нм и глухим зеркалом 9 на длину волны второй гармоники 532 нм. Зеркало 12 служит для вывода излучения генерации. Вывод излучения на всех трех длинах волн осуществляется в одну систему подведения (оптическое волокно 13). Модуль питания 14 обеспечивает питание всех узлов устройства. Блок управления 15 представляет собой микропроцессорный блок, осуществляющий контроль над всеми подвижными элементами устройства, напряжением на модуляторе 7 и лазерном диоде 1 , температурой источников излучения. Для обеспечения работы установки наиболее подходит включение с помощью педали «Старт» (не показана).
Работа установки осуществляется в следующих режимах.
На длине волны второй гармоники, например, 532 нм (фиг. 2). Генератор второй гармоники (например, кристалл КТР 10, зеркала 9 и 1 1) устанавливается на пути луча:
1. Режим импульсно-периодический, с модулятором. Первоначально устанавливается режим холостого тока лазерного диода 1, величина которого не должна превышать величины порогового значения (чтобы не возникала лазерная
генерация). После включения (нажатия педали «Старт») установка переходит в рабочий режим питания лазерного диода 1, а блок управления 15 модулятора 7 включает импульсное низкочастотное напряжение. В результате формируется импульсно-периодический режим генерации. Длительность импульса составляет 10нс 100нс, в зависимости от частоты генерации и типа модулятора. Частота следования импульсов может изменяться в диапазоне от 0, 1 Гц до 100 кГц.
2. Генерация пачек импульсов, с модулятором (фиг. 5). Первоначально устанавливается режим холостого тока диодного лазера 1 , величина которого не должна превышать величины порогового значения (чтобы не возникала лазерная генерация). После нажатия педали «Старт» установка переходит в рабочий режим питания диодного лазера 1. Через временной интервал, определяемый временем разогрева диодного лазера 1 и рабочей среды (At) в блоке управления 15 модулятором включается импульсное низкочастотное управляющее напряжение. В результате формируется режим генерации пачек импульсов с одинаковой энергией отдельных импульсов в пачке. С увеличением тока диодного лазера 1 сокращается временной интервал (Δί) разогрева рабочей среды и диодного лазера 1.
Длительность импульса составляет 10нс + 100нс. Частота следования импульсов может изменяться в диапазоне от 0,1 Гц до 100 кГц, длительность пачки и длительность паузы между пачками могут изменяться в диапазоне 1- 10000 мс.
3. Генерация одиночного импульса, с модулятором. Первоначально устанавливается режим холостого тока диодного лазера 1 , величина которого не должна превышать величины порогового значения (чтобы не возникала лазерная генерация). После нажатия педали «Старт» установка переходит в рабочий режим питания лазерного диода. Через временной интервал, определяемый временем разогрева диодного лазера 1 и рабочей среды (At) в блоке управления 15 модулятора 7 включается один импульс управляющего напряжения. В результате формируется режим генерации одиночного импульса. Длительность импульса составляет 10нс 100нс.
Работа установки на длине волны излучения диодного лазера 1, например 808 нм (фиг. 3). Поворотные зеркала 2 и 3 устанавливаются на пути луча.
1. Непрерывная генерация. Первоначально устанавливается режим холостого тока диодного лазера 1 , величина которого не должна превышать величины порогового значения (чтобы не возникала генерация). После нажатия педали «Старт» установка переходит в рабочий режим питания диодного лазера 1. В результате формируется режим непрерывной генерации.
2. Импульсно-периодический режим. Первоначально устанавливается режим холостого тока диодного лазера 1 , величина которого не должна превышать величины порогового значения (чтобы не возникала генерация). После нажатия педали «Старт» питание диодного лазера 1 переходит периодически в рабочий режим. В результате формируется импульсно-периодический режим генерации. Длительность импульса и длительность паузы между импульсами могут изменяться в диапазоне 1-20000 мс.
3. Генерация одиночного импульса. Первоначально устанавливается режим холостого тока диодного лазера 1 , величина которого не должна превышать величины порогового значения (чтобы не возникала генерация). После нажатия педали «Старт» включается одиночный импульс рабочего напряжения питания диодного лазера 1. В результате формируется режим генерации одиночного импульса. Длительность импульса может изменяться в диапазоне 1-20000 мс.
Работа установки на длине волны первой гармоники, например, 1064 нм (фиг. 4). Резонаторное зеркало 8 устанавливается на пути луча, а генератор второй гармоники (кристалл ТР 10, зеркала 9, 1 1 ) отводится в сторону.

Длительность импульса и длительность паузы
между импульсами могут изменяться в диапазоне 1-20000 мс.
3. Импульсно-периодический, с модулятором. Первоначально устанавливается режим холостого тока лазерного диода 1 , величина которого не должна превышать величины порогового значения (чтобы не возникала лазерная генерация). После нажатия педали «Старт» установка переходит в рабочий режим питания диодного лазера 1 , в блоке управления 15 модулятора 7 включается импульсное низкочастотное управляющее напряжение. В результате формируется импульсно-периодический режим генерации. Длительность импульса составляет 10нс 100нс. Частота следования импульсов может изменяться в диапазоне от 0,1 Гц до ЮО кГц.
4. Генерация пачек импульсов (фиг. 6). Первоначально устанавливается режим холостого тока диодного лазера 1 , величина которого не должна превышать величины порогового значения (чтобы не возникала лазерная генерация). После нажатия педали «Старт» установка переходит в рабочий режим питания диодного лазера 1, а на модуляторе 7 устанавливается запирающее напряжение. Через временной интервал (At), определяемый временем разогрева диодного лазера 1 и рабочей среды в блоке управления 15 модулятором 7 включается импульсное низкочастотное управляющее напряжение. В результате формируется режим генерации пачек импульсов с одинаковой энергией отдельных импульсов в пачке. Длительность импульса составляет 10нс 100нс. Частота следования импульсов может изменяться в диапазоне от 0,1 Гц до 100 кГц, длительность пачки и длительность паузы между пачками могут изменяться в диапазоне 1 -10000 мс.
5. Генерация одиночного импульса, с модулятором. Первоначально устанавливается режим холостого тока диодного лазера 1, величина которого не должна превышать величины порогового значения (чтобы не возникала лазерная генерация). После нажатия педали «Старт» установка переходит в рабочий режим питания диодного лазера 1 , а на модуляторе 7 устанавливается запирающее напряжение. Через временной интервал, определяемый временем разогрева лазерного диода и рабочей среды (At) в блоке управления 15 модулятором 7 включается один импульс управляющего напряжения. В результате формируется режим генерации одиночного импульса. Длительность импульса составляет 10нс
- 100нс.
6. Генерация одиночного импульса, без модулятора. Первоначально устанавливается режим холостого тока диодного лазера 1 , величина которого не должна превышать величины порогового значения (чтобы не возникала лазерная генерация). После нажатия педали «Старт» включается одиночный импульс рабочего напряжения питания диодного лазера 1. В результате формируется режим генерации одиночного импульса. Длительность импульса может изменяться в диапазоне 1-20000 мс.
Claims
1. Лазерная установка, содержащая излучатель твердотельного лазера с источником питания, систему подведения лазерного излучения, генератор второй гармоники, установленный на выходе из резонатора с возможностью возвратно- поступательного перемещения в сторону от оси лазерного излучения, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит, по меньшей мере, один диодный лазер с функцией источника накачки в составе излучателя твердотельного лазера, модулятор и блок управления модулятором и питанием диодного лазера, при этом установка снабжена управляемыми зеркалами с возможностью вывода излучения диодного лазера в систему подведения лазерного излучения, а блок управления выполнен с возможностью включения диодного лазера в режиме холостого тока.
2. Лазерная установка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что выходное зеркало резонатора выполнено с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещения в сторону от оси лазерного излучения.
3. Лазерная установка по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что генератор второй гармоники представляет собой кристалл КТР, установленный между глухим зеркалом на длине волны первой гармоники, и глухим зеркалом на длине волны второй гармоники.
