Conventionally, there is Japanese Patent No. 3384939 as a technology in such a field. This publication discloses a structure in which a photographing mechanism for photographing an image outside the vehicle is mounted inside an inner mirror body connected to a vehicle compartment ceiling by a stay. A CCD camera is attached to the photographing mechanism, and the lens of the CCD camera faces the back side of the inner mirror. An image of the front side of the vehicle can be taken with this CCD camera. Images taken by the CCD camera are digitized by an A / D converter and stored in an IC memory. The IC memory and the CCD camera are disposed in the inner mirror housing.
Also, as a technology in such a field, a drive recorder provided with a memory card (for example, an SD card) for storing photographed video data is known. In this drive recorder, the memory card is detachable from the drive recorder. The video data stored in the memory card can be reproduced by inserting the memory card into a personal computer and performing a predetermined operation.
Japanese Patent No. 3384939
However, when an IC memory or a CCD camera is disposed in the inner mirror housing, the inner mirror housing must be removed from the vehicle body when the IC memory or the CCD camera fails. In other words, if the IC memory or the CCD camera breaks down, even if the inner mirror itself can be used, the entire inner mirror must be replaced for repair work.
An object of the present invention is to provide a drive recorder that can be easily removed even at the time of failure or reproduction while maintaining the function of the inner mirror.
One aspect of the present invention is a drive recorder that records video taken by a camera, and a recorder body that includes a storage unit that stores video and a control unit that controls operation of the drive recorder is attached to and detached from the inner mirror. The recorder body is detachably connected to an image input terminal connected to the camera and detachably connected to an image output terminal provided on the inner mirror, and to a power output terminal provided on the inner mirror. A power input terminal.
In this drive recorder, a recorder body having a storage unit for storing the video taken by the camera and a control unit for controlling the operation of the drive recorder is detachable from the inner mirror. Therefore, when the storage unit or the control unit of the recorder main body breaks down, the recorder main body can be removed from the inner mirror and the recorder main body can be repaired alone. In addition, the recorder main body can be detached from the inner mirror independently when the video stored in the storage unit is reproduced. Therefore, it is not necessary to remove the inner mirror itself at the time of failure or reproduction of the recorder body, and the inner mirror can be used as it is. Therefore, when the recorder body is broken or reproduced, the work of removing the inner mirror itself from the vehicle is not necessary, and the recorder body can be easily detached from the inner mirror. Further, when the recorder main body is attached to the inner mirror, the power input terminal of the recorder main body is connected to the power output terminal of the inner mirror, and the recorder main body receives power supply from the inner mirror, so that no battery is required. Therefore, the structure of the recorder body can be simplified and the recorder body can be reduced in size and weight, and the recorder body can be easily arranged in the space in the inner mirror.
Also, the connection direction of the image input terminal and the image output terminal may be the same as the attachment / detachment direction of the recorder body with respect to the inner mirror. The connection direction of the power supply input terminal and the power supply output terminal may coincide with the attachment / detachment direction of the recorder body with respect to the inner mirror. Furthermore, the connection direction between the image input terminal and the image output terminal and the connection direction between the power input terminal and the power output terminal may coincide with the attaching / detaching direction of the recorder body with respect to the inner mirror. In this way, by making the attaching / detaching direction of the recorder main body with respect to the inner mirror coincide with the connection direction of each terminal, it is possible to easily connect each terminal when the recorder main body is attached to the inner mirror. Furthermore, each terminal can be easily removed when the recorder body is removed from the inner mirror. Therefore, each terminal can be connected or released simultaneously and easily as the recorder body is attached to or detached from the inner mirror.
The recorder main body may include an image output terminal for connecting to an external display, and an operation unit for reproducing the video stored in the storage unit on the display.
In the drive recorder described above, the recorder body includes an image output terminal that can be connected to a display, and an operation unit that reproduces the video stored in the storage unit on the display. Here, when the video is stored in the SD card inserted into the drive recorder as in the prior art, when confirming the video, the SD card is removed from the drive recorder and the personal computer is activated. Then, after inserting the SD card into the activated personal computer, a predetermined operation must be performed on the personal computer. On the other hand, when checking the video stored in the storage unit, simply connect the image output terminal of the recorder body and the display with a cable or the like and operate the operation unit to easily play the video on the display. be able to. In addition, when video is stored in the SD card, the content stored in the SD card may be changed by the personal computer. However, in the drive recorder according to one aspect of the present invention, it is only necessary to connect the recorder main body to the display, and it is not necessary to connect the recorder main body to the personal computer.
The inner mirror is composed of an inner mirror body having a mirror and a base portion for fixing the inner mirror body to the vehicle body. The camera is attached to the base portion of the inner mirror. And may be detachable.
As described above, the camera is attached to the base portion of the inner mirror, and the recorder main body is detachable from the inner mirror main body that is tiltable with respect to the base portion. Here, when the inner mirror body and the camera are integrated as in the conventional case, the camera is interlocked when the inner mirror body is moved in order to change the angle of the inner mirror. Therefore, there is a problem that the shooting range of the camera becomes unstable. However, if the camera is attached to the base fixed to the vehicle body as in the drive recorder according to one aspect of the present invention, the camera does not move even if the inner mirror body is moved, so the shooting range becomes unstable. Can be avoided.
According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a drive recorder that can be easily removed even at the time of failure or reproduction while maintaining the function of the inner mirror.
1 is a side view showing an embodiment of a drive recorder and an inner mirror according to the present invention. It is a fragmentary sectional view which shows the inner mirror of FIG. It is a bottom view which shows the inner mirror of FIG. It is a disassembled perspective view which shows the inner mirror and drive recorder of FIG. It is a side view which shows the drive recorder of FIG. It is the schematic which shows the connection state in the drive recorder and inner mirror of FIG.
Hereinafter, embodiments of a drive recorder according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that “front / rear / left / right”, which will be described later, refers to front / rear / left / right when the inner mirror is mounted inside the vehicle body.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the inner mirror 1 includes an inner mirror main body 10 having a mirror 11 for confirming the rear, a base portion 20 fixed to a front window F of the vehicle, and an inner mirror main body 10. And a stay 30 that connects the base portion 20 to each other. The inner mirror 1 is an electrochromic mirror that exhibits an antiglare function by changing the reflectance of the mirror 11. The base unit 20 houses a camera 40 that captures the front of the vehicle. The video captured by the camera 40 is output to the drive recorder 50, and the drive recorder 50 records the video output from the camera 40. . The camera 40 operates by receiving power supply from the ACC terminal of the vehicle.
The inner mirror body 10 includes a box-shaped casing 12 and a mirror 11 held by the casing 12. The casing 12 includes a body 14 that holds the drive recorder 50 and a mirror holding ring 15 that holds the mirror 11. The mirror holding ring 15 holds the mirror 11 in a state where the mirror 11 is exposed from the opening 15a. The inner mirror body 10 is provided with a switch 13 for exhibiting an anti-glare function on the right side of the upper portion of the casing 12, and when the vehicle passenger turns on the switch 13, the reflectance of the mirror 11 is reduced. The glare of the headlight of the following car can be suppressed.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the base portion 20 of the inner mirror 1 includes a base cover 21 made of resin and a camera cover 22 for fixing the camera 40 inside the base cover 21. Yes. The base cover 21 includes a camera housing recess 21a that houses the camera 40, and a lens exposure port 21b that exposes the lens 41 of the camera 40 to the front side of the vehicle. The camera 40 is housed in the camera housing recess 21a so that the lens 41 is exposed from the lens exposure port 21b. The camera cover 22 covers the camera 40 from above in a state where the camera 40 is housed in the camera housing recess 21a, and fixes the camera 40 in the camera housing recess 21a.
As shown in FIG. 4, the base cover 21 is provided with two columnar protrusions 21 c that protrude upward in the camera housing recess 21 a (only one is shown in FIG. 4), and the camera cover 22. Are formed with two screw insertion holes 22a through which the screws 23 are inserted. A screw hole 21d for screwing the screw 23 is formed at the upper end of each projection 21c. With the camera cover 22 covering the camera 40, the two screws 23 are inserted into the screw insertion holes 22a from above and screwed into the screw holes 21d, so that the camera 40 is covered with the camera cover 22. It is fixed in the camera housing recess 21a.
The camera cover 22 is detachably attached to a button (not shown) fixed to the front window F via a base bracket (not shown). The base portion 20 is fixed to the front window F in a state where the camera 40 is accommodated. Further, the camera 40 can be removed from the vehicle by removing the base cover 21 and the camera cover 22, and is detachable from the vehicle.
By the way, when the camera and the inner mirror main body are integrated as in the prior art, the inner mirror main body has to be removed from the vehicle when the camera breaks down. However, in the inner mirror 1, the camera 40 attached to the base portion 20 as described above can be removed alone. Therefore, since it is not necessary to remove the inner mirror 1 itself when the camera 40 fails, the function of the inner mirror 1 can be maintained.
Further, from the camera 40, a cable 61 (see FIG. 6) for outputting an image taken by the camera 40 to the drive recorder 50 extends. As shown in FIG. 4, the cable 61 passes through a cable insertion recess 22 b provided at the rear end of the camera cover 22 and a cable insertion recess 21 e provided at the rear end of the base cover 21. And is connected to an image output terminal 62 (see FIG. 6) in the inner mirror body 10.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, a stay 30 for holding the inner mirror body 10 in the vehicle interior is attached to the back side of the inner mirror body 10. Projects into the room. The stay 30 extends downward from the base portion 20 and is bent from the middle toward the vehicle rear side. Spherical spherical heads 31 and 32 are provided at both ends of the stay 30. Further, a hole 12b for press-fitting the spherical head 31 is provided on the back surface side of the casing 12 in the inner mirror body 10, and the spherical head 32 is provided on the lower surface side of a base bracket (not shown) in the base portion 20. A spherical recess (not shown) for press-fitting is provided.
The stay 30 is held by the base portion 20 by press-fitting the spherical head portion 32 located on one end side of the stay 30 into the spherical concave portion of the base portion 20, and the spherical head portion 31 located on the other end side of the stay 30 is casing. The inner mirror body 10 is held by the stay 30 by being press-fitted into the 12 holes 12 b. In this way, the stay 30 is ball-joined to the base portion 20, and the inner mirror body 10 is also ball-joint to the stay 30. Therefore, the inner mirror body 10 can be tilted with respect to the base portion 20 in a state where the camera 40 is fixed in the base portion 20.
Further, a protrusion 32a that protrudes toward the base portion 20 is provided at the end of the spherical head 32 on the base portion 20 side. The protrusion 32 a comes into contact with the inner wall of the base cover 21 when the stay 30 is tilted beyond the normal use range with respect to the base portion 20. When the protrusion 32 a contacts the inner wall of the base portion 20, the tilt of the stay 30 with respect to the base portion 20 is restricted.
The body 14 of the inner mirror body 10 includes a plurality of fitting portions 14a for fitting the mirror holding ring 15 to the outer peripheral portion of the rear end, and the mirror holding ring 15 is attached to the body 14 by these fitting portions 14a. Mated. Further, inside the body 14, there are plate-like rib portions 14 b extending vertically and horizontally, and screwing portions 17 for screwing the ECM substrate 16 that controls the anti-glare function of the mirror 11 described above, respectively. A plurality are provided. The screwing portion 17 protrudes in a cylindrical shape inside the body 14 and has a screw hole 17a for screwing the ECM substrate 16 at the tip.
As shown in FIG. 6, the ECM substrate 16 built in the inner mirror body 10 is provided with two screw insertion holes 16a through which screws 18 for screwing to the inner mirror body 10 are inserted. The ECM substrate 16 is inserted into the screw insertion hole 16a from the front side of the ECM substrate 16, and the screw 18 is screwed into the screw hole 17a of the screw fastening portion 17 (see FIG. 4), whereby the inner mirror body 10 The body 14 is fixed.
The ECM board 16 is provided with a power input terminal 16b for connecting the cable 64 and a power output terminal 16c for supplying power to the drive recorder 50. The cable 64 is connected to a 12V ACC terminal 63 in the vehicle, and enters the casing 12 from the ACC terminal 63 through the hole 12b (see FIG. 4). A power output terminal 16 c of the ECM substrate 16 is connected to a power output terminal 65 located in the inner mirror body 10 by a cable 66.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the drive recorder 50 is detachable from the stay 30 side on the opposite side of the inner mirror body 10 to the ECM substrate 16. The drive recorder 50 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and switches 51 to 53 for operating the drive recorder 50 and LED light emitting units 54 and 55 are provided on the upper surface 50a of the drive recorder 50. Further, the back surface 50b of the drive recorder 50 is provided with two latching portions 56 for hooking on the inner mirror body 10, and each latching portion 56 is L-shaped. The latching portions 56 of the drive recorder 50 each have a base portion 56a protruding from the back surface 50b of the drive recorder 50 and a claw portion 56b bent downward at the tip of the base portion 56a.
The body 14 of the inner mirror body 10 is provided with a plate-like holding wall 70 for hooking and holding the latching portion 56 of the drive recorder 50. The holding wall 70 connects the wall surfaces 14d located on both sides of the cutout portion 14c obtained by cutting the body 14 up and down. At the position corresponding to the latching portion 56 at the upper end of the holding wall 70, two concave portions 71 that are recessed downward are formed. The two recesses 71 are sized to fit the base portion 56a of the latching portion 56, and the base portion 56a of the latching portion 56 is fitted into the recess portion 71 of the holding wall 70, so that the drive recorder 50 is connected to the inner mirror. It can be attached to the main body 10.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the body 14 of the inner mirror body 10 is provided with a screw insertion hole 14 e for inserting a screw 72 on the lower surface, and the screw insertion hole 14 e on the lower surface of the drive recorder 50. A screw hole 57 for screwing the screw 72 is provided at a position corresponding to. The drive recorder 50 can be more securely fixed to the inner mirror body 10 by inserting the screw 72 into the screw insertion hole 14e from below and screwing the screw 72 into the screwing hole 57. As shown in FIG. 1, when the drive recorder 50 is fixed to the inner mirror body 10, the outer surface of the drive recorder 50 coincides with the outer surface of the inner mirror body 10, and the outer shape of the drive recorder 50 is as follows. It has a shape with improved design.
As shown in FIG. 5, a control board 81 is fixed to the housing 80 of the drive recorder 50 with four screws 82, and a memory for storing an image taken by the camera 40 is stored in the control board 81. A unit 83 and a control unit 84 for controlling the operation of the drive recorder 50 are provided. The recorder main body 89 of the drive recorder 50 includes a housing 80, a storage unit 83, and a control unit 84.
The control board 81 includes a power input terminal 85 for supplying power to the drive recorder 50, an image input terminal 86 for inputting an image from the camera 40 to the storage unit 83, and a display 90 (FIG. 4). A video terminal (image output terminal) 87 for outputting an image. In addition, a GPS module 88 having a GPS antenna or the like is provided inside the recorder main body 89. The display 90 is a general-purpose display.
As shown in FIG. 6, the power input terminal 85 of the drive recorder 50 is connected to the power output terminal 65 of the inner mirror 1, and the image input terminal 86 of the drive recorder 50 is an image output provided in the inner mirror body 10. Connected to terminal 62. The image output terminal 62 is connected to the camera 40 by a cable 61.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the cable terminal at the end of the cable 91 can be fitted to the video terminal 87 of the drive recorder 50. By fitting the cable terminal of the cable 91 to the video terminal 87, the drive recorder 50 and the display 90 are connected, and an image can be output from the drive recorder 50 to the display 90.
As shown in FIG. 6, the power input terminal 85 of the drive recorder 50 and the image input terminal 86 of the drive recorder 50 protrude downward from the housing 80. Further, the power output terminal 65 of the inner mirror body 10 and the image output terminal 62 of the inner mirror body 10 are exposed upward from the wall surface inside the inner mirror body 10. When the drive recorder 50 is mounted on the inner mirror 1 from above, the power input terminal 85 of the drive recorder 50 enters the power output terminal 65 from above and comes into contact with the power output terminal 65, and the image input terminal 86 of the drive recorder 50. Enters the image output terminal 62 from above and contacts the image output terminal 62. As described above, the power input terminal 85 abuts on the power output terminal 65 and the image input terminal 86 abuts on the image output terminal 62, so that the terminals 85, 86 of the drive recorder 50 are the terminals of the inner mirror body 10. 65 and 62 are connected.
As described above, when the drive recorder 50 is moved downward from the upper side of the inner mirror 1 toward the inner mirror 1, the terminals 85 and 86 of the drive recorder 50 are also moved downward toward the terminals 65 and 62 of the inner mirror 1. Moving. As described above, the power input terminal 85 of the drive recorder 50 is connected to the power output terminal 65 of the inner mirror body 10, and the image input terminal 86 of the drive recorder 50 is connected to the image output terminal 62 of the inner mirror body 10. . Therefore, image input from the camera 40 to the drive recorder 50 and power supply from the ECM board 16 to the drive recorder 50 are possible.
Further, on the upper surface 50a of the drive recorder 50, a shot switch 51 for preventing overwriting of video data stored in the storage unit 83, a voice switch 52 for performing voice guidance, and a play switch 53 for reproducing video. The 1st LED light emission part 54 and the 2nd LED light emission part 55 are provided. The first LED light-emitting unit 54 indicates the activation state of the drive recorder 50, and the second LED light-emitting unit 55 indicates the operation state of whether the drive recorder 50 is recording video data.
By the way, the video taken by the camera 40 is stored in the storage unit 83 of the drive recorder 50, but when the amount of data stored in the storage unit 83 exceeds a predetermined amount, the old video data is overwritten sequentially. Therefore, the latest video is always stored in the storage unit 83 for a certain period. Here, if the shot switch 51 is turned on while video is being input to the storage unit 83, overwriting of the video data stored in the storage unit 83 is prevented, so that important video data is stored. The situation of being deleted from the part 83 can be avoided.
In addition, when the voice switch 52 is turned on while the video is being input to the storage unit 83, a voice guidance to start recording voice is output from the speaker in the car and the storage unit 83 is also started. Recording of audio data is started. Thus, by turning on the voice switch 52, not only video data but also audio data can be obtained. Further, when the voice switch 52 is turned off while the voice data is being recorded in the storage unit 83, voice guidance for stopping the voice recording is output from the speaker in the vehicle, and the voice data for the storage unit 83 is also output. Recording is stopped.
Also, the play switch 53 functions as an operation unit for reproducing the video stored in the storage unit 83 on the display 90. As shown in FIG. 4, when the cable terminal of the cable 91 is connected to the video terminal 87 of the drive recorder 50 and the play switch 53 is turned on with the drive recorder 50 removed from the inner mirror 1, the storage unit The video stored in 83 is reproduced on the display 90.
As described above, in the drive recorder 50, as shown in FIG. 6, the recorder main body of the drive recorder 50 having the storage unit 83 that stores the video captured by the camera 40 and the control unit 84 that controls the operation of the drive recorder 50. 89 is detachable from the inner mirror 1. Since the recorder main body 89 is detachable from the inner mirror 1 in this way, the recorder main body 89 is detached from the inner mirror 1 when the storage unit 83 or the control unit 84 in the housing 80 fails. The drive recorder 50 can be repaired alone.
Also, the recorder main body 89 of the drive recorder 50 can be detached independently from the inner mirror 1 during playback of the video stored in the storage unit 83. Therefore, it is not necessary to remove the inner mirror 1 itself at the time of failure or reproduction of the drive recorder 50, and the inner mirror 1 can be used as it is. Therefore, when the drive recorder 50 fails or is played back, it is not necessary to remove the inner mirror 1 itself from the vehicle, and the recorder main body 89 of the drive recorder 50 can be easily detached from the inner mirror 1.
When the recorder main body 89 of the drive recorder 50 is attached to the inner mirror 1, the power input terminal 85 of the drive recorder 50 is connected to the power output terminal 65 of the inner mirror 1, and the drive recorder 50 supplies power from the inner mirror 1. The battery is unnecessary because it is received. Therefore, the configuration of the drive recorder 50 can be simplified and the drive recorder 50 can be reduced in size and weight, and the recorder main body 89 of the drive recorder 50 can be easily arranged in the space in the inner mirror 1. .
Further, the connection direction between the power input terminal 85 of the drive recorder 50 and the power output terminal 65 of the inner mirror 1 and the connection direction of the image input terminal 86 of the drive recorder 50 and the image output terminal 62 of the inner mirror 1 are set as the vertical direction. The direction in which the drive recorder 50 is attached to and detached from the inner mirror 1 is made coincident. Therefore, each terminal can be easily connected when the drive recorder 50 is attached to the inner mirror 1, and each terminal can be easily removed when the drive recorder 50 is removed from the inner mirror 1. Therefore, each terminal can be connected or released simultaneously and easily as the drive recorder 50 is attached to or detached from the inner mirror 1.
In the drive recorder 50 described above, the recorder main body 89 includes a video terminal 87 that can be connected to the display 90 and a play switch 53 that reproduces the video stored in the storage unit 83 on the display 90. . In this way, when confirming the video stored in the storage unit 83, the video terminal 87 of the drive recorder 50 and the display 90 are simply connected by the cable 91 and the play switch 53 is simply turned on. You can play video. Further, in this drive recorder 50, it is only necessary to connect the drive recorder 50 to the display 90 and not to a personal computer, so that a situation in which stored contents are changed can be avoided.
Furthermore, the camera 40 is mounted in the base portion 20 of the inner mirror 1, and the recorder main body 89 of the drive recorder 50 is detachable from the inner mirror main body 10. Here, when the inner mirror body and the camera are integrated as in the past, the camera will be linked if the inner mirror body is moved to change the angle of the inner mirror, so the shooting range of the camera There was a problem of becoming unstable. However, if the camera 40 is attached to the base portion 20 fixed to the vehicle body side, the camera 40 does not move even if the inner mirror body 10 is moved, so that the problem that the photographing range becomes unstable can be avoided.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the inner mirror 1 is an electrochromic mirror that exhibits an anti-glare function by changing the reflectance of light by the mirror 11, but the present invention is also applicable to inner mirrors other than the electrochromic mirror. Applicable. The drive recorder 50 is supplied with power from the ECM board 16, but may be directly supplied with power from the ACC terminal 63.
In the above embodiment, the video terminal 87 of the drive recorder 50 and the display 90 are connected by the cable 91. However, the connection method of the drive recorder 50 and the display 90 is not limited to the cable 91, and for example, Wi-Fi connection or USB It is good also as a connection. Further, the power input terminal 85 of the drive recorder 50 is connected to the power output terminal 65 of the inner mirror body 10 up and down, and the image input terminal 86 of the drive recorder 50 is connected to the image output terminal 62 of the inner mirror body 10 up and down. The connection mode of each terminal is not limited to the above.
The drive recorder 50 includes the three switches 51 to 53 and the two LED light emitting units 54 and 55 on the upper surface 50a of the drive recorder 50, but the types and arrangement positions of the switches and the light emitting units are limited to the above embodiment. It can be changed as appropriate. In addition, the drive recorder 50 is arranged on the opposite side of the ECM substrate 16 in the inner mirror body 10, but the position where the drive recorder 50 is arranged is not limited to the above.
The camera 40 is housed in the base portion 20 of the inner mirror 1, but may be fixed outside the base portion 20. If the camera 40 is fixed outside the base portion 20 in this way, it is not necessary to remove the base cover 21 or the camera cover 22 when the camera 40 is attached to or detached from the vehicle when the camera 40 breaks down. Thus, the camera 40 can be easily attached and detached.
