Abstract

Selon l'invention, un appareil de station de base transmet à un dispositif terminal un message d'établissement de mesure comprenant des informations d'une cellule (cellule grise) pour laquelle l'appareil terminal ne doit pas effectuer de mesure et/ou de rapport lorsqu'une condition prédéterminée est satisfaite. L'appareil terminal transmet ensuite un message de rapport de mesure à l'appareil de station de base. Si le message de rapport de mesure est un rapport relatif à la cellule grise, l'appareil terminal étend une période de réception intermittente à intervalle court dans laquelle l'appareil terminal bascule sur un état de réception intermittente à intervalle long informé à l'avance.
