本公开涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种自动录音的方法、 装置及移动终端。 背景技术
随着手机的普及, 人们常常需要保存通话的内容。 伴随着这一需求的出现, 现有的一 些手机推出了通话录音功能, 用于以语音的形式保存用户的通话内容。然而带有这一功能 的手机, 往往需要人们在通话的同时, 开启录音功能, 这给用户的使用带来很大的不便, 目前, 一般情况下是将录音内容存放于 SD卡等外部存储设备上, 会造成系统资源的严重 耗费。
另外, 用户如果在通话时忘记开启录音功能, 通话内容就不能被保存, 一些重要的通 话内容也就因此丢失了。 发明内容
为了解决相关技术中存在的问题, 本公开实施例提供了一种自动录音的方法、 装置 及移动终端, 可以实时进行录音, 并解决了严重耗费系统资源的问题, 从而增强用户了 使用体验。
一方面, 本公开提供的一种自动录音的方法, 所述方法包括:
获取当前的通话内容;
对获取的当前通话内容进行录音操作,并将当前的通话内容的录音存放于系统环形缓 冲区的设定区域中。
优选地, 所述获取当前的通话内容, 包括以下步骤:
确定当前通话的电话号码;
当确定出当前通话的电话号码为设定的自动录音号码时, 执行自动录音操作; 将所述当前通话的内容保存于所述设定区域。

本公开实施例提供了一种自动录音的方法、装置及移动终端, 在本公开提供的自动录 音方法中实现了默认对任意来电或者指定来电均可自动录音, 并且, 将来电通话内容录音 后存放于系统内存的环形缓冲区内, 在系统内存中开辟一块专门用于存放录音的设定区 域, 一般可以根据系统本身内存的大小进行设定, 可以设置为 32MB或者更大或者更小的 设定区域, 这样如果录音中含有很重要的通话, 可以将系统内存中保存的录音存放至外置 存储器中, 如果没有重要的内容, 在设定区域的存放数据已满后, 可以被新的通话录音所 覆盖。本公开提供的方法还可以很好的解决目前的录音中需要手动选择是否开启录音的操 作, 并且还解决了由于目前录音存放于 SD卡上, 增加了系统的资源消耗的问题, 从而增 加用户的使用体验。 附图说明

需要说明的是, 在本公开实施例中, 移动终端以手机为例进行说明, 但是, 在本公开 中, 移动终端并不限定于手机, 还可以包括平板电脑、 MP4等具有显示屏幕的设备。
如图 1所示, 为本公开实施例提供的一种自动录音方法的示例性流程图, 所述方法包 括以下步骤:
步骤 101 : 获取当前的通话内容;
步骤 102: 对获取的当前通话内容进行录音操作, 并将当前的通话内容的录音存放于 系统环形缓冲区的设定区域中。
针对目前的移动终端在需要录音的时候都是通过手动开启录音功能,会有在通话的时 候进行录音操作比较麻烦的麻烦; 或者将终端设置为强制开启自动录音功能, 会产生了很 多不必要的录音数据给存储带来负担, 并且增加了系统资源的浪费, 因此在本公开实施例 中, 移动终端在系统的内存的环形缓冲区中开辟了一块设定区域, 用于存放通话内容的录 音, 本公开实施例中对于每次通话都是默认录音的也就是不需要手动开启录音的过程, 而 且由于设定区域可以根据系统内存的大小设定, 一般可以设为 32兆或者 64兆, 对应可以 保存录音数据半小时或者一个小时左右当然也可以设置小一点, 比如 16兆, 可以更快更 新数据内容。
如图 2 所示为本公开实施例二自动录音方法的示例性流程图, 所述方法包括以下步 骤:
步骤 201 : 获取当前的通话内容;
步骤 202: 对获取的当前通话内容进行录音操作, 并将当前的通话内容的录音存放于 系统环形缓冲区的设定区域中;
步骤 203 : 将当前通话内容的录音实时保存于系统内存的所述设定区域; 所述设定区 域大小根据系统内存的大小设定;
步骤 204: 当确定所述设定区域存储已满时, 所述当前的通话内容录音自动覆盖所述 设定区域中已保存的录音。其中, 所述当前的通话内容录音自动覆盖所述设定区域中已保 存的录音的顺序按照存储录音时间的先后进行覆盖。
对于某些很重要的朋友或者客户, 需要对与其的通话进行全部保存的, 可以直接默认 转存。
在一个实施例中, 首先确定当前通话的电话号码;
当确定出当前通话的电话号码为设定的自动录音号码时, 执行自动录音操作; 确定为 自动录音号码时, 将与之通话的全部内容先默认地保存在系统内容上, 然后将所有的通话 录音转存于设定区域上。
由于本公开实施例中对于所有的通话都会进行默认的录音保存,并将保存的录音存放 于设定区域, 因此对于设定区域的大小一定时, 就会将没用的保存的录音内容覆盖, 也就 是需要判断保存的所述当前通话内容的录音中是否含有重要录音内容;
当判断出当前通话内容的录音中含有重要录音内容时,将所述重要录音内容转存于外 部存储器中。
如果每次都选择重要的录音转存于外部存储器,那么当判断出设定区域的空间已经占 满时, 就会由新的录音内容覆盖原来已经保存在设定区域的录音内容, 覆盖原则可以按照 录音保存的时间的先后顺序进行覆盖。这样既保存了需要的重要通话内容, 又进一步的避 免了系统资源的浪费。
在实施例中,所述判断当前通话内容的录音中是否含有重要录音内容,包括以下步骤: 获取录音追溯操作指令;
根据获取到的所述录音追溯操作指令, 确定当前通话内容的录音为重要录音内容; 将所述重要录音内容转存于外部存储器中。
在本公开实施例中, 当用户发现通话过程中存在重要的内容需要保存时, 可以立即执 行转存, 就是在通话设置界面给一个触发指令, 该指令可以让用户随时转存通话过程中遇 到的重要通话录音, 也可以在挂断电话后, 将重要的对应通话号码的录音进行转存在外部 存储器中。
如图 3所示, 为本公开实施例一提供的自动录音装置的结构示意图, 该装置包括: 获取单元 301, 用于获取当前的通话内容;
录音单元 302, 用于对获取的当前通话内容进行录音操作, 并将当前的通话内容的录 音存放于系统环形缓冲区的设定区域中。
在实施例中, 获取单元 301获取通话内容, 所述通话内容中一般还携带有通话电话以 及通话时间, 当然主要是双方的对话内容; 录音单元 302将获取单元 301获取的通话内容 实时进行录音, 并对应每个对话内容还记录下了通话时间及通话号码, 将通话内容的录音 保存于系统环形缓冲区的设定区域中。 一般情况下, 系统内存不同, 所以可以根据不同的 系统内存设置不同的设定区域大小, 比如系统内存是 4G时,可以将设定区域设定大一些, 如果系统内存是 2G时, 可以相对设定小一些, 在不再占用系统运行资源的情况下, 对通 话内容进行录音保存, 这样在录音保存通话内容时的速度是很快的, 相对于目前将通话内 容进行录音后保存于外置的存储器例如 SD卡等上的速度要快很多, 也不会产生很多系统 I/O, 从而减少了系统资源耗费, 并且也不会影响通话质量。

在本实施例中, 正如上述获取单元需要获取对话内容以及对于的通话号码, 通话时间 等信息内容, 其中确定模块 401通过确定当前通话的电话号码, 判断出所述电话号码是否 为设定的自动录音号码, 如果确定模块 402确定出是自动录音号码, 从而可以判断出是比 较重要的电话号码, 因此对于这样的号码的通话内容,为了避免有遗漏,会进行默认录音, 且存储模块 403并对该号码的通话内容的录音全部转存于外置存储器中,转存录音内容时 还可以分两种情况, 一种实时转存录音内容, 另外还可以滞后转存, 进一步的需要判断当 前号码的通话内容录音是否占满设定区域, 如果没有占满, 可以在通话结束后进行转存, 如果当判断出当前的通话内容录音即将占满设定区域, 这里可以设定一个阈值, 达到阈值 上限时即刻按照录音时间的先后顺序转存在外部存储器上。

存储单元 303, 用于将当前通话内容的录音实时保存于系统内存的所述设定区域; 所 述设定区域大小根据系统内存的大小设定;
确定单元 304, 用于确定所述设定区域的状态;
处理单元 305, 用于当确定出所述设定区域存储已满时, 由当前的通话内容录音自动 覆盖所述设定区域中已保存的录音, 其中, 所述当前的通话内容录音自动覆盖所述设定区 域中已保存的录音的顺序按照存储录音时间的先后进行覆盖;
判断单元 306, 用于判断当前通话内容的录音中是否含有重要录音内容;
存储单元将当前的通话内容录音, 并保存于系统的环形缓冲区的设定区域, 其中的设 定区域设定大小根据系统的内存以及用户对于来电通话中通话内容的需求等因素进行设 定, 可设置不同的大小的设定区域; 确定单元实时确定当前所述设定区域的大小, 当确定 当前的设定区域没有被通话录音内容占满时, 继续录音; 当确定当前的设定区域以及被录 音内容占满时, 新的录音需要覆盖前面以及录音的内容占用的区域, 覆盖时可以按照录音 时间的先后顺序进行覆盖, 最早录音的内容最先被覆盖。 当判断单元判断出有当前通话内 容的录音中含有重要录音内容时, 将所述重要录音内容转存于外部存储器中。
其中录音单元 302,还用于当判断单元判断出通话内容的录音中含有重要录音内容时, 将所述重要录音内容转存于外部存储器中。
如图 5所示, 为本公开实施例中判断单元的结构示意图, 其中判断单元包括: 获取模 块 501及确定模块 502;
获取模块 501, 用于获取录音追溯操作指令;
确定模块 502, 用于根据获取到的所述录音追溯操作指令, 确定当前通话内容的录音 为重要录音内容;
其中存储模块 403, 用于将所述重要录音内容转存于外部存储器中。
可以在接听电话的界面上设有一个录音追溯按键或者触点,对应当用户发现有需要的 重要录音内容时,直接点击或触摸按键或者触点,将重要的录音内容转存于外部存储器中, 这样可以很及时的获取重要录音内容。另外也可以在通话结束以后再通话记录的界面执行 录音追溯操作指令,从新转存已经录音好的重要内容将需要的对应电话号码或者对应联系 人的通话内容从设定区域转存于外部存储器上。
本公开实施例中包括的确定单元 304 用于确定出所述设定区域当确定出所述设定区 域存储已满时, 由当前的通话内容录音自动覆盖所述设定区域中已保存的录音, 其中, 所 述当前的通话内容录音自动覆盖所述设定区域中已保存的录音的顺序按照存储录音时间 的先后进行覆盖;
另一方面, 本公开还提供了一种移动终端, 包括所述的自动录音装置。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本公开实施例可以 通过硬件实现, 也可以借助软件加必要的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。 基于这样的理解, 本公开实施例的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该软件产品可以存储在一个非 易失性存储介质 (可以是 CD-ROM, U盘, 移动硬盘等) 中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台 计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本公开各个实施例所述 的方法。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施例的示意图, 附图中的模块或流程并 不一定是实施本公开所必须的。 本领域技术人员可以理解实施例中的装置中的模块可以按照实施例描述进行分布于 实施例的装置中, 也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施例的一个或多个装置中。 上述实 施例的模块可以合并为一个模块, 也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种自动录音的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
获取当前的通话内容;
对获取的当前通话内容进行录音操作,并将当前的通话内容的录音存放于系统环形缓 冲区的设定区域中。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取当前的通话内容, 包括以下 步骤:
确定当前通话的电话号码;
当确定出当前通话的电话号码为设定的自动录音号码时, 执行自动录音操作; 将所述当前通话的内容保存于所述设定区域。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2中任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对获取的当前通话内 容进行录音操作之后, 包括以下步骤:
将所述当前通话内容的录音实时保存于系统内存的所述设定区域;所述设定区域大小 根据系统内存的大小设定;
当确定所述设定区域存储已满时,所述当前的通话内容录音自动覆盖所述设定区域中 已保存的录音,其中,所述当前的通话内容录音自动覆盖所述设定区域中已保存的录音的 顺序按照存储录音时间的先后进行覆盖。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对获取的当前通话内容进行录音 操作之后, 还包括以下步骤:
判断当前通话内容的录音中是否含有重要录音内容;
当判断出当前通话内容的录音中含有重要录音内容时,将所述重要录音内容转存于外 部存储器中。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断当前通话内容的录音中是否 含有重要录音内容, 包括以下步骤:
获取录音追溯操作指令;
根据获取到的所述录音追溯操作指令, 确定当前通话内容的录音为重要录音内容; 将所述重要录音内容转存于外部存储器中。
6、 一种自动录音装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
获取单元, 用于获取当前的通话内容;
录音单元,用于对获取的当前通话内容进行录音操作,并将当前的通话内容的录音存 放于系统环形缓冲区的设定区域中。
7根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元包括:
确定模块, 用于确定当前通话的电话号码;
自动录音模块,用于当确定出当前通话的电话号码为设定的自动录音号码时,执行自 动录音操作;
存储模块, 用于将所述当前通话的内容保存于所述设定区域。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7中任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 存储单元,用于将当前通话内容的录音实时保存于系统内存的所述设定区域;所述设 定区域大小根据系统内存的大小设定;
确定单元, 用于确定所述设定区域的状态;
处理单元,用于当确定出所述设定区域存储已满时, 由当前的通话内容录音自动覆盖 所述设定区域中已保存的录音,其中,所述当前的通话内容录音自动覆盖所述设定区域中 已保存的录音的顺序按照存储录音时间的先后进行覆盖。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 判断单元; 其中, 所述判断单元, 用于判断当前通话内容的录音中是否含有重要录音内容; 所述录音单元,还用于当判断出当前通话内容的录音中含有重要录音内容时,将所述 重要录音内容转存于外部存储器中。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述判断单元包括: 获取模块及确定 模块;
所述获取模块, 用于获取录音追溯操作指令;
所述确定模块,用于根据获取到的所述录音追溯操作指令,确定当前通话内容的录音 为重要录音内容;
其中, 所述存储模块, 用于将所述重要录音内容转存于外部存储器中。
11、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 6-10中任一所述的自动录音装置。
