Definitions
- the object to which the invention that is protected in this Utility Model refers is related to square, rectangular and curved modules to fold each other in a zigzag form, so as to assemble structures for advertising and display of products such as exhibition stands and furniture.
- the simplest are formed by aluminum profiles that enclose methacrylate sheets, which are practically all the same and are based on the construction of modules based on posts, crossbars and curves.
- Hardwoods will be the most expensive and the ones with the greatest strength and quality will give the stand, however they will also be the most difficult to handle.
- Softwoods in this regard are much more flexible, however, they are much more fragile when it comes to building a stand. In both types of wood in relation to the design, the more complicated it is, the longer it will take to build the stand.
- Wooden structures are generally rented according to the design of the company or the one proposed by its stand supplier, in many cases they are reused structures where deterioration can be made visible. When it is for the purchase, the construction of these structures requires a minimum time of 20 business days, with a great impact on the costs and delivery times, in addition it requires logistics in the transport and storage of said structures.
- the device of deployable modules for advertising and display of products that the invention proposes has been conceived and structured in order to solve the previous problem in ease, costs, times and logistics.
- the square, rectangular and curved modules are made in metal profile preferably in industrial aluminum of square, grooved and structural section, where each module is armed with four profiles cut at 45 ° which to define its square, rectangular or even curved shape are ensured with aluminum corners and screws.
- modules are joined together by pairs of hinges located on the back and front sides of the modules to fold each other in a zigzag shape, to carry this structure that make up the attached modules, to the horizontal position on the floor, allow to place and turn the locking screws on the rivet threads giving it the rigidity necessary to be able to bring the structure upright.
- the most outstanding feature of this structure is its zigzag shape that allows it to be detached, to achieve its easy transport, it is very comfortable to occupy little space and little weight, at the construction site it is very easy to deploy the structures and thus form the stands and display furniture without requiring additional tools.
- Each structure can have two, fres, four or up to five modules, said structures are joined side by side to build stands for advertising and product display, that is, each structure joins one side to the other with locking thymes turning them in the remediable threads, thus forming a backing wall with two structures, with three structures joined together in the same way creates the minimum dimension for a stand.
- the uses of the curved modules are: adding a circumference within a square module, which can be used on the ceiling or in the structure according to the design, another use is a square module with a straight corner and another curve, another use is a module with a straight side and half circumference.
- a backing wall or stand will be added two structures that support vertically at each end, each with the same number of modules in height of the central structure and a certain width, according to the design.
- the structures that make up the stand are covered with interchangeable sheets in rigid base such as polystyrene, acrylic, polycarbonate or fabric with digital prints, which have the corporate images of these companies, which are placed by direct manual pressure on the contact tape that has been previously pasted on the front side of the modules.
- rigid base such as polystyrene, acrylic, polycarbonate or fabric with digital prints, which have the corporate images of these companies, which are placed by direct manual pressure on the contact tape that has been previously pasted on the front side of the modules.
- This module device allows to optimize the construction and installation time of a stand in a fairground or exhibition place because these structures are portable, that is, it is a device of deployable modules that passes from the compact order to open and extended, In its compact state it is easy to transport, it is small in volume and light, it does not require additional tools, it is only necessary to place and turn the locking screws on the rivet threads, they are reusable because the sheets or the fabric that cover the stand structures are interchangeable what which allows its use in another fair or event and are reconfigurable because the structures allow variants of an initial design.
- the set of drop-down modules allows building points of attention at the fair (counters), exhibitors, among others, which are assembled using a structure of four modules, joining its two ends, in a 90 ° position between modules to obtain a square or rectangular solid, joined with locking threads in remapables threads and in the upper part there is a base for display furniture such as wood or aero which is secured with screws in rivetable threads.
