本发明所提供的无线资源控制连接处理方法、 装置及基站, 接收到 UE 发起的 RRC连接请求时, 基站获取与所述 UE相关的动作的决策信息; 根 据所述决策信息确定针对所述 UE的下一步动作指示;根据所述动作指示执 行所述下一步动作。 如此, 本发明在现有技术的基础上, eNB根据从接收 到的 RRC连接请求消息中获取 UE标识, 找到重复的 UE实例, 及时回收 已经为 UE分配的系统资源, 提高了系统资源利用率, 同时, 避免了因没有 及时释放资源导致后续 UE接入时由于资源不足而接入失败的问题,提升了 用户体险。 附图说明

图 1 为本发明实施例一种移动性处理方法的实现流程示意图, 如图 1 所示, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 101 : 接收到用户设备 UE发起的无线资源控制 RRC连接请求时, 基站获取与所述 UE相关的动作的决策信息;
具体地, 所述决策信息包括以下信息的至少一个:
从 RRC连接请求中获取 UE标识、 当前的流程状态信息。
这里,所述可用的 UE标识为临时移动用户识别码( S-TMSI, Temporary
Mobile Subscriber Identity ) 或移动设备标识码 ( MEI, Mobile Equipment
Identity ) 或国际移动用户识别码 ( IMSI , International Mobile Subscriber
Identity )。
当然, 所述 UE标识也可为其他有效标识, 在此不再赘述。
具体地, 所述当前处理状态信息包括: 是否与移动性管理实体 MME
交互。
步骤 102: 根据所述决策信息确定针对所述 UE的下一步动作指示; 具体地, 所述动作指示包括以下至少之一:
执行 RRC连接建立、 释放存在的 RRC连接和释放存在的 UE上下文。 具体地, 所述根据所述决策信息确定针对所述 UE的下一步动作指示, 包括:

步骤 103: 根据所述动作指示执行所述下一步动作。
具体地, 所述根据所述动作指示执行所述下一步动作, 包括: 所述动作指示为执行 RRC连接建立时, 直接处理当前接收到的 RRC 连接建立请求;
所述动作指示为释放存在的 RRC连接时, 释放已经存在的 RRC连接, 待释放已经存在的 RRC连接完毕后, 再继续处理接收到的 RRC连接建立 请求;

步骤 201 : eNB根据获取的 UE标识遍历所有 UE实例, 判断是否存有 与待建立 RRC连接的 UE的标识相同的 UE实例, 如果不存在, 执行步骤

这里 , 所述 eNB根据获取的 UE标识遍历该 eNB下的所有 UE实例。 步骤 202: 输出不存在具有相同 UE标识的 UE实例;

步骤 203: 输出存在具有相同 UE标识的 UE实例, 以及该相同 UE标 识的 UE实例。
这里 , 若输出存在与当前 UE标识相同的 UE实例时 , 根据 UE实例的 流程状态信息确定下一步动作指示。
具体地,所述根据 UE实例的流程状态信息确定下一步动作指示,包括: 确定未与 MME交互时,确定下一步动作指示为释放存在的 RRC连接; 否则, 确定下一步动作指示为释放存在的 UE上下文。
图 3为本发明实施例 eNB的决策处理流程示意图, 如图 3所示, 该流 程包括以下步骤:
步骤 301: eNB根据获取到的 UE标识获取该用户标识的检查结果, 然 后执行步骤 302;
步骤 302: 判断是否存在具有相同 UE标识的 UE实例, 如果存在, 执 行步骤 303; 如果不存在, 执行步骤 304;
步骤 303: 输出动作指示为执行 RRC连接建立;

步骤 508: eNB为当前 RRC连接请求分配无线资源等, 并向 UE发送 RRC连接建立消息 , 执行步骤 509;
步骤 509: UE处理接收到的 RRC连接建立成功后, 向 eNB返回 RRC 连接建立完成消息, 执行步骤 510;
步骤 510: eNB向 MME发送初始 UE消息, 执行步骤 511 ;

步骤 602: eNB在收到 RRC连接请求后, 从 RRC连接建立请求获取 UE标识, 执行步骤 603;

决策信息获取模块 71、 决策模块 72和执行模块 73 可由中央处理器 ( CPU ) 、 微处理器(MPU ) 、 数字信号处理器(DSP ) 、 或现场可编程 门阵列 (FPGA )等实现。
本领域技术人员应当理解, 图 7 中所示的无线资源控制连接处理装置 中的各处理模块的实现功能可参照前述无线资源控制连接处理方法的相关 描述而理解。 本领域技术人员应当理解, 图 7所示的无线资源控制连接处 理装置中各处理模块的功能可通过运行于处理器上的程序而实现, 也可通 过具体地逻辑电路而实现。
本发明实施例还记载了一种基站, 所述基站包括上文所述的无线资源 控制连接处理装置, 上述装置的构成可参见图 7所示的无线资源控制连接
处理装置的构成, 在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例还记载了一种存储介质 , 所述存储介质中存储有计算机 程序, 所述计算机程序配置为执行前述实施例的无线资源控制连接处理方 法。

工业实用性
本发明在现有技术的基础上, eNB根据从接收到的 RRC连接请求消息 中获取 UE标识, 找到重复的 UE实例, 及时回收已经为 UE分配的系统资 源, 提高了系统资源利用率, 同时, 避免了因没有及时释放资源导致后续 UE接入时由于资源不足而接入失败的问题, 提升了用户体验。
Claims
1、 一种无线资源控制连接处理方法, 包括:
接收到用户设备 UE发起的无线资源控制 RRC连接请求时, 基站获取 与所述 UE相关的动作的决策信息,根据所述决策信息确定针对所述 UE的 下一步动作指示, 并根据所述动作指示执行所述下一步动作。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述决策信息包括以下信息的 至少一个:
从 RRC连接请求中获取 UE标识、 当前的流程状态信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE标识为临时移动用户 识别码 S-TMSI或移动设备标识码 MEI或国际移动用户识别码 IMSI; 所述 当前处理状态信息包括:已与移动性管理实体 MME交互、未与 MME交互。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述动作指示包括以下至少之 一: 执行 RRC连接建立、 释放存在的 RRC连接和释放存在的 UE上下文。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据所述决策信息确定针 对所述 UE的下一步动作指示, 包括:
根据获取的 UE标识遍历所有 UE实例 , 确定不存在与当前 UE标识相 同的 UE实例时, 确定下一步动作指示为执行 RRC连接建立; 确定存在与 当前 UE标识相同的 UE实例时 , 才艮据 UE实例的流程状态信息确定下一步 动作指示;

7、 一种无线资源控制连接处理装置, 包括决策信息获取模块、 决策模 块和执行模块; 其中,
所述决策信息获取模块,配置为接收到用户设备 UE发起的无线资源控 制 RRC连接请求时, 获取与所述 UE相关的动作的决策信息;
所述决策模块,配置为根据所述决策信息确定针对所述 UE的下一步动 作指示;
所述流程执行模块, 配置为根据所述动作指示执行所述下一步动作。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述决策信息包括以下信息的 至少一个:
从 RRC连接请求中获取 UE标识、 当前的流程状态信息。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的装置,其中,所述 UE标识为 S-TMSI或 MEI 或 IMSI; 所述当前处理状态信息包括: 已与移动性管理实体 MME交互、 未与 MME交互。

11、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述决策模块, 还配置为: 根据获取的 UE标识遍历所有 UE实例, 确定不存在与当前 UE标识相
同的 UE实例时, 确定下一步动作指示为执行 RRC连接建立; 确定存在与 当前 UE标识相同的 UE实例时 , 才艮据 UE实例的流程状态信息确定下一步 动作指示:确定未与 MME交互时,确定下一步动作指示为释放存在的 RRC 连接; 否则, 确定下一步动作指示为释放存在的 UE上下文。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述执行模块, 还配置为: 在所述动作指示为执行 RRC连接建立时,直接处理当前接收到的 RRC 连接建立请求;
在所述动作指示为释放存在的 RRC连接时, 释放已经存在的 RRC连 接, 待释放已经存在的 RRC连接完毕后, 再继续处理接收到的 RRC连接 建立请求;
在所述动作指示为释放存在的 UE上下文时,发起 UE上下文释放请求, 待释放已存在的 UE上下文完毕后, 再继续处理接收到的 RRC连接建立请 求。
13、 一种基站, 所述基站包括权利要求 7至 12任一项所述的装置。
14、 一种存储介质, 所述存储介质中存储有计算机程序, 所述计算机 程序配置为执行权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的无线资源控制连接处理方法。
