随着互联网的普及, 电子商务也得到了突飞猛进的发展。 除却发达的物流仓储配送网 络, 电子商务的成功也离不开成熟的支付技术, 从个人计算机 (personal computer, PC) 端至移动端的全面覆盖, 真正做到了随时随地随心支付。
目前的支付方式主要有三种: 基于银行卡的支付方式 (例如使用销售终端 (point of sale, POS ) , 或者需要提供完整银行信息的方式) ; 基于预存款的支付方式 (例如各种 充值卡) ; 以及基于第三方支付平台的支付方式 (例如银联、 支付宝) 。
随着互联网智能电视的普及, 电子商务的平台也延伸到了智能电视上。 因此, 如何做 好电视端的支付便成了颇为紧要的事。相对而言,每一台个人设备所面对的用户比较单一, 尤其是作为个人移动设备的手机,它所需要面对的主要用户可能只有一位,在这种情况下, 每种支付方式所需要面对的用户群体相对而言比较单一。但当面对作为家庭公共设备的智 能电视时, 需要面对的人群就发生了变化: 从年幼至年长, 从有丰富的支付经验至对目前 的支付方式完全不熟悉, 等等。 此时, 如何提供一种易于理解又方便使用的支付方式就成 为了挑战。
目前, 智能电视支付主要包括以下两种方式:
方式一- 基于一种公共支付系统, 例如: 银联支付系统、 维萨 (VISA) 支付系统、 万事达 (MASTER) 支付系统和运通支付系统, 等等, 通过有卡 (移动 P0S机) 或者无卡 (输 入银行卡信息) 的方式完成支付。
但是, 上述方式中的支付方式都依赖于银行卡, 用户需要自己刷卡或者手动输入银行 卡信息来完成支付。 而在一个家庭中, 并非所有家庭成员都拥有银行卡, 也并非所有家庭 成员都熟悉银行支付系统, 这些家庭成员可能无法成功完成支付。

综上所述, 上述两种智能电视支付方式均无法满足每一个家庭成员的需求。 发明内容

随着互联网智能终端的普及, 在某些家庭公用设备 (例如智能电视)上也可以发 起一些基于网络的数据处理需求。 当家庭成员发起数据处理需求时, 需要该家庭成员 自行配合完成数据处理过程。
但是,在一个家庭中,并不是每个家庭成员都具有配合完成数据处理过程的能力。 例如, 某些家庭成员不具有注册账户, 或者不熟悉整体数据处理流程, 在此种情况下 该家庭成员的数据处理需求则可能无法得到满足。
针对上述问题, 本公开实施例提出了一种数据处理方法, 本公开实施例主要是基 于服务器侧介绍数据处理方法, 该方法可以满足每个家庭成员的数据处理需求。
参照图 3, 示出了本公开实施例一种数据处理方法的流程图, 该数据处理方法可 以包括以下步骤:
步骤 301, 接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数据请求。
本公开实施例中, 上述第一终端即可以为家庭公用设备, 该第一终端可以对应多 个家庭成员, 每个家庭成员都可以具有唯一标识该家庭成员的 ID。 当某个家庭成员
(即第一成员)具有数据处理需求时, 第一终端可以接收该第一成员的操作指令, 然 后可以通过第一终端发送包括该第一成员 ID的数据请求给服务器。
步骤 302, 接收第一终端从包括第一成员 ID 的家庭成员列表中选取的第二成员 ID, 并通知第二成员 ID对应的第二终端响应数据请求。
如果上述第一成员不具有配合完成数据处理过程的能力,则该第一成员可以通过 第一终端请求其所在家庭中的其他家庭成员代替该第一成员配合完成数据处理过程。
本公开实施例中,对于上述第一终端所对应的家庭,可以设置一个家庭成员列表, 家庭成员列表中可以包括该家庭的成员信息, 例如各个家庭成员的 ID。 当然, 该家 庭成员列表中还可以包括其他信息, 例如家庭 ID等等, 本公开实施例对此并不加以 限制。
首先, 第一终端可以接收第一成员发起的选择指令; 然后根据该选择指令从包括 第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选取将要代替第一成员处理的第二成员 ID, 将该第二 成员 ID发送至服务器;最后可以由服务器通知该第二成员 ID对应的第二终端响应数 据请求。 其中, 第一成员与第二成员属于同一个家庭群组。
本公开实施例可以设置家庭成员列表,该家庭成员列表中的家庭成员在具有数据 处理需求时, 可以请求家庭成员列表中的其他家庭成员代为处理该数据处理需求, 因 此, 即使某些家庭成员没有账户或者不熟悉整体数据处理流程, 也可以满足每一个家 庭成员的需求。
实施例二:
下面, 通过该实施例二对上述数据处理方法进行详细介绍。
参照图 4, 示出了本公开实施例二提出的一种数据处理方法的流程图, 该数据处 理方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤 401, 接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数据请求。
本公开实施例中, 当第一成员具有数据处理需求时, 第一终端可以接收该第一成 员的操作指令,然后可以通过第一终端发送包括该第一成员 ID的数据请求给服务器。 上述数据请求还可以包括其他信息, 例如第一成员 ID对应的密码等, 以保证服务器 可以对该第一成员 ID进行验证。
上述操作指令可以通过第一成员点击第一终端界面上的某个按钮触发, 当然, 也 可以采用其它形式触发, 本公开实施例对此不加以限制。
步骤 402, 接收第一终端从包括第一成员 ID 的家庭成员列表中选取的第二成员
ID, 并通知第二成员 ID对应的第二终端响应数据请求。
本公开实施例中,上述第一成员可以通过第一终端请求其所在家庭中的其他家庭 成员代替该第一成员配合完成数据处理过程。
上述包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表可以保存在上述第一终端, 第一终端可以 从本地获取该包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表, 然后从该家庭成员列表中选取第二 成员 ID。
本公开实施例中, 每个家庭可以对应一个家庭 ID, 每个家庭 ID可以对应一个家 庭成员列表, 家庭成员列表中可以包括至少一个家庭成员 ID。 本公开实施例可以预 先设置成员 ID与家庭 ID 的映射关系, 根据该映射关系可以査找到与上述第一成员 ID满足该映射关系的家庭 ID, 然后即可获取与家庭 ID对应的家庭成员列表, 该家 庭成员列表即为包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表。
在第一终端从家庭成员列表中选取第二成员 ID之后,即可将该第二成员 ID发送 至服务器, 然后可以由服务器通知该第二成员 ID对应的第二终端响应数据请求。
本公开实施例中, 上述通知过程可以包括:
al, 接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID和第二成员 ID的第一数据处理信息; a2, 依据第一数据处理信息生成包括第二成员 ID 的第二数据处理信息, 并将第 二数据处理信息推送至第二成员 ID对应的第二终端。
以支付为例, 上述第一数据处理信息可以为第一终端发送的订单信息, 该订单信 息中可以包括第一成员 ID和第二成员 ID (当然订单信息还可以包括其他信息, 例如 家庭 ID等等) ; 上述第二数据处理信息可以为根据第一终端发送的订单信息生成的 订单, 该订单可以包括第二成员 ID (当然订单还可以包括其他信息, 例如第一成员 ID、 家庭 ID等等) 。
步骤 403, 接收第二终端对数据请求的响应结果, 根据响应结果修改第二数据处 理信息的状态, 并将响应结果发送至第一终端。
在服务器通知第二成员 ID对应的第二终端响应上述数据请求之后, 第二终端可 以根据数据请求进行相应操作(以支付为例,第二终端进行的操作可以为进行支付), 然后第二终端将响应结果返回至服务器。服务器可以根据该响应结果修改第二数据处 理信息的状态(例如将第二数据处理信息的状态修改为处理成功) , 然后将响应结果 发送至第一终端, 此时, 第一终端即可得知第二数据处理信息的状态。
上述数据处理过程中, 第一成员并未在第一终端上登录其自身的账户。本公开实 施例中, 在第一终端发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求之前, 还可以执行第一成员 ID 的登录过程。
如图 5所示, 为本公开实施例二提出的另一种数据处理方法的流程图, 该方法可 以包括以下步骤:
步骤 501, 接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID和密码的登录请求, 完成第一 成员 ID的登录。
第一成员可以在发送数据请求之前, 在第一终端上登录其自身的账户。第一终端 可以向服务器发送登录请求, 服务器接收到登录请求后可以根据其中的 ID和密码进 行验证, 验证通过之后即完成第一成员 ID的登录。
步骤 502, 接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数据请求。
当第一成员具有数据处理需求时,服务器可以接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数据请求。
步骤 503, 査找包括第一成员 ID 的家庭成员列表, 并将査找到的家庭成员列表 发送至第一终端显示。
本公开实施例中,第一成员可以通过第一终端请求其所在家庭中的其他家庭成员 代替该第一成员配合完成数据处理过程。
上述第一成员 ID可以对应一个或多个家庭成员列表,包括第一成员 ID的家庭成 员列表可以保存在上述第一终端。 在査找家庭成员列表时, 如果第一成员 ID对应一 个家庭成员列表(即对应第一终端中保存的家庭成员列表) , 则可以优先通过第一终 端从本地获取包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表。 此时, 可以不执行该步骤 503从服 务器査找家庭成员列表的过程。

如果上述第一成员属于多个家庭,即包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表存在多个, 而在第一终端中并没有保存上述多个家庭成员列表;或者该第一成员在非常用地址登 录(例如在其他家庭的终端上登录) , 此时该非常用地址对应的终端上没有保存包括 该第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表, 此时即可以执行该步骤 503从服务器査找家庭成员 列表的过程。
该步骤 503中査找包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表的过程可以包括:

另外,本公开实施例中家庭成员列表中的各个成员之间是具有家庭关系的,因此, 在某一个家庭成员请求其他家庭成员代为执行数据处理过程时, 不需要进行验证过 程。 因为家庭成员之间的家庭关系即可以作为一种验证, 当第一成员在请求第二成员 代为处理时, 可以不用输入关于该第二成员的信息, 只需在家庭成员列表中选择该第 二成员即可, 并且第二成员在收到代为处理的数据请求时也不需要对该信息进行验 证, 直接处理即可。 因此本公开实施例可以保证数据处理过程的安全性, 简化数据处 理过程。
上述实施例一和实施例二主要是基于服务器侧介绍数据处理方法,下面通过实施 例三和实施例四介绍基于终端侧的数据处理方法。
实施例三:
参照图 6, 示出了本公开实施例三种数据处理方法的流程图, 该数据处理方法可 以包括以下步骤:
步骤 601, 发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求。 本公开实施例中, 一个家庭公用设备可以对应一个家庭群组, 在该家庭群组中可 以包括多个家庭成员, 每个家庭成员都可以具有唯一标识该家庭成员的 ID。 当某个 家庭成员 (即第一成员) 具有数据处理需求时, 该第一成员 ID对应的终端 (即家庭 公用设备) 可以接收该第一成员的操作指令, 然后可以发送包括该第一成员 ID的数 据请求给服务器。
步骤 602, 从包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选取第二成员 ID, 并发送第二 成员 ID, 请求第二成员 ID对应的终端响应数据请求。
如果上述第一成员不具有配合完成数据处理过程的能力,则该第一成员可以通过 家庭公用设备请求其所在家庭群组中的其他家庭成员代替该第一成员配合完成数据 处理过程。
本公开实施例中, 对于上述家庭公用设备所对应的家庭, 可以设置一个家庭成员 列表, 家庭成员列表中可以包括该家庭的成员信息, 例如各个家庭成员的 ID。 当然, 该家庭成员列表中还可以包括其他信息, 例如家庭 ID等等, 本公开实施例对此并不 加以限制。

需要说明的是, 本公开实施例中, 第一成员 ID对应的终端也可以不将数据请求 发送给服务器, 而可以直接通过第二成员对应的 ID将数据请求发送给该第二成员 ID 对应的终端,从而实现第一成员 ID对应的终端与第二成员 ID对应的终端之间的点对 点通信, 本公开实施例对此并不加以限制。
本公开实施例可以设置家庭成员列表,该家庭成员列表中的家庭成员在具有数据 处理需求时, 可以请求家庭成员列表中的其他家庭成员代为处理该数据处理需求, 因 此, 即使某些家庭成员没有账户或者不熟悉整体数据处理流程, 也可以满足每一个家 庭成员的需求。

本公开实施例中, 当第一成员具有数据处理需求时, 第一成员 ID对应的终端可 以接收该第一成员的操作指令, 然后发送包括该第一成员 ID的数据请求给服务器。 上述数据请求还可以包括其他信息, 例如第一成员 ID对应的密码等, 以保证服务器 可以对该第一成员 ID进行验证。

实施例五:
下面, 在本公开实施例五中以智能电视支付为例, 对采用上述提出的数据处理方 法的支付过程进行介绍。
对于在家庭公用设备上的支付处理过程中, 该家庭可以注册一个家庭账户。家庭 账户是一个个体账户群的集合, 类似于家庭的概念, 一个家庭可以有多个家庭成员。 家庭账户可以实现对家庭成员的管理、对家庭共享信息的管理以及实现终端的电子商 务。 家庭账户储存的信息可以包括但不限于家庭成员信息 (对应于上述家庭成员列 表) 、 管理员信息、 家庭共享信息以及账户可用余额。
当用户需要支付时,除了可以选择通过自己的个人账户支付或者使用家庭账户可 用余额支付外, 还可以选择请求其他家庭成员代为支付。
首先用户 (对应于上述第一成员)可以在家庭公用智能电视(对应于上述第一终 端) 上登录自己的个人账户, 接下来在选择支付方式时可以选择家庭成员代为支付, 并从家庭成员列表中选择即将代为支付的成员, 接下来在提交订单之后, 电视终端会 发送订单信息至服务器, 此时服务器生成需要支付的订单, 接下来发送该订单至被请 求家庭成员 (对应于上述第二成员) 的手机端 (对应于上述第二终端) 。 当被请求家 庭成员在手机端上的支付完成之后, 服务器可以返回支付成功的消息至电视终端, 整 个支付流程完成。
支付流程如下:
1、 在属于家庭群组 GroupIDl (即上述家庭 ID) 的家庭设备 DevicelDl上, 用户 A ( UserlDA, 即上述第一成员 ID ) 选择支付购买物品 ItemlDl。
2、 家庭设备 DevicelDl去服务器端査找属于 GroupIDl的家庭成员列表 Listl。 本公开实施例中, 该过程可以为初始化过程, 即家庭设备 DevicelDl首先可以去 服务器端査找属于 GroupIDl的家庭成员列表 Listl , 然后可以将 Listl保存在该家庭 设备 DevicelDl上, 之后即可从本地査找上述家庭成员列表 Listl。
3、 电视端 (即上述第一终端) 显示家庭成员列表 Listl , 用户在其中选择自己的 账户登录。 4、 用户 A确认希望购买的物品。
5、 用户 A选择 "家庭成员代为支付" 作为支付方式 (即发起上述数据请求) 。
6、用户 A在 Listl中选择希望代自己支付的用户 UserlDB (即上述第二成员 ID )。 本公开实施例中,在上述步骤 3中显示的家庭成员列表 Listl中会显示 UserlDA, 在该处的 Listl中由于是要选择其他家庭成员, 所以可以在 Listl中去掉 UserlDA, 只 显示其他的家庭成员 ID, 本公开实施例对此并不加以限制。
7、 用户 A提交订单相关信息 (即上述第一数据处理信息) 至服务器。
其中, 订单相关信息包括但不限于: 需要支付的物品 ItemlDl , 提交订单的用户 UserlDA, 需要完成支付的用户 UserlDB, 家庭群组 GroupIDl, 家庭设备 DevicelDl, 订单其它属性 (可以包括但不限于价格、 提交时间) 。
8、 服务器根据提交的订单信息生成订单 OrderlDl (即上述第二数据处理信息) 。 本公开实施例中, 订单中包括但不限于: 订单编号 OrderlDl , 订单金额, 订单支 付状态 (订单是否已经成功完成支付) , 需要支付的物品 ItemlDl , 提交订单的用户 UserlDA, 需要完成支付的用户 UserlDB, 家庭群组 GroupIDl, 家庭设备 DevicelDl, 订单生成时间, 订单其它属性 (可以包括但不限于有效时间) 。
9、 服务器将订单推送至用户 UserlDB对应的设备 (即上述第二终端) , 在用户 UserlDB已登录的设备上出现支付提示信息。
10、 用户 UserlDB在自己的设备上完成支付, 并将支付成功信息 (即上述响应结 果) 提交至服务器。
对于用户 UserlDB 的支付过程, 本领域技术人员根据实际经验进行相关处理即 可, 例如可以用支付宝支付等等, 本公开实施例在此不再详细论述。
11、 服务器修改订单支付状态, 并推送支付成功信息至家庭设备 DevicelDl。
12、 用户 UserlDA在家庭设备 Devicel上看到支付成功信息, 支付完成。
本公开实施例中, 上述步骤 3中 "用户登录"的步骤可以为优选方案, 登录也可 以在购物或者准备支付之前进行; 或者不需要登录, 而在步骤 5中发送代为支付的请 求时, 携带用户 ID以及密码。
在不登录的情况下, 发送支付请求前可以发送用户 ID给本地, 在本地根据用户 ID査询本地所在家庭 ID, 根据家庭 ID可以获得家庭成员列表, 进而选取代为支付 的成员 ID。

本公开实施例中, 通过建立一种适用于家庭中每一个家庭成员的电视端支付方 式, 可以满足每个家庭成员的支付需求, 更加方便、 快捷、 安全地请求家庭成员中具 有支付能力的人来完成支付。另外, 本公开实施例中家庭成员列表中的各个成员之间 是具有家庭关系的, 因此, 在某一个家庭成员请求其他家庭成员代为执行数据处理过 程时, 不需要进行验证过程, 即可保证支付的正确性和安全性, 因此本公开实施例可 以简化支付过程。
需要说明的是, 本公开实施例五只是以支付为例进行说明, 但是本公开实施例所 提出的数据处理过程并不限定于应用在支付过程中,其他具有上述数据处理过程的情 况均是可行的。
需要说明的是, 对于前述的方法实施例, 为了简单描述, 故将其都表述为一系列 的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本公开并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制, 因为依据本公开, 某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。 其次, 本领域技术人员 也应该知悉, 说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例, 所涉及的动作并不一定是 本公开所必需的。
实施例六:
参照图 9, 示出了本公开实施例四提出的一种数据处理装置的结构框图, 该装置 可以包括:
第一接收模块 901, 用于接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数据请求; 第二接收模块 902, 用于接收第一终端从包括第一成员 ID 的家庭成员列表中选 取的第二成员 ID;
通知模块 903, 用于通知第二成员 ID对应的第二终端响应数据请求。
本公开实施例在接收到第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数据请求之后, 可以 接收第一终端从包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选取的第二成员 ID, 并通知第二 成员 ID对应的第二终端响应数据请求。 本公开实施例可以设置家庭成员列表, 该家 庭成员列表中的家庭成员在具有数据处理需求时,可以请求家庭成员列表中的其他家 庭成员代为处理该数据处理需求, 因此, 即使某些家庭成员没有账户或者不熟悉整体 数据处理流程, 也可以满足每一个家庭成员的需求。
实施例七:
参照图 10, 示出了本公开实施例七提出的一种数据处理装置的结构框图, 该装 置可以包括: 登录模块 1001、 第一接收模块 1002、 査找模块 1003、 发送模块 1004、 第二接收模块 1005、 通知模块 1006和结果处理模块 1007。 登录模块 1001, 用于在第一接收模块接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数 据请求之前, 接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID和密码的登录请求, 完成第一成 员 ID的登录。
本公开实施例中, 该装置也可以不包括登录模块, 即第一成员 ID也可以不登录, 而在第一终端向服务器发送包括第一成员 ID 的数据请求时携带该第一成员 ID和密 码。
第一接收模块 1002, 用于接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数据请求; 本公开实施例中, 在第一接收模块接收到第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数 据请求之后, 可以获取包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表, 然后第一终端从该家庭成 员列表中选取第二成员 ID
上述包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表可以保存在第一终端,无论第一成员 ID是 否登录, 均可以从第一终端査找该家庭成员列表。
在第一成员 ID登录的情况下,如果包括该第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表有多个或 者该第一成员 ID在非常用地址登录,则要通过服务器査找包括第一成员 ID的家庭成 员列表, 因此, 本公开实施例所提出的装置还可以包括査找模块 1003 和发送模块 1004
第二査找模块 1003, 用于第一接收模块接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的 数据请求之后, 査找包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表;
该第二査找模块 1003可以包括:
第二査找子模块 10031, 用于査找与第一成员 ID满足预先设置的映射关系的家 庭 ID, 映射关系为家庭 ID与成员 ID的映射关系;
第二获取子模块 10032, 用于获取与家庭 ID对应的家庭成员列表, 家庭成员列 表为包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表。
列表发送模块 1004, 用于将第二査找模块査找到的家庭成员列表发送至第一终 端显示;
其中, 第一成员 ID对应一个或多个家庭成员列表, 査找到的家庭成员列表为一 个或多个。
第二接收模块 1005, 用于接收第一终端从包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选 取的第二成员 ID;
其中, 第一成员与第二成员属于同一个家庭群组。
通知模块 1006, 用于通知第二成员 ID对应的第二终端响应数据请求; 通知模块 1006包括:
接收子模块 10061, 用于接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID和第二成员 ID的 第一数据处理信息;
生成子模块 10062, 用于依据第一数据处理信息生成包括第二成员 ID 的第二数 据处理信息;
推送子模块 10063, 用于将第二数据处理信息推送至第二成员 ID对应的第二终 结果处理模块 1007, 用于接收第二终端对数据请求的响应结果, 根据响应结果 修改第二数据处理信息的状态, 并将响应结果发送至第一终端。
本公开实施例提出了一种数据处理装置, 在数据处理过程中, 某一个家庭成员可 以请求家庭成员列表中的其他家庭成员代为处理其数据处理需求, 因此, 无论家庭成 员是否可以自行执行数据处理, 都可以满足该家庭成员的数据处理需求。 其次, 本公 开实施例中家庭成员列表中的各个成员之间是具有家庭关系的, 因此, 在请求其他家 庭成员代为执行数据处理过程时, 不需要进行验证过程, 从而使数据处理过程更加简 便。
上述实施例六和实施例七主要是基于服务器侧介绍数据处理装置,下面通过实施 例八和实施例九介绍基于服务器侧的数据处理装置。
实施例八:
参照图 1 1, 示出了本公开实施例八提出的一种数据处理装置的结构框图, 该装 置可以包括:
第一请求发送模块 1101, 用于发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求;
选取发送模块 1102,用于从包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选取第二成员 ID, 并发送第二成员 ID, 请求第二成员 ID对应的终端响应数据请求。
其中, 第一成员与第二成员属于同一个家庭群组。
本公开实施例可以设置家庭成员列表,该家庭成员列表中的家庭成员在具有数据 处理需求时, 可以请求家庭成员列表中的其他家庭成员代为处理该数据处理需求, 因 此, 即使某些家庭成员没有账户或者不熟悉整体数据处理流程, 也可以满足每一个家 庭成员的需求。
实施例九:
参照图 12, 示出了本公开实施例九提出的一种数据处理装置的结构框图, 该装 置可以包括: 第二请求发送模块 1201、第一请求发送模块 1202、第一査找模块 1203、 査找显示模块 1204、 选取发送模块 1205和结果接收模块 1206。
第二请求发送模块 1201, 用于在第一请求发送模块发送包括第一成员 ID的数据 请求之前, 发送包括第一成员 ID和密码的登录请求, 在服务器上登录第一成员 ID; 本公开实施例中, 该装置也可以不包括登录模块, 即第一成员 ID也可以不登录, 而在向服务器发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求时携带该第一成员 ID和密码。
第一请求发送模块 1202, 用于发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求;
本公开实施例中, 在第一请求发送模块发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求之后, 可以获取包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表,然后第一成员 ID对应的终端从该家庭成 员列表中选取第二成员 ID。
上述包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表可以保存在本地,无论第一成员 ID是否登 录, 均可以从本地査找该家庭成员列表。
因此, 该装置还包括:
第一査找模块 1203, 用于选取发送模块从包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选 取第二成员 ID之前, 从本地査找包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表。
该第一査找模块 1203可以包括: 第一査找子模块 12031, 用于从本地査找与第一成员 ID满足预先设置的映射关 系的家庭 ID;
第一获取子模块 12032, 用于获取与家庭 ID对应的家庭成员列表, 家庭成员列 表为包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表。
在第一成员 ID登录的情况下,如果包括该第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表有多个或 者该第一成员 ID在非常用地址登录,则要通过服务器査找包括第一成员 ID的家庭成 员列表, 因此, 本公开实施例所提出的装置还可以包括査找显示模块 1204。
査找显示模块 1204, 用于在第一请求发送模块发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求 之后, 从服务器査找包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表, 并显示査找到的家庭成员列 表;
其中, 第一成员 ID对应一个或多个家庭成员列表, 査找到的家庭成员列表为一 个或多个。
选取发送模块 1205,用于从包括第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选取第二成员 ID, 并发送第二成员 ID, 请求第二成员 ID对应的终端响应数据请求;
其中, 第一成员与第二成员属于同一个家庭群组。
结果接收模块 1206, 用于接收第二成员 ID对应的终端对数据请求的响应结果。 本公开实施例在数据处理过程中,某一个家庭成员可以请求家庭成员列表中的其 他家庭成员代为处理其数据处理需求, 因此, 无论家庭成员是否可以自行执行数据处 理, 都可以满足该家庭成员的数据处理需求。 其次, 本公开实施例中家庭成员列表中 的各个成员之间是具有家庭关系的, 因此, 在请求其他家庭成员代为执行数据处理过 程时, 不需要进行验证过程, 从而使数据处理过程更加简便。
对于装置实施例而言, 由于其与方法实施例基本相似, 所以描述的比较简单, 相 关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与 其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。

权利要求
1、 一种数据处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求;
从包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选取第二成员 ID,并发送所述第二成员 ID, 请求所述第二成员 ID对应的终端响应所述数据请求;
其中, 所述第一成员与所述第二成员属于同一个家庭群组。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员 列表保存在本地,
从包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选取第二成员 ID之前, 所述方法还包括: 从本地査找所述包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述从本地査找所述包括所述第一成 员 ID的家庭成员列表, 包括:
从本地査找与所述第一成员 ID满足预先设置的映射关系的家庭 ID;
获取与所述家庭 ID对应的家庭成员列表, 所述家庭成员列表为包括所述第一成员 ID 的家庭成员列表。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求之 前, 所述方法还包括:
发送包括第一成员 ID和密码的登录请求, 在服务器上登录所述第一成员 ID。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求之 后, 所述方法还包括:
从服务器査找包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表,并显示査找到的家庭成员列表; 其中, 所述第一成员 ID对应一个或多个家庭成员列表, 所述査找到的家庭成员列表 为一个或多个。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
接收所述第二成员 ID对应的终端对所述数据请求的响应结果。
7、 一种数据处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数据请求;
接收所述第一终端从包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选取的第二成员 ID, 并 通知所述第二成员 ID对应的第二终端响应所述数据请求;
其中, 所述第一成员与所述第二成员属于同一个家庭群组。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员 列表保存在所述第一终端。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员
ID的数据请求之前, 所述方法还包括:
接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID和密码的登录请求,完成所述第一成员 ID的登 录。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数据请求之后, 所述方法还包括:
査找包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表, 并将査找到的家庭成员列表发送至所述 第一终端显示;
其中, 所述第一成员 ID对应一个或多个家庭成员列表, 所述査找到的家庭成员列表 为一个或多个。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述査找包括所述第一成员 ID的家 庭成员列表, 包括:
査找与所述第一成员 ID满足预先设置的映射关系的家庭 ID;
获取与所述家庭 ID对应的家庭成员列表, 所述家庭成员列表为包括所述第一成员 ID 的家庭成员列表。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通知所述第二成员 ID对应的第 二终端响应所述数据请求, 包括:
接收所述第一终端发送的包括所述第一成员 ID和所述第二成员 ID的第一数据处理信 息;
依据所述第一数据处理信息生成包括所述第二成员 ID的第二数据处理信息, 并将所 述第二数据处理信息推送至所述第二成员 ID对应的第二终端。
13、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
接收所述第二终端对所述数据请求的响应结果,根据所述响应结果修改所述第二数据 处理信息的状态, 并将所述响应结果发送至所述第一终端。
14、 一种数据处理装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一请求发送模块, 用于发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求;
选取发送模块, 用于从包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选取第二成员 ID, 并 发送所述第二成员 ID, 请求所述第二成员 ID对应的终端响应所述数据请求;
其中, 所述第一成员与所述第二成员属于同一个家庭群组。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成 员列表保存在本地,
所述装置还包括:
第一査找模块, 用于所述选取发送模块从包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选 取第二成员 ID之前, 从本地査找所述包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一査找模块包括: 第一査找子模块, 用于从本地査找与所述第一成员 ID满足预先设置的映射关系的家 庭 ID;
第一获取子模块, 用于获取与所述家庭 ID对应的家庭成员列表, 所述家庭成员列表 为包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
第二请求发送模块, 用于在所述第一请求发送模块发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求 之前, 发送包括第一成员 ID和密码的登录请求, 在服务器上登录所述第一成员 ID。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
査找显示模块,用于在所述第一请求发送模块发送包括第一成员 ID的数据请求之后, 从服务器査找包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表, 并显示査找到的家庭成员列表; 其中, 所述第一成员 ID对应一个或多个家庭成员列表, 所述査找到的家庭成员列表 为一个或多个。
19、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
结果接收模块, 用于接收所述第二成员 ID对应的终端对所述数据请求的响应结果。
20、 一种数据处理装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收模块, 用于接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数据请求;
第二接收模块, 用于接收所述第一终端从包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表中选 取的第二成员 ID;
通知模块, 用于通知所述第二成员 ID对应的第二终端响应所述数据请求; 其中, 所述第一成员与所述第二成员属于同一个家庭群组。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成 员列表保存在所述第一终端。
22、 根据权利要求 20所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
登录模块, 用于在第一接收模块接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数据请求之 前, 接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID和密码的登录请求, 完成所述第一成员 ID的登 录。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
第二査找模块, 用于第一接收模块接收第一终端发送的包括第一成员 ID的数据请求 之后, 査找包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表;
列表发送模块, 用于将第二査找模块査找到的家庭成员列表发送至所述第一终端显 示;
其中, 所述第一成员 ID对应一个或多个家庭成员列表, 所述査找到的家庭成员列表 为一个或多个。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二査找模块包括: 第二査找子模块, 用于査找与所述第一成员 ID满足预先设置的映射关系的家庭 ID; 第二获取子模块, 用于获取与所述家庭 ID对应的家庭成员列表, 所述家庭成员列表 为包括所述第一成员 ID的家庭成员列表。
25、 根据权利要求 20所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述通知模块包括: 接收子模块, 用于接收所述第一终端发送的包括所述第一成员 ID和所述第二成员 ID 的第一数据处理信息;
生成子模块, 用于依据所述第一数据处理信息生成包括所述第二成员 ID的第二数据 处理信息;
推送子模块,用于将所述第二数据处理信息推送至所述第二成员 ID对应的第二终端。
26、 根据权利要求 20所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
结果处理模块, 用于接收所述第二终端对所述数据请求的响应结果, 根据所述响应结 果修改所述第二数据处理信息的状态, 并将所述响应结果发送至所述第一终端。
