上述方案中,所述第一获取单元包括:
第一发送子单元,配置为根据所述URL链接,通过在所述URL链接 对应的彩铃获取页面发送彩铃订购请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器至彩 铃中心业务处理器;
第二发送子单元,配置为在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述彩铃订购 请求信息反馈的第一彩铃订购确认信息后,发送第二彩铃订购确认信息至 所述业务处理器;
接收子单元,配置为在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述第二彩铃订购 确认信息反馈的彩铃订购完成信息后,完成彩铃订购。
上述方案中,所述第二获取单元包括:

第三发送子单元,配置为根据所述URL链接,通过在所述URL链接 对应的彩铃获取页面发送彩铃下载请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器至彩 铃中心业务处理器;
第四发送子单元,配置为在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述彩铃下载 请求信息反馈的彩铃下载验证码确认信息后,通过在所述彩铃获取页面发 送所述接收到的彩铃下载验证码信息至所述业务处理器,完成彩铃下载。
上述方案中,所述快速反应二维码包含彩铃中心网络服务器IP以及加 密彩铃ID。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中 存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行前述的彩铃获 取方法。
本发明实施例提供的彩铃获取方法、终端及计算机存储介质,通过终 端扫描快速反应二维码,获取一用于获取彩铃的统一资源定位符URL链接; 根据所述URL链接,获取彩铃。本方案减少了用户和彩铃中心的交互,以 及能够快速对指定的铃音进行订购、试听、下载等。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具 体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
本发明实施例针对现有技术用户获取彩铃时与彩铃中心交互繁杂,获 取彩铃速度较慢的问题,提供一种彩铃获取方法,所述方法包括:扫描快 速反应二维码,获取一用于获取彩铃的统一资源定位符(URL,Uniform  Resource Locator)链接;根据所述URL链接,获取彩铃。本发明实施例的 方案能够减少用户和彩铃中心的交互,以及能够快速对指定的铃音进行订 购、试听、下载等。
图1表示本发明实施例的彩铃获取方法流程图,如图1所示,彩铃获 取方法流程如下:
步骤11,扫描快速反应二维码,获取用于获取彩铃的统一资源定位符 URL链接;
步骤12,根据所述URL链接,获取彩铃。
这里,根据所述URL链接,可以实现订购彩铃、和/或试听彩铃、和/ 或下载彩铃。
本发明实施例所涉及的终端具体可以是移动终端;移动终端扫描一宣 传海报上或者其他平面宣传媒介上显示的彩铃中心为一彩铃定制的快速反 应二维码,通过该快速反应二维码获取所述彩铃的统一资源定位符URL链 接,比如该链接为http://10.47.170.2/colorring/web/id=2a1cc2,用户可以通过 点击该链接进入彩铃获取页面或者在获取到该链接后直接进入彩铃获取页 面,或者通过其他方式等进入彩铃获取页面。在该页面有彩铃的订购、下 载和试听功能,用户可以根据自身需求去选择其中一种功能、或者其中两 种功能、或者其中三种功能。其中,所述彩铃为身份识别码(ID,IDentity) 加密状态,所述快速反应二维码中包含彩铃中心网络服务器网际协议地址 (IP,Internet Protocol)以及该加密彩铃ID。
下面通过对彩铃的订购、试听、下载流程等实施例的详细描述来说明 本发明的根据URL链接获取彩铃的过程。
如图2所示,为彩铃订购组网架构图,其中重点提到彩铃中心以及彩 铃中心的WEB服务器即网络服务器;网络服务器接收移动终端的彩铃订 购、试听、下载等请求,并在验证请求后,转发请求至彩铃中心业务处理 器;所述业务处理器通过短信接口机与短信服务中心相连接,实现短信在 移动终端与彩铃中心业务处理器之间的传输。
由图可看出,移动终端主要连接的是彩铃中心的网络服务器,通过WEB 服务和确认短信等实现移动终端、彩铃中心网络服务器、彩铃中心业务处 理器中二者或三者的交互,进而完成铃音订购过程。
图3表示本发明实施例的彩铃订购方法流程图一;下面结合图3所示, 说明彩铃订购方法流程:
步骤11,终端扫描快速反应二维码,获取用于获取彩铃的统一资源定 位符URL链接;
这里,终端、具体是移动终端扫描一宣传海报上或者其他平面宣传媒 介上显示的彩铃中心为一彩铃定制的快速反应二维码,通过该快速反应二 维码获取彩铃的URL链接,通过点击该链接进入彩铃获取页面。
步骤31,终端根据URL链接,通过在所述URL链接对应的彩铃获取 页面发送彩铃订购请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器至彩铃中心业务处理 器;
步骤32,终端在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述彩铃订购请求信息反 馈的第一彩铃订购确认信息后,发送第二彩铃订购确认信息至所述业务处 理器;
步骤33,终端在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述第二彩铃订购确认信 息反馈的彩铃订购完成信息后,完成彩铃订购。
图4表示本发明实施例的彩铃订购方法流程图二;下面结合图4所示, 具体说明彩铃订购流程:
如图4所示,移动终端扫描为彩铃定制的快速反应二维码,通过该快 速反应二维码获取彩铃的URL链接,通过点击该链接进入彩铃获取页面, 该移动终端用户在彩铃获取页面的订购框中输入自己的手机号码A和验证 码,点击确认键,通过WEB服务发送用户的彩铃订购请求信息至具有快速 反应二维码指定IP标识的彩铃中心网络服务器,完成步骤41;网络服务器 通过WEB服务将用户的彩铃订购请求信息提交给彩铃中心业务处理器,完 成步骤42;其中,所述网络服务器用于对彩铃订购请求进行验证,并在验 证成功后,提交彩铃订购请求至业务处理器。
彩铃中心的业务处理器在上述彩铃获取页面上提示确认短信已下发到 该订购移动终端上,需用户二次确认后生效,完成步骤43;彩铃中心的业 务处理器提交确认短信给手机号码为A的移动终端,完成步骤44;这里, 所述确认短信作为前述的根据所述彩铃订购请求信息反馈的第一彩铃订购 确认信息。
该移动终端的用户收到短信,回复确认短信给彩铃中心,完成步骤45; 这里,针对确认短信所回复的信息作为前述的第二彩铃订购确认信息。
彩铃中心收到确认短信后给该移动终端正式订购一首彩铃,并提交一 条彩铃订购成功的短信给该移动终端,完成步骤46。
图5表示本发明实施例的彩铃试听方法流程图一;下面结合图5所示, 说明彩铃试听方法:
步骤11,终端扫描快速反应二维码,获取用于获取彩铃的统一资源定 位符URL链接;
这里,终端、具体是移动终端扫描一宣传海报上或者其他平面宣传媒 介上显示的彩铃中心为一彩铃定制的快速反应二维码,通过该快速反应二 维码获取彩铃的URL链接,通过点击该链接进入彩铃获取页面。
步骤51,终端根据所述URL链接,通过在所述URL链接对应的彩铃 获取页面发送彩铃试听请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器至彩铃中心业务 处理器,建立与所述业务处理器的流媒体链接完成彩铃试听。
图6表示本发明实施例的彩铃试听方法流程图二;下面结合图6所示, 具体说明彩铃试听流程:
如图6所示,移动终端扫描为彩铃定制的快速反应二维码,通过该快 速反应二维码获取彩铃的URL链接,通过点击该链接进入彩铃获取页面, 该移动终端用户在彩铃获取页面选择试听选择按键,通过WEB服务发送用 户的彩铃试听请求信息至具有快速反应二维码指定IP标识的彩铃中心网络 服务器,完成步骤61;网络服务器通过WEB服务将用户的彩铃试听请求 信息提交给彩铃中心业务处理器,完成步骤62;其中,所述网络服务器用 于对彩铃试听请求进行验证,并在验证成功后,提交彩铃试听请求至业务 处理器。
彩铃中心业务处理器接收到该彩铃试听请求信息后,建立和移动终端 的流媒体链接,完成步骤63;用户打开移动终端的媒体播放器,开始欣赏 该铃音的播放。
图7表示本发明实施例的彩铃下载方法流程图一;下面结合图7所示, 说明彩铃下载方法流程,彩铃下载方法流程如下:
步骤11,终端扫描快速反应二维码,获取用于获取彩铃的统一资源定 位符URL链接;
这里,终端、具体是移动终端扫描一宣传海报上或者其他平面宣传媒 介上显示的彩铃中心为一彩铃定制的快速反应二维码,通过该快速反应二 维码获取彩铃的URL链接,通过点击该链接进入彩铃获取页面。
步骤71,终端根据所述URL链接,通过在所述URL链接对应的彩铃 获取页面发送彩铃下载请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器至彩铃中心业务 处理器;
步骤72,终端在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述彩铃下载请求信息反 馈的彩铃下载验证码确认信息后,通过在所述彩铃获取页面发送所述彩铃 下载验证码信息至所述业务处理器,完成彩铃下载。
图8表示本发明实施例的彩铃下载方法流程图二;下面结合图8所示, 具体说明彩铃下载流程:
如图8所示,移动终端扫描为彩铃定制的快速反应二维码,通过该快 速反应二维码获取彩铃的URL链接,通过点击该链接进入彩铃获取页面, 该移动终端用户在彩铃获取页面的下载选择框中输入自己的手机号码A和 验证码,点击确认按键,通过WEB服务发送用户彩铃下载请求信息至具有 快速反应二维码指定IP标识的彩铃中心网络服务器,完成步骤81;网络服 务器通过WEB服务将用户彩铃下载请求信息提交给彩铃中心业务处理器, 完成步骤82;其中,所述网络服务器用于对彩铃下载请求进行验证,并在 验证成功后,提交彩铃下载请求至业务处理器。
彩铃中心业务处理器在上述彩铃获取页面上提示验证码短信已下发到 该订购手机上,需输入验证码后方可实现彩铃文件的下载,完成步骤83; 彩铃中心业务处理器提交含验证码的短信给手机号码为A的移动终端,完 成步骤84;
该移动终端的用户收到短信,在页面的待输入确认验证码栏正确填写 验证码,网络服务器提供的WEB服务建立网络服务器和彩铃中心业务处理 器的链接,实现铃音文件下载到本地,完成步骤85。
本发明实施例还记载了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中 存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行前述的彩铃获 取方法。
当然,上述彩铃订购、试听、下载的实施例只为优选方式。由上可看 出本发明实施例的技术方案减少了用户和彩铃中心的繁琐交互,能够快速 对指定的铃音进行订购、试听和/或下载。
图9表示本发明实施例的终端结构示意图;如图9所示,本发明实施 例还提供的一种终端,包括:
扫描模块91,配置为扫描快速反应二维码,获取一用于获取彩铃的统 一资源定位符URL链接;
获取模块92,配置为根据所述URL链接,获取彩铃。其中,所述快速 反应二维码包含彩铃中心网络服务器IP以及加密彩铃ID。
而上述获取模块92还包括:
第一获取单元,配置为根据所述URL链接,订购彩铃;和/或,
第二获取单元,配置为根据所述URL链接,试听彩铃;和/或,
第三获取单元,配置为根据所述URL链接,下载彩铃。
图10表示本发明实施例的终端中第一获取单元结构示意图;如图10 所示,所述第一获取单元包括:
第一发送子单元101,配置为根据所述URL链接,通过在所述URL链 接对应的彩铃获取页面发送彩铃订购请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器至 彩铃中心业务处理器;
第二发送子单元102,配置为在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述彩铃订 购请求信息反馈的第一彩铃订购确认信息后,发送第二彩铃订购确认信息 至所述业务处理器;
接收子单元103,配置为在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述第二彩铃订 购确认信息反馈的彩铃订购完成信息后,完成彩铃订购。
图11表示本发明实施例的终端中第二获取单元结构示意图;如图11 所示,所述第二获取单元包括:
流媒体链接建立子单元110,配置为根据所述URL链接,通过在所述 URL链接对应的彩铃获取页面发送彩铃试听请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服 务器至彩铃中心业务处理器,建立与所述业务处理器的流媒体链接完成彩 铃试听。
图12表示本发明实施例的终端中第三获取单元结构示意图;如图12 所示,所述第三获取单元包括:
第三发送子单元120,配置为根据所述URL链接,通过在所述URL链 接对应的彩铃获取页面发送彩铃下载请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器至 彩铃中心业务处理器;
第四发送子单元121,配置为在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述彩铃下 载请求信息反馈的彩铃下载验证码确认信息后,通过在所述彩铃获取页面 发送所述接收到的彩铃下载验证码信息至所述业务处理器,完成彩铃下载。
在实际应用中,所述扫描模块91、获取模块92、所述获取模块92包 括的各个获取单元、以及所述各个获取单元包括的相应子单元均可由中央 处理单元(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、或数字信号处理(DSP,Digital  Signal Processor)、或微处理器(MPU,Micro Processor Unit)、或现场可编 程门阵列(FPGA,Field Programmable Gate Array)等来实现;所述CPU、 DSP、MPU、FPGA均可内置于终端中。
需要说明的是,该终端是与上述方法实施例对应的终端,上述方法实 施例中所有实现方式均适用于该终端的实施例中,也能达到相同的技术效 果。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、 或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用硬件实施例、软件实施例、或结 合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其 中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘 存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种彩铃获取方法,应用于一移动终端,所述方法包括:
    扫描快速反应二维码,获取用于获取彩铃的统一资源定位符URL链接;
    根据所述URL链接,获取彩铃。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的彩铃获取方法,其中,所述根据所述URL 链接,获取彩铃,包括:
    根据所述URL链接,订购彩铃;和/或,
    根据所述URL链接,试听彩铃;和/或,
    根据所述URL链接,下载彩铃。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的彩铃获取方法,其中,所述根据所述URL 链接,订购彩铃,包括:
    根据所述URL链接,通过在所述URL链接对应的彩铃获取页面发送 彩铃订购请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器至彩铃中心业务处理器;
    在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述彩铃订购请求信息反馈的第一彩铃 订购确认信息后,发送第二彩铃订购确认信息至所述业务处理器;
    在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述第二彩铃订购确认信息反馈的彩铃 订购完成信息后,完成彩铃订购。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的彩铃获取方法,其中,所述根据所述URL 链接,试听彩铃,包括:
    根据所述URL链接,通过在所述URL链接对应的彩铃获取页面发送 彩铃试听请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器至彩铃中心业务处理器,建立 与所述业务处理器的流媒体链接完成彩铃试听。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的彩铃获取方法,其中,所述根据所述URL 链接,下载彩铃,包括:
    根据所述URL链接,通过在所述URL链接对应的彩铃获取页面发送 彩铃下载请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器至彩铃中心业务处理器;
    在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述彩铃下载请求信息反馈的彩铃下载 验证码确认信息后,通过在所述彩铃获取页面发送所述彩铃下载验证码信 息至所述业务处理器,完成彩铃下载。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的彩铃获取方法,其中,所述快速反应二维码 包含彩铃中心网络服务器IP以及加密彩铃ID。
  7. 一种终端,所述终端包括:
    扫描模块,配置为扫描快速反应二维码,获取用于获取彩铃的统一资 源定位符URL链接;
    获取模块,配置为根据所述URL链接,获取彩铃。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的终端,其中,所述获取模块包括:
    第一获取单元,配置为根据所述URL链接,订购彩铃;和/或,
    第二获取单元,配置为根据所述URL链接,试听彩铃;和/或,
    第三获取单元,配置为根据所述URL链接,下载彩铃。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述第一获取单元包括:
    第一发送子单元,配置为根据所述URL链接,通过在所述URL链接 对应的彩铃获取页面发送彩铃订购请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器至彩 铃中心业务处理器;
    第二发送子单元,配置为在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述彩铃订购 请求信息反馈的第一彩铃订购确认信息后,发送第二彩铃订购确认信息至 所述业务处理器;
    接收子单元,配置为在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述第二彩铃订购 确认信息反馈的彩铃订购完成信息后,完成彩铃订购。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述第二获取单元包括:
    流媒体链接建立子单元,配置为根据所述URL链接,通过在所述URL 链接对应的彩铃获取页面发送彩铃试听请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器 至彩铃中心业务处理器,建立与所述业务处理器的流媒体链接完成彩铃试 听。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述第三获取单元包括:
    第三发送子单元,配置为根据所述URL链接,通过在所述URL链接 对应的彩铃获取页面发送彩铃下载请求信息经由彩铃中心网络服务器至彩 铃中心业务处理器;
    第四发送子单元,配置为在接收到所述业务处理器根据所述彩铃下载 请求信息反馈的彩铃下载验证码确认信息后,通过在所述彩铃获取页面发 送所述彩铃下载验证码信息至所述业务处理器,完成彩铃下载。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的终端,其中,所述快速反应二维码包含彩 铃中心网络服务器IP以及加密彩铃ID。
  13. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执 行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1~6任一项所述的彩铃 获取方法。
