Abstract

The present invention relates to a double-action generator (3) for arrangement on a drive train element (34). The generator (3) comprises a first stator-rotor unit (3a) for electrically supplying current loads (18a) on a rotating part (10) of the drive train element (34). The generator (3) also comprises a second stator-rotor unit (3b) for electrically supplying current loads (20b) on a stationary part (8) of the drive train element (34). The first stator-rotor unit (3a) comprises a magnet (32) for arrangement on a stationary part (8) of the drive train element (34) and a conductor loop (38) for arrangement on a rotating part (10) of the drive train element (34). The second stator-rotor unit (3b) comprises a magnet (32) for arrangement on a rotating part (10) of the drive train element (34) and a conductor loop (38) for arrangement on a stationary part (8) of the drive train element (34).
