Abstract

The invention achieves the technical result of creating novel game functions which broaden the possibilities of the method and make it possible to play poker with the aid of electronic means and with an increased probability of a win for a player having a weak combination of hole cards.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a method of entertainment using electronic equipment, which can be used for card games such as poker both in gambling establishments, in the halls of gaming machines, and for online entertainment using personal electronic devices with a display. The invention also relates to a system for implementing this method. The invention can be used for computer poker games such as Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Zoom, Rush and the like, where the flop is laid out on the table - three community cards to assess the potential of players' pocket cards and their chances of winning, the turn - open the fourth community card, and the river is the dealt of the fifth community card.

There is a method of conducting card games using electronic devices with a “Raise Poker” monitor, in which one or more players make money bets, and the dealer distributes cards and plays the game as a representative of a gambling establishment. To implement the method, a gaming table, a fleet for chips, a table cover with markings of the playing field are used. In addition, a computing device with a display is built into the table, running under the control of an algorithm and software developed for this type of entertainment. An electronic reader is installed on the table, which allows the dealer to recognize cards. On the playing field in front of each the player has set chip counters to calculate player bets. The game uses playing cards, which are recognized by an electronic reader. The computing device processes the received information and generates on the display a solution that is mandatory for the dealer to execute. The player and the dealer can raise bets alternately and repeatedly. The disadvantage of this method is the limitation of its gaming functions, which is expressed in the fact that with one distribution, players can participate in only one game, in one draw.

There is a method of holding poker type card games (US patent j ° 8360873, A63F 13/00, published January 29, 2013) the essence of which is that during the game, for any of the participating players, it is possible to switch from the first, main, game to the second game . This, the way to conduct card games is based on a combination of different games, so that if a user participating in the game at some stage is free, he can take part in another game. These are various games that are in no way interconnected, with the exception of compatibility requirements, compliance with which is necessary to ensure the player’s transition to the virtual game table in another game. At least four players participate in the game using individual interconnected electronic devices, each of which is equipped with a monitor with a table for playing the game, function buttons, and a slider for setting bets. This solution allows you to play several different games at the same time, thus attracting players to stay at the poker room, but this does not increase the fun of the game for the player, since he does not have the opportunity to continue to participate in the first game. The present invention is aimed at solving the problem of creating a method for holding poker type card games, and a system for realizing it, allowing any player, having made a minimum contribution, to see the flop in the started game, but in a parallel draw. The technical result achieved by using the invention is to create new gaming functions that expand the capabilities of the method that provide for playing poker games by electronic means with an increase in the probability of winning by a player having a weak combination of pocket cards.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the method of conducting poker type card games is carried out using individual interconnected electronic devices, each of which is equipped with a monitor, which displays a table for playing a game, function buttons, a slider for setting bets, but unlike the prototype, they first produce the fee for the formation of the bank of the parallel rally, at the next stage, the initial collection is made to start the main rally, then preflop, the method involves the ability for a player to make a minimum contribution to go from table 2 of the main draw to table 4 of the parallel draw by pressing a function button, while the cards on the tables of the main and parallel draw open simultaneously and are identical, and in the parallel draw block participation of players participating in main draw and blocking participation in the main draw of players participating in the parallel draw.

The implementation of the invention

The result of the team is produced according to the rules precisely defined for the team, laid down in the program design, as a result of which it is implemented:

- blocking on the table 4 of the parallel drawing of players participating in the main drawing and blocking of participation in the main drawing of the players participating in the parallel drawing;

- transfer of the minimum contribution in the amount of, for example, the big blind from the stack of the activated player to the bank of table 4 of the parallel draw.

The result produced by the program using the video adapter is converted into video data (flash animation) and displayed on the video monitor 10 of each participant in the game for viewing.

Flash animation contains images of a poker table with function buttons, virtual playing cards, as well as many video displays that are controlled to provide changes related to the game. A distinctive feature of the invention is the presence of a functional button 11, which the author called "Chance", but the name may be different, which does not affect the essence of the technical solution.

The system includes at least one game processor in order to process the data in order to perform at least the following functions: provide game rules, define many virtual playing cards; activate the player who pressed the button 1 1 "Chance" on a parallel table; to block on the parallel table the players participating in the main draw; transfer the activated player’s contribution to the bank of the parallel rally table; to block on the main table the players participating in the parallel draw.

The example of the Double poker game shows the implementation of the proposed method for holding poker type card games.

Each participant in the game on his video monitor 10 sees a flash animation containing images of the poker table with functional buttons, such as fold, call, check, raise, the betting slider, as well as button 11 “Chance” for switching to a parallel draw, virtual playing cards and virtual participants in the game.

The game begins with collecting a contribution for the draw on the table 4 of the parallel draw. Collection occurs automatically. The amount of the fee is, for example: big + small blind. This fee forms the bank of the 4 parallel draw table.

The next step is the automatic initial collection and contribution of the big and small blind, after which the main draw begins on table 2.

Using the function buttons, the player can start trading to participate in the draw, make a reset, etc., but unlike the prototype, the player has the opportunity, having made a minimum contribution, go to table 4 of the parallel draw to view the flop and continue the game by pressing the button 11 "Chance".

Button 1 1 "Chance" is multifunctional. If a player is on table 2 of the main rally, then when button 11 is pressed, he goes to table 4 of the parallel rally, and if the player is on table 4 of the parallel rally, then when this button is pressed he has the opportunity to go to table 3 of the main rally for viewing. In this case, the main and parallel rallies are held simultaneously and are carried out under identical conditions of one game.

When switching to table 4 of the parallel draw, the player is charged a fee in the amount of the big blind, which is automatically added to the bank of the parallel draw of table 4. Moreover, the cards on the tables of the main and parallel draws are identical.

Further, the method is implemented depending on the conditions:

a) if one player goes to table 4 of the parallel draw, he takes the bank of the parallel draw;

b) if several players pass, then the game continues as usual; c) if none of the players goes to table 4 of the parallel draw, and this is possible if all players fold, except for the player in the big blind, then the player of the big blind takes the bank of the parallel draw;

d) if none of the players goes to table 4 of the parallel rally and the game continues only on table 2 of the main rally, then the bank of the parallel rally is taken by the one who wins the main rally on table 2;

e) if the preflop player of the big blind is left alone in the main draw, then he can go to the parallel draw table to continue the game by pressing the 1 1 “CHANCE” button, while taking the bank of the main draw.

As mentioned above, the main and parallel rallies are a continuation of one game, are held simultaneously according to standard rules, but independently of each other. Players who are on table 3 of the main draw do not see the parallel draw on table 4, and players who switch to table 4 of the parallel draw do not see the main draw on table 3.
