- 가문틀을 덮도록 설치되는 수막형성 방화문틀로서,가문틀의 측면 단부를 덮는 측면커버부 및 가문틀의 상면을 덮는 상면커버부로 형성되는 제1단부커버부와,상기 상면커버부에서 상방으로 돌출되도록 형성되는 문짝수용부와,상기 문짝수용부의 측부에서 상방으로 단차지도록 형성되는 문짝지지부와,상기 문짝지지부에 인접하여 형성되며 가문틀의 대향 측면 단부를 덮는 측면커버부 및 가문틀의 대향 측면 상면을 덮는 상면커버부로 형성되는 제2단부커버부와,상기 문짝수용부에 수용되며 문짝을 향하는 방향으로 형성된 노즐부를 구비하는 제1물탱크를 포함하며,상기 문짝지지부의 내부에는 상방으로 개방되도록 형성되어 상기 제1물탱크를 설치할 수 있도록 제1물탱크 수용부가 형성되고,상기 제1물탱크 수용부의 저면에는 상기 노즐부를 수용하기 위한 관통공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀.
- 가문틀을 덮도록 설치되는 수막형성 방화문틀로서,가문틀의 일측 단부를 덮도록 고정되는 제1커버와,가문틀의 대향 타측 단부를 덮도록 고정되는 제2커버와,상기 제2커버에 수용되며 문짝을 향하는 방향으로 형성된 노즐부를 구비하는 제1물탱크를 포함하며,상기 제1커버는,가문틀의 일측 단부의 측면을 덮는 측면커버부 및 가문틀의 일측 단부의 상면을 덮는 상면커버부로 이루어지는 제1단부커버부로 형성되고,상기 제2커버는,상기 상면커버부에서 상방으로 돌출되도록 형성되는 문짝수용부와,상기 문짝수용부의 측부에서 상방으로 단차지도록 형성되는 문짝지지부와,상기 문짝지지부에 인접하여 형성되며 가문틀의 대향 측면 단부를 덮는 측면커버부 및 가문틀의 대향 측면 상면을 덮는 상면커버부로 형성되는 제2단부커버부로 이루어지고,상기 문짝지지부의 내부에는 상방으로 개방되도록 형성되어 상기 제1물탱크를 설치할 수 있도록 제1물탱크 수용부가 형성되고,상기 제1물탱크 수용부의 저면에는 상기 노즐부를 수용하기 위한 관통공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀.
- 가문틀을 덮도록 설치되는 수막형성 방화문틀로서,가문틀의 일측 단부를 덮도록 고정되는 제1단부커버와,상기 제1커버를 덮도록 고정되는 중앙커버와,상기 중앙커버에 인접하여 배치되어 가문틀의 대향 타측 단부를 덮도록 고정되는 제2단부커버와,상기 중앙커버에 수용되며 문짝을 향하는 방향으로 형성된 노즐부를 구비하는 제1물탱크를 포함하며,상기 제1단부커버는,가문틀의 일측 단부의 측면을 덮는 측면커버부 및 가문틀의 일측 단부의 상면을 덮는 상면커버부로 이루어지는 제1단부커버부로 형성되고,상기 중앙커버는,상기 상면커버부에서 상방으로 돌출되도록 형성되는 문짝수용부와,상기 문짝수용부의 측부에서 상방으로 단차지도록 형성되는 문짝지지부로 이루어지고,상기 제2단부커버는,가문틀의 대향 타측 단부의 측면을 덮는 측면커버부 및 가문틀의 일측 단부의 상면을 덮는 상면커버부로 이루어지는 제2단부커버부로 형성되며,상기 문짝지지부의 내부에는 상방으로 개방되도록 형성되어 상기 제1물탱크를 설치할 수 있도록 제1물탱크 수용부가 형성되고,상기 제1물탱크 수용부의 저면에는 상기 노즐부를 수용하기 위한 관통공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상기 단부커버부와, 문짝수용부, 문짝지지부가 모두 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀.
- 청구항 2 에 있어서,상기 제1단부커버부의 수평으로 연장된 상면커버부를 수용하기 위해, 상기 문짝지지부의 상단부에 제1홈부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀.
- 청구항 3 에 있어서,상기 제1단부커버부의 수평으로 연장된 상면커버부를 수용하기 위해, 상기 문짝지지부의 상단부에 제1홈부가 형성되며,상기 제2단부커버부의 수평으로 연장된 상면커버부를 수용하기 위해, 상기 문짝수용부의 상단부에 제2홈부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 문짝지지부에서 상기 문짝수용부에 인접한 단차진 단부에는 가스켓을 수용하기 위한 삽입홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1물탱크에는 외부로부터 물을 공급하기 위한 수로가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀.
- 청구항 8 에 있어서,상기 수로에는 수동 또는 자동으로 개폐가 조절되는 밸브가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1단부커버부 내측방향으로 가문틀에 요홈을 형성하고,상기 제1단부커버부에 상기 요홈에 수용되며 내부가 폐쇄공간으로 형성되는 제2물탱크 수용부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀.
- 일측 단부에 문짝을 수용하도록 형성되는 문짝수용부와,상기 문짝수용부에 대해 상방으로 단차지게 형성되는 문짝지지부로 이루어지며,상기 문짝지지부의 내부에는 폐쇄공간으로 이루어지는 형성되는 제1물탱크 수용부가 형성되고,상기 제1물탱크 수용부의 저면에는 문짝을 향하는 방향으로 제1노즐공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수막형성 방화문틀을 시공하는 방법으로서,수막형성 방화문틀의 문짝의 상단부 및 측단부의 어느 일방이나 양방에 수막형성 방화문틀을 시공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀 시공방법.
- 청구항 12 에 있어서,상기 상단부에 설치되는 수막형성 방화문틀의 제1물탱크와 측단부에 설치되는 수막형성 방화문틀의 제1물탱크는 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀 시공방법.
- 청구항 12 에 있어서,문짝의 측단부에 시공되는 수막형성 방화문틀의 노즐부의 중심선의 연장선이 문짝의 상부에 시공되는 수막형성 방화문틀의 노즐부의 중심선의 연장선과 서로 교차하도록 수막형성 방화문틀을 시공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀 시공방법.
- 청구항 9 에 기재된 수막형성 방화문틀을 포함하는 수막형성 방화문틀 시스템으로서,상기 수막형성 방화문틀이 설치된 공간에는 급기장치가 추가로 설치되고,상기 급기장치는,외부공기를 유입하여 상기 공간으로 공급하기 위한 급기 팬과,상기 급기 팬을 구동하기 위한 비상 동력부를 구비하며,상기 급기 팬은 상기 밸브가 개방되는 경우 동시에 작동하도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수막형성 방화문틀 시스템.
