Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour ouvrir des blocages d'un vaisseau sanguin, des occlusions totales chroniques par exemple Le dispositif comprend une unité de perçage et une unité fixe ayant une pluralité de structures d'alignement courbes le long de son bord extérieur pour épouser la surface intérieure de la paroi d'un vaisseau sanguin. Un élément de transmission de couple (arbre d'entraînement) est placé dans l'unité fixe et se prolonge dans l'unité de perçage rotative. Les structures d'alignement courbes le long de la surface extérieure du dispositif permettent de centrer le dispositif dans le vaisseau sanguin empêchant ainsi le dispositif de fléchir et de percer les parois du vaisseau sanguin.
