拨号方式确定方法及终端设备
本申请要求于 2013年 4月 10日提交中国专利局、申请号为 201310123134.8、 发明名称为"拨号方式确定方法及终端设备"的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及通信技术,尤其涉及一种拨号方式确定方法及终端设 备。 背景技术
移动终端,如手机等, 可以提供六种拨号界面, 分别是: 数字拨号键盘、 最近通话记录、联系人列表、联系人收藏夹、语音拨号界面和手势拨号界面。 在实际应用中, 当用户通过一定操作打开移动终端上的电话应用时, 移动终 端会向用户呈现其中一种拨号界面, 用户通过所呈现的拨号界面进行拨号。 目前, 移动终端具体呈现哪种拨号界面通常有实现方式: 一种是每次在用户 打开电话应用时, 都固定向用户呈现上述六个拨号界面中的一个, 另外一种 是每次在用户打开电话应用时, 向用户呈现上一次使用的拨号界面。
但是, 由于用户在不同时间不同地点等各种情况下, 对移动终端呈现的 拨号界面的使用需求是不一样的, 而现有技术中, 移动终端向用户呈现拨号 界面的方式比较简单, 无法做到有针对性的向用户呈现不同的拨号界面, 不 利于用户拨号效率的提升。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种拨号方式确定方法及终端设备,用以有针对性的 向用户呈现拨号界面, 提升用户的拨号效率。
第一方面提供一种拨号方式确定方法, 包括:
如果接收到用户在拨号前发出的用于调出拨号界面的指令,确定本次拨 号的场景信息;
根据本次拨号的场景信息,查询预先存储的所述用户在不同场景下拨号 对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定所述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场 景下进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面作为目标拨号界面;
将所述目标拨号界面呈现给所述用户, 以供所述用户釆用与所述目标拨 号界面相适应的方式进行拨号。

接收模块, 用于接收用户在拨号前发出的用于调出拨号界面的指令; 第一确定模块, 用于在所述接收模块接收到所述指令时, 确定本次拨号 的场景信息;
第二确定模块, 用于根据本次拨号的场景信息, 查询预先存储的所述用 户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定所述用户在本次拨号 的场景信息所属的场景下进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面作为目标拨 号界面;
显示模块, 用于将所述目标拨号界面呈现给所述用户, 以供所述用户釆 用与所述目标拨号界面相适应的方式进行拨号。
结合第二方面, 在第二方面的第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述本次拨号 的场景信息包括: 本次拨号的时间和 /或本次拨号的位置; 查询预先存储的所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确 定所述用户在本次拨号的时间所在的时间段内,和 /或在本次拨号的位置所属 的位置范围内进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面作为所述目标拨号界面。
结合第二方面或第二方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第二方面的第二 种可能的实现方式中, 所述显示模块具体用于如果所述目标拨号界面是除语 音拨号界面之外的其他拨号界面, 则直接将所述目标拨号界面呈现给所述用 如果所述目标拨号界面是语音拨号界面, 则获取本次拨号的环境噪声, 将本 次拨号的环境噪声与预设所述用户对噪声的敏感值进行比较,如果本次拨号 的环境噪声小于所述用户对噪声的敏感值,将所述语音拨号界面呈现给所述 用户, 以供所述用户进行语音拨号。
结合第二方面的第二种可能的实现方式,在第二方面的第三种可能的实 现方式中, 所述显示模块还用于如果本次拨号的环境噪声大于或等于所述用 户对噪声的敏感值, 则将所述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景下进行 拨号时使用频度次高的拨号界面呈现给用户, 以供所述用户釆用与所述使用 频度次高的拨号界面相适应的方式进行拨号。
结合第二方面或第二方面的第一种可能的实现方式或第二方面的第二 种可能的实现方式或第二方面的第三种可能的实现方式,在第二方面的第四 种可能的实现方式中, 所述终端设备还包括: 获取模块, 用于在所述第二确 定模块查询先存储的所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情 况之前, 对所述用户在不同场景下的拨号行为进行统计, 获取所述用户在不 同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况。
结合第二方面的第四种可能的实现方式,在第二方面的第五种可能的实 现方式中, 所述终端设备还包括: 发送模块, 用于在所述获取模块获取所述 用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况之后,将所述用户在不同 场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况发送到远程服务器进行存储。 同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况, 当接收到用户在拨号前发出调用 拨号界面的指令时, 确定本次拨号的场景信息, 查询预先存储的用户在不同 场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定本次拨号的场景信息所属的场 景, 将用户在所确定的场景下拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面呈现给用户, 以使用户基于所呈现的拨号界面进行拨号, 由此可见, 本发明实施例基于拨 号场景可以有针对性的向用户呈现不同的拨号界面, 即向用户提供不同的拨 号方式, 这样用户可以使用与场景相适应的拨号方式进行拨号, 有利于提升 用户的拨号效率。 附图说明

为使本发明实施例的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合本发 明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于 本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获 得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
图 1为本发明实施例提供的一种拨号方式确定方法的流程图。如图 1所 示, 所述方法包括:
101、 如果接收到用户在拨号前发出的用于调出拨号界面的指令, 确定 本次拨号的场景信息。
终端设备会向用户提供打开电话应用的各种方式。 例如, 终端设备可以 将电话应用对应的图标显示在桌面上, 基于此, 当用户希望进行拨号时, 可 以通过对终端桌面上显示的图标进行操作, 例如可以通过点击或双击该图 标, 而向终端设备发出希望调出拨号界面的指令。 又例如, 终端设备可以向 用户提供功能菜单, 用户通过功能菜单打开其中的应用程序选项, 在应用程 序中找到电话应用, 进而发出调用拨号界面的指令。 除了上述列举的几种方 式之外, 用户发出调出拨号界面的指令的方式还可以有很多, 具体视终端设 备而定。
在本实施例中,本次拨号的场景信息可以包括各种与本次拨号有关的信 息,既可以包括一些客观的场景信息,也包括用户主观的设备使用行为数据; 例如本次拨号的场景信息可以是本次拨号的时间、 本次拨号的位置、 本次拨 号的环境噪声、本次拨号时用户的移动速度和本次拨号使用的终端设备的型 号等信息中的一个或其组合。
具体的, 如果终端设备接收到用户发出的调出拨号界面的指令, 可以获 知用户要进行拨号, 故需要向用户提供相应的拨号界面。 在本实施例中, 终 端设备并不像现有技术那样直接向用户提供固定设置的拨号界面,也不会像 现有技术那样向用户提供用户上一次使用的拨号界面, 而是根据本次拨号的 场景信息, 向用户提供与本次拨号场景相适应的拨号界面。 基于此, 终端设 备在接收到用户发出的调出拨号界面的指令后, 首先确定本次拨号的场景信 息。
其中, 根据场景信息的不同, 终端设备确定场景信息的方式也会有所不 同。 下面举例说明:
如果本次拨号的场景信息包括本次拨号的时间, 则终端设备可以读取终 端设备的系统时间, 作为本次拨号的时间; 或者终端设备可以从基站在此时 下发的信息中获取有关时间信息, 作为本次拨号的时间; 等等。
如果本次拨号的场景信息包括本次拨号的位置, 则终端设备可以通过终 端设备上的全球定位系统(Global Positioning System, 简称为 GPS )传感器, 获取当前的位置坐标。
如果本次拨号的场景信息包括本次拨号的环境噪声,则终端设备可以通 过终端设备的噪声监测模块对当前环境进行监测获取, 所述噪声监测模块可 以是麦克或其他音频信息输入装置等。
如果本次拨号的场景信息包括本次拨号使用的终端设备的型号,则终端 设备可以从终端设备的配置文件或系统文件中获取终端设备的型号等信息。
如果本次拨号的场景信息包括本次拨号时用户的移动速度,则终端设备 可以通过终端设备上的加速度传感器、 重力传感器等各种传感器来获取。
102、 根据本次拨号的场景信息, 查询预先存储的用户在不同场景下拨 号对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景 下进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面作为目标拨号界面。
103、 将目标拨号界面呈现给用户, 以供用户釆用与所述目标拨号界面 相适应的拨号方式进行拨号。
在本实施例中,终端设备已经预先存储了用户在不同场景下拨号对各种 拨号界面的使用情况, 这里的使用情况主要是指用户在不同场景下拨号时, 每种拨号界面的使用频度。 在本发明实施例中, 所述各种拨号界面可以包括 但不限于数字拨号键盘、 最近通话记录、 联系人列表、 联系人收藏夹、 语音 拨号界面和手势拨号界面。
终端设备在获取本次拨号的场景信息后, 基于本次拨号的场景信息, 在 预先存储的用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况进行查询,确 定本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景(即本次拨号的场景), 将用户在本次拨 号的场景信息所属的场景下拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面作为目标拨号 界面, 即作为用户本次拨号使用的拨号界面。
在确定目标拨号界面后,终端设备通过其显示屏将目标拨号界面呈现给 户使用的拨号界面确定了, 也就确定了用户使用的拨号方式。
例如, 如果目标拨号界面为数字拨号键盘界面, 则用户可以通过显示的 数字输入号码以进行拨号; 如果目标拨号界面为最近通话记录界面, 则用户 可以从显示的最近通话记录中选择一个号码以进行拨号; 如果目标拨号界面 为联系人列表界面, 则用户可以从显示的联系人列表中选择一个联系人以进 行拨号; 等等。
由上述可见, 在本实施例中, 终端设备预先存储用户在不同场景下拨号 对各种拨号界面的使用情况, 当用户在拨号前发出调用拨号界面的指令时, 终端设备根据该指令确定本次拨号的场景信息, 查询预先存储的用户在不同 场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定本次拨号的场景信息所属的场 景, 将用户在所确定的场景下拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面呈现给用户, 以使用户基于所呈现的拨号界面进行拨号,基于拨号场景可以有针对性的向 用户呈现不同的拨号界面, 即向用户提供不同的拨号方式, 这样用户可以使 用与场景相适应的拨号方式进行拨号, 有利于提升用户的拨号效率, 进一步 还可以提升用户的交互体验。
图 2为本发明实施例提供的另一种拨号方式确定方法的流程图。本实施 例基于图 1所示实施例实现, 如图 2所示, 所述方法在步骤 101之前包括:
100、 对用户在不同场景下的拨号行为进行统计, 获取用户在不同场景 下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况。
即在查询用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况之前,终端 设备首先获取用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况。在本实施 例中, 终端设备预先对用户在不同场景下的拨号行为进行调研, 通过对用户 在不同场景下的拨号行为进行统计, 来获取用户在不同场景下拨号对拨号界 面的使用情况。
例如,用户拨号时的场景信息可以包括:拨号的时间和 /或拨号的位置等。 下面以用户拨号时的场景包括拨号的时间段和位置范围为例,对步骤 100的 实施过程进行说明。
首先, 针对用户每天呼出电话这一事件发生的时间, 根据用户日常行为 的一般规律, 把一天分为以下六个时间段分别进行统计: 8:00〜: 12:00 , 12:00-14:00, 14:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00 , 20:00 00:00和 0:00~ 8:00。 在此说 明, 本领域技术人员可以理解对每天包括的时间段的划分并不限于所举六个 时间段。针对用户每天呼出电话这一事件发生的地点,在获取到位置信息后, 把该位置一定范围内的区域(例如以该位置为中心方圓 2平方公里)视为场 景中的位置范围。
基于上述, 在指定统计时间段内, 例如一个月、 两个月、 半年或更长时 间, 终端设备在用户每次呼出电话的时候, 对该次通话发生的时间、 位置和 所使用的拨号界面进行统计并存储。 这样在经过指定统计时间段之后, 终端 设备上就有了用户呼出电话时的行为习惯的基础数据, 然后基于上述定义的 时间段和位置范围, 对这些基础数据进行统计分类, 获得用户在不同场景下 拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况。举例说明,假设经过指定统计时间段之后, 终端设备得到该用户在 8:00~12:00和 12:00~14:00这两个时间段内在 A、 B 两个位置范围进行拨号使用的拨号界面的统计数据, 如表 1所示。

由表 1可见, 该用户在 8:00〜: 12:00这个时间段在位置范围 A进行拨号 时,使用频度最高的拨号界面是最近通话记录界面, 在位置范围 B进行拨号 时使用频度最高的拨号界面是联系人列表界面, 在 12:00~14:00这个时间段 在位置范围 A进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面是语音拨号界面,在位置 范围 B进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面是数字拨号键盘界面。
基于上述, 以步骤 101中确定的本次拨号的场景信息包括本次拨号的时 间和 /或本次拨号的位置。则步骤 102的一种实现方式可以包括:根据本次拨 号的时间和 /或本次拨号的位置,查询预先存储的所述用户在不同场景下拨号 对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定所述用户在本次拨号的时间所在的时间段 内,和 /或在本次拨号的位置所属的位置范围内进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨 号界面作为所述目标拨号界面。
结合表 1 , 以步骤 101中确定的本次拨号的场景信息同时包括本次拨号 的时间和本次拨号的位置为例。 例如 4叚设本次拨号的时间为 9:00 , 本次拨号 的位置为 a, 其中, a属于位置范围 A, 则本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景 为时间段 8:00~12:00、位置范围 A这一场景, 则终端设备可以将用户在时间 段 8:00~12:00 内、 且在位置范围 A内拨号时使用频度最高的最近通话记录 界面作为目标拨号界面, 然后呈现给用户, 以供用户从最近通话记录界面显 示的最近通话记录中选择号码进行拨号。 又例如, 假设本次拨号的时间为 13:15 , 本次拨号的位置为 b, 其中, b属于位置范围 B, 则本次拨号的场景 信息所属的场景为时间段 12:00~14:00、 位置范围 B这一场景, 则终端设备 可以将用户在时间段 12:00-14:00内、 且在位置范围 B内拨号时使用频度最 高的数字拨号键盘界面作为目标拨号界面, 然后呈现给用户, 以供用户从数 字拨号键盘界面显示的数字输入号码进行拨号。
在一可选实施方式中,终端设备在获取用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨 号界面的使用情况之后,还可以将用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的 使用情况发送到远程服务器进行存储。 这样即使终端设备上存储的数据发生 丟失, 还可以从远程服务器上进行恢复, 有利于提高前期获取的用户在不同 场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况的可靠性和安全性。 另外, 当用户更 换终端设备时, 可以直接从远程服务器上获取用户在不同场景下拨号对各种 拨号界面的使用情况, 不需要再进行前期的训练, 可以实现不同终端设备使 用相同数据, 保证用户体验的一致性。
进一步可选的, 为了保证用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用 情况这些数据的安全性, 用户可以预先在远程服务器上进行注册并获得对应 的账号信息, 该账号信息用于标识用户的身份, 同时可以供远程服务器确定 终端设备的合法性。 基于此, 终端设备将用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号 界面的使用情况发送到远程服务器进行存储的一种优选实施方式包括: 终端 设备基于用户注册的账号信息, 向远程服务器发送存储请求, 当远程服务器 基于该账号信息确定终端设备的身份合法后, 允许终端设备将用户在不同场 景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况发送到远程服务器进行存储。 进一步, 为了更好地保护用户的隐私, 以及用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的 使用情况这些数据的安全性, 终端设备只有在得到用户许可的情况下, 才可 以将用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况发送到远程服务器 进行存储, 例如终端设备在将用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用 情况发送到远程服务器进行存储之前, 需要接收用户发出的存储指令; 在接 收到所述存储指令后, 终端设备才将用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面 的使用情况发送到远程服务器进行存储。
图 3为本发明实施例提供的又一种拨号方式确定方法的流程图。 如图 3 所示, 所述方法包括:
301、 接收用户在拨号前发出的用于调出拨号界面的指令。 302、 如果接收到所述指令, 则确定本次拨号的场景信息。
303、 根据本次拨号的场景信息, 查询预先存储的所述用户在不同场景 下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定所述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所 属的场景下进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面作为目标拨号界面。
304、 判断目标拨号界面是否为语音拨号界面; 如果判断结果否, 即目 标拨号界面是除语音拨号界面之外的其他拨号界面, 则执行步骤 305; 如果 判断结果为是, 则执行步骤 306。
305、 直接将所述目标拨号界面呈现给所述用户, 以供所述用户釆用与 所述目标拨号界面相适应的方式进行拨号。
306、 获取本次拨号的环境噪声, 并执行步骤 307。
在此说明, 如果本次拨号的场景信息包括本次拨号的环境噪声, 则在步 骤 306中, 终端设备可以直接从本地存储的次拨号的场景信息中获取本次拨 号的环境噪声, 即本次拨号的环境噪声是由终端设备在步骤 102中获取并存 储到终端设备本地的; 如果本次拨号的场景信息不包括本次拨号的环境噪 声, 则在步骤 306中, 终端设备可以通过噪声监测模块对当前环境进行监测 获取。
307、 将本次拨号的环境噪声与预设的用户对噪声的敏感值进行比较, 判断本次拨号的环境噪声是否小于用户对噪声的敏感值, 如果判断结果为 是, 即本次拨号的环境噪声小于用户对噪声的敏感值, 则执行步骤 308 , 如 果判断结果为否, 即本次拨号的环境噪声大于或等于用户对噪声的敏感值, 则执行步骤 309。
308、 将所述语音拨号界面呈现给所述用户, 以供所述用户进行语音拨 号。
309、 将所述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景下进行拨号时使用 频度次高的拨号界面呈现给用户, 以供所述用户釆用与所述使用频度次高的 拨号界面相适应的方式进行拨号。
结合表 1举例说明, 4叚设本次拨号的时间为 12:40 ,本次拨号的位置为 a, 其中, a 属于位置范围 A , 则本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景为时间段 12:00-14:00 , 位置范围 A 这一场景, 则终端设备可以将用户在时间段 12:00-14:00内、 且在位置范围 A内拨号时使用频度最高的语音拨号界面作 为目标拨号界面。 进一步, 终端设备将本次拨号的环境噪声与预设的用户对 噪声的敏感值进行比较, 以判断本次拨号的环境噪声是否小于用户对噪声的 敏感值, 如果判断结果为是, 则说明环境噪声对本次拨号的干扰较小, 故可 以将语音拨号界面呈现给用户, 以供用户釆用语音拨号方式进行拨号; 如果 判断结果为否, 说明环境噪声对本次拨号的干扰较大, 则可以放弃语音拨号 界面, 釆用使用频度次高的最近通话记录界面, 将最近通话记录界面呈现给 用户, 以供用户从所呈现的最近通话记录中选择号码进行拨号。
因为每个用户的声音特性不一样, 即使相同的环境噪声也可能有不同的 选择。 在本实施例中, 将用户对噪声的敏感程度(本实施例用敏感值表示) 纳入向用户提供拨号界面的过程中, 即如果根据用户在时间段和位置范围等 维度进行判断的结果倾向于用语音拨号界面, 则终端设备再将用户所处环境 噪声与用户对噪声的敏感值进行比较, 如果环境噪声值大于敏感值, 则不选 择语音拨号界面, 而选择用户在该时间段和位置范围内进行拨号时使用频度 次高的拨号界面并呈现给用户,有利于向用户提供更加适合当前场景的拨号 界面, 相当于有利于使用户使用更加适合当前场景的拨号方式。
在此说明, 在本实施例中, 终端设备可以在对用户在不同场景下的拨号 行为进行统计的过程中, 一并对用户在不同场景下对环境噪声的敏感度进行 统计, 获得用户对噪声的敏感值。
由上述可见,本发明实施例提供的基于预先存储用户在不同场景下拨号 对不同拨号界面的使用情况, 根据用户本次拨号的场景信息, 为用户提供与 当前场景适合的拨号界面, 进而使用户可以使用与当前场景适合的拨号方式 进行拨号, 不仅可以满足用户在不同场景下对不同拨号方式的应用需求, 而 且有利于提高拨号效率。本发明实施例提供的方法虽然是以向用户提供拨号 界面为例, 但是该方法的思想可以扩展到其他应用场景, 例如可以对终端设 备上的浏览器书签进行智能管理, 传统的移动浏览器的书签釆用固定的方 经常访问的书签放在首页, 以提高用户体验。
图 4为本发明实施例提供的一种终端设备的结构示意图。 如图 4所示, 所述终端设备包括: 接收模块 41、 第一确定模块 42、 第二确定模块 43和显 示模块 44。
接收模块 41 , 用于接收用户在拨号前发出的用于调出拨号界面的指令。 第一确定模块 42,与接收模块 41连接,用于在接收模块 41接收到的所 述指令时, 确定本次拨号的场景信息。
第二确定模块 43 , 与第一确定模块 42连接, 用于根据第一确定模块 42 确定的本次拨号的场景信息, 查询预先存储的所述用户在不同场景下拨号对 各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定所述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景 下进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面作为目标拨号界面。
显示模块 44 ,与第二确定模块 43连接,用于将第二确定模块 43确定的 所述目标拨号界面呈现给所述用户, 以供所述用户釆用与所述目标拨号界面 相适应的方式进行拨号。
在一可选实施方式中, 所述本次拨号的场景信息包括: 本次拨号的时间 和 /或本次拨号的位置。 基于此, 第二确定模块 43具体可用于根据本次拨号 的时间和 /或本次拨号的位置,查询预先存储的所述用户在不同场景下拨号对 各种拨号界面的使用情况, 确定所述用户在本次拨号的时间所在的时间段 内,和 /或在本次拨号的位置所属的位置范围内进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨 号界面作为所述目标拨号界面。
在一可选实施方式中, 显示模块 44具体可用于如果所述目标拨号界面 是除语音拨号界面之外的其他拨号界面, 则直接将所述目标拨号界面呈现给 号, 或, 如果所述目标拨号界面是语音拨号界面, 则获取本次拨号的环境噪 声, 将本次拨号的环境噪声与预设所述用户对噪声的敏感值进行比较, 如果 本次拨号的环境噪声小于所述用户对噪声的敏感值,将所述语音拨号界面呈 现给所述用户, 以供所述用户进行语音拨号。
进一步可选的, 显示模块 44还用于如果本次拨号的环境噪声大于或等 于所述用户对噪声的敏感值, 则将所述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场 景下进行拨号时使用频度次高的拨号界面呈现给用户, 以供所述用户釆用与 所述使用频度次高的拨号界面相适应的方式进行拨号。
在一可选实施方式中,如图 5所示,所述终端设备还包括:获取模块 45。 获取模块 45 , 用于在第二确定模块 43查询先存储的所述用户在不同场 景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况之前,对所述用户在不同场景下的拨号 行为进行统计, 获取所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情 况。 获取模块 45与第二确定模块 43连接, 用于向第二确定模块 43提供所 述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况。 进一步可选的, 如图 5所示, 所述终端设备还可以包括: 发送模块 46。 发送模块 46 ,与获取模块 45连接,用于在获取模块 45获取所述用户在 不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况之后,将所述用户在不同场景下 拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况发送到远程服务器进行存储。
例如, 发送模块 46具体可用于向远程服务器发送存储请求, 所述存储 请求携带有所述用户的账号信息; 待所述远程服务器基于用户的账号信息确 定所述终端设备的身份合法后, 发送模块 46再将所述用户在不同场景下拨 号对各种拨号界面的使用情况发送到所述远程服务器进行存储。
本实施例提供的终端设备可以是手机等各种移动终端。
本实施例提供的终端设备的各功能模块可用于执行图 1-图 3所示方法实 施例的流程, 其具体工作原理不再赘述, 详见方法实施例的描述。
本实施例提供的终端设备,预先存储用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号 界面的使用情况, 当用户在拨号前发出调用拨号界面的指令时, 根据该指令 确定本次拨号的场景信息, 查询预先存储的用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨 号界面的使用情况, 确定本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景, 将用户在所确定 的场景下拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面呈现给用户, 以使用户基于所呈现 的拨号界面进行拨号, 由于基于拨号场景可以有针对性的向用户呈现不同的 拨号界面, 即向用户提供不同的拨号方式, 这样用户可以使用与场景相适应 的拨号方式进行拨号, 有利于提升用户的拨号效率, 进一步还可以提升用户 的交互体验。
图 6为本发明实施例提供的又一种终端设备的结构示意图。如图 6所示, 所述终端设备包括: 接收器 61、 存储器 62、 处理器 63和显示器 64。
接收器 61 , 用于接收用户在拨号前发出的用于调出拨号界面的指令。 存储器 62, 用于存储程序。 具体地, 程序可以包括程序代码, 所述程序 代码包括计算机操作指令。
其中,存储器 62可以包含高速 RAM存储器,也可以包括非易失性存储 器 ( non-volatile memory ) , 例^口至少一个磁盘存 4诸器。
处理器 63 , 用于执行存储器 63存储的程序, 以用于: 在接收器 61接收 到所述指令时, 确定本次拨号的场景信息, 根据本次拨号的场景信息, 查询 预先存储的所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定所 述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景下进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨 号界面作为目标拨号界面。
处理器 63 可以是一个中央处理器 CPU, 或者是特定集成电路 ASIC ( Application Specific Integrated Circuit ) , 或者是被配置成实施本发明实施 例的一个或多个集成电路。
显示器 64,用于将所述目标拨号界面呈现给所述用户, 以供所述用户釆 用与所述目标拨号界面相适应的方式进行拨号。
显示器 64可以是显示面板或触控面板等。
在一可选实施方式中, 所述本次拨号的场景信息包括: 本次拨号的时间 和 /或本次拨号的位置。 基于此, 处理器 63用于根据本次拨号的场景信息, 查询预先存储的所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确 定所述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景下进行拨号时使用频度最高 的拨号界面作为目标拨号界面, 包括: 处理器 63具体用于根据本次拨号的 时间和 /或本次拨号的位置,查询预先存储的所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各 和 /或在本次拨号的位置所属的位置范围内进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号 界面作为所述目标拨号界面。
在一可选实施方式中, 显示器 64具体可用于在所述目标拨号界面是除 语音拨号界面之外的其他拨号界面时, 直接将所述目标拨号界面呈现给所述 或, 在所述目标拨号界面是语音拨号界面时, 如果本次拨号的环境噪声小于 所述用户对噪声的敏感值, 将所述语音拨号界面呈现给所述用户, 以供所述 用户进行语音拨号。
处理器 63还可用于在所述目标拨号界面是语音拨号界面时, 获取本次 拨号的环境噪声,将本次拨号的环境噪声与预设所述用户对噪声的敏感值进 行比较, 并将比较结果提供给显示器 64。
进一步, 显示器 64还可用于在本次拨号的环境噪声大于或等于所述用 户对噪声的敏感值时,将所述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景下进行 拨号时使用频度次高的拨号界面呈现给用户, 以供所述用户釆用与所述使用 频度次高的拨号界面相适应的方式进行拨号。
在一可选实施方式中, 处理器 63还用于在查询预先存储的所述用户在 不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况之前,对所述用户在不同场景下 的拨号行为进行统计, 获取所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使 用情况。
在一可选实施方式中, 如图 6所示, 所述终端设备还包括: 发射器 65。 发射器 65 ,用于将所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情 况发送到远程服务器进行存储。
例如, 发射器 65具体可用于向所述远程服务器发送存储请求, 所述存 储请求携带有所述用户的账号信息; 待所述远程服务器基于用户的账号信息 确定所述终端设备的身份合法后, 发射器 65再将所述用户在不同场景下拨 号对各种拨号界面的使用情况发送到所述远程服务器进行存储。
在具体实现上, 接收器 61 和发射器 65 可以是终端设备的输入 /输出
( Input/Output, 简称为 I/O )接口, 或者是各种无线通信模块, 例如 WiFi 模块、 红外模块或射频 (Radio Frequency, 简称为 RF )模块等。
进一步, 如图 6所示, 所述终端设备还可以包括: 鼠标、 键盘、 音频电 路、 电源等模块,这些模块都与处理器 63连接。 电源除了与处理器 63连接, 还可以与其他模块连接(图中未示出) , 用于向其他模块供电。
本实施例提供的终端设备可以是手机等各种移动终端。
本实施例提供的终端设备可用于执行图 1-图 3所示方法实施例的流程, 其具体工作原理不再赘述, 详见方法实施例的描述。
本实施例提供的终端设备,预先存储用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号 界面的使用情况, 当用户在拨号前发出调用拨号界面的指令时, 根据该指令 确定本次拨号的场景信息, 查询预先存储的用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨 号界面的使用情况, 确定本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景, 将用户在所确定 的场景下拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面呈现给用户, 以使用户基于所呈现 的拨号界面进行拨号, 由于基于拨号场景可以有针对性的向用户呈现不同的 拨号界面, 即向用户提供不同的拨号方式, 这样用户可以使用与场景相适应 的拨号方式进行拨号, 有利于提升用户的拨号效率, 进一步还可以提升用户 的交互体马全。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可 读取存储介质中。 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤; 而 前述的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代 码的介质。
最后应说明的是: 以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对 其限制; 尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通 技术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修 改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

权利要求
1、 一种拨号方式确定方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
如果接收到用户在拨号前发出的用于调出拨号界面的指令,确定本次拨 号的场景信息;
根据本次拨号的场景信息,查询预先存储的所述用户在不同场景下拨号 对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定所述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场 景下进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面作为目标拨号界面;
将所述目标拨号界面呈现给所述用户, 以供所述用户釆用与所述目标拨 号界面相适应的方式进行拨号。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述本次拨号的场景信 息包括: 本次拨号的时间和 /或本次拨号的位置;
所述根据本次拨号的场景信息,查询预先存储的所述用户在不同场景下 拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定所述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属 的场景下进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面作为目标拨号界面, 包括: 根据本次拨号的时间和 /或本次拨号的位置,查询预先存储的所述用户在 不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定所述用户在本次拨号的时 间所在的时间段内 ,和 /或在本次拨号的位置所属的位置范围内进行拨号时使 用频度最高的拨号界面作为所述目标拨号界面。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述目标拨 式进行拨号, 包括:
如果所述目标拨号界面是除语音拨号界面之外的其他拨号界面,则直接 将所述目标拨号界面呈现给所述用户, 以供所述用户釆用与所述目标拨号界 面相适应的拨号方式进行拨号;
如果所述目标拨号界面是语音拨号界面, 则获取本次拨号的环境噪声, 将本次拨号的环境噪声与预设所述用户对噪声的敏感值进行比较,如果本次 拨号的环境噪声小于所述用户对噪声的敏感值,将所述语音拨号界面呈现给 所述用户, 以供所述用户进行语音拨号。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
如果本次拨号的环境噪声大于或等于所述用户对噪声的敏感值,则将所 述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景下进行拨号时使用频度次高的拨 号界面呈现给用户, 以供所述用户釆用与所述使用频度次高的拨号界面相适 应的方式进行拨号。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据本次 拨号的场景信息, 查询预先存储的所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界 面的使用情况,确定所述用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景下进行拨号 时使用频度最高的拨号界面作为目标拨号界面之前, 包括:
对所述用户在不同场景下的拨号行为进行统计,获取所述用户在不同场 景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对所述用户在不同 场景下的拨号行为进行统计, 获取所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界 面的使用情况之后, 还包括:
将所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况发送到远程 服务器进行存储。
7、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收用户在拨号前发出的用于调出拨号界面的指令; 第一确定模块, 用于在所述接收模块接收到所述指令时, 确定本次拨号 的场景信息;
第二确定模块, 用于根据本次拨号的场景信息, 查询预先存储的所述用 户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确定所述用户在本次拨号 的场景信息所属的场景下进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面作为目标拨 号界面;
显示模块, 用于将所述目标拨号界面呈现给所述用户, 以供所述用户釆 用与所述目标拨号界面相适应的方式进行拨号。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述本次拨号的场 景信息包括: 本次拨号的时间和 /或本次拨号的位置; 查询预先存储的所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况,确 定所述用户在本次拨号的时间所在的时间段内,和 /或在本次拨号的位置所属 的位置范围内进行拨号时使用频度最高的拨号界面作为所述目标拨号界面。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述显示模块 具体用于如果所述目标拨号界面是除语音拨号界面之外的其他拨号界面, 则 直接将所述目标拨号界面呈现给所述用户, 以供所述用户釆用与所述目标拨 号界面相适应的拨号方式进行拨号, 或, 如果所述目标拨号界面是语音拨号 界面, 则获取本次拨号的环境噪声, 将本次拨号的环境噪声与预设所述用户 对噪声的敏感值进行比较,如果本次拨号的环境噪声小于所述用户对噪声的 敏感值,将所述语音拨号界面呈现给所述用户,以供所述用户进行语音拨号。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述显示模块还用 于如果本次拨号的环境噪声大于或等于所述用户对噪声的敏感值, 则将所述 用户在本次拨号的场景信息所属的场景下进行拨号时使用频度次高的拨号 界面呈现给用户, 以供所述用户釆用与所述使用频度次高的拨号界面相适应 的方式进行拨号。
11、 根据权利要求 7-10任一项所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 获取模块,用于在所述第二确定模块查询先存储的所述用户在不同场景 下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况之前,对所述用户在不同场景下的拨号行 为进行统计, 获取所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的使用情况。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 发送模块,用于在所述获取模块获取所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种 拨号界面的使用情况之后,将所述用户在不同场景下拨号对各种拨号界面的 使用情况发送到远程服务器进行存储。
