Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système pour stocker un aliment à l'aide d'une pluralité d'unités de confinement (200) qui peuvent être maintenues sur un plateau de stockage (210) pour stockage temporaire et transférées à un récipient de stockage (220), ayant un capuchon (222) apte à être fixé au récipient de stockage (220) pour un scellement étanche à l'air, pour stockage à long terme sur une grille (250) d'un congélateur.
