下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
本实施例提供的网络连接装置可以内置于各种上网电子设备,也可以 外置于各种上网电子设备;请参见图1所示,其包括网络连接检测模块101 和网络连接处理模块102;本实施例中的网络连接检测模块101和网络连接 处理模块102既可通过软件实现,也可通过硬件或硬件结合软件实现;其 中:
网络连接检测模块101配置为在终端发起网络连接时,检测到该终端 当前进行的网络连接失败后,自动检测该终端当前的网络设置,并将检测 结果发送给网络连接处理模块102;
网络连接处理模块102配置为根据网络连接检测模块101发送的检测 结果进行网络连接处理。
请参见图2所示,在本实施例中的网络连接装置还可包括判断模块103, 该判断模块103配置为在网络连接处理模块102根据检测结果进行网络连 接处理之前,判断终端当前发起联网请求的应用是否是终端当前前台的应 用,也即判断当前用户是否手动发起上网操作,用户此时的真实使用意图 是否是需要连接互联网;如是,网络连接检测模块101和/或网络连接处理 模块102才进行上述处理;否则,不进行上述操作。
本实施例中,网络连接检测模块101在终端连网失败时,检测终端当 前的网络设置包括检测终端的各上网模块的设置情况,得到检测结果,其 中:
当检测结果为终端的上网模块(包括数据上网模块和WIFI上网模块) 都为关闭时,网络连接处理模块102根据检测结果进行网络连接处理为: 开启终端的至少一个上网模块或提示用户开启所述终端的至少一个上网模 块。例如,当检测到终端的数据上网模块和WIFI上网模块都关闭时,则可 以自动开启WIFI上网模块和/或数据上网模块;或提示用户开启数据上网 模块和/或WIFI上网模块;具体的提示方式可以是在终端上显示一操作的 开关选项,以供用户选择操作;
当检测结果为终端的数据上网模块关闭、WIFI上网模块开启时,网络 连接处理模块102根据检测结果进行网络连接处理为:检测搜索到的热点 中是否存在历史使用过的和/或免费的热点,如存在,从中选一个进行连接; 具体可为从各检测到的历史使用过的和/或免费的热点中,按照信号强度顺 序自动连接一个,当连接上可用热点后,用户可正常上网;
当检测结果为终端的数据上网模块开启、WIFI上网模块关闭时,网络 连接处理模块102根据检测结果进行网络连接处理为:
开启终端的WIFI上网模块进行上网连接;
或开启WIFI上网模块进行上网连接,同时还关闭终端的数据上网模 块;
或检测当前的网络信号强度是否满足联网要求,如不满足,则提示用 户开启终端的WIFI上网模块或自动开启终端的WIFI上网模块;
如当前的网络信号强度满足联网要求,采用预先设置的上网指令查询 终端是否开通上网业务,如未开通,则开通上网业务;如已开通,则检测 开通的上网流量是否已经使用完,如是,则开通流量叠加包。本实施例中 的上网指令可以直接预先内置到终端中,也可直接预先内置到网络连接装 置的存储模块中,以供调用;
当检测结果为终端的数据上网模块和WIFI上网模块均开启时,网络连 接处理模块102根据检测结果进行网络连接处理时,可以优先对WIFI上网 模块进行诊断,再对数据上网模块进行诊断;当然,该顺序也可颠倒过来, 或二者同时进行;下面以几种具体的检测实施为例进行说明:
先检测WIFI上网模块的方案如下:
检测搜索到的热点中是否存在历史使用过的和/或免费的热点,如存在, 则从中选一个进行连接;如不存在,检测当前的网络信号强度是否满足联 网要求,如满足,采用预先设置的上网指令查询所述终端是否开通上网业 务,如未开通,则开通上网业务;如已开通,则检测开通的上网流量是否 已经使用完,如是,则开通流量叠加包;
先检测数据上网模块的方案如下:
检测当前的网络信号强度是否满足联网要求,如满足,采用预先设置 的上网指令查询所述终端是否开通上网业务,如未开通,则开通上网业务; 如已开通,则检测开通的上网流量是否已经使用完,如是,则开通流量叠 加包;否则,检测搜索到的热点中是否存在历史使用过的和/或免费的热点, 如存在,则从中选一个进行连接。
在本实施例中,网络连接处理模块102自动开通上网业务的过程包括:
通过调用流量套餐获取指令获取运营商提供的流量套餐;
检测终端中当前存在的上网应用的个数,根据检测结果从运营商提供 的流量套餐中选择开通一个对应的流量套餐;例如,当检测到终端中当前 存在的上网应用个数在0-5个之间时,则选用流量最小的套餐;当检测到终 端中当前存在的上网应用个数在6-10个之间时,则选上一级的流量套餐, 依次类推;
在本实施例中,网络连接处理模块102自动开通流量叠加包的过程包 括:
通过调用流量叠加套餐获取指令获取运营商提供的流量叠加套餐;
根据终端上网流量的历史使用情况和/或本月剩余天数,从运营商提供 的流量叠加套餐中选择开通一个对应的流量叠加套餐;例如,检测终端历 史上网数据流量的使用情况,进而计算得到历史每日数据流的值m,可以 根据该值m选择一个对应的流量叠加套餐;还可进一步计算本月剩余天线 n,然后用m*n即可得到本月可能还需要使用的流量值,根据该流量值选择 对应的叠加套餐;或者直接根据本月剩余的天数选择一个对应的流量叠加 套餐。
可见,利用本实施例提供的网络连接装置,当终端网络连接失败时, 可以自动根据终端当前的网络设置情况进行网络处理,不需要用户手动的 到各个功能界面进行排查,更便于用户上网操作,提高用户体验的满意度。
上述各模块可以由电子设备中的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit, CPU)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)或可编程逻辑阵 列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)实现。
实施例二:
本实施例结合一个完整的流程示意图对本发明做进一步的说明。
请参见图3所示,本实施例中的网络连接过程包括:
步骤301:处于未连网状态的终端中的一个应用A发起网络连接请求;
步骤302:判断该应用A是否是终端当前的前台应用,如是,转至步 骤303;否则,转至步骤306;
步骤303:判断为用户手动打开了需要上网的应用A,终端发起连网请 求;
步骤304:检测到终端当前的网络连接失败时,检测终端当前的网络设 置;
步骤305:根据检测结果进行网络连接处理,结束本次流程。
步骤306:判断为终端的后台需要使用流量,为了不打扰用户,不作响 应处理。
本实施例中,上述步骤302并非实现本发明的一个必要步骤,可以不 经该步骤,而直接转至步骤303中,也即终端不管是后台应用还是前台应 用,都直接发起连网请求。
在本实施例中,上述步骤305的执行过程具体如下:
当检测结果为终端的所有上网模块(包括数据上网模块和WIFI上网模 块)都为关闭时,网络连接处理模块102根据检测结果进行网络连接处理 为:开启终端的至少一个上网模块或提示用户开启所述终端的至少一个上 网模块。例如,当检测到终端的数据上网模块和WIFI上网模块都关闭时, 则可以自动开启WIFI上网模块和/或数据上网模块;或提示用户开启数据 上网模块和/或WIFI上网模块;具体的提示方式可以是在终端上显示一操 作的开关选项,以供用户选择操作,请参见图4所示。
当检测结果为终端的数据上网模块关闭、WIFI上网模块开启时,网络 连接处理模块102根据检测结果进行网络连接处理为:检测搜索到的热点 中是否存在历史使用过的和/或免费的热点,如存在,从中选一个进行连接; 具体可为从各检测到的历史使用过的和/或免费的热点中,按照信号强度顺 序自动连接一个,当连接上可用热点后,用户可正常上网;呈现给用户的 应用界面如图5所示。
当检测结果为终端的数据上网模块开启、WIFI上网模块关闭时,网络 连接处理模块102根据检测结果进行网络连接处理为:
开启终端的WIFI上网模块进行上网连接;
或开启WIFI上网模块进行上网连接,同时还关闭终端的数据上网模 块;
或检测当前的网络信号强度是否满足联网要求,如不满足,则提示用 户开启终端的WIFI上网模块或自动开启终端的WIFI上网模块;
如当前的网络信号强度满足联网要求,采用预先设置的上网指令查询 终端是否开通上网业务,如未开通,则开通上网业务,具体过程如下:通 过调用流量套餐获取指令获取运营商提供的流量套餐;检测终端中当前存 在的上网应用的个数,根据检测结果从运营商提供的流量套餐中选择开通 一个对应的流量套餐;例如,当检测到终端中当前存在的上网应用个数在 0-5个之间时,则选用流量最小的套餐;当检测到终端中当前存在的上网应 用个数在6-10个之间时,则选上一级的流量套餐,依次类推;呈现给用户 的显示界面如图6所示;如已开通上网业务,则检测开通的上网流量是否 已经使用完,如是,则开通流量叠加包,具体过程如下:
通过调用流量叠加套餐获取指令获取运营商提供的流量叠加套餐;
根据终端上网流量的历史使用情况和/或本月剩余天数,从运营商提供 的流量叠加套餐中选择开通一个对应的流量叠加套餐;例如,检测终端历 史上网数据流量的使用情况,进而计算得到历史每日数据流的值m,可以 根据该值m选择一个对应的流量叠加套餐;还可进一步计算本月剩余天线 n,然后用m*n即可得到本月可能还需要使用的流量值,根据该流量值选择 对应的叠加套餐;或者直接根据本月剩余的天数选择一个对应的流量叠加 套餐,呈现给用户的显示界面如图7所示;
本实施例中的应用到的各种指令可以直接预先内置到终端中,也可直 接预先内置到网络连接装置的存储模块中,以供调用;
当检测结果为终端的数据上网模块和WIFI上网模块均开启时,网络连 接处理模块102根据检测结果进行网络连接处理时,可以优先对WIFI上网 模块进行诊断,再对数据上网模块进行诊断;当然,该顺序也可颠倒过来, 或二者同时进行;下面以几种具体的检测实施为例进行说明:
先检测WIFI上网模块的方案如下:
检测搜索到的热点中是否存在历史使用过的和/或免费的热点,如存在, 则从中选一个进行连接;如不存在,检测当前的网络信号强度是否满足联 网要求,如满足,采用预先设置的上网指令查询所述终端是否开通上网业 务,如未开通,则开通上网业务,开通过程可同上,也可提示用户手动开 通;如已开通,则检测开通的上网流量是否已经使用完,如是,则开通流 量叠加包,开通过程也同上,也可提示用户手动开通;此时呈现给用户的 显示界面如图8所示。
先检测数据上网模块的方案如下:
检测当前的网络信号强度是否满足联网要求,如满足,采用预先设置 的上网指令查询所述终端是否开通上网业务,如未开通,则开通上网业务; 如已开通,则检测开通的上网流量是否已经使用完,如是,则开通流量叠 加包;否则,检测搜索到的热点中是否存在历史使用过的和/或免费的热点, 如存在,则从中选一个进行连接。
可见,利用本发明实施例提供的网络连接方案,当终端网络连接失败 时,可以自动根据终端当前的网络设置情况进行网络处理,不需要用户手 动的到各个功能界面进行排查,更便于用户上网操作,提高用户体验的满 意度。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的设备和方法, 可以通过其它的方式实现。以上所描述的设备实施例仅仅是示意性的,例 如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外 的划分方式,如:多个单元或组件可以结合,或可以集成到另一个系统, 或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另外,所显示或讨论的各组成部分相互 之间的耦合、或直接耦合、或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,设备或单元 的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性的、机械的或其它形式的。
上述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是、或也可以不是物理上分开的, 作为单元显示的部件可以是、或也可以不是物理单元;既可以位于一个地 方,也可以分布到多个网络单元上;可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分 或全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个处理单 元中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以上单 元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可 以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于计算机可 读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而 前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory, ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘 等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
或者,本发明上述集成的单元如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为 独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出 贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一 个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算 机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或 部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(Read-Only  Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁 碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可 轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明 的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种网络连接方法及装置,其中,所述方法包括在终端 发起网络连接时,检测到终端当前进行的网络连接失败后,自动检测终端 当前的网络设置,根据检测结果进行网络连接处理,并不需要用户手动到 各个功能菜单或面板中去排查各个开关或者设置是否正确,更便于用户的 上网操作,进而提高用户体验的满意度。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种网络连接方法,所述方法包括:
    终端发起网络连接;
    检测到所述终端当前进行的网络连接失败后,自动检测所述终端当前 的网络设置;
    根据检测结果进行网络连接处理。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的网络连接方法,其中,当所述检测结果为所述 终端的所有上网模块都为关闭时,根据检测结果进行网络连接处理为:
    开启所述终端的至少一个上网模块或提示用户开启所述终端的至少一 个上网模块。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的网络连接方法,其中,当所述检测结果为所述 终端的数据上网模块关闭、WIFI上网模块开启时,根据检测结果进行网络 连接处理为:
    检测搜索到的热点中是否存在历史使用过的和/或免费的热点,如存在, 从中选一个进行连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的网络连接方法,其中,当所述检测结果为所述 终端的数据上网模块开启、WIFI上网模块关闭时,根据检测结果进行网络 连接处理为:
    开启所述WIFI上网模块,
    或开启所述WIFI上网模块,关闭所述数据上网模块;
    或自动检测当前的网络信号强度是否满足联网要求,如否,提示用户 开启所述WIFI上网模块或自动开启所述WIFI上网模块;
    如当前的网络信号强度满足联网要求,采用预先设置的上网指令查询 所述终端是否开通上网业务,如未开通,则开通上网业务;如已开通,则 检测开通的上网流量是否已经使用完,如是,则开通流量叠加包。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的网络连接方法,其中,当所述检测结果为所述 终端的数据上网模块和WIFI上网模块均开启时,根据检测结果进行网络连 接处理为:
    检测搜索到的热点中是否存在历史使用过的和/或免费的热点,如存在, 则从中选一个进行连接;如不存在,检测当前的网络信号强度是否满足联 网要求,如满足,采用预先设置的上网指令查询所述终端是否开通上网业 务,如未开通,则开通上网业务;如已开通,则检测开通的上网流量是否 已经使用完,如是,则开通流量叠加包;
    或检测当前的网络信号强度是否满足联网要求,如满足,采用预先设 置的上网指令查询所述终端是否开通上网业务,如未开通,则开通上网业 务;如已开通,则检测开通的上网流量是否已经使用完,如是,则开通流 量叠加包;
    否则,检测搜索到的热点中是否存在历史使用过的和/或免费的热点, 如存在,则从中选一个进行连接。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的网络连接方法,其中,所述开通上网业务包括:
    通过流量套餐获取指令获取运营商提供的流量套餐;
    检测所述终端中当前存在的上网应用的个数,根据检测结果从运营商 提供的流量套餐中选择开通一个对应的流量套餐;
    所述开通流量叠加包包括:
    通过流量叠加套餐获取指令获取运营商提供的流量叠加套餐;
    根据所述终端上网流量的历史使用情况和/或本月剩余天数,从运营商 提供的流量叠加套餐中选择开通一个对应的流量叠加套餐。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的网络连接方法,其中,所述方法还包 括:
    在根据检测结果进行网络连接处理之前,判断所述终端当前发起联网 请求的应用是否是终端当前前台的应用。
  8. 一种网络连接装置,所述装置包括网络连接检测模块和网络连接处 理模块;
    所述网络连接检测模块配置为检测到终端当前进行的网络连接失败后, 检测所述终端当前的网络设置,并将检测结果发送给所述网络连接处理模 块;
    所述网络连接处理模块配置为根据所述检测结果进行网络连接处理。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的网络连接装置,其中,当所述检测结果为所述 终端的所有上网模块都为关闭时,所述网络连接处理模块根据检测结果进 行网络连接处理为:
    开启所述终端的至少一个上网模块或提示用户开启所述终端的至少一 个上网模块。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的网络连接装置,其中,当所述检测结果为所 述终端的数据上网模块关闭、WIFI上网模块开启时,所述网络连接处理模 块根据检测结果进行网络连接处理为:
    检测搜索到的热点中是否存在历史使用过的和/或免费的热点,如存在, 从中选一个进行连接。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的网络连接装置,其中,当所述检测结果为所 述终端的数据上网模块开启、WIFI上网模块关闭时,所述网络连接处理模 块根据检测结果进行网络连接处理为:
    开启所述WIFI上网模块,
    或开启所述WIFI上网模块,关闭所述数据上网模块;
    或检测当前的网络信号强度是否满足联网要求,如否,提示用户开启 所述WIFI上网模块或自动开启所述WIFI上网模块;
    如当前的网络信号强度满足联网要求,采用预先设置的上网指令查询 所述终端是否开通上网业务,如未开通,则开通上网业务;如已开通,则 检测开通的上网流量是否已经使用完,如是,则开通流量叠加包。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的网络连接装置,其中,当所述检测结果为所 述终端的数据上网模块和WIFI上网模块均开启时,所述网络连接处理模块 根据检测结果进行网络连接处理为:
    检测搜索到的热点中是否存在历史使用过的和/或免费的热点,如存在, 则从中选一个进行连接;如不存在,检测当前的网络信号强度是否满足联 网要求,如满足,采用预先设置的上网指令查询所述终端是否开通上网业 务,如未开通,则开通上网业务;如已开通,则检测开通的上网流量是否 已经使用完,如是,则开通流量叠加包;
    或检测当前的网络信号强度是否满足联网要求,如满足,采用预先设 置的上网指令查询所述终端是否开通上网业务,如未开通,则开通上网业 务;如已开通,则检测开通的上网流量是否已经使用完,如是,则开通流 量叠加包;
    否则,检测搜索到的热点中是否存在历史使用过的和/或免费的热点, 如存在,则从中选一个进行连接。
  13. 如权利要求8-12任一项所述的网络连接装置,其中,所述装置还 包括判断模块,
    所述判断模块配置为在所述网络连接处理模块根据所述检测结果进行 网络连接处理之前,判断所述终端当前发起联网请求的应用是否是终端当 前前台的应用。
  14. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机可执行 指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行所述权利要求1至7任一项所述的 方法。
