우선, 기본적으로 음악 컨텐츠를 제공받기 위하여 메신저 프로그램에서 플레이 가능하도록 플레이프로그램을 상기 메신저 프로그램과 연동하게 된다. 이때 플레이 프로그램이 연동되는 메신저 프로그램의 경우 상기 메신저 운영서버에서도 제공할 수 있고, 상기 음악 컨텐츠 서버에서도 제공할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 상기 음악 컨텐츠 서버는 음악을 선택하기 위한 페이지(프로그램 페이지)와 플레이 환경 설정을 위한 페이지도 제공하게 된다. 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예로 사용자는 상기 음악 컨텐츠 서버를 통해 듣고자 하는 음악을 구매하여 선택할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 이를 위해 상기 음악 컨텐츠 서버는 결제 서버와 연동하여 사용자가 휴대폰 결제, 신용카드 결제, 계좌이체, 쿠폰 결제 등 다양한 결제 방식을 선택한 후 결제하여 음악을 구매함으로써 음악을 플레이할 수 있도록 한다.
또한, 플레이 환경 설정의 경우도 매우 다양하게 설정할 수 있다. 메신저 프로그램을 활성화 시킨 상태만으로 사용자가 선택/결정한 음악을 플레이하도록 구동하거나, 각각의 대화방(채팅룸)을 활성화하였을 때 상호 사용자간에 따라 선택되는 음악을 플레이할 수 있도록 선택할 수 있다. 예를 들어 사용자 1과 사용자 2가 대화방을 활성화시켰을 경우 초기에 사용자 1과 사용자 2간 보유한 음악 중 어느 음악을 플레이할 것인지 여부를 체크한 후 플레이되도록 할 수 있다. 만약 사용자 1이 보유하고 있는 'a'음악을 플레이 하기로 결정하게 되면 사용자 1의 단말기와 사용자 2의 단말기에서는 a 음악이 동시에 플레이 되는 것이다.
다른 예로 타 사용자의 음악을 듣지 않고 자신이 보유한 음악만을 듣고자 할 경우에는 그렇게도 구현 가능하다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 메신저 시스템에서 배경음악 선택을 사용을 위한 메신저 프로그램 활성화 상태를 도시한 도면. 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 메신저 시스템에서 배경음악 설정을 위한 설정화면을 나타낸 도면이다.
플레이 환경 설정에 또 다른 예를 들어 보면, 사용자 1이 사용자 2와 사용자 3과 번갈아 대화를 진행할 경우 이어듣기 기능을 구현할 수 있다. 사용자 2와 대화중에 듣던 음악이 대화방 비활성화로 중단된 후 다시 활성화상태가 되면 비활성화로 중단된 음악을 다시 이어듣기로 플레이 할 수 있도록 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이 상기 메신저 프로그램은, 대화방 활성화시 양자간 배경음악 플레이를 순서를 결정하는 우선순위 결정모드, 대화방 활성화/비활성화에 따른 배경음악 이어듣기 결정모드, 활성화/비활성화에 무관하게 선택 음악을 연속적으로 재생하는 연속재생 선택모드 및 대화방 활성화시 상대방의 배경음악을 우선으로 플레이하는 대화상대 우선순위 결정모드를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 음악 컨텐츠 서버(200)는 다양한 배경 음악 지원을 위한 음악 관리 모듈(310)과, 가입자 정보를 관리하는 사용자 정보(320) 및 음악 구매 정보를 관리하는 결제 정보 DB(330)를 포함하여 구성된다.
따라서, 본 발명에 따른 메신저 시스템에서 배경 음악을 선택적으로 제공하는 시스템은 사용자 단말기간 메신저 서비스를 실행함에 있어서, 음악 컨텐츠 서버에서 제공하는 배경 음악 서비스를 통해 메신져 프로그램 활성화중에 배경 음악을 청취할 수 있다.
특히, 본 발명은 사용자와 메신저를 실시하는 상대방 양자가 구매한 배경음악을 선택적으로 청취할 수 있기 때문에 자신이 구입한 음악 외에도 상대방의 음악을 들을수 있기 때문에 타인의 음악적 취향을 확인하기도 하고 즐겁게 청취할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에서는 다수의 대화방에서 플레이되는 음악을 사용자의 설정에 따라 이어듣기나 연속듣기를 설정할 수 있기 때문에 설정 환경의 자유성으로 보다 유익한 배경 음악 청취가 가능한 장점이 있다.
이상, 본 발명의 원리를 예시하기 위한 바람직한 실시예와 관련하여 설명하고 도시하였지만, 본 발명은 그와 같이 도시되고 설명된 그대로의 구성 및 작용으로 한정되는 것이 아니다. 오히려, 첨부된 청구범위의 사상 및 범주를 일탈함이 없이 본 발명에 대한 다수의 변경 및 수정이 가능함을 당업자들은 잘 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 그러한 모든 적절한 변경 및 수정과 균등물들도 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 메신저 프로그램이 설치된 하나 이상의 사용자 단말기;
    상기 사용자 단말기로 메신저 프로그램을 제공하며, 사용자 단말기에 설치된 메신저 프로그램을 활성화하여 사용자간 온라인 통신 매체를 통해 메신저 기능을 제공하는 메신저 운영 서버; 및
    상기 메신저 운영 서버와 연동하며 상기 메신저 프로그램에서 배경음악이 플레이될 수 있는 플레이 프로그램을 제공함과 동시에 상기 사용자가 선택할 수 있는 다수의 배경 음악 파일을 가지고 있고 상기 사용자 단말기의 사용자가 선택한 해당 배경 음악을 메신저 프로그램 활성화 시 플레이되도록 제공하는 음악 컨텐츠 서버;를 포함하여 구성되는 메신저 시스템에서 배경 음악을 선택적으로 제공하는 시스템.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음악 컨텐츠 서버는,
    상기 사용자가 선택한 배경 음악을 유료 결제 진행 후 상기 사용자 단말기에 설치된 메신저 프로그램 활성화 시 플레이되도록 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메신저 시스템에서 배경 음악을 선택적으로 제공하는 시스템.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음악 컨텐츠 서버는,
    각각의 상기 사용자 단말기에서 선택된 배경 음악을 제공하며, 상기 상호 두 개의 사용자 단말기가 메신저 프로그램을 활성화하여 메신저 기능이 수행되고 있을 경우 각각의 사용자 단말기에 설치된 메신저 프로그램의 설정 상태에 따라 배경 음악을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메신저 시스템에서 배경 음악을 선택적으로 제공하는 시스템.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음악 컨텐츠 서버는,
    사용자들이 선택한 다양한 배경 음악을 관리하고, 해당 음악을 메신저 프로그램 활성화 시 플레이 될 수 있도록 처리하는 음악 관리 모듈을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메신저 시스템에서 배경 음악을 선택적으로 제공하는 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음악 컨텐츠 서버는,
    상호 두개의 사용자 단말기가 메신저 프로그램 활성화 시 활성화된 시간만큼 배경음악을 지원하고, 비활성화 후 다시 활성화가 진행되면 이어듣기 방식으로 음악 컨텐츠를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메신저 시스템에서 배경 음악을 선택적으로 제공하는 시스템.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음악 컨텐츠 서버는,
    대화방 비활성 시 일정시간을 경과하면 기존에 제공되는 배경음악을 차단하고 새로운 배경음악을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메신저 시스템에서 배경음악을 선택적으로 제공하는 시스템.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음악 컨텐츠 서버는,
    상기 사용자 단말기를 통해 음악을 유료 구매하기 위한 결제 시스템을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메신저 시스템에서 배경음악을 선택적으로 제공하는 시스템.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 메신저 프로그램은,
    배경 음악을 플레이하기 위한 조건 결정을 위한 환경설정 페이지를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메신저 시스템에서 배경음악을 선택적으로 제공하는 시스템.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 메신저 프로그램은,
    대화방 활성화시 양자간 배경음악 플레이를 순서를 결정하는 우선순위 결정모드;
    대화방 활성화/비활성화에 따른 배경음악 이어듣기 결정모드;
    활성화/비활성화에 무관하게 선택 음악을 연속적으로 재생하는 연속재생 선택모드; 및
    대화방 활성화시 상대방의 배경음악을 우선으로 플레이하는 대화상대 우선순위 결정모드;를 포함하여 구성되는 메신저 시스템에서 배경음악을 선택적으로 제공하는 시스템.
