Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un panneau (10) qui comprend des raccordements périphériques (11) destinés à fournir un raccordement par coopération de formes avec d'autres panneaux modulaires similaires. Une couche de revêtement superficiel (20) est réalisée sur une première face du panneau et est visible lors de l'utilisation. Un substrat intermédiaire (30) composé d'un matériau thermo-isolant est intercalé entre la couche de revêtement (20) et une couche de support (40), formée d'un seul tenant avec le substrat intermédiaire (30) et agencée sur une seconde face du panneau à l'opposé de la première face. La couche de support (40) comporte une série de saillies individuelles (42) conçues pour rester sur une face inférieure de support (P) ou contre une paroi arrière verticale (R) de sorte à former, avec la face inférieure du plancher ou avec la paroi arrière (R), une chambre d'air ventilée (C). Chaque saillie (42) présente une cavité interne (48) et un fond fermé (49), lesdites cavités internes (48) étant adaptées pour être remplies avec un matériau en vrac et retenir ledit matériau en vrac, tel que du sable.
