一种控制应用软件赠送的方法、 设备及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及应用软件(APP, Application )技术, 尤其涉及一种控制应 用软件赠送的方法、 设备及系统。 背景技术
自苹果公司推出应用商店 (APP Store ) 以来, 各类 APP层出不穷, 数 量迅速增加, APP 已经逐渐走向每个拥有手机或者各类移动终端的用户, 下载和交流 APP已成为手机用户、 平板电脑用户等移动终端用户生活和兴 趣的一部分。 在社交时代, 将 APP作为礼物赠送给他人也成为一种时尚, 同时, APP提供商也可以将 APP赠送给一些用户进行试用, 以进行 APP的 推广使用。
目前, 赠送 APP的实现方式为: 赠送者通过客户端登陆 APP Store中 的 APP赠送系统, 通过用户界面查找选择希望赠送的 APP, 并向 APP赠送 系统提交购买请求; 所述 APP赠送系统接收赠送者发送的购买请求, 确定 需要赠送的 APP信息, 生成相应的 APP兌换码, 并发送所述 APP兌换码 给赠送者, 赠送者将所述 APP兌换码发送给受赠者; 受赠者接收赠送者赠 送的 APP兌换码后, 通过客户端登陆所述 APP赠送系统, 在用户界面输入 所述 APP兌换码, 就可以免费下载获得赠送者赠送的 APP。 这样, 虽然可 以使 APP赠送变得简单可行,但是不足的是这种 APP赠送实现方案的保密 性不好, 使得赠送的 APP很容易被非法用户非法下载、 传播、 使用, 不能 很好的保护所述 APP的版权, 特别地, 对所述 APP的使用次数不能进行有 效地控制, 进而无法很好的控制 APP赠送使用权限。 发明内容 为解决现有存在的技术问题, 本发明实施例主要提供一种控制应用软 件赠送的方法、 设备及系统。
本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供一种控制应用软件赠送的方法, 该方法包括: 第一客户端发送携带 APP允许使用次数的购买请求至服务器; 服务器根据所述购买请求生成 APP兌换码,保存 APP兌换码与允许使 用次数的对应关系, 并返回 APP兌换码给第一客户端;
第一客户端将所述 APP兌换码发送给第二客户端;
服务器接收第二客户端发送的携带 APP兌换码的兌换请求, 根据 APP 兌换码对应的允许使用次数确定允许兌换后, 发送对应 APP的下载信息给 第二客户端。
上述方案中, 所述购买请求还包括: APP名称、 或 APP标识。
上述方案中, 所述生成 APP兌换码, 保存 APP兌换码与允许使用次数 的对应关系, 为:

本发明实施例中, 第一客户端发送携带 APP允许使用次数的购买请求 至服务器; 服务器根据所述购买请求生成 APP兌换码, 保存 APP兌换码与 允许使用次数的对应关系, 并返回 APP兌换码给第一客户端; 第一客户端 将所述 APP兌换码发送给第二客户端; 服务器接收第二客户端发送的携带 APP兌换码的兌换请求, 根据 APP兌换码对应的允许使用次数确定允许兌 换后, 发送对应 APP的下载信息给第二客户端。
下面通过附图及具体实施例对本发明^:进一步的详细说明。
本发明实施例实现一种控制应用软件赠送的方法, 如图 1 所示, 该方 法包括以下几个步骤:
步骤 101 : 第一客户端发送携带 APP允许使用次数的购买请求至服务 器;
这里, 所述购买请求还可以包括: APP名称、 或 APP标识等信息。 在所述第一客户端发送携带 APP允许使用次数的购买请求至服务器之 前, 第一客户端设置所要赠送的 APP的允许使用次数, 具体为: 第一客户 端在赠送者选定所要购买的 APP之后, 向赠送者显示使用次数设置界面, 在使用次数设置界面接收赠送者输入的所购买的 APP的允许使用次数。
本步骤的一个应用场景中, 当 APP提供商推广 APP时, 可通过第一客 户端设置所推广的 APP的允许使用次数,并提交携带所述 APP的允许使用 次数的发布请求至服务器, 所述发布请求即为本步骤的购买请求。
步骤 102: 服务器根据所述购买请求生成 APP兌换码, 保存 APP兌换 码与允许使用次数的对应关系, 并返回 APP兌换码给第一客户端;
具体的, 服务器接收所述购买请求, 根据所述购买请求查找到对应的 APP, 服务器对应所述 APP产生一个随机码, 将所述随机码作为 APP兌换 码与购买请求所携带的允许使用次数——对应地存储在服务器的存储器 上, 并将 APP兌换码通过购买响应消息返回给第一客户端。
本步骤还包括: 所述服务器接收所述购买请求后, 根据所述购买请求 查找到对应的 APP, 对所述 APP进行加密处理; 其中, 所述对所述 APP进行加密处理可以为: 对所述 APP采用常规加 密技术、 或分组加密技术、 或序列加密技术、 或 DRM技术等加密技术进行 加密处理;
比如: 采用 DRM技术对所述 APP进行加密处理, 具体可以为: 采用 标准的 OMA ( Open Mobile Alliance ) DRM ( Digital Right Management ) vl DCF ( DRM Content Format )加密套件对所述 APP文件进行加密和压缩, 生成包含加密信息头的 DRM加密压缩文件, 简称为 DRM— APP文件。
其中, 所述 DRM— APP文件的加密信息头中包含有密钥标识(ID )和 数字授权中心下载地址(URL );
所述 DRM— APP文件属性中的计数 ( COUNT )字段写入 APP的允许使 用次数。
步骤 103: 第一客户端将所述 APP兌换码发送给第二客户端; 具体的, 第一客户端将服务器返回的 APP兌换码通过无线网络或互联 网发送给第二客户端。
步骤 104: 服务器接收第二客户端发送的携带 APP兌换码的兌换请求, 根据 APP兌换码对应的允许使用次数确定允许兌换后,发送对应 APP的下 载信息给第二客户端;
具体的, 第二客户端接收到第一客户端发送的服务器返回的 APP兌换 码后, 发送携带所述 APP兌换码的兌换请求至服务器; 服务器接收到第二 客户端发送的携带 APP兌换码的兌换请求后, 获取所述兌换请求中携带的 APP兌换码,将所述 APP兌换码与服务器的存储器中保存的 APP兌换码进 行一致性比较, 当兌换请求中的 APP 兌换码与服务器的存储器中保存的 APP兌换码均不一致时, 说明第二客户端发送的 APP兌换码错误, 则停止 后续操作, 向第二客户端发送错误信息报告; 当兌换请求中的 APP兌换码 与服务器的存储器中保存的 APP兌换码存在一致时, 说明第二客户端发送 的 APP兌换码正确,则根据所述 APP兌换码对应的允许使用次数判断是否 允许兌换, 在允许兌换时, 发送对应 APP的下载信息给第二客户端。
其中, 所述 APP的下载信息包括: APP名称和 APP下载地址等 APP 下载信息;
所述根据所述 APP兌换码对应的允许使用次数判断是否允许兌换为: 判断所述 APP兌换码对应的 APP的剩余使用次数是否大于 0, 若为是, 则 允许兌换, 否则不允许兌换; 或者,
判断所述 APP兌换码对应的 APP的当前使用次数是否大于第一客户端 设置的允许使用次数, 若为否, 则允许兌换, 若为是, 则不允许兌换; 这 本步骤还包括: 第二客户端根据 APP的下载信息下载 APP, 在成功下 载后, 向服务器返回下载成功响应消息, 服务器接收到下载成功响应消息 后, 修改所述 APP的剩余使用次数或当前使用次数, 具体的, 服务器将所 述 APP的剩余使用次数减 1, 或者将所述 APP的当前使用次数加 1。
本步骤还包括: 服务器在发送对应 APP的下载信息给第二客户端时, 还在所述下载信息中携带所述 APP的解密信息; 所述 APP的解密信息至少 包括: 对 APP加密处理时使用的加密技术和解密密钥;
相应的, 所述第二客户端根据下载信息中携带的所述 APP的解密信息 对下载的 APP进行解密;
例如:服务器采用 DRM技术对 APP进行加密处理后,在发送对应 APP 的下载信息中携带密钥 ID和数字授权中心下载地址; 第二客户端根据下载 信息中携带的密钥 ID和数字授权中心下载地址进行授权中心的验证, 在验 证通过后从数字授权中心接收加密 APP的密钥,根据所述密钥进行 APP的 解密。
本实施例通过对所述 APP进行加密保护, 有效地防止了非法用户的恶 意窃取及传播, 而且对 APP的使用次数进行了限制, 极大的控制了 APP的 赠送使用权限。
为了实现上述方法, 本发明实施例提供一种客户端, 如图 2所示, 该 客户端包括: 购买请求模块 22, 配置为发送携带 APP允许使用次数的购买 请求至服务器; 接收服务器返回的 APP兌换码, 并将所述 APP兌换码发送 给其他客户端。
所述客户端还包括: 设置模块 21, 配置为设置所要赠送的 APP的允许 使用次数, 并将所述 APP的允许使用次数发送给购买请求模块 22。
实际应用中, 所述客户端中的设置模块 21可由移动终端中的中央处理 器(CPU )来实现, 所述客户端中的购买请求模块 22可由移动终端中的信 号收发器来实现。
所述设置模块 21, 具体配置为在赠送者选定所要购买的 APP之后, 向 赠送者显示使用次数设置界面, 在使用次数设置界面接收赠送者输入的所 购买的 APP的允许使用次数;
所述购买请求还可以包括: APP名称、 或 APP标识等信息。
本发明实施例还提供一种服务器, 如图 3 所示, 该服务器包括: 购买 处理模块 31和兌换模块 32; 其中,
购买处理模块 31, 配置为接收第一客户端发送的携带 APP允许使用次 数的购买请求, 生成 APP兌换码, 保存 APP兌换码与允许使用次数的对应 关系, 并返回 APP兌换码给第一客户端;

进一步的, 所述兌换模块 32, 具体配置为判断 APP兌换码对应的 APP 的剩余使用次数是否大于 0, 若为是, 则允许兌换, 否则不允许兌换; 或者, 判断 APP兌换码对应的 APP的当前使用次数是否大于允许使用次数,若为 否, 则允许兌换, 若为是, 则不允许兌换。

进一步地, 本发明实施例还提供了一种控制应用软件赠送的系统, 如 图 4所示, 该系统包括: 第一客户端 41、服务器 42、 第二客户端 43 ; 其中, 所述第一客户端 41为图 2所示客户端, 包括: 购买请求模块 22; 所述服务 器 42为图 3所示服务器, 包括: 购买处理模块 31和兌换模块 32; 所述第 二客户端 43包括: 兌换请求模块 51和下载模块 52, 其中,
兌换请求模块 51, 配置为接收第一客户端发送的服务器返回的 APP兌 换码, 发送携带所述 APP兌换码的兌换请求至服务器;
下载模块 52, 配置为根据 APP的下载信息下载 APP, 在成功下载后, 向服务器返回下载成功响应消息。
实际应用中, 所述兌换请求模块 51和下载模块 52可通过所述第二客 户端 43中的 CPU、 数字信号处理器 ( Digital Signal Processor, DSP )或可 编程逻辑阵列 (Field - Programmable Gate Array, FPGA ) 来实现。
所述第一客户端 41还包括:设置模块 21, 配置为设置所要赠送的 APP 的允许使用次数, 并将所述 APP的允许使用次数发送给购买请求模块 22。
所述下载模块 52,还配置为根据下载信息中携带的 APP的解密信息对 下载的 APP进行解密; 例如: 在服务器采用 DRM技术对 APP进行加密处 理后, 所述下载模块 52根据下载信息中携带的密钥 ID和数字授权中心下 载地址进行授权中心的验证, 在验证通过后从数字授权中心接收加密 APP 的密钥, 根据所述密钥进行 APP的解密。 下面结合具体实施案例, 进一步阐述本发明的技术方案。
实施例一
本实施例中, 赠送者 A首先通过手机客户端或者网页客户端等第一客 户端选择需要赠送的 APP,在使用次数设置界面设置所述 APP的使用次数, 第一客户端在使用次数设置界面接收赠送者输入的所购买的 APP的允许使 用次数, 发送携带所述 APP的使用次数的购买请求至服务器;
服务器接收来自第一客户端的购买请求, 根据所述购买请求查找到对 应的 APP, 服务器对应所述 APP产生一个随机码, 将所述随机码作为 APP 兌换码与购买请求所携带的允许使用次数——对应地存储在服务器的存储 器上, 并将 APP兌换码通过购买响应消息返回给第一客户端; 此外, 所述 服务器接收所述购买请求后, 还根据所述购买请求查找到对应的 APP, 并 对所述 APP进行加密处理;
赠送者 A使用第一客户端将服务器返回的 APP兌换码通过无线网络、 或互联网发送给受赠者 B的第二客户端;
受赠者 B的第二客户端接收到第一客户端发送的服务器返回的 APP兌 换码后, 发送携带所述 APP兌换码的兌换请求至服务器; 服务器接收到第 二客户端发送的携带 APP兌换码的兌换请求后, 获取所述兌换请求中携带 的 APP兌换码, 将所述 APP兌换码与服务器的存储器中保存的 APP兌换 码进行一致性比较, 当兌换请求中的 APP兌换码与服务器的存储器中保存 的 APP兌换码均不一致时, 说明第二客户端发送的 APP兌换码错误, 则停 止后续操作, 向第二客户端发送错误信息报告; 当兌换请求中的 APP兌换 码与服务器的存储器中保存的 APP兌换码存在一致时, 说明第二客户端发 送的 APP兌换码正确, 判断所述 APP兌换码对应的 APP的剩余使用次数 是否大于 0, 若为是, 则允许兌换, 否则不允许兌换; 或者,
判断所述 APP兌换码对应的 APP的当前使用次数是否大于第一客户端 设置的允许使用次数, 若为否, 则允许兌换, 若为是, 则不允许兌换; 这 时, 发送对应 APP的下载信息给第二客户端。
第二客户端根据 APP的下载信息下载、 解密 APP, 在成功下载后, 向 服务器返回下载成功响应消息, 服务器接收到下载成功响应消息后, 修改 所述 APP的剩余使用次数或当前使用次数, 具体的, 服务器将所述 APP的 剩余使用次数减 1, 或者将所述 APP的当前使用次数加 1。
实施例二
本实施例中, APP提供商推广 APP时, 通过手机客户端或者网页客户 端等第一客户端选择需要推广的 APP, 在使用次数设置界面设置所述 APP 的使用次数, 第一客户端在使用次数设置界面接收 APP提供商输入的所要 推广的 APP的允许使用次数,发送携带所述 APP的使用次数的发布请求至 服务器;
服务器接收来自第一客户端的发布请求, 根据所述发布请求查找到对 应的 APP, 服务器对应查找到的 APP产生一个随机码, 将所述随机码作为 APP 兌换码与发布请求所携带的允许使用次数一一对应地存储在服务器的 存储器上, 并将 APP兌换码通过发布响应消息返回给第一客户端; 此外, 所述服务器接收所述发布请求后,还根据所述发布请求查找到对应的 APP, 并对所述 APP进行加密处理;
第一客户端将服务器返回的 APP兌换码通过无线网络或互联网发送给 其他客户端;
其他客户端接收到第一客户端发送的服务器返回的 APP兌换码后, 发 送携带所述 APP兌换码的兌换请求至服务器; 服务器接收到其他客户端发 送的携带 APP兌换码的兌换请求后,获取所述兌换请求中携带的 APP兌换 码,将所述 APP兌换码与服务器的存储器中保存的 APP兌换码进行一致性 比较, 当兌换请求中的 APP兌换码与服务器的存储器中保存的 APP兌换码 均不一致时, 说明其他客户端发送的 APP兌换码错误, 则停止后续操作, 向其他客户端发送错误信息报告; 当兌换请求中的 APP兌换码与服务器的 存储器中保存的 APP兌换码存在一致时,说明其他客户端发送的 APP兌换 码正确, 判断所述 APP兌换码对应的 APP的剩余使用次数是否大于 0, 若 为是, 则允许兌换, 否则不允许兌换; 或者,
判断所述 APP兌换码对应的 APP的当前使用次数是否大于第一客户端 设置的允许使用次数, 若为否, 则允许兌换, 若为是, 则不允许兌换; 这 时, 发送对应 APP的下载信息给其他客户端。
其他客户端根据 APP的下载信息下载、 解密 APP, 在成功下载后, 向 服务器返回下载成功响应消息, 服务器接收到下载成功响应消息后, 修改 所述 APP的剩余使用次数或当前使用次数, 具体的, 服务器将所述 APP的 剩余使用次数减 1, 或者将所述 APP的当前使用次数加 1。
综上所述,本发明实施例的方案不但能够对 APP的使用次数进行限制, 而且能够对所述 APP进行加密保护, 有效地防止了非法用户的恶意窃取及 传播。
本领域内的技术人员应明白, 本发明的实施例可提供为方法、 系统、 或计算机程序产品。 因此, 本发明可采用硬件实施例、 软件实施例、 或结 合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。 而且, 本发明可采用在一个或多个其 中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质 (包括但不限于磁盘 存储器和光学存储器等 )上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种控制应用软件赠送的方法, 该方法包括:
第一客户端发送携带应用软件 APP 允许使用次数的购买请求至服务 器;
服务器根据所述购买请求生成 APP兌换码,保存 APP兌换码与允许使 用次数的对应关系, 并返回 APP兌换码给所述第一客户端;
所述第一客户端将所述 APP兌换码发送给第二客户端;
所述服务器接收第所述二客户端发送的携带 APP兌换码的兌换请求, 根据 APP兌换码对应的允许使用次数确定允许兌换后,发送对应 APP的下 载信息给所述第二客户端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述购买请求还包括: APP名 称、 或 APP标识。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中, 所述生成 APP兌换码, 保存 APP兌换码与允许使用次数的对应关系, 为:
服务器根据所述购买请求查找到对应的 APP, 并对应所述 APP产生一 个随机码, 将所述随机码作为 APP兌换码与购买请求所携带的允许使用次 数一一对应地存储在服务器的存储器上。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 所述服务器接 收所述购买请求后, 根据所述购买请求查找到对应的 APP, 对所述 APP进 行加密处理。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 服务器在发送 对应 APP的下载信息给第二客户端时, 还在所述下载信息中携带所述 APP 的解密信息; 所述第二客户端根据下载信息中携带的所述 APP的解密信息 对下载的 APP进行解密。
6、 一种客户端, 该客户端包括: 购买请求模块, 配置为发送携带 APP 允许使用次数的购买请求至服务器; 接收服务器返回的 APP兌换码, 并将 所述 APP兌换码发送给除上述客户端外的其他客户端。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的客户端, 其中, 该客户端还包括: 设置模块, 配置为设置所要赠送的 APP的允许使用次数,并将所述 APP的允许使用次 数发送给购买请求模块。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的客户端, 其中, 所述购买请求还包括: APP 名称、 或 APP标识。
9、 一种服务器, 该服务器包括: 购买处理模块和兌换模块; 其中, 所述购买处理模块, 配置为接收第一客户端发送的携带 APP允许使用 次数的购买请求, 生成 APP兌换码, 保存 APP兌换码与允许使用次数的对 应关系, 并返回 APP兌换码给第一客户端;
所述兌换模块, 配置为接收第二客户端发送的携带 APP兌换码的兌换 请求, 根据 APP兌换码对应的使用次数确定允许兌换后, 发送对应 APP的 下载信息给第二客户端。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的服务器, 其中, 所述购买处理模块, 配置 为接收第一客户端发送的携带 APP允许使用次数的购买请求, 根据所述购 买请求查找到对应的 APP, 并对应所述 APP产生一个随机码, 将所述随机 码作为 APP兌换码与购买请求所携带的允许使用次数——对应地存储在存 储器上, 并将 APP兌换码通过购买响应消息返回给第一客户端。
11、 根据权利要求 9 所述的服务器, 其中, 所述购买处理模块, 还配 置为在接收客户端发送的携带有 APP的允许使用次数的购买请求后, 根据 所述购买请求查找到对应的 APP, 对所述 APP进行加密处理。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的服务器, 其中, 所述兌换模块, 还配置为 在发送对应 APP的下载信息给第二客户端时, 在所述下载信息中携带所述 APP的解密信息。
13、 一种控制应用软件赠送的系统, 该系统包括: 第一客户端、 服务 器、 第二客户端; 其中,
所述第一客户端为权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的客户端;
所述服务器为权利要求 9至 12中任一项所述的服务器;
所述第二客户端包括: 兌换请求模块和下载模块, 其中,
所述兌换请求模块, 配置为接收第一客户端发送的服务器返回的 APP 兌换码, 发送携带所述 APP兌换码的兌换请求至服务器;
所述下载模块,配置为根据 APP的下载信息下载 APP,在成功下载后, 向服务器返回下载成功响应消息。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的系统, 其中, 所述下载模块, 还配置为根 据下载信息中携带的 APP的解密信息对下载的 APP进行解密。
