本发明的较佳实施方式
本实施方式的智能家居服务系统包括: 智能家居服务热点 (以下简称服 务热点或热点)和智能家居终端。
智能家居终端与服务热点间的交互包含四个阶段:热点发现与接入阶段、 服务组件下载阶段、 正式工作阶段和工作结束阶段。
热点发现与接入阶段: 在此阶段, 智能家居终端扫描服务热点并选择一 个服务热点接入, 同时提供相应的认证信息供服务热点进行校验。
服务组件下载阶段: 智能家居终端接入服务热点后, 从服务热点获取可 用服务列表和要使用的服务组件的下载地址, 然后下载或更新要使用的服务 组件, 在下载或更新要使用的服务组件后安装服务组件, 完成安装后进行加 载; 如果无需进行下载或更新, 则直接加载要使用的服务组件。
正式工作阶段: 终端下载或更新服务组件完毕后, 立即进行正式工作阶 段, 在这个阶段中, 如果智能家居终端收到外部设备发送的数据则将调用相 应组件的接口将数据上报至服务热点处理。
工作结束阶段: 分为主动结束与被动结束。 主动结束指用户关机、 用户 主动断开与服务热点的连接; 被动结束则指智能家居终端与服务热点间通信 异常、 智能家居终端掉电等。 在这个阶段, 服务热点与智能家居终端都需要 做一些数据清理。 在这个阶段, 智能家居终端根据实际情况选择是否重新进 入热点发现与接入阶段。
下文中将结合附图对本申请的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
如图 1所示, 本实施方式的实现智能家居服务的方法, 包括:
(一)服务热点发现与接入阶段:
步骤 101 : 智能家居终端扫描服务热点;
步骤 102: 智能家居终端向用户显示扫描到的服务热点, 选择由用户所 选择的要接入的第一服务热点, 在用户已预设要接入的第一服务热点的情况 下, 由智能家居终端自动选择预设的第一服务热点;
本实施方式中, 在未预设要接入的第一服务热点的情况下需要用户通过 智能家居终端选择第一服务热点, 在已预设的情况下, 由智能家居终端直接 选择要接入的第一服务热点。
步骤 103: 智能家居终端向第一服务热点发送接入请求, 请求接入第一 服务热点;
步骤 104: 第一服务热点接收到接入请求后, 要求智能家居终端进行认 证, 附带信息加密方式;
步骤 105: 智能家居终端以密文方式将认证信息发送给第一服务热点, 在用户已预设第一服务热点的情况下, 由智能家居终端直接将认证信息发送 给第一服务热点, 未预设的情况下, 智能家居终端将用户输入的认证信息发 送给第一服务热点;
步骤 106: 第一服务热点根据认证信息对智能家居终端的用户信息认证 成功后返回认证结果; (二)服务组件下载阶段:
步骤 201 : 智能家居终端在接入成功后, 向第一服务热点请求可用服务 列表;
步骤 202: 第一服务热点向智能家居终端返回可用服务列表;
步骤 203 : 智能家居终端根据可用服务列表选择要使用的服务组件, 在 用户已预设要使用的服务组件的情况下, 由智能家居终端自行选择预设的服 务组件, 未预设的情况下, 智能家居终端选择用户所选的服务组件;
步骤 204: 智能家居终端将要使用的服务组件、 自身支持的通信方式以 及自身已安装的服务组件的版本通知给第一服务热点, 请求要使用的服务组 件的下载地址;
步骤 205: 第一服务热点根据智能家居终端要使用的服务组件、 支持的 通信方式以及已安装的服务组件的版本向智能家居终端返回要使用的服务组 件的下载地址以及对应的校验信息 (校验方式、 校验码) ;
步骤 206: 智能家居终端在需要下载或更新要使用的服务组件时, 根据 第一服务热点返回的下载地址下载或更新要使用的服务组件;
第一服务热点向智能家居终端提供要使用的服务组件的下载或更新。 本实施方式中, 可以由第一服务热点根据智能家居终端的已安装的服务 组件的版本判断智能家居终端是否需要下载或更新要使用的服务组件, 并指 示智能家居终端是否需要下载或更新; 也可以由智能家居终端在接收到下载 地址后, 根据已安装的服务组件的版本判断是否需要下载后更新要使用的服 务组件。
步骤 207: 智能家居终端下载或更新要使用的服务组件后, 釆用第一服 务热点返回的校验信息对下载的服务组件进行校验;
步骤 208:智能家居终端对下载的服务组件校验成功后,安装服务组件; 步骤 209: 智能家居终端安装服务组件成功后,加载要使用的服务组件; (三) 正式工作阶段
步骤 301 : 智能家居终端接收外设发送的数据;
步骤 302:智能家居终端根据外设类型、数据类型选择对应的服务组件, 通过服务组件的接口将外设发送的数据发送给第一服务热点;
步骤 303 : 第一服务热地收到数据后, 选择对应的服务组件对数据进行 处理;
步骤 304: 第一服务热点在处理数据完成后, 向智能家居终端返回数据 处理结果;
(四) 工作结束阶段:
步骤 401 : 智能家居终端与第一服务热点断开连接;
步骤 402: 第一服务热点执行数据清理工作;
步骤 403: 智能家居终端执行数据清理工作;
步骤 404: 智能家居终端根据实际情况选择是否重新进行服务热点发现 与接入。
本实施方式的智能家居终端完成智能家居服务热点的发现、 接入、 根据 自身设备下载并加载智能家居服务组件等,并在必要时向用户提供人机界面。
如图 2所示, 本实施方式的智能家居终端, 包括: 接入模块、 组件管理 模块和服务模块, 其中:
接入模块, 用于扫描服务热点, 接入扫描到的第一服务热点;
组件管理模块, 用于在接入模块完成接入第一服务热点后, 从第一服务 热点获取可用服务列表, 根据获取的可用服务列表向第一服务热点请求要使 用的服务组件的下载地址, 如果需要下载或更新要使用的服务组件, 则根据 下载地址进行下载或更新并进行安装, 然后加载要使用的服务组件;
服务模块, 用于接收外设发送的数据, 选择相应的服务组件将外设发送 的数据发送给第一服务热点, 并接收第一服务热点返回的数据处理结果。 组件管理模块, 具体用于根据可用服务列表选择要使用的服务组件, 将 要使用的服务组件、 自身支持的通信方式以及自身已安装的服务组件的版本 通知给第一服务热点, 请求要使用的服务组件的下载地址。
接入模块, 具体用于在完成服务热点的扫描后, 向用户显示扫描到的服 务热点, 将用户选择的服务热点作为第一服务热点, 或者将包含在扫描到的 服务热点中的预设服务热点作为第一服务热点, 接入第一服务热点。
服务模块, 还用于在与第一服务热点连接断开后, 执行数据清理。
本实施方式的智能家居终端的操作系统:为终端应用提供诸如设备管理、 内存管理、 电量管理、 无线通信接口、 以太网通信接口、 WIFI通信接口、 红 外通信接口、 蓝牙接口等功能。
如图 3所示, 本实施方式的智能家居服务热点, 包括: 热点部署与会话 管理模块、 内容发布模块、 业务处理模块和互联模块, 热点部署与会话管理 模块、 内容发布模块和业务处理模块分别与互联模块连接, 其中: 热点部署与会话管理模块: 用于智能家居的热点部署与会话管理, 智能 家居终端搜索到此热点并与此模块进行交互, 完成智能家居终端的接入; 内容发布模块: 用于智能家居终端侧服务组件的发布与更新, 在智能家 居终端接入后, 根据智能家居终端的请求, 向智能家居终端发布可用服务列 表和智能家居终端的要使用的服务组件的下载地址, 如果智能家居终端下载 或更新要使用的服务组件, 则向智能家居终端提供要使用的服务组件的下载 或更新;
业务处理模块: 用于维护服务热点侧的服务组件、 接收智能家居终端发 送的数据, 选择相应的服务组件对数据进行处理, 并向智能家居终端返回数 据处理结果;
互联模块: 用于在热点部署与会话管理模块、 内容发布模块和业务处理 模块之间交换数据。
智能家居服务热点还包括系统管理模块: 用于管理整个服务热点侧的系 统。 内容发布模块,具体用于根据从智能家居终端获知的要使用的服务组件、 支持的通信方式以及已安装的服务组件的版本, 向智能家居终端发布智能家 居终端的要使用的服务组件的下载地址。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现, 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本申请不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本申请, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本申请可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本申请的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本申请的保护 范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明实施例通过智能家居服务热点与服务组件实现智能家居服务, 能 够使智能家居服务更加灵活, 具有可重用性, 无需更改服务端软件即可发布 新的服务,并且无需更换新的智能家居终端也能够使终端使用新发布的服务。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现智能家居服务的方法, 包括:
智能家居终端扫描服务热点, 接入扫描到的第一服务热点;
在接入所述第一服务热点后, 所述智能家居终端从所述第一服务热点获 取可用服务列表, 根据获取的可用服务列表向所述第一服务热点请求要使用 的服务组件的下载地址, 如果需要下载或更新要使用的服务组件, 则根据所 述下载地址进行下载或更新并进行安装, 然后加载要使用的服务组件; 所述智能家居终端接收外设发送的数据, 选择相应的服务组件将所述外 设发送的数据发送给所述第一服务热点, 并接收所述第一服务热点返回的数 据处理结果。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据获取的可用服务列表向 所述第一服务热点请求要使用的服务组件的下载地址, 包括:
所述智能家居终端根据可用服务列表选择要使用的服务组件, 将要使用 的服务组件、 自身支持的通信方式以及自身已安装的服务组件的版本通知给 所述第一服务热点, 请求要使用的服务组件的下载地址。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述接入扫描到的第一服务热点, 包括:
所述智能家居终端在完成服务热点的扫描后, 向用户显示扫描到的服务 热点, 将用户选择的服务热点作为所述第一服务热点, 或者将包含在扫描到 的服务热点中的预设服务热点作为所述第一服务热点, 接入所述第一服务热 点。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括:
所述智能家居终端和所述第一服务热点在连接断开后, 各自执行数据清 理。
5、 一种实现智能家居服务的方法, 包括:
服务热点与智能家居终端进行交互, 完成智能家居终端的接入; 在所述智能家居终端接入后, 所述服务热点根据所述智能家居终端的请 求, 向所述智能家居终端发布可用服务列表和所述智能家居终端的要使用的 服务组件的下载地址,如果所述智能家居终端下载或更新要使用的服务组件, 则向所述智能家居终端提供要使用的服务组件的下载或更新;
所述服务热点接收所述智能家居终端发送的数据, 选择相应的服务组件 对数据进行处理, 并向所述智能家居终端返回数据处理结果。
6、 如权利要求 5 所述的方法, 其中, 所述服务热点根据所述智能家居 终端的请求, 向所述智能家居终端发布所述智能家居终端的要使用的服务组 件的下载地址, 包括:
所述服务热点根据从所述智能家居终端获知的要使用的服务组件、 支持 的通信方式以及已安装的服务组件的版本, 向所述智能家居终端发布所述智 能家居终端的要使用的服务组件的下载地址。
7、 一种智能家居终端, 包括: 接入模块、 组件管理模块和服务模块, 其中:
所述接入模块, 设置为: 扫描服务热点, 接入扫描到的第一服务热点; 所述组件管理模块, 设置为: 在所述接入模块完成接入所述第一服务热 点后, 从所述第一服务热点获取可用服务列表, 根据获取的可用服务列表向 所述第一服务热点请求要使用的服务组件的下载地址, 如果需要下载或更新 要使用的服务组件, 则根据所述下载地址进行下载或更新并进行安装, 然后 加载要使用的服务组件;
所述服务模块, 设置为: 接收外设发送的数据, 选择相应的服务组件将 所述外设发送的数据发送给所述第一服务热点, 并接收所述第一服务热点返 回的数据处理结果。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的智能家居终端, 其中,
所述组件管理模块,设置为:根据可用服务列表选择要使用的服务组件, 将要使用的服务组件、 自身支持的通信方式以及自身已安装的服务组件的版 本通知给所述第一服务热点, 请求要使用的服务组件的下载地址。
9、 一种智能家居服务热点, 包括: 热点部署与会话管理模块、 内容发 布模块、 业务处理模块和互联模块, 所述热点部署与会话管理模块、 内容发 布模块和业务处理模块分别与所述互联模块连接, 其中:
所述热点部署与会话管理模块, 设置为: 与智能家居终端进行交互, 完 成智能家居终端的接入;
所述内容发布模块, 设置为: 在所述智能家居终端接入后, 根据所述智 能家居终端的请求, 向所述智能家居终端发布可用服务列表和所述智能家居 终端的要使用的服务组件的下载地址, 如果所述智能家居终端下载或更新要 使用的服务组件, 则向所述智能家居终端提供要使用的服务组件的下载或更 新;
所述业务处理模块, 设置为: 接收所述智能家居终端发送的数据, 选择 相应的服务组件对数据进行处理,并向所述智能家居终端返回数据处理结果; 所述互联模块, 设置为: 在所述热点部署与会话管理模块、 内容发布模 块和业务处理模块之间交换数据。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的智能家居服务热点, 其中,
所述内容发布模块, 设置为: 根据从所述智能家居终端获知的要使用的 月良务组件、 支持的通信方式以及已安装的服务组件的版本, 向所述智能家居 终端发布所述智能家居终端的要使用的服务组件的下载地址。
