本公开涉及移动终端开发技术, 尤其涉及一种文件下载的方法、 装置及系统。 背景技术
通过移动终端下载文件, 包括游戏、 应用程序、 视频等已经越来越常用, 然而在移动 终端上的文件下载存在带宽和耗电的问题, 成本较高, 且当文件较大时, 对移动终端的电 量和流量的需求都较大, 而且下载的时间也较长。
目前, 对于移动终端下载文件耗费时间较长的问题, 还没有相应的解决方案。 发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种文件下载的方法、装置及系统, 以解决移动终端下载文件耗费 时间较长的问题。
一方面,本公开实施例提供了一种文件下载的方法,应用于需要下载文件的移动终端, 包括:
在确定需要通过与其连接的移动终端进行文件下载时,在各个与其连接的移动终端中 确定至少一个接收文件的移动终端;
向服务器发送待下载文件的划分下载请求, 以使服务器将待下载文件划分后得到的子 文件, 分别发送给接收文件的移动终端, 或者分别发送给接收文件的移动终端及需要下载 文件的移动终端;
在接收文件的移动终端完成接收后, 获取完成接收的移动终端所接收的子文件; 获取全部子文件后, 将各子文件合并成一个文件并保存。
第二方面, 本公开实施例提供了一种文件下载的方法, 包括:

本公开实施例提供一种文件下载的方法、装置及系统, 在移动终端需要进行文件下载 时, 若存在与其连接的移动终端, 可以通过与其连接的移动终端进行文件下载, 即由服务 器将待下载文件划分后得到的子文件分别发送给各个移动终端,在下载完成后通过移动终 端间的连接从各移动终端中获取子文件并合并即可得到待下载文件。各移动终端仅需下载 待下载文件的一部分, 从而实现了移动终端在耗费时间较短的情况下对文件的下载。
如图 1所示, 本公开实施例提供一种文件下载的方法, 该方法应用于需要下载文件的 移动终端, 该方法包括:

图 1提供的文件下载的方法是为以需要下载文件的移动终端作为执行主体。其中, 各 个与其连接的移动终端可以是与需要下载文件的移动终端通过有线或者无线方式连接,从 而实现资源共享的移动终端, 其中无线连接可以为通过蓝牙连接或者瞬时无线网 (adhoc
Wifl ) 连接等可以实现设备之间共享资源的无线连接。
移动终端需要对文件进行下载时, 若存在多个与其连接的移动终端, 可以通过与其连 接的移动终端进行下载。此时需要下载文件的移动终端可以在与其连接的移动终端中确定 至少一个接收文件的移动终端。
在需要下载文件的移动终端向服务器发送待下载文件的划分下载请求后,服务器将待 下载文件划分后得到的子文件发送给接收文件的移动终端或者接收文件的移动终端及需 要下载文件的移动终端, 例如, 当需要下载文件的移动终端的带宽较小时, 为了加快下载 速度, 需要下载文件的移动终端可以不接收文件, 只由接收文件的移动终端接收文件。
在接收文件的移动终端完成接收后,需要下载文件的移动终端可以获取完成接收的移 动终端所接收的子文件,需要下载文件的移动终端在获取全部子文件后将各子文件合并成 一个文件进行保存, 从而实现文件的下载。 由于各移动终端仅需要下载一个子文件, 因此 实现了移动终端在耗费时间较短的情况下对文件的下载。

将待下载文件划分为子文件, 由相互连接的移动终端对划分后的子文件进行下载, 并 在下载后从与其连接的移动终端中获取子文件, 合并成一个文件进行保存, 可以使移动终 端在耗费时间较少的情况完成对文件的下载。
根据待下载文件的大小及接收文件的移动终端的设备性能和带宽确定的划分后的子 文件的大小的比例关系及划分后的子文件与接收文件的移动终端的下载映射关系,在对待 下载文件进行划分下载时,根据划分后的子文件的大小的比例关系进行划分并根据下载映 射关系分配下载任务, 可以加快整体下载进程, 实现资源的合理利用。
在接收到接收文件的移动终端的下载过慢响应或在向移动终端发送下载进度查询请 求后设定时间内未接收到其发送的响应时, 向其发送结束下载指令, 并确定其对应的子文 件为新的待下载文件, 可以加快整体下载速度。
在获取全部子文件后向各个接收文件的移动终端发送携带各子文件对应的移动终端 信息及各子文件在待下载文件中的排列顺序的通知消息,可以方便接收文件的移动终端在 确定需要接收该文件时, 根据通知消息获取全部子文件, 及将各子文件合并成一个文件并 保存。
如图 5所示, 本公开实施例提供一种文件下载的装置, 包括:
第一确定单元 501, 用于在确定需要通过与其连接的移动终端进行文件下载时, 在各 个与其连接的移动终端中确定至少一个接收文件的移动终端;
第一发送单元 502, 用于向服务器发送待下载文件的划分下载请求, 以使服务器将待 下载文件划分后得到的子文件, 分别发送给接收文件的移动终端, 或者分别发送给接收文 件的移动终端及需要下载文件的移动终端;
获取单元 503, 用于当接收文件的移动终端完成接收后, 获取完成接收的移动终端所 接收的子文件;
合并单元 504, 用于获取全部子文件后, 将各子文件合并成一个文件并保存。
移动终端需要对文件进行下载时, 若存在多个与其连接的移动终端, 可以通过与其连 接的移动终端进行下载。此时需要下载文件的移动终端可以在与其连接的移动终端中确定 至少一个接收文件的移动终端。
在需要下载文件的移动终端向服务器发送待下载文件的划分下载请求后,服务器将待 下载文件划分后得到的子文件发送给接收文件的移动终端或者接收文件的移动终端及需 要下载文件的移动终端, 例如, 当需要下载文件的移动终端的带宽较小时, 为了加快下载 速度, 需要下载文件的移动终端可以不接收文件, 只由接收文件的移动终端接收文件。
在接收文件的移动终端完成接收后,需要下载文件的移动终端可以获取发送完成接收 的移动终端所接收的子文件,需要下载文件的移动终端在获取全部子文件后将各子文件合 并成一个文件进行保存, 从而实现文件的下载。 由于各移动终端仅需要下载一个子文件, 因此实现了移动终端在耗费时间较短的情况下对文件的下载。
其中, 各个与其连接的移动终端可以是与调度移动终端通过有线或者无线方式连接, 从而实现资源共享的移动终端, 其中无线连接可以为通过蓝牙连接或者 adhoc wifi连接等 可以实现设备之间共享资源的无线连接。
实际应用中, 需要下载文件的移动终端可以与接收文件的移动终端一起接收子文件, 例如, 为了减少系统处理量, 加快下载速度, 需要下载的需要下载文件的移动终端可以仅 负责确定接收文件的移动终端,及向系统发送待下载文件的划分下载请求,不接收子文件。
如图 6所示, 第一确定单元 501包括:
第一发送模块 601, 用于在确定需要通过与其连接的移动终端进行文件下载时, 向各 个与其连接的移动终端发送下载请求;

本公开实施例提供一种文件下载的方法、装置及系统, 在移动终端需要进行文件下载 时, 若存在与其连接的移动终端, 可以通过与其连接的移动终端进行文件下载, 即由服务 器将待下载文件划分得到的子文件分别发送给各个移动终端,在下载完成后通过移动终端 间的连接从各移动终端中获取子文件并合并即可得到待下载文件。各移动终端仅需下载待 下载文件的一部分, 从而实现了移动终端在耗费时间较短的情况下对文件的下载。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种文件下载的方法, 其特征在于, 应用于需要下载文件的移动终端, 所述方法 包括:
在各个与其连接的移动终端中确定至少一个接收文件的移动终端;
向服务器发送待下载文件的划分下载请求,以使所述服务器将所述待下载文件划分后 得到的子文件,分别发送给所述接收文件的移动终端,或者分别发送给所述接收文件的移 动终端及需要下载文件的移动终端;
在所述接收文件的移动终端完成接收后, 获取完成接收的移动终端所接收的子文件; 获取全部子文件后, 将各子文件合并成一个文件并保存。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述在各个与其连接的移动终端中确定 至少一个接收文件的移动终端, 包括:
向各个与其连接的移动终端发送下载请求;
接收各个与其连接的移动终端发送的接受下载响应,确定发送所述接受下载响应的移 动终端为接收文件的移动终端之一,直至等待时间达到根据待下载文件的大小设定的最大 等待时间,或者确定的接收文件的移动终端的个数达到根据待下载文件的大小设定的接收 文件的移动终端的最多个数。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述待下载文件的划分下载请求中携带: 根据待下载文件的大小及接收文件的移动终端的设备性能和带宽确定的划分后的子 文件的大小的比例关系,及根据待下载文件的大小及接收文件的移动终端的设备性能和带 宽确定的划分后的子文件与接收文件的移动终端的下载映射关系;
所述以使所述服务器将所述待下载文件划分后得到的子文件发送给所述接收文件的 移动终端或者分别发送给所述接收文件的移动终端及需要下载文件的移动终端,采用以下 方式:
以使所述服务器根据所述比例关系将待下载文件划分成与接收文件的移动终端个数 相同的子文件, 并将各子文件发送给在所述下载映射关系中与其对应的移动终端。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向服务器发送待下载文件的划分下 载请求之后, 还包括:
确定存在接收文件的移动终端下载速度过慢或确定存在接收文件的移动终端与自身 连接不良时, 向下载速度过慢或连接不良的接收文件的移动终端发送结束下载指令,并确 定其对应的子文件为新的待下载文件。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定存在接收文件的移动终端下载 速度过慢或确定存在接收文件的移动终端与自身连接不良时,向下载速度过慢或连接不良 的接收文件的移动终端发送结束下载指令,并确定其对应的子文件为新的待下载文件,包 括:
根据各接收文件的移动终端的设备性能确定各接收文件的移动终端的下载时间; 确定各接收文件的移动终端在为其设定的下载时间内未发回接收完成响应时,向其发 送下载进度查询请求;
接收到接收文件的移动终端发送的下载过慢的响应或在向接收文件的移动终端发送 下载进度查询请求后设定时间内未接收到其发送的响应时, 向其发送结束下载指令,并确 定其对应的子文件为新的待下载文件。
6、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述在接收文件的移动终端完成接收后, 获取完成接收的移动终端所接收的子文件, 包括:
所述接收到接收文件的移动终端发送的接收完成响应后,获取发送接收完成响应的移 动终端所接收的子文件。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取全部子文件后, 还包括: 所述向各个接收文件的移动终端发送携带各子文件对应的移动终端信息及各子文件 在所述待下载文件中的排列顺序的通知消息,由各接收文件的移动终端在确定需要接收所 述待下载文件时,根据所述通知消息获取全部子文件,并将各子文件合并成一个文件并保 存。
8、 一种文件下载的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收需要下载文件的移动终端在各个与其连接的移动终端中确定至少一个接收文件 的移动终端后发送的待下载文件的划分下载请求;
将所述待下载文件划分后得到的子文件,分别发送给接收文件的移动终端,或者分别 发送给接收文件的移动终端及所述需要下载文件的移动终端,由所述需要下载文件的移动 终端在接收文件的移动终端完成接收后,获取完成接收的移动终端所接收的子文件,并在 获取全部子文件后, 将各子文件合并成一个文件并保存。
9、如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述待下载文件的划分下载请求中携带: 根据待下载文件的大小及接收文件的移动终端的设备性能和带宽确定的划分后的子 文件的大小的比例关系,及根据待下载文件的大小及接收文件的移动终端的设备性能和带 宽确定的划分后的子文件与接收文件的移动终端的下载映射关系;
所述将所述待下载文件划分后得到的子文件分别发送给接收文件的移动终端或者分 别发送给接收文件的移动终端及需要下载文件的移动终端, 包括:
根据所述比例关系将待下载文件划分成与接收文件的移动终端个数相同的子文件; 将各子文件发送给在所述下载映射关系中与其对应的移动终端。
10、 一种文件下载方法, 其特征在于, 应用于移动终端, 所述方法包括:
确定与其连接的移动终端需要下载文件;
接收服务器在接收到待下载文件的划分下载请求后,发送的所述待下载文件划分后得 到的子文件, 所述待下载文件的划分下载请求为需要下载文件的移动终端发送的;
完成接收后,将接收完成的子文件发送给需要下载文件的移动终端, 由所述需要下载 文件的移动终端在获取全部子文件后, 将各子文件合并成一个文件并保存。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收所述需要下载文件的移动终端在获取全部子文件后发送的携带各子文件对应的 移动终端信息及各子文件在所述待下载文件中的排列顺序的通知消息;
确定需要接收所述待下载文件时, 根据所述通知消息获取全部子文件;
根据所述通知消息将各子文件合并成一个文件并保存。
12 种文件下载的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一确定单元, 用于在各个与其连接的移动终端中确定至少一个接收文件的移动终

第一发送单元,用于向服务器发送待下载文件的划分下载请求, 以使所述服务器将所 述待下载文件划分后得到的子文件,分别发送给所述接收文件的移动终端,或者分别发送 给所述接收文件的移动终端及需要下载文件的移动终端;
获取单元,用于当所述接收文件的移动终端完成接收后,获取完成接收的移动终端所 接收的子文件;
合并单元, 用于获取全部子文件后, 将各子文件合并成一个文件并保存。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一确定单元包括:
第一发送模块,用于在确定需要通过与其连接的移动终端进行文件下载时, 向各个与 其连接的移动终端发送下载请求;
第一确定模块,用于接收各个与其连接的移动终端发送的接受下载响应,确定发送所 述接受下载响应的移动终端为接收文件的移动终端之一,直至等待时间达到根据待下载文 件的大小设定的最大等待时间,或者确定的接收文件的移动终端的个数达到根据待下载文 件的大小设定的接收文件的移动终端的最多个数。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述待下载文件的划分下载请求中携 带:
根据待下载文件的大小及接收文件的移动终端的设备性能和带宽确定的划分后的子 文件的大小的比例关系,及根据待下载文件的大小及接收文件的移动终端的设备性能和带 宽确定的划分后的子文件与接收文件的移动终端的下载映射关系;
所述以使所述服务器将所述待下载文件划分后得到的子文件分别发送给所述接收文 件的移动终端或者分别发送给所述接收文件的移动终端及需要下载文件的移动终端, 为: 以使所述服务器根据所述比例关系将待下载文件划分成与接收文件的移动终端个数 相同的子文件, 并将各子文件发送给在所述下载映射关系中与其对应的移动终端。
15、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二确定单元,用于确定存在接收文件的移动终端下载速度过慢或确定存在接收文件 的移动终端与自身连接不良时,向下载速度过慢或连接不良的接收文件的移动终端发送结 束下载指令, 并确定其对应的子文件为新的待下载文件。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二确定单元, 包括: 第二确定模块,用于根据各接收文件的移动终端的设备性能确定各接收文件的移动终 端的下载时间;
第二发送模块,用于当各接收文件的移动终端在为其设定的下载时间内未发回接收完 成响应时, 向其发送下载进度查询请求;
第三发送模块,用于当接收到接收文件的移动终端发送的下载过慢的响应或在向接收 文件的移动终端发送下载进度查询请求后设定时间内未接收到其发送的响应时,向其发送 结束下载指令, 并确定其对应的子文件为新的待下载文件。
17、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元, 用于:
移动终端接收到接收文件的移动终端发送的接收完成响应后,获取发送接收完成响应 的移动终端所接收的子文件。
18、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二发送单元,用于向各个接收文件的移动终端发送携带各子文件对应的移动终端信 息及各子文件在所述待下载文件中的排列顺序的通知消息,由各接收文件的移动终端在确 定需要接收所述待下载文件时,根据所述通知消息获取全部子文件,及根据所述通知消息 将各子文件合并成一个文件并保存。
19、 一种文件下载的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元,用于接收需要下载文件的移动终端在各个与其连接的移动终端中确定至少 一个接收文件的移动终端后发送的待下载文件的划分下载请求;
发送单元,用于将所述待下载文件划分后得到的子文件,分别发送给接收文件的移动 终端,或者分别发送给接收文件的移动终端及所述需要下载文件的移动终端, 由所述需要 下载文件的移动终端在接收文件的移动终端完成接收后,获取完成接收的移动终端所接收 的子文件, 并在获取全部子文件后, 将各子文件合并成一个文件并保存。
20、 如权利要求 19所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述待下载文件的划分下载请求中携 带:
根据待下载文件的大小及接收文件的移动终端的设备性能和带宽确定的划分后的子 文件的大小的比例关系,及根据待下载文件的大小及接收文件的移动终端的设备性能和带 宽确定的划分后的子文件与接收文件的移动终端的下载映射关系;
所述发送单元包括:
划分模块,用于根据所述文件的划分比例将待下载文件划分成与接收文件的移动终端 个数相同的子文件;
发送模块, 用于将各子文件发送给在所述下载映射关系中与其对应的移动终端。
21、 一种文件下载装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定单元, 用于确定与其连接的移动终端需要下载文件;
第一接收单元,用于接收服务器在接收到待下载文件的划分下载请求后,发送的所述 待下载文件划分后得到的子文件,所述待下载文件的划分下载请求为需要下载文件的移动 终端发送的;
文件发送单元,用于完成接收后,将接收完成的子文件发送给需要下载文件的移动终 端, 由所述需要下载文件的移动终端在获取全部子文件后,将各子文件合并成一个文件并 保存。
22、 如权利要求 21所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二接收单元,用于接收所述需要下载文件的移动终端在获取全部子文件后发送的携 带各子文件对应的移动终端信息及各子文件在所述待下载文件中的排列顺序的通知消息; 文件获取单元,用于当确定需要接收所述待下载文件时,根据所述通知消息获取全部 子文件;
文件合并单元, 用于根据所述通知消息将各子文件合并成一个文件并保存。
23、 一种文件下载系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
需要下载文件的移动终端,用于在各个与其连接的移动终端中确定至少一个接收文件 的移动终端; 向服务器发送待下载文件的划分下载请求,在接收文件的移动终端完成接收 后, 获取完成接收的移动终端所接收的子文件, 并在获取全部子文件后, 将各子文件合并 成一个文件并保存;
服务器,用于当接收到待下载文件的划分下载请求后,将所述待下载文件划分后得到 的子文件,分别发送给所述接收文件的移动终端,或者分别发送给接收文件的移动终端及 需要下载文件的移动终端。
与所述需要下载文件的移动终端连接的移动终端,用于确定与其连接的移动终端需要 下载文件,并接收服务器在接收到待下载文件的划分下载请求后,发送的所述待下载文件 划分后得到的子文件, 所述待下载文件的划分下载请求为需要下载文件的移动终端发送 的, 完成接收后, 将接收完成的子文件发送给需要下载文件的移动终端, 由所述需要下载 文件的移动终端在获取全部子文件后, 将各子文件合并成一个文件并保存。
