炫铃的实现方法及装置、 系统 技术领域 本发明涉及炫铃业务 (又称为个性化回铃音业务或彩铃) 领域, 具体而言, 涉及 一种炫铃的实现方法及装置、 系统。 背景技术 炫铃业务作为一项较为成熟的增值业务, 拥有广泛的用户群体, 为运营商带来了 丰厚的收益, 随着炫铃业务的发展,作为炫铃系统的基本元素一铃音的数量越来越多。 由于炫铃用户大多是按照归属区域来进行管理的, 例如以省为单位, 随着各省炫铃用 户数量逐渐增加, 对于铃音和用户类的管理也越来越复杂, 对系统的稳定性和高效性 提出了更高的要求, 需要采用新的机制来满足用户的需求。 正如上面所述, 由于目前各个炫铃业务系统都是以省为单位发展用户, 制作、 上 传铃音, 对于全国统一铃音和用户管理, 缺乏有效的管理机制, 不便于对新业务新功 能在全国的推广使用, 不便于统一管理和统一核算。 针对相关技术中的上述问题, 目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 针对相关技术中, 尚无对炫铃业务进行有效管理的管理机制等问题, 本发明实施 例提供了一种炫铃的实现方法及装置、 系统, 以至少解决上述问题。 为了达到上述目的, 根据本发明的一个实施例, 提供了一种炫铃的实现方法, 所 述方法包括: 通过炫铃集中管理平台对炫铃业务进行统一管理, 以及通过所述集中管 理平台控制所述炫铃业务归属区域的炫铃平台播放所述炫铃业务对应的铃音。 优选地, 通过炫铃集中管理平台对炫铃业务进行统一管理, 包括: 通过所述炫铃 集中管理平台接收用户的操作指令; 通过所述炫铃集中管理平台转发所述操作指令至 所述炫铃平台; 通过所述炫铃平台将所述操作指令转发至指定设备; 根据所述操作指 令对与所述操作指令对应的所述炫铃业务进行管理。 优选地, 通过所述炫铃集中管理平台接收用户的操作指令包括: 通过所述炫铃集 中管理平台接收用户的注册或取消炫铃业务账户指令; 通过所述炫铃平台将所述操作 指令转发至指定设备, 包括: 通过所述炫铃平台将所述注册或取消炫铃业务账户指令 转发至位置归属寄存器 (Home Location Register, 简称为 HLR) 设备。 优选地, 通过所述炫铃集中管理平台接收用户的操作指令包括: 通过所述炫铃集 中管理平台接收用户的炫铃订购指令; 通过所述炫铃平台将所述操作指令转发至指定 设备, 包括: 通过所述炫铃平台将所述炫铃订购指令转发至服务提供商设备; 根据所 述操作指令对与所述操作指令对应的所述炫铃业务进行管理, 包括: 根据所述订购指 令对所述炫铃业务进行计费管理。 优选地, 通过所述炫铃集中管理平台接收用户的操作指令, 包括: 通过 WEB 门 户或所述炫铃平台接收所述操作指令并将所述操作指令转发至所述炫铃集中管理平 台。 优选地,通过所述炫铃集中管理平台对所述炫铃业务进行统一管理之后,还包括: 通过所述炫铃集中管理平台对所述炫铃平台执行与所述炫铃集中管理平台的数据同步 操作。 优选地, 所述管理操作包括以下至少之一类型的操作: 铃音信息管理类、 用户状 态类、 用户业务信息管理类、 集团管理类。 为了达到上述目的, 根据本发明的再一个实施例, 提供了一种炫铃的实现装置, 包括: 管理模块, 设置为通过炫铃集中管理平台对炫铃业务进行统一管理; 控制模块, 设置为通过所述集中管理平台控制所述炫铃业务归属区域的炫铃平台播放所述炫铃业 务对应的铃音。 为了达到上述目的,根据本发明的又一个实施例, 还提供了一种炫铃的实现系统, 包括: 炫铃集中管理平台, 设置为对炫铃业务进行管理操作; 至少一个所述炫铃业务 归属区域的炫铃平台, 设置为根据所述炫铃集中管理平台下发的控制指令播放所述炫 铃业务所对应的铃音。 优选地, 所述炫铃集中管理平台, 设置为对所述炫铃业务进行至少以下之一类型 的管理: 铃音信息管理类、 用户状态类、 用户业务信息管理类、 集团管理类。 优选地, 所述炫铃集中管理平台包括以下至少之一: 用于接收用户输入的操作指 令的第一接口; 与所述炫铃平台进行信息交互的第二接口。 通过本发明实施例, 将炫铃业务的管理操作划归至炫铃集中管理平台, 以实现对 炫铃业务的统一管理的技术手段, 解决了相关技术中, 尚无对炫铃业务进行有效管理 的管理机制等问题, 从而实现对炫铃业务的统一管理, 便于实现对炫铃业务的新业务 功能的大范围推广。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中- 图 1为根据本发明实施例的炫铃的实现方法的流程图; 图 2为根据本发明实施例的炫铃的实现装置的结构框图; 图 3为根据本发明实施例的炫铃的实现系统的结构框图; 图 4为根据本发明优选实施例的炫铃的实现系统的结构框图; 图 5为根据本发明优选实施例的炫铃正向内容管理的原理框图; 图 6为根据本发明优选实施例的炫铃同步管理的原理框图; 图 7为根据本发明优选实施例的炫铃反向管理的原理框图; 以及 图 8为根据本发明优选实施例的炫铃数据核查的流程图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 1示出了一种炫铃的实现方法, 该方法通过炫铃集中管理平台实现, 如图 1所示, 该 方法包括: 步骤 S102, 通过炫铃集中管理平台对炫铃业务进行统一管理; 步骤 S104,通过炫铃集中管理平台控制炫铃业务归属区域的炫铃平台播放炫铃业务对应 的铃音。 其中, 步骤 S102和步骤 S104的执行主体可以为炫铃集中管理平台, 但不限于此, 例如可以为第三方设备, 在本实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 优选炫铃集中管理平台。 通过上述各个处理步骤, 将炫铃业务的管理操作和播放操作分别划分至炫铃集中管理平 台和炫铃业务归属区域的炫铃平台。 需要说明的是, 本实施例中的炫铃平台可以利用相关技 术中炫铃业务归属区域的炫铃平台 (例如省炫铃平台), 只不过对相关技术中的炫铃平台进行 了改进, 将其中的管理功能划分到了炫铃集中管理平台。 步骤 S104可以通过但不限于以下处理过程实现:通过炫铃集中管理平台接收用户的操作 指令; 通过炫铃集中管理平台转发上述操作指令至炫铃平台; 通过炫铃平台将上述操作指令 转发至指定设备; 通过上述指定设备根据上述操作指令对与上述操作指令对应的炫铃业务进 行管理。 其中, 对于操作指令的接收方式, 可以通过 WEB门户或炫铃平台接收上述操作指令 并将上述操作指令转发至炫铃集中管理平台。 在本实施例中, 对于用户的注册管理业务, 可以通过炫铃集中管理平台接收用户的注册 或取消炫铃业务账户指令; 通过炫铃平台将注册或取消炫铃业务账户指令转发至 HLR设备, 然后由 HLR设备根据注册或取消炫铃业务账户指令进行炫铃业务管理。 在本实施例中, 对于炫铃订购业务, 可以通过上述炫铃集中管理平台接收用户的炫铃订 购指令; 然后通过上述炫铃平台将炫铃订购指令转发至服务提供商设备; 根据订购指令对炫 铃业务进行计费管理。 在本实施例中, 在通过炫铃集中管理平台对炫铃业务进行统一管理之后, 还可以通过炫 铃集中管理平台对炫铃平台执行与炫铃集中管理平台的数据同步操作。 本实施例中, 上述管理操作包括以下至少之一类型的操作: 铃音信息管理类、 用户状态 类、 用户业务信息管理类、 集团管理类。 为了更好地理解上述实现过程, 以下结合归属区域为省进行说明。 本实施例中, 各省炫铃管理内容上移到全国炫铃集中管理平台 (即上述炫铃集中管理平 台)。 各省炫铃平台 (即上述炫铃业务归属区域的炫铃平台) 只负责放音。 为实现上述功能, 全国炫铃集中管理平台与各省炫铃平台提供正向和反向内容管理接口。 炫铃集中管理平台提供到省炫铃平台的数据同步接口, 数据核查接口。 各省炫铃平台需要停 止省份炫铃管理功能, 例如开销户、 铃音订购等操作, 把这些功能上移到全国炫铃集中管理 平台实现。 省份炫铃平台不具有用户、 铃音管理功能, 呼叫需要的数据, 需要从全国炫铃管 理平台同步。 省炫铃平台接受全国炫铃管理平台的用户管理、 铃音管理正向内容管理。 因为全国炫铃集中管理平台不具有和省营帐、 扣费接口的对接的能力, 所以全国炫铃集 中管理平台与各省炫铃平台有消息接口, 通过省炫铃平台实现开销户、 订购铃音的操作。 省炫铃平台提供与全国炫铃集中管理平台的反向接口, 处理省炫铃平台营帐的开、 销户 等操作。 全国炫铃管理平台除了消息之外的接口外, 对于计费是话单形式的, 将话单以文件 形式由全国炫铃集中管理平台发出, 然后传送到各省炫铃平台。 炫铃集中管理平台还包括数 据同步、 数据核查接口, 提供了全国炫铃管理平台和省炫铃平台的数据一致性功能。 基于上述方案, 在现有炫铃系统基础上, 稍加改进, 实现了炫铃管理平台与炫铃呼叫平 台分离。 在本实施例中还提供了一种炫铃的实现装置, 用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式, 己 经进行过说明的不再赘述, 下面对该装置中涉及到的模块进行说明。 如以下所使用的, 术语 "模块"可以实现预定功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。 尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以 软件来实现, 但是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。 图 2 为根据本 发明实施例的炫铃的实现装置的结构框图。 如图 2所示, 该装置包括: 管理模块 20, 设置为通过炫铃集中管理平台对炫铃业务进行统一管理; 控制模块 22, 连接至管理模块 20, 设置为通过集中管理平台控制上述炫铃业务归属区域 的炫铃平台播放炫铃业务对应的铃音。 在本实施例中, 还提供了一种炫铃的实现系统, 如图 3所示, 包括: 炫铃集中管理平台 30, 设置为对炫铃业务进行管理操作; 至少一个炫铃业务归属区域的炫铃平台 32, 设置为根 据炫铃集中管理平台 30下发的控制指令播放炫铃业务所对应的铃音。 在本实施例中, 炫铃集中管理平台 30, 还设置为对炫铃业务进行至少以下之一类型的管 理: 铃音信息管理类、 用户状态类、 用户业务信息管理类、 集团管理类。 为了实现对炫铃业务的统一管理, 炫铃集中管理平台包括以下至少之一: 用于接收用户 输入的操作指令的第一接口; 与上述炫铃平台进行信息交互的第二接口。 在本实施例的一个优选实施方式中, 如图 4所示, 上述系统还可以包括: WEB门户 34, 指定设备 36, 基站子系统 (Base Station Systems , 简称为 BSS ) 和增值业务鉴权中心 (Value-added service Authentication Center, 简称为 VAC)接口 36。 其中, 炫铃平台 32为省 份炫铃平台 (或称为省炫铃平台)。 在该优选实施方式中, 炫铃集中管理平台 30, 与 WEB门户 34相连接, 提供铃音信息管 理类, 用户状态类, 用户业务信息管理类, 集团管理类相关接口。 省炫铃平台 32, 设置为各省炫铃用户呼叫的接入、 处理, 查询符合用户条件铃音, 连接 语音服务器, 为接入用户播放炫铃音。
BSS和 VAC接口 36: 炫铃集中管理平台 30的开、 销户类操作, 订购铃音操作, 通过省 炫铃平台 32的透传分别传送到 BSS进行开、 销户鉴权等操作, 订购铃音的消息通过省炫铃 平台透传到 VAC进行扣费等操作。 图 5为根据本发明优选实施例的炫铃正向内容管理的原理框图。 如图 5所示, WEB门户 34的内容操作, 包括开、 销户, 订购铃音等操作; 炫铃集中管理平台 30, 接 收 WEB门户的操作, 根据号段发送到各省炫铃平台 32, 并根据省炫铃平台 32返回的结果向 WEB门户展示, 并根据操作结果在数据库中增加相应的记录; 省炫铃平台 32, 透传炫铃集中 管理平台 30 的开、 销户, 订购铃音等操作; 开、 销户鉴权等与用户相关的操作, 通过 BSS 接口 36通知 BSS平台 50; 订购铃音相关的扣费操作, 通过 VAC接口 36到 VAC平台 52进 行扣费。 图 6为根据本发明优选实施例的炫铃同步管理的原理框图。 如图 6所示, 炫铃集中管理 平台 30在完成对用户一系列鉴权、 扣费、 本地记录数据成功后, 向省炫铃平台 32发起同步 用户数据操作; 省炫铃平台 32受到同步数据操作后, 只在本地数据库中记录用户相应数据。 图 7为根据本发明优选实施例的炫铃反向管理的原理框图。 如图 7所示, BSS平台 50 处理省炫铃平台 32的开、 销户操作; 省炫铃平台 32不处理用户类的操作, 通过反向内容管 理接口通知到上级炫铃集中管理平台 30; 炫铃集中管理平台 30处理反向的用户类操作, 在 数据库中增加相应的记录, 并向省炫铃平台 30返回操作消息。 图 8 为根据本发明优选实施例的炫铃数据核查的流程图。 本流程用于炫铃集中管理平台 向省炫铃平台发起数据一致性核查请求。 核查操作是为了处理炫铃集中管理平台和省炫铃平 台数据不一致的情况, 由炫铃集中管理平台发起, 根据核查请求中的核查内容要求把相关数 据导出成文件传送到省炫铃平台, 由省炫铃平台进行数据核查。 如图 8所示, 该流程包括以下处理步骤: 步骤 S802: 炫铃集中管理平台导出需要核查的记录文件。 步骤 S804: 定时任务根据配置的省炫铃平台的文件传输协议 (File Transfer Protocol , 简称为 FTP ) 地址, 用户名, 密码, 远端路径等信息把待核查文件放到各省炫铃平台。 步骤 S806: 省炫铃平台读取核查文件, 与数据库中记录进行比较。 步骤 S808: 如果省炫铃平台缺少记录, 需要把核查文件中的记录插入到省炫铃平台的数 据库中。 步骤 S810: 是否检查完所有的待核查文件和记录, 如果是, 则结束; 否则,转步骤 S806。 需要说明的是, 本发明提供的上述实施例, 是在现有主流通网络中 ((公共交换电话网络 ( Public Switched Telephone Network, 简称为 PSTN )、 移动无线电话系统(Global System for Mobile Comm unications, 简称为 GSM)、 码分多址 (Code Division Multiple Access , 简 称为 CDMA) 和个人便携式电话系统 (Personal Handyphone System , 简称为 PHS) 网络 等) 实现炫铃铃音及用户管理效率提供的一种方案。 但并不局限于上述现有主流通网络, 还 适用于基于 IP网络的下一代网络 (Next Generation Network, 简称为 NGN) 交换机网络和 IP多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem , 简称为 IMS) 网络。 在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种软件, 该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实施方式 中描述的技术方案。 在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种存储介质, 该存储介质中存储有上述软件, 该存储 介质包括但不限于: 光盘、 软盘、 硬盘、 可擦写存储器等。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算 装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置 中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步 骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个 集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而己, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性 本发明提供的上述技术方案, 可以应用于炫铃的实现过程中, 通过采用将炫铃业 务的管理操作划归至炫铃集中管理平台, 以实现对炫铃业务的统一管理的技术手段, 解决了相关技术中, 尚无对炫铃业务进行有效管理的管理机制等问题, 从而实现对炫 铃业务的统一管理, 便于实现对炫铃业务的新业务功能的大范围推广。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种炫铃的实现方法, 所述方法包括:
通过炫铃集中管理平台对炫铃业务进行统一管理, 以及
通过所述集中管理平台控制所述炫铃业务归属区域的炫铃平台播放所述炫 铃业务对应的铃音。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 通过炫铃集中管理平台对炫铃业务进行统 一管理, 包括:
通过所述炫铃集中管理平台接收用户的操作指令;
通过所述炫铃集中管理平台转发所述操作指令至所述炫铃平台; 通过所述炫铃平台将所述操作指令转发至指定设备;
根据所述操作指令对与所述操作指令对应的所述炫铃业务进行管理。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 通过所述炫铃集中管理平台接收用户的操作指令包括: 通过所述炫铃集中 管理平台接收用户的注册或取消炫铃业务账户指令;
通过所述炫铃平台将所述操作指令转发至指定设备, 包括: 通过所述炫铃 平台将所述注册或取消炫铃业务账户指令转发至位置归属寄存器 HLR设备。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中,
通过所述炫铃集中管理平台接收用户的操作指令包括: 通过所述炫铃集中 管理平台接收用户的炫铃订购指令;
通过所述炫铃平台将所述操作指令转发至指定设备, 包括: 通过所述炫铃 平台将所述炫铃订购指令转发至服务提供商设备;
根据所述操作指令对与所述操作指令对应的所述炫铃业务进行管理,包括: 根据所述订购指令对所述炫铃业务进行计费管理。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 通过所述炫铃集中管理平台接收用户的操 作指令, 包括: 通过 WEB 门户或所述炫铃平台接收所述操作指令并将所述操作指令转发 至所述炫铃集中管理平台。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其中, 通过所述炫铃集中管理平台对 所述炫铃业务进行统一管理之后, 还包括:
通过所述炫铃集中管理平台对所述炫铃平台执行与所述炫铃集中管理平台 的数据同步操作。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述管理操作包括以下至少之 一类型的操作:
铃音信息管理类、 用户状态类、 用户业务信息管理类、 集团管理类。
8. 一种炫铃的实现装置, 包括:
管理模块, 设置为通过炫铃集中管理平台对炫铃业务进行统一管理; 控制模块, 设置为通过所述集中管理平台控制所述炫铃业务归属区域的炫 铃平台播放所述炫铃业务对应的铃音。
9. 一种炫铃的实现系统, 包括:
炫铃集中管理平台, 设置为对炫铃业务进行管理操作;
至少一个所述炫铃业务归属区域的炫铃平台, 设置为根据所述炫铃集中管 理平台下发的控制指令播放所述炫铃业务所对应的铃音。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述炫铃集中管理平台, 设置为对所述炫 铃业务进行至少以下之一类型的管理:
铃音信息管理类、 用户状态类、 用户业务信息管理类、 集团管理类。
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的系统,其中,所述炫铃集中管理平台包括以下至少之一: 用于接收用户输入的操作指令的第一接口; 与所述炫铃平台进行信息交互 的第二接口。
