当调节块 12 如图 2 所示向右边位置滑动时,盖体 2 将向后滑动,在此运动过程中,盖体 2 上的盖引导机构 23 沿层架 1 上的层架引导机构 13 运动,盖体 2 是水平运动的,故盖体 2 向后运动后会很快脱离底部抽屉 3 的顶面 31 ,使抽屉 3 和盖体 2 前后错层而形成间隙,盖体 2 向后滑动越多,间隙越大,间隙的大小可实现不同抽屉 3 内的湿度调节。 打开的示意 图如图 4 所示。
盖体 2 滑动打开的通气间隙大小可以根据不同存储物进行选择调整,盖体 2 在任何停止位置是稳定的,具有自锁功能。
通常盖体 2 由塑料注塑而成,由平坦或弓形的中部和周边加强筋构成。
当抽屉 3 和盖体 2 在关闭状态时,盖体 2 的底面 24 和抽屉 3 的顶面 31 四周是完全接触并密封的;当抽屉 3 向外拉出时,因倾角的作用,抽屉 3 短距离的移动将会使盖体 2 和抽屉 3 分离,盖体 2 下落后盖引导机构 23 悬挂在层架引导机构 13 上,避免盖体 2 和抽屉 3 较长距离的摩擦。
层架 1 由安全玻璃 14 和塑件 15 (或金属型材)制作而成,水平向内延伸的层架引导机构 13 设置在塑件 15 的下方,盖体 2 上的盖引导机构 23 插入层架 1 的层架引导机构 13 内,引导盖体 2 沿层架引导机构 13 前后滑动。
实施例 2 :
如图 3 、图 4 中,本发明还公开一种装配有上述保鲜密封装置的冰箱,该冰箱包括门体 6 、箱体 7 、冷藏室 5 以及装配在冷藏室 5 内的风扇 8 、蒸发器 9 、盖板 10 、压缩机及管件(图未示出)等,盖板 10 上开设有多个通风孔 101 。上述保鲜密封装置安装在冷藏室 5 内,同时有通风孔 101 处于低于盖体 2 的位置上。而抽屉 3 可以安装在冷藏室 5 的侧壁上,也可以通过导轨(图未示出)安装在层架 1 的侧面上。
具体的, 冷藏室5的侧壁设有凸起51, 上述保鲜密封装置通过层架 1 的两侧底面 17 安装在冷藏室 5 侧壁的 凸起51 上,而且 凸起51设有止挡槽 (图未示出) ,层架1的两侧相应设有止挡卡扣16,通过止挡卡扣16卡进凸起51的止挡槽固定, 使层架 1 稳固,不会前后窜动。
图 3 示意了保鲜密封装置在关闭密封位置状态,冷空气经由通风孔 101 ,通过盖体 2 和层架 1 之间的间隙至抽屉 3 的前端流出,和冷藏室 5 及制冷循环系统形成空气循环,该状态下,循环的冷空气将从保鲜密封装置四周对其进行冷却,保证冷却均匀且快速,避免局部冷却而聚集冷却水,同时该保鲜密封装置由抽屉 3 和盖体 2 形成密封空间,防止湿气挥发,有效保证恒定的低温恒湿的环境,适于抽屉 3 内存储物保鲜存储。
图 4 为保鲜密封装置的盖体 2 滑开后进行湿度调节状态的示意剖视图。此时盖体 2 和抽屉 3 至少在前后位置有通气间隙,冷空气经通风孔 101 ,通过盖体 2 和抽屉 3 的前后间隙流通,和冷藏室 5 及制冷循环系统形成空气循环,该状态下,流动的循环冷空气可导出保鲜密封装置中的多余湿气,同时可使抽屉 3 内存储物快速冷却,实现适宜的存储环境,达到保鲜效果。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种保鲜密封装置,包括抽屉及设在抽屉上方、且与抽屉匹配的盖体,其特征在于,还包括设于盖体上方的层架,所述盖体悬置于层架下方,所述抽屉的顶面与盖体的底面均设置为从 前往后向下倾斜 的平面,通过盖体的 前后水 平运动,实现抽屉的密封或打开。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的保鲜密封装置,其特征在于,所述盖体和层架前侧相应位置上设有调节盖体前后水平运动的调节装置。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的保鲜密封装置,其特征在于,所述层架前侧边缘为水平引导轮廓,所述盖体前侧设有盖引导柱或盖斜角引导轮廓;所述调节装置包括调节块和滑块,所述调节块设有筋,所述滑块上设有供筋插入的孔,设有与盖引导柱或盖斜角引导轮廓相配合的滑块斜角引导轮廓或滑块引导柱,通过筋插入孔和盖引导柱插入滑块斜角引导轮廓或滑块引导柱插入盖斜角引导轮廓,调节块、层架、滑块和盖体的位置依次从上到下叠放,通过调节块在水平引导轮廓上左右移动实现盖体的 前后水 平运动。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的保鲜密封装置,其特征在于,所述滑块斜角引导轮廓为 2 个,分别设于滑块的左右端部。
  5. 根据权利要求 3 所述的保鲜密封装置,其特征在于,所述盖体左右两侧设有盖引导机构,所述层架左右两侧相应设有与盖引导机构配合的层架引导机构。
  6. 根据权利要求 3 所述的保鲜密封装置,其特征在于,还包括紧固件,所述调节块和滑块通过紧固件固定在一起。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 至 6 任一项所述的保鲜密封装置,其特征在于,所述抽屉两侧设有导轨,通过导轨安装在层架的侧面。
  8. 一种冰箱,包括冷藏室,冷藏室的内壁上设有多个通风孔,其特征在于,所述冷藏室内壁装配有权利要求 1 至 7 任一项所述的保鲜密封装置,所述通风孔至少有一个低于盖体的位置。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述 冷藏室的侧壁设有凸起,所述层架两侧固定在凸起上。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述 凸起设有止挡槽,所述层架两侧设有止挡卡扣,通过止挡卡扣卡进凸起的止挡槽固定所述保鲜密封装置。
