Description

一种电子烟盒及电子烟 技术领域
[0001] 本发明创造涉及一种电子烟, 尤其是一种电子烟的烟盒结构。
背景技术
[0002] 香烟作为一种嗜好品, 广泛受到人们尤其是男士们的喜爱。 然而, 香烟 中的焦油对人体的健康有害, 其中大部分都为致癌物质, 而且二次吸烟对不吸 烟者造成非常大的危害, 因此大多数公共场合都有禁止吸烟的规定。 但对于吸 烟者来说, 戒烟是一件非常困难的事, 于是, 市场上应运而生了很多香烟替代 品, 例如可替代香烟的电子烟。
[0003] 电子烟又名虚拟香烟、 电子雾化器, 主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。 它有着 与香烟一样的外观、 与香烟近似的味道, 也像香烟一样能吸出烟、 吸出味道跟 感觉来, 但电子烟没有香烟中的焦油、 悬浮微粒等其他有害成分。
[0004] 现有的电子烟中内置有电池, 可以给电池杆进行充电, 使得电子烟可反 复多次使用, 但现有电子烟只具有模拟香烟和充电功能, 功能较为单一。 发明内容
[0005] 本发明创造所要解决的技术问题是: 提供一种电子烟及电子烟盒, 其可 提供电击防身功能。
[0006] 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明创造采用如下技术方案:
一种电子烟盒, 包括:
盒体, 其具有一容置腔体;
电池, 所述电池置于所述容置腔体内;
控制模块, 所述控制模块与充电电池连接;
用于对电池杆充电的电池杆充电模块;
用于对所述电池充电的电池充电模块;
以及电击模块, 所述电池充电模块、 电池杆充电模块与电击模块都与控制模块 连接, 所述电击模块对应设置控制开关。 [0007] 进一步地, 所述电击模块包括至少一个电击头, 所述电击头与电池连接, 且伸出盒体外。
[0008] 进一步地, 所述控制开关露出于盒体外表面。
[0009] 进一步地, 所述电池杆充电模块包括一用于与电池杆接触的充电弹片, 所述充电弹片与电池连接。
[0010] 进一步地, 所述盒体包括下壳和上盖, 所述下壳和上盖可拆式盖合。
[0011] 进一步地, 所述盒体包括下壳和上盖, 所述上盖盖合于下壳上, 并且通 过一转轴与下壳铰接。

[0014] 本发明创造还提供一种电子烟, 包括上述任一种的电子烟盒以及置于盒 体内的至少一根雾化器和至少一根电池杆, 所述电池杆与电池杆充电模块连接。
[0015] 本发明创造的有益效果是: 电子烟盒的盒体内设置有电池和控制模块, 而与控制模块连接的电池杆充电模块用于对电池杆充电, 电池充电模块用于对 所述电池充电, 电击模块可发出高压电击用于防身, 同时该电击模块对应设置 控制开关, 使用者可通过控制开关来控制高压电击模块的通断。

实施例一:
[0021]请参考图 1-3, 本实施例一中电子烟包括电子烟盒以及装于电子烟盒内的 雾化器 3和电池杆 2, 其中雾化器 3与电池杆 2可拆式组装, 一个电子烟盒内可 设置一个或者一个以上雾化器 3, 以便于更换。 该电池杆 2上具有可充电电池, 可通过电子烟盒内的电池对电池杆 2进行充电, 可实现电子烟的反复使用。
[0022] 该电子烟盒包括盒体, 其具有一容置腔体。 请参考图 1和 2, 在本实施 例一中, 盒体包括上盖 11和下壳 12, 该上盖 11盖合于下壳 12上, 并且通过一 转轴 13与下壳 12铰接, 因此翻转上盖 11可使上盖 11盖合下壳 12或打开盒体 的容置腔体。
[0023] 当然, 在其他实施例中完全可以将上盖 11与下壳 12设计成可拆式盖合 的结构, 例如可通过卡扣结构使上盖 11与下壳 12可拆式固定等。
[0024] 本实施例一中盒体的容置腔体内设置一电池 14, 同时盒体内还包括控制 模块(微处理器)、 电池杆充电模块、 电池充电模块以及电击模块。 请参考图 4, 该控制模块与充电电池连接, 而该电池充电模块、 电池杆充电模块与电击模块 都与控制模块连接。
[0025] 具体地, 该电池杆充电模块用于对电池杆 2进行充电, 在本实施例一中 电池杆充电模块包括一用于与电池杆 2接触的充电弹片 16,该充电弹片 16与电 池杆 2充电部分直接接触进行充电, 由控制模块控制。
[0026] 具体地, 该电池充电模块可利用外接电源对电池 14充电, 从而再通过该 电池 14对电池杆 2进行充电或者给电子烟其他功能提供电能。
[0027] 具体地, 该电击模块对应设置控制开关 16, 使用者可通过该控制开关 16 控制高压电击模块瞬间释放出高压电压(200-10000V范围), 从而使电子烟盒具 有高压电击功能。
[0028] 具体地, 该电击模块包括至少一个电击头 15, 该电击头 15与电池 14连 接, 且伸出盒体外, 便于电击功能的使用。
[0029] 进一步地,为了便于使用者的控制,可将控制开关 16露出于盒体外表面。
[0030] 进一步地, 本实施例中盒体可为方形, 当然在其他实施例中盒体完全可 以有更多选择, 如圆形、 多边形等。

[0032] 在本实施例中, 电子烟盒内的电池杆充电模块用于对电池杆 2充电, 电 池充电模块用于对电池充电, 高压电击模块可发出高压电击用于防身, 同时该 高压电击模块对应设置控制开关 16,使用者可通过控制开关 16来控制高压电击 模块的通断。 [0033] 以上所述是本发明创造的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明创造原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进 和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本发明创造的保护范围。

1. 一种电子烟盒, 其特征在于, 包括:
盒体, 其具有一容置腔体;
电池, 所述电池置于所述容置腔体内;
控制模块, 所述控制模块与充电电池连接;
用于对电池杆充电的电池杆充电模块;
用于对所述电池充电的电池充电模块;
以及电击模块, 所述电池充电模块、 电池杆充电模块与电击模块都与控制 模块连接, 所述电击模块对应设置控制开关。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于: 所述电击模块包括至少一 个电击头, 所述电击头与电池连接, 且伸出盒体外。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于: 所述控制开关露出于盒体 外表面。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于: 所述电池杆充电模块包括 一用于与电池杆接触的充电弹片, 所述充电弹片与电池连接。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于: 所述盒体包括下壳和上盖, 所述下壳和上盖可拆式盖合。
6 如权利要求 4所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于: 所述盒体包括下壳和上盖, 所述上盖盖合于下壳上, 并且通过一转轴与下壳铰接。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于: 所述盒体为方形、 圆形、 或多边形。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的电子烟盒, 其特征在于: 所述盒体为塑料盒体或金 属盒体。
9. 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 1-8任一项所述的电子烟盒 以及置于盒体内的至少一根雾化器和至少一根电池杆, 所述电池杆与电池杆充 电模块连接。
