Description

Vibration body of speaker device and speaker device
The present invention relates to a vibrating body of a speaker device and a speaker device.
Conventionally, a speaker device mounted on an audio device such as a headphone is known (for example, see Patent Document 1). Many speaker devices have a vibrating body including a diaphragm that radiates sound and an edge provided on the outer periphery thereof. In such a vibrating body, the edge has a flexible portion to connect the diaphragm to the frame without disturbing the vibration of the diaphragm.
Here, as a method of joining the diaphragm and the edge, a method of adhering the outer edge area of the diaphragm and the inner edge area of the edge may be employed. In this joining method, the outer edge area of the diaphragm and the inner edge area of the edge are bonded to form an adhesion area. In the vibrating body of such a speaker device, when the adhesive protrudes from the boundary line between the adhesive region and the other region on the sound emission side, for example, the adhesive is used as the flexible portion of the edge. May hinder the flexibility. For this reason, in such a vibrating body of the speaker device, there is a problem that the sound quality in the low sound range may be deteriorated due to the above-described decrease in flexibility.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a vibrating body of a speaker device and a speaker device in which deterioration of sound quality is suppressed in the low sound range.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention described in claim 1 is a vibration body of a speaker device including a diaphragm that radiates sound and an edge provided on an outer peripheral side thereof, and the edge is acceptable. An inner edge region is provided inside the flexible portion and the flexible portion, and an outer edge region of the diaphragm and an inner edge region of the edge are bonded to form an adhesive region, and the adhesive region and the flexible portion It is a vibrating body of a speaker device characterized by having a convex part or a concave part in between.
According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, the vibrating body of the speaker device according to any one of the first to ninth aspects, a magnetic circuit, and an audio signal are supplied, and the operation from the magnetic circuit is received. Hereinafter, a vibrating body of a speaker device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. A vibrating body of a speaker device according to an embodiment of the present invention is a vibrating body of a speaker device including a diaphragm that radiates sound and an edge provided on an outer peripheral side of the vibrating body, and the edge includes a flexible portion. , Having an inner edge region inside the flexible portion, the outer edge region of the diaphragm and the inner edge region of the edge are bonded to form an bonded region, and between the bonded region and the flexible portion, Protrusions or recesses are provided. This prevents a situation in which, for example, the adhesive is solidified in a state where it adheres to the flexible portion and the flexibility of the flexible portion is hindered. As a result, a decrease in sound quality is suppressed in the low sound range.
Further, the non-sound radiating direction side of the outer edge region of the diaphragm and the sound radiating direction side of the inner edge region of the edge may be bonded with an adhesive. Thereby, for example, it is possible to assemble in an order in which it is easy for the operator to work, such as attaching an edge to the structure portion of the speaker device and stacking the diaphragm thereon.
Further, in the vibration body of the speaker device in which the non-sound radiation direction side of the outer edge region of the diaphragm and the sound radiation direction side of the inner edge region of the edge are bonded by an adhesive, at least a part of the convex portion or the concave portion It is preferable that the adhesive is attached to the surface. By adhering the adhesive to at least a part of the convex portion or the concave portion in this way, the amount of the adhesive used is larger than that in the case where the adhesive is not attached to such a location, and thereby the adhesive strength is increased. Strengthening is planned.
Further, in the vibration body of the speaker device in which the adhesive is attached to at least a part of the convex portion or the concave portion, it is also preferable that the convex portion or the concave portion is provided closer to the inner edge than the flexible portion. It is. By providing the convex portion or the concave portion at such a position, it is possible to prevent the adhesive that has protruded from the adhesive region from flowing out toward the flexible portion before the flexible portion.
In the vibrating body of the speaker device in which the adhesive adheres to at least a part of the convex portion or the concave portion, the outer periphery of the diaphragm is in contact with the convex portion directly or via an adhesive. Is also suitable. Since the outer periphery of the diaphragm is in contact with the convex portion of the edge, the diaphragm can be accurately positioned with respect to the edge when assembling the vibrating body of the speaker device.
Further, in the vibration body of the speaker device in which the adhesive is attached to at least a part of the convex portion or the concave portion, it is also preferable that the outer periphery of the diaphragm is substantially equal to the outer periphery of the concave portion. Since the outer periphery of the diaphragm is substantially equal to the outer periphery of the recess, the positioning of the diaphragm with respect to the edge can be easily performed, for example, using a jig or the like to align the outer periphery of the diaphragm with the outer periphery of the recess. .
Further, in the vibration body of the speaker device in which the outer periphery of the diaphragm is in contact with the convex portion directly or via an adhesive, the convex portion protrudes toward the sound radiation side and protrudes from the adhesion region. It is preferable that it is an outflow prevention part which dams up an agent. By blocking the adhesive by the convex portion, the flexible portion is prevented more reliably from being hindered by the adhesive.
Further, in the vibrating body of the speaker device in which the outer periphery of the diaphragm is in contact with the convex portion directly or via an adhesive, the concave portion is recessed on the side opposite to the sound radiation side, and It is also suitable that it is an outflow prevention part that stores the protruding adhesive. The accumulation of the adhesive by the concave portion prevents the flexible portion from being inhibited from being flexible by the adhesive.
Further, in the vibration body of the speaker device in which the non-sound radiation direction side of the outer edge region of the diaphragm and the sound radiation direction side of the inner edge region of the edge are bonded by an adhesive, the sound radiation side of the inner edge region of the edge May be fixed to a voice coil or a voice coil bobbin. Thereby, the vibration of the voice coil or the voice coil bobbin is reliably transmitted to the diaphragm.
Further, the vibrating body of the speaker device, a magnetic circuit, a voice coil that is supplied with an audio signal and receives the action from the magnetic circuit, and vibrates the vibrating body of the speaker device, the vibrating body of the speaker device, A vibration body of a speaker device including a magnetic circuit and a frame that holds the voice coil may be used as the vibration body of the speaker device. This prevents the adhesive from adhering to the flexible portion of the edge and prevents the flexibility of the flexible portion from being hindered by the adhesive. Thereby, the fall of sound quality is suppressed about a low sound range.
A speaker device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4 and FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the speaker device 1 includes a vibrating body 2, a magnetic circuit 3, a voice coil 4, and a frame 5. The vibrating body 2 includes a diaphragm 11 that radiates sound, and an edge 12 provided on the outer periphery thereof.
The magnetic circuit 3 includes a magnet 13 and a yoke 14 through which magnetism from the magnet 13 passes, and is fixed to a center pole 15 erected on the bottom wall of the frame 5. The yoke 14 is provided with a ring-shaped magnetic gap 16 centered on the center pole 15, and the voice coil 4 is accommodated in the magnetic gap 16. As shown in FIG. 4, the opposite side of the edge 12 from the sound emission side is fixed to the end of the voice coil 4 on the sound emission side.
When a voice signal is supplied to the voice coil 4, a magnetic Lorentz force from the magnetic circuit 3 acts on the voice coil 4 in accordance with the voice signal. As a result, the voice coil 4 vibrates and the vibration is transmitted to the diaphragm 11. And the diaphragm 11 radiates | emits a sound by the vibration.
The vibrating body 2 corresponds to an embodiment of the vibrating body of the speaker device according to the present invention. The magnetic circuit 3 corresponds to an example of a magnetic circuit according to the present invention, the voice coil 4 corresponds to an example of a voice coil according to the present invention, and the frame 5 corresponds to an example of a frame according to the present invention. .
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the diaphragm 11 includes a vibrating portion 11a and a first flat portion 11b. The vibration part 11a has a dome shape and generates sound by vibration. The 1st flat part 11b is a ring-shaped flat plate connected with the outer edge of the vibration part 11a. The surface of the first flat portion 11b opposite to the sound emission side is bonded to the edge 12 with an adhesive.
The speaker device 1 of the present embodiment is a so-called dome type speaker device having the dome-shaped vibrating portion 11a as described above.
The diaphragm 11 corresponds to an example of the diaphragm according to the present invention, the vibration part 11a corresponds to an example of the vibration part according to the present invention, and the first flat part 11b corresponds to the “diaphragm of the diaphragm” according to the present invention. This corresponds to an example of “outer edge region”.
The edge 12 is formed of a material softer than the material forming the diaphragm 11. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the edge 12 includes a flexible portion 12a, a second flat portion 12b, and a rising portion 12c. The flexible portion 12 a has flexibility and has a ring shape, and the outer edge is fixed to the frame 5. The second flat portion 12b is a ring-shaped flat plate extending from the inner periphery of the flexible portion 12a. The first flat portion 11b is bonded to the inner edge region of the second flat portion 12b. By this bonding, as shown in FIG. 4, the first flat portion 11b and the inner edge region of the second flat portion 12b are bonded to form a bonding region A. Thus, in the present embodiment, the non-sound radiation direction side of the first flat portion 11b of the diaphragm 11 and the sound radiation direction side of the inner edge region of the second flat portion 12b at the edge 12 are bonded by the adhesive. Is done. Thereby, for example, it is possible to assemble in the order in which the operator can work easily, such as attaching the edge 12 to the frame 5 of the speaker device 1 and stacking the diaphragm 11 thereon.
As shown in FIG. 4, the rising portion 12 c extends from the inner edge of the second flat portion 12 b so as to follow the back surface opposite to the sound radiation side of the vibrating portion 11 a when the diaphragm 11 is overlapped on the edge 12. Standing curved. The back surface of the vibration part 11a is bonded to the rising part 12c.
The diaphragm 11 is connected to the frame 5 by this edge 12 without being disturbed by vibrations transmitted from the voice coil 4.
In this embodiment, the sound radiation side of the voice coil 4, the inner peripheral area of the second flat portion, and the opposite surfaces of the outer peripheral area on the sound radiation side are fixed with an adhesive (not shown). Thereby, the vibration of the voice coil is reliably transmitted to the diaphragm.
Here, as shown in FIG. 4, a convex portion 12d is provided between the adhesive portion A and the boundary line A1 of the other region and the flexible portion 12a on the sound radiation side in the second flat portion 12b. Yes. The convex portion 12d is a ring-shaped projection that surrounds the first flat portion 11b and protrudes from the second flat portion 12b to the sound radiation side. In this embodiment, the convex portion 12d is formed such that a part of the second flat portion 12b rises about 90 degrees on the sound radiation side and is bent to the opposite side of the sound radiation side to be bent to the second flat portion 12b. The shape is returned, and a groove is formed on the side opposite to the sound radiation side.
The flexible portion 12a corresponds to an example of the flexible portion according to the present invention, the inner edge region of the second flat portion 12b corresponds to an example of the “edge inner edge region” according to the present invention, and the convex portion 12d has This corresponds to an example of the outflow prevention portion according to the present invention. Further, the convex portion 12d corresponds to an example of the convex portion referred to in the present invention.
Here, apart from the present embodiment, an example of a conventional vibrator for comparison with the present embodiment (hereinafter referred to as a conventional example) will be described.
This conventional example is different from the present example in that the above-described convex portion 12d is not provided in the vibrating body. FIG. 5 shows the vibrator 6 of this conventional example.
Also in the vibrating body 6 of this conventional example, the diaphragm 21 includes the dome-shaped vibrating portion 21a and the first flat portion 21b, and the edge 22 includes the flexible portion 22a, the second flat portion 22b, and the rising portion 22c. I have. The first flat portion 21 b of the vibration plate 21 is bonded to the inner edge region of the second flat portion 22 b of the edge 22, and the back surface of the vibration portion 21 a is bonded to the rising portion 22 c of the edge 22. At this time, depending on the amount of the adhesive used for bonding, the boundary between the bonding region B constituted by the inner edge region of the first flat portion 21b and the second flat portion 22b on the sound radiation side and the other region. The adhesive 23 may protrude from the line B1.
Here, as shown in FIG. 5, when the adhesive 23 protrudes from the boundary line B1, the adhesive 23 may flow out toward the flexible part 22a of the edge 22 and adhere to the flexible part 22a. . If the adhesive 23 is solidified in a state where it adheres to the flexible portion 22a, the flexibility of the flexible portion 22a is impaired at the place where the adhesive 23 is attached, and as a result, the sound quality particularly in the low frequency range is reduced. May decrease.
In contrast to the conventional vibrating body 6 described above, in the vibrating body 2 of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the adhesive 17 from the boundary line A1 of the bonding area A and other areas on the sound radiation side is shown. Even if it protrudes, the adhesive 17 is dammed up by the convex part 12d. Thereby, the situation where the flexibility of the flexible part 12a is impaired as mentioned above is prevented. As a result, the deterioration of the sound quality is suppressed in the low sound range.
In this embodiment, the adhesive 17 is attached to the convex portion 12d. Thereby, compared with the case where the adhesive agent 17 is not made to adhere to a convex part, the usage-amount of the adhesive agent 17 becomes large, and the reinforcement | strengthening of the adhesive strength is achieved by this.
In the present embodiment, the outer edge of the first flat portion 11b is in contact with the convex portion 12d. Thereby, when the vibrating body 2 is assembled, the diaphragm 11 can be accurately positioned with respect to the edge 12.
In the present embodiment, the first flat portion 11b of the diaphragm 11 is overlapped and bonded to the sound emission side of the inner edge region of the second flat portion 12b of the edge 12, and the convex portion 12d is The second flat portion 12b is provided closer to the inner edge than the flexible portion 12a. As a result, the adhesive 17 that flows around the sound emission side of the edge 12 can be reliably dammed before the flexible portion 12a.
In the first embodiment, as an example of the convex portion referred to in the present invention, a part of the second flat portion 12b rises about 90 degrees on the sound radiation side and bends on the opposite side to the sound radiation side. The convex part 12d of the shape returned to the 2nd flat part 12b is illustrated. However, the convex part said to this invention is not restricted to this, For example, the following modifications may be sufficient.
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a modification of the convex portion.
Part (a) of FIG. 7 includes a convex portion having a triangular cross-sectional shape in which a part of the second flat portion 12b rises obliquely toward the sound radiation side, bends obliquely, and returns to the second flat portion 12b. 12e is shown.
In part (b) of FIG. 7, a part of the second flat portion 12b rises about 90 degrees to the sound radiation side, bends about 90 degrees to the side, and bends about 90 degrees to the side opposite to the sound radiation side. Thus, a convex portion 12f having a square cross-sectional shape that returns to the second flat portion 12b is shown.
In part (c) of FIG. 7, a convex portion having a shape in which a part of the second flat portion 12 b rises obliquely toward the sound radiation side, bends to the side, draws an arc, and returns to the second flat portion 12 b. 12g is illustrated.
Thus, the shape of the convex portion is arbitrary as long as it protrudes before the protruding adhesive 17 reaches the inner edge of the flexible portion 12a.
This is the end of the description of the first embodiment and the modification. Next, the second embodiment will be described. Here, in the second embodiment, except that the edge includes a concave portion described below instead of the convex portion described above as an outflow prevention portion that prevents the adhesive from flowing out to the flexible portion. This is equivalent to the first embodiment described above. Therefore, in the following description, the second embodiment will be described with a focus on the differences from the first embodiment, and the description of the same points as the first embodiment will be omitted.
FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a bonding portion between the diaphragm and the edge in the vibrating body according to the second embodiment. In FIG. 8, elements that are the same as in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals as in FIG.
In the second embodiment, a concave portion 31a is provided between the flexible region 12a and the boundary line A1 of the adhesive region A and other regions on the sound radiation side in the second flat portion 12b. The recess 31a is a ring-shaped groove that surrounds the first flat portion 11b and is recessed from this surface.
In the present embodiment, the recess 31a has a part of the second flat portion 12b bent by about 90 degrees on the side opposite to the sound emission side, bent to the sound emission side, and returned to the second flat portion 12b. It has a different shape. Although not shown in FIG. 8, even in the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4 and the like, the end of the sound emission side of the voice coil 4 is the sound emission side of the second flat portion 12b. It is fixed on the opposite side. However, in the second embodiment, the concave portion 31a protrudes as a protrusion on the side opposite to the sound radiation side of the second flat portion 12b, and the voice coil 4 is fixed avoiding this protrusion.
In the second embodiment, when the adhesive 17 protrudes from the boundary line A1, the adhesive 17 is stored in the recess 31a. Thereby, the outflow of the adhesive 17 to the flexible portion 12a is prevented. Thereby, the situation where the flexibility of the flexible part 12a is impaired as described above is prevented. As a result, the deterioration of the sound quality is suppressed in the low sound range.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the adhesive 17 is attached to the recess 31a. Thereby, compared with the case where an adhesive agent is not made to adhere to the recessed part 17, the usage-amount of the adhesive agent 17 becomes large, and the reinforcement | strengthening of the adhesive strength is achieved by this.
In the present embodiment, the first flat portion 11 b of the diaphragm 11 is overlapped and adhered to the sound radiation side of the inner edge region of the second flat portion 12 b of the edge 31, and the concave portion 31 a is the edge 31. Are provided closer to the inner edge than the flexible portion 12a. By providing the recess 31a at the edge, the adhesive flowing around and flowing toward the sound radiation side of the edge can be reliably accumulated in front of the flexible portion. Further, since the outer periphery of the diaphragm 11 is substantially equal to the outer periphery of the recess 31a, the alignment of the diaphragm 11 and the edge 31 is facilitated. Although details are not described, it is possible to accurately match the positions of the outer periphery of the recess 31a and the outer periphery of the diaphragm 11 using a jig or the like.
In each of the above-described embodiments, the dome shape is exemplified as the type of the speaker device. However, the speaker device is not limited to this, and may be another type of speaker device such as a cone type.
In each of the above-described embodiments, a speaker device in which a voice coil is fixed to the edge is illustrated. However, the speaker device is not limited to this. For example, a voice coil bobbin around which a voice coil is wound may be fixed to the edge.
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the vibrating body in which the first flat portion of the diaphragm is superimposed on the sound radiation side of the second flat portion of the edge is exemplified as the vibrating body of the speaker device. However, the vibrating body of the speaker device is not limited to this, and for example, the second flat portion of the edge may be superimposed on the sound radiation side of the first flat portion of the diaphragm. In this case, the boundary line between the adhesion region and the other region on the sound emission side is the inner edge of the second flat portion of the edge. And in this form, if the position of the convex part which dams an adhesive agent is between the inner edge of this 2nd flat part, and a flexible part, the position which overlaps with an adhesion | attachment area | region may be sufficient.
It should be noted that the above-described embodiments are merely representative forms of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments. That is, those skilled in the art can implement various modifications in accordance with conventionally known knowledge without departing from the scope of the present invention. Of course, such modifications are included in the scope of the present invention as long as the structure of the vibrating body and the speaker apparatus of the speaker device of the present invention is provided.
