Abstract
一种防牵拉型气囊导尿管,包括导管(1)、气囊(2)、主进出水口(3)、次进出水口(4)、注水口(5)和注水阀(6)。导管(1)的底端贯通式连接主进出水口(3)、次进出水口(4)和注水口(5),注水口(5)内安装注水阀(6)。导管(1)的顶端设有出水孔(7),气囊(2)套接在导管(1)的顶端并内包裹出水孔(7)。导管(1)内置一根牵引线(8),牵引线(8)的一端固定在导管(1)顶部的内壁上,牵引线(8)的另一端穿入注水阀(6)固定在活塞上挡板(11)上。牵引线(8)在导管(1)内留2—15cm的安全牵拉范围。所述气囊导尿管结构简单,成本低廉。不仅具有常规的导尿功能,而且能有效地保护尿道,避免意外损伤。

防牵拉型气囊导尿管
技术领域
本发明涉及气囊导尿管, 特别是涉及一种防牵拉型气囊导尿管。 背景技术
目前, 医疗界在对需要保留导尿的患者导尿时, 通常使用的是双腔或三腔 气囊导尿管。 保留导尿后, 由于部分患者对气囊导尿管的认识不足, 会有意或 无意中牵拉乃至拔出气囊导尿管, 以致导尿管未破损的气囊损伤尿道, 严重者 可导致尿道断裂, 给患者带来痛苦。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于: 提供一种防牵拉型气囊导尿管, 该导尿管不仅能用于 常规保留导尿, 而且能在部分患者有意或无意中牵拉气囊导尿管时, 在一定的 范围内允许导尿管被牵拉, 如果牵拉的幅度超出了规定的安全范围后, 导尿管 将会自动排空气囊内的气或水, 从而避免气囊对尿道造成的损伤。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 该气囊导尿管包括导管、 气 囊、 主进出水口、 次进出水口、 注水口和注水阀, 导管的底端贯通式连接主进 出水口、 次进出水口和注水口, 注水口内安装注水阀, 导管的顶端开出水孔, 气囊套接在导管的顶端并内包裹注水孔, 其特征是: 导管内置一根牵引线, 牵 引线的一端固定在导管顶部的内壁上, 牵引线的另一端穿入注水阀固定在活塞 上挡板上, 牵引线在导管内留 2-15cm的安全牵拉范围。
其中, 另一技术方案是: 导管内置一根牵引线, 牵引线的一端引出出水孔 在气囊的下方做一线圈固定在导管外壁上, 牵引线的另一端穿入注水阀经弹簧 固定在活塞上挡板上, 牵引线在导管内留 2-15cm的安全牵拉范围。
当气囊内注入气或水后, 导管有 2-15cm的安全牵拉范围; 当导管受牵拉长
度大于 15cm, 并继续受到牵拉时, 由于牵引线没有弹性, 致使牵引线处于绷直 状态后, 牵引线将提拉活塞上挡板, 进而打开注水阀的活塞, 使得气囊内的气 或水通过注水阀流出, 气囊缩小, 导管安全拔出, 保护尿道。
本发明的有益效果是: 结构简单, 成本低廉, 不仅能用于常规保留导尿, 而且能有效的保护尿道, 避免意外损伤。 附图说明

如图 1所示, 该气囊导尿管包括导管 1、 气囊 2、 主进出水口 3、 次进出水 口 4、 注水口 5和注水阀 6, 导管 1的底端贯通式连接主进出水口 3、 次进出水 口 4和注水口 5, 注水口 5内安装注水阀 6, 导管 1的顶端开出水孔 7, 气囊 2 套接在导管 1的顶端并内包裹注水孔 7, 其特征是: 导管 1内置一根牵引线 8, 牵引线 8的一端固定在导管 1顶部的内壁上, 牵引线 8的另一端穿入注水阀 6 固定在活塞上挡板 11上, 牵引线 8在导管 1内留 2-15cm的安全牵拉范围。
如图 2所示, 另一技术方案是: 导管 1内置一根牵引线 8, 牵引线 8的一端 引出出水孔 7在气囊 2的下方做一线圈 9固定在导管 1外壁上, 牵引线 8的另

如图 3-5所示, 向注水阀 6内注入水或气, 气囊 2膨大, 起到固定导管 1 的作用; 当外力牵拉导管 1后, 在 2-15cm范围内, 牵引线 8仍保持松弛状态; 当超过 15cm范围时, 牵引线 8绷紧, 继续牵拉导管 1, 牵引线 8将提拉活塞上 挡板 11, 使活塞上挡板 1 1、 活塞橡胶垫片 12、 活塞下挡板 13上移, 水或气排 出注水阀 6, 气囊 2缩小直至空虚, 导管 1即可拔出; 如终止牵拉, 向注水阀 6 内重新注入水或气, 气囊 2膨大仍可起到固定导管 1的作用。
Claims
1. 防牵拉型气囊导尿管, 该气囊导尿管包括导管 (1)、 气囊 (2)、 主进出水口 (3)、 次进出水口 (4)、 注水口 (5) 和注水阀 (6), 导管 (1) 的底端贯通式 连接主进出水口 (3)、 次进出水口 (4) 和注水口 (5), 注水口 (5) 内安装注 水阀 (6), 导管 (1) 的顶端开出水孔 (7), 气囊 (2) 套接在导管 (1) 的顶端 并内包裹注水孔 (7), 其特征是: 导管 (1) 内置一根牵引线 (8), 牵引线 (8) 的一端固定在导管 (1) 顶部的内壁上, 牵引线 (8) 的另一端穿入注水阀 (6) 固定在活塞上挡板 (11) 上, 牵引线 (8) 在导管 (1) 内留 2-15cm的安全牵拉 范围。
