Abstract

Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de politique de facturation d'autorisation d'abonnement interréseau, ledit procédé étant applicable dans une entité à fonction de règles de commande de politique et de facturation de zone visitée (V-PCRF), et consistant à : obtenir, au moyen de ladite V-PCRF, des informations d'abonnement attribuables pour un UE et, en fonction desdites informations d'abonnement attribuables, décider de l'opportunité d'autoriser un service local d'itinérance pour ledit UE. L'invention concerne également un dispositif à fonction de règles de commande de politique et de facturation, applicable dans un réseau visité durant une itinérance d'UE, et comprenant : un module de réception, configuré pour obtenir des informations d'abonnement attribuables pour un UE ; un module de prise de décision, configuré pour décider, en fonction des informations d'abonnement attribuables obtenues par le module de réception, de l'opportunité d'autoriser un service local d'itinérance pour ledit UE. La solution selon le mode de réalisation de la présente invention permet à un réseau visité d'exécuter une politique locale et de mettre en œuvre un service local par rapport à un utilisateur itinérant, indépendamment de services attribuables et de décisions de politique attribuables.
