本发明所提供的实施例应用于蜂窝网络利用 WLAN ( Wireless Local Access Network , 无线局域网 ) 进行数据分流的场景中, 现有 的蜂窝网络数据分流的主要过程是: 基站直接将用户设备切换至运 营商提供的 WLAN ( Wireless Local Access Network , 无线局域网 ) 网络, 或者, 将用户设备的所有的业务分流至的营商提供的 WLAN 网络的 WiFi(Wireless Fidelity , 无线保真)接入点, 或者, 将用户设 备的部分业务分流至运营商提供的 WLAN 网络的 WiFi接入点中。 但是, 由于个人用户型 WiFi技术简单, 且安装方便, 使得当前越来 越多的个人和商家在家庭、 机场、 商场等地方自行提供 WiFi信号覆 盖。 因此, 在某些热点区域势必会出现运营商提供的 WLAN信号覆 盖与私有的 WiFi信号覆盖形成重叠, 即用户在同一位置既可以搜索 到运营商级的 WLAN 信号, 也可以搜索到个人或商家提供的 WiFi 信号, 而这种情况的出现会使得用户在使用私有的 WiFi信号时, 会 受到网络进行数据分流时发送的指令的影响, 因此, 针对上述这一 场景, 本发明的实施例提供了另一种网络数据分流的方法。
如图 1所示, 在用户设备侧, 该分流方法包括如下步骤:
101、 用户设备获取用户设备的状态信息, 该状态信息用于指 示用户设备与无线接入点的连接状态。
具体的, 对于驻留在某个 LTE ( Long Term Evolution , 长期演 进项目 ) 小区中处于空闲态的用户设备, 当用户设备需要接入 LTE 网络时, 用户设备会先收集自身状态信息, 该状态信息即用户设备 与无线接入点的连接状态。
其中, 上述的无线接入点可以是私有 WiFi网络的无线接入点, 也可以是运营商提供的 WLAN 网络的无线接入点。 运营商提供的 WLAN 网络是由无线网卡和无线交换机连接在一起组成一个微型局 域网络来进行信息互通的。 运营商提供的 WLAN网络作为一种高速 无线宽带接入技术, 运营商提供的 WLAN网络覆盖范围大, 且覆盖 范围内有多个无线接入点, 但是由于每个无线接入点只是无线侧的 收发机, 因此无线接入点是没有鉴权能力的, 所有的控制权都是通 过 AC access controller ( 即 WLAN 的核心网络) 来进行的。 私有 WiFi网络是通过无线接入点和路由器连接一起组成一个微型局域网 来进行信息互通的, 并且所有的功能都集中在无线接入点中, 如鉴 权能力。 同时私有 WiFi网络能够自动调节带宽, 保障了网络的稳定 性和可靠性, 使得其传输效率高, 但由于无线电波的覆盖半径小, 使得私有 WiFi 网络覆盖范围小。 此外, 运营商提供的 WLAN 网络 通常是需要付费的, 而私有的 WiFi网络通常是免费的, 因此, 当用 户设备在使用私有的 WiFi网络时, 通常是不愿意被基站分流至运营 商提供的 WLAN网络中的, 所以, 本发明所提出的分流方法是当用 户设备在使用运营商提供的 WLAN网络时, 才发起分流操作。
102、 用户设备根据状态信息向基站发送指示消息, 以便基站 根据指示消息确定是否指示用户设备分流至无线接入点。
其中 , 用户设备向基站发送的的指示信息可以为 ( Radio Resource Control , 无线资源控制 )信令,当用户设备与无线接入点不 为连接态时, 用户设备向基站发送的的 RRC信令可以指示基站不将 用户设备分流至无线接入点; 当用户设备与无线接入点处于连接态 时,该 RRC信令可以指示基站将用户设备切换至无线接入点。其中, 用户设备的的指示信息可以为具体的参数,如服务集标识 S S I D或无 线接入点的 MAC ( Medium/Media Access Control, 介质访问控制 ) 地址, 也可以为一个具体的指示信息用于指示用户设备所连接的无 线接入点是否属于运营商提供的无线局域网的无线接入点, 并且该 指示信息是通过用户设备与基站间的空口通道, 并在建立 RRC连接 时通过 RRC信令发送的。
在一种应用场景中, 用户设备根据所连接的无线接入点的 SSID与运营商提供的无线局域网 SSID(Service Set Identifier , 服务 集标识)进行对比, 并根据对比结果向基站发送指示信息, 以便基站 根据该指示信息确定是否对用户设备发起分流过程。 其中, 在该应 用场景中, 用户设备可以从 RRC 空闲态向 RRC 连接态转变, 并与 无线接入点处于连接状态。
可选的, 当该状态信息用于指示所述用户设备与所述无线接入 点处于连接状态时, 该方法还包括:
101 al、 用户设备获取无线局域网的第一服务集标识, 该无线 局域网由运营商提供。
其中, 用户设备在获取运营商提供的无线局域网的第一服务集 标识时, 可以从基站下发送的系统信息广播中获取, 还可以从用户 设备自身存储的运营商提供的所有无线局域网的 S SID 中找到此处 无线局域网的 SSID。
101 a2、 用户设备获取无线接入点的第二服务集标识。
进一步可选的, 根据上述步骤 l O l al和 101 a2所获取的服务集 标识, 步骤 102具体包括:
用户设备根据第一服务集标识、 第二服务集标识、 和状态信息 向基站发送指示消息, 该指示消息用于指示第一服务集标识与第二 服务集标识是否为同一标识。
需要说明的是, 通常情况下非运营商无线接入点的 S SID不会 与运营商无线接入点的 S SID相同。 因此, 用户设备将获取到的第一 服务集标识与第二服务集标识进行比对, 根据对比结果来判断用户 设备所连接的是否为运营商所提供的无线局域网的无线接入点。
具体的, 若第一服务集标识与第二服务集标识相同时, 说明用 户设备所连接的无线接入点为运营商提供的无线局域网的无线接入 点, 因此, 基站可以控制用户设备分流至运营商提供的无线局域网 中。
若第一服务集标识与第二服务集标识不相同时, 则用户设备所 连接的无线接入点为为私有的无线接入点, 说明用户设备不想被基 站切换出去或被基站分流出业务, 因此基站不对用户设备进行分流 操作。
在另一种应用场景中, 用户设备将所接的无线接入点的媒体接 入控制 ( Medium/Media Access Control, MAC ) 地址或月良务集标识 SSID发送至基站, 由基站来进行对比过程, 并根据对比结果确定是 否对用户设备发起分流过程。 其中, 在该应用场景中, 用户设备可 以从 RRC 空闲态向 RRC 连接态转变, 并与无线接入点处于连接状 态。
可选的, 步骤 102具体包括:
用户设备向基站发送无线接入点的媒体接入控制地址或无线 接入点的服务集标识。
在另一种应用场景中, 用户设备根据所连接的无线接入点的 MAC地址与运营商提供的无线局域网 MAC地址进行对比, 并根据 对比结果向基站发送指示信息其中, 在该应用场景中, 用户设备可 以从 RRC 空闲态向 RRC 连接态转变, 并与无线接入点处于连接状 态。
可选的, 在步骤 101之前还包括:
101b、 用户设备确定无线接入点所属的无线局域网是否由运营 商提供无线通讯服务。

用户设备向基站发送指示消息, 该指示消息用于指示无线接入 点是否属于运营商提供的无线局域网。 需要说明的是, 通常情况下, 每个无线局域网的无线接入点都 有一个与之对应的唯一的 MAC地址。 因此, 用户设备将获取到的无 线接入点的 MAC地址与运营商在该无线接入点的 MAC地址进行比 对, 根据对比结果来判断用户设备所连接的是否为运营商所提供的 无线局域网的无线接入点。 在少数情况下, 运营商提供的 S SID可能 与非运营商提供的 S SID相同, 但是 MAC地址不会重叠, 故, 通过 比对 MAC 地址, 可以更为准确得确定无线接入点是否由运营商提 供。
具体的, 若两个 MAC地址相同时, 说明用户设备所连接的无 线接入点为运营商提供的无线局域网的无线接入点, 因此, 基站可 以控制用户设备分流至运营商提供的无线局域网中。
若两个 MAC地址不相同时, 则用户设备所连接的无线接入点 为为私有的无线接入点, 说明用户设备不想被基站切换出去或被基 站分流出业务, 因此基站不对用户设备进行分流操作。
具体的, 下述的主要针对的是在连接态过于频繁切换的状态信 息的用户设备。
在另一种应用场景中, 基站主动发起请求, 要求用户设备上报 根据自身状态信息确定的指示信息, 以便基站根据该指示信息确定 是否对用户设备发起分流过程。
可选的, 在步骤 101之前, 该分流方法还包括;
102c , 用户设备接收基站发送的信息上报请求。
其中, 该信息上报请求是基站通过 RRC信令下发的。
进一步可选的, 步骤 101具体包括:
用户设备根据信息上报请求的指示获取用户设备的状态信息。 此外, 由于用户设备在网络中过于频繁的切换, 使得每次状态 变换都会触动用户设备上报自身状态信息和无线接入点连接状态信 息的过程, 这样势必会极大浪费空口的资源。 而在本方法釆用基站 主动发起请求, 只在基站准备进行分流时, 才要求用户设备上报自 身的状态信息和无线接入点连接状态信息, 能够最大限度的减少空 口资源的浪费。
在另一种应用场景中, 用户设备根据用户在自主打开和 /或关 闭用户设备的 WiFi开关向基站发送指示信息, 以便基站根据该指示 信息确定是否对用户设备发起分流过程。
可选的, 步骤 101之后还包括:
101 d、 用户设备获取用户设备的 WiFi 开关连接状态信息, 该 WiFi开关连接状态信息用于指示用户设备的 WiFi开关的连接状态。
具体的, 用户在自主打开和 /或关闭用户设备的 WiFi开关, 而 不是收到运营商网络控制打开和 /或关闭的情况下, 用户设备根据用 户设备的状态信息和用户设备的 WiFi 开关连接状态信息向基站发 送指示信息。 其中, 当用户设备的 WiFi开关处于开启状态时, 该指 示信息用于指示基站对用户设备进行分流操作, 当用户设备的 WiFi 开关处于关闭状态, 则该指示信息用于指示基站不对用户设备进行 分流操作。
在上述的五种应用场景中, 进一步可选的, 步骤 102还包括: 当用户设备处于空闲状态时, 在无线资源控制连接建立过程中 用户设备根据状态信息向基站发送指示消息, 以便于当用户设备处 于连接状态时, 基站指示用户设备分流至无线接入点。

当用户设备处于连接状态时, 基站指示用户设备分流至无线接 入点。
具体的, 用户设备在向基站发送指示信息, 首先要确认用户设 备是否接入无线网络, 如 LTE ( 为 3 GPP ( The 3rd Generation Partnership Proj ect ,第三代合作伙伴计划 )所主导的无线通信技术)、 GSM ( Global System of Mobile communication , 全球移动通讯系 统)、 WCDMA ( Wideband Code Division Multiple Access , 宽带码分 多址) 等, 或建立 RRC连接。 若用户设备处于连接态, 则基站可以 直接根据用户设备发送的指示信息指示用户设备分流至无线接入 点。 具体的, 在下述的两种应用场景针对的是处于切换状态的用户 设备, 其中, 当用户设备处于切换状态时, 用户设备会从源基站切 换到目标基站。
在另一种应用场景中, 用户设备通过源基站向目标基站发送指 示信息, 以便目标基站根据该指示信息确定是否对用户设备发起分 流过程。
可选的, 步骤 102具体包括:
102d、 用户设备根据状态信息向源基站发送指示消息, 以便于 源基站将指示信息转发至目标基站, 使得目标基站根据该指示信息 确定是否指示用户设备分流至无线接入点。
具体的, 源基站在用户设备处于自身小区覆盖范围内时, 保存 用户设备发送的指示信息。 当用户设备进行基站切换时, 源基站将 用户设备的指示信息包含在源基站与目标基站的上下文信息中, 并 通过 X2 口 ( 目标基站与源基站间的通信接口 )发送至目标基站, 从 而让目标基站根据用户设备发送的指示信息, 来确认是否指示用户 设备分流至无线接入点。 而具体的确认方法可以根据上述三种情况 的确认方法。

需要说明的是, 基站在向用户设备发送移动性状态参数时, 用 户设备与基站还未失去连接, 此时, 基站在分流过程中通过系统信 息广播将将移动性状态参数发送至用户设备, 以便于用户设备根据 该移动性状态参数配置定时器。
本发明的实施例提供的分流方法, 能够使得用户设备在与基站 的无线接入点失去连接的情况下, 向基站上报连接失败信息, 使得 基站可以准确获知用户设备的连接状态, 继而提升了基站对用户设 备进行分流时的准确性和分流效率, 进而提升了用户体验。

获取所述无线接入点的第二服务集标识;
所述发送单元, 具体用于:
根据所述第一服务集标识、 所述第二服务集标识、 和所述状态 信息向所述基站发送指示消息, 所述指示消息用于指示所述第一服务 集标识与所述第二服务集标识是否为同一标识。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的用户设备, 其特征在于:
当所述状态信息用于指示所述用户设备与所述无线接入点处于 连接状态时,
所述发送单元, 具体用于向所述基站发送所述无线接入点的媒 体接入控制地址或所述无线接入点的服务集标识。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的用户设备, 其特征在于:
当所述状态信息用于指示所述用户设备与所述无线接入点处于 连接状态时, 所述用户设备还包括: 判断单元, 用于确定所述无线接入点所属的无线局域网是否由 运营商提供无线通讯服务;
所述发送单元, 具体用于向所述基站发送所述指示消息, 所述 指示消息用于指示所述无线接入点是否属于所述运营商提供的无线 局域网。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的用户设备, 其特征在于:
所述判断单元, 具体用于判断所述无线接入点的媒体接入控制 地址是否由所述运营商提供无线通讯服务;
所述指示消息用于指示所述媒体接入控制地址是否由所述运营 商提供无线通讯服务。
19、 根据权利要求 14至 17任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在 于:
所述发送单元, 具体用于当所述用户设备处于空闲状态时, 在 无线资源控制连接建立过程中所述用户设备根据所述状态信息向所 述基站发送指示消息, 以便当所述用户设备处于连接状态时, 所述基 站指示所述用户设备分流至所述无线接入点。
20、 根据权利要求 14至 19任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在 于:
所述基站为第三代合作伙伴计划 3GPP 的基站, 所述无线接入 点为无线保真 WIFI接入点。
21、 一种基站, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收用户设备根据用户设备的状态信息发送的 指示信息, 所述状态信息用于指示所述用户设备与无线接入点的连接 状态;
处理单元, 用于根据所述指示消息确定是否指示所述用户设备 分流至所述无线接入点。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的基站, 其特征在于:
当所述状态信息用于指示所述用户设备与所述无线接入点处于 连接状态时, 所述基站还包括: 发送单元, 用于向所述用户设备发送无线局域网的第一服务集 标识, 以便于所述用户设备根据所述第一服务集标识、 获取的所述无 线接入点的第二服务集标识、 和所述状态信息向所述基站发送所述指 示消息, 其中, 所述无线局域网由运营商提供;
其中, 所述指示消息用于指示所述第一服务集标识与所述第二 服务集标识是否为同一标识。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的基站, 其特征在于:
所述处理单元, 具体用于当所述第一服务集标识与所述第二服 务集标识为相同标识, 或所述第二服务集标识不为私有服务集标识 时, 指示所述用户设备分流至所述无线接入点。
24、 根据权利要求 21所述的基站, 其特征在于:
当所述接收单元接收的所述状态信息指示所述用户设备与所述 无线接入点处于连接状态时,
所述接收单元, 具体用于接收所述用户设备发送的所述无线接 入点的媒体接入控制地址或所述无线接入点的服务集标识。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述处理单元, 具体用于根据所述无线接入点的媒体接入控制 地址或所述无线接入点的服务集标识判断所述无线接入点是否属于 所述运营商提供的无线局域网; 且当所述无线接入点属于所述运营商 提供的无线局域网时, 指示所述用户设备分流至所述无线接入点。
26、 根据权利要求 21所述的基站, 其特征在于:
当所述状态信息指示所述用户设备与所述无线接入点处于连接 状态, 且所述信息接收单元接收的所述指示消息指示所述无线接入点 是否属于所述运营商提供的无线局域网时,
所述处理单元, 具体用于当所述指示消息用于指示所述无线接 入点属于所述运营商提供的无线局域网时, 指示所述用户设备分流至 所述无线接入点。
27、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收机, 用于获取所述用户设备的状态信息, 所述状态信息用 于指示所述用户设备与无线接入点的连接状态;
发射机, 用于根据所述状态信息向基站发送指示消息, 以便所 述基站根据所述指示消息确定是否指示所述用户设备分流至所述无 线接入点。
28、 根据权利要求 27所述的用户设备, 其特征在于:
当所述状态信息用于指示所述用户设备与所述无线接入点处于 连接状态时;
所述接收机, 还用于获取无线局域网的第一服务集标识, 所述 无线局域网由运营商提供; 及用于获取所述无线接入点的第二服务集 标识;
所述发射机, 具体用于根据所述第一服务集标识、 所述第二服 务集标识、 和所述状态信息向所述基站发送指示消息, 所述指示消息 用于指示所述第一服务集标识与所述第二服务集标识是否为同一标 识。
29、 根据权利要求 27所述的用户设备, 其特征在于:
当所述状态信息用于指示所述用户设备与所述无线接入点处于 连接状态时;
所述发射机, 具体用于向所述基站发送所述无线接入点的媒体 接入控制地址或所述无线接入点的服务集标识。
30、 根据权利要求 27所述的用户设备, 其特征在于:
还包括处理器, 用于当所述状态信息用于指示所述用户设备与 所述无线接入点处于连接状态时, 确定所述无线接入点所属的无线局 域网是否由运营商提供无线通讯服务;
所述发射机, 具体用于向所述基站发送所述指示消息, 所述指 示消息用于指示所述无线接入点是否属于所述运营商提供的无线局 域网。

所述处理器, 具体用于当所述第一服务集标识与所述第二服务 集标识为相同标识, 或所述第二服务集标识不为私有服务集标识时 , 所述基站指示所述用户设备分流至所述无线接入点。

当所述状态信息指示所述用户设备与所述无线接入点处于连接 状态时;
所述接收机, 具体用于接收所述用户设备发送的所述无线接入 ,、的媒体接入控制地址或所述无线接入点的服务集标识。

所述处理器, 具体用于根据所述无线接入点的媒体接入控制地 址或所述无线接入点的服务集标识判断所述无线接入点是否属于所 述运营商提供的无线局域网; 及用于当所述无线接入点属于所述运营 商提供的无线局域网时, 指示所述用户设备分流至所述无线接入点。
