创建联系人方法、 装置和移动终端 本申请基于申请号为 201310102476.1、申请日为 2013年 3月 27日的中国专利申请提 出， 并要求该中国专利申请的优先权， 该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参 考。 技术领域
本公开涉及终端技术领域， 特别涉及一种创建联系人方法、 装置和移动终端。 背景技术
随着终端技术的发展， 移动终端的功能越来越多， 在移动终端的诸多功能中， 与联系 人进行通信是移动终端中的最基础的功能， 也是必不可少的功能。用户可以通过在移动终 端上编辑联系人的信息来创建联系人。在需要与联系人进行联系时， 用户在移动终端中浏 览联系人的姓名， 以找出查找联系人的电话号码， 从而根据该电话号码实现给联系人打电 话或发信息等功能。
移动终端可以保存多个联系人的信息，而由于创建联系人信息时，用户需要手动编辑， 而为了获得详尽的联系人信息， 就需要用户在移动终端上手动输入多项信息， 耗时较长， 操作繁琐， 不符合用户的使用习惯， 从而用户一般仅会编辑一些基础的联系人信息， 如姓 名和电话号码等。
因此， 移动终端所能提供给用户的联系人信息也很有限， 使得用户根据这些有限的联 系人信息无法记起某些长时间未联系的联系人，或者无法记起创建某些联系人的场景等相 关信息， 不利于移动终端的联系人的管理。 发明内容
为了解决不能尽可能多的输入联系人信息的问题，本公开实施例提供了一种创建联系 人方法、 装置和移动终端。 所述技术方案如下：

接收创建联系人的请求；
获取创建过程中的至少一项环境信息；
生成所述联系人的联系人信息， 所述联系人信息包括所述至少一项环境信息。

本公开实施例中， 当移动终端接收创建联系人的请求时， 在显示屏上显示创建联系人 界面， 该界面上包括各个选项， 如手机号码、 通讯地址等， 进一步地， 该界面上还包括该 联系人的昵称、介绍人或对该联系人的描述信息， 当用户在选项中输入该联系人的至少一 项信息时， 移动终端缓存该输入的信息。
其中， 对该联系人的描述信息可以包括该联系人的公司、职位和用户对该联系人的第 一印象的评价等。
本公开实施例中， 该界面上包括的各个选项可以由技术人员在开发时设置， 也可以由 用户在使用过程中进行增加、 删除等操作， 本公开实施例对此不做限定。
与现有的创建联系人方法的不同在于， 移动终端提供昵称、 介绍人、 职位等多维的编 辑选项， 供用户输入相应信息， 而不仅仅是联系人的名字、 电话号码等基本信息， 使得用 户在忘记联系人时通过查看详细的联系人信息回忆起该联系人， 便于用户对联系人的管 理。
需要说明的是， 该步骤 202为可选步骤， 当移动终端默认提供昵称、 介绍人或对该联 系人的描述信息的输入框时， 可以在显示创建联系人界面时直接显示； 而当这些项目为移 动终端为用户提供的可选项目时， 可以在创建联系人的菜单中显示， 也即是， 当接收到激 活菜单的命令时， 在菜单中显示昵称、 介绍人或对该联系人的描述信息对应的选项， 由用 户触发该选项对相应的信息进行输入或修改操作，还可以在显示创建联系人界面时直接显 示 "添加详情"选项， 当接收到添加详情的命令时， 在该界面上直接显示输入框， 由用户 在输入框中输入信息， 如输入 "介绍人-张三" 。 此外， 还可以通过拍摄该联系人的名片 等方式获取该联系人的信息， 如姓名、 电话号码、 公司和职位等， 而不进行该至少一项信 息的输入。 本公开实施例对此不做限定。
优选地，当移动终端接收到创建联系人的请求时，根据移动终端提供的环境信息列表， 确定需要获取的至少一项环境信息。该环境信息列表可以包括由移动终端默认或由移动终 端用户预先设置的环境信息类型。 当该环境信息列表中仅包括地理位置信息类型时， 则在 移动终端接收到创建联系人请求时， 移动终端自动启动 GPS进行定位， 以获取移动终端 当前的地理位置信息， 并保存在移动终端的数据库中， 而当环境信息列表中还包括其他的 环境信息类型时， 则获取相应的环境信息， 并保存在数据库中， 如， 移动终端还可以根据 用户输入的职位、介绍人等信息和该移动终端已保存的联系人信息， 获取该联系人的人脉 记录等。
在本公开实施例中， 仅以环境信息列表中包括联系人创建时间、 声音信息、 图片、 地 理位置信息和天气信息为例进行说明， 在其他实施例中， 该环境信息列表可以包括的环境 信息类型还可以有其他类型， 在此不做限定。
203： 移动终端根据当前时钟指示的时间， 获取联系人创建时间；
当移动终端接收创建联系人的请求时， 根据当前时钟指示的时间获取联系人创建时 间， 以便用户查看创建该联系人的具体时间或者对同一段时间内创建的联系人进行分组。
需要说明的是， 该步骤 203为可选步骤， 当移动终端默认获取联系人创建时间时， 可 以在显示创建联系人界面时直接获取联系人创建时间，而当该项目为移动终端为用户提供 的可选项目时， 可以在创建联系人的菜单中显示获取创建时间选项， 供用户点击触发获取 联系人创建时间。
204： 移动终端应用配置于该移动终端的麦克风进行录音， 获取声音信息， 该声音信 息包括该联系人的语音信息和周围环境声音信息；
当移动终端接收创建联系人的请求时， 开启配置于该移动终端的麦克风， 进行录音， 录音时可以记录用户与该联系人的谈话和周围环境的声音等信息， 即在录音过程中获取到 的声音信息包括该联系人的语音信息和周围环境声音信息，该周围环境声音信息包括用户 的语音信息。根据该声音信息中包括的谈话记录， 用户可以获知在谈话过程中包含的该联 系人的工作、 职位等信息， 而根据该联系人的语音信息， 可以记录该联系人的声音特征， 便于在后续的通信过程中识别该联系人。
本公开领域的技术人员可以获知， 获取到该声音信息后， 可以通过语音识别提取该联 系人的语音信息， 由于该联系人的声音特征不会改变， 通过获取的该联系人的语音信息， 可以识别该联系人。
该录音过程可以在后台运行， 不会影响用户在创建联系人过程中输入信息或其他操 作。
本公开实施例中， 可以预先设定录音时长， 按照预设录音时长进行录音， 当录音时间 超过预设录音时长时， 停止录音。 本公开实施例对此不做具体限定。
需要说明的是， 该步骤 204为可选步骤， 当移动终端默认进行录音时， 可以在显示创 建联系人界面时直接开启麦克风进行录音，而当该项目为移动终端为用户提供的可选项目 时， 可以在创建联系人的菜单中显示获取声音信息选项， 供用户点击触发录音激活指令， 当接收到录音激活指令时， 开启麦克风对声音信息进行获取。
205： 移动终端应用配置于该移动终端的摄像设备拍摄周围环境， 获取至少一张图片； 当移动终端接收创建联系人的请求时， 开启配置于该移动终端的摄像设备， 如摄像头 等， 拍摄周围环境， 获取至少一张图片。 该至少一张图片可以包括该联系人的头像或创建 联系人的地理位置的照片等。通过查看该至少一张图片， 使得用户可以直观地回忆创建该 联系人时的场景。
本公开实施例中， 可以在后台开启该摄像设备， 并按照预设个数自动拍摄图片， 或者 提示用户手持移动终端手动拍摄预设个数的图片。 本公开实施例对此不做限定。 优选地， 静音拍摄该至少一张图片。
需要说明的是， 该步骤 205为可选步骤， 当移动终端默认获取图片时， 可以在显示创 建联系人界面时直接开启摄像设备， 进行图片拍摄， 而当该项目为移动终端为用户提供的 可选项目时， 可以在创建联系人的菜单中显示拍摄图片选项， 供用户点击触发获取至少一 张图片。
206： 移动终端应用全球定位系统 GPS或基站定位服务进行定位， 获取该移动终端的 地理位置信息；
当移动终端接收创建联系人的请求时， 开启配置于该移动终端的 GPS 或基站定位服 务， 获取该移动终端当前地理位置的经纬度坐标， 记录下来， 根据第三方地图和当前地理 位置的经纬度坐标， 将当前地理位置标示在地图上， 获取该包括当前地理位置的标识的地 图。
该地理位置信息可以包括地图、 经纬度坐标等信息， 当用户查看该地理位置信息时， 将地理位置信息中的文字信息展示给用户， 并调用该包括当前地理位置标识的地图， 展示 给用户。
需要说明的是， 该步骤 206为可选步骤， 当移动终端默认获取地理位置信息时， 可以 在显示创建联系人界面时直接获取地理位置信息，而当该项目为移动终端为用户提供的可 选项目时， 可以在创建联系人的菜单中显示获取地理位置信息选项， 供用户点击触发获取 地理位置信息。
步骤 207: 移动终端根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信息， 获取该地理位置信息所 在区域对应的天气信息；
当获取到该移动终端的地理位置信息时， 根据该地理位置信息， 获取该地理位置信息 所在区域对应的天气信息。
该天气信息可以包括天气情况， 如晴天、 雨天等， 还可以包括气温等， 本公开实施例 对此不做限定。
该步骤 207可以包括以下任一步骤 （1 ) 或 （2) ：
( 1 ) 移动终端根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信息， 确定该移动终端的地理位置 信息所在区域， 根据该所在区域， 通过移动终端安装的天气信息应用获取该所在区域对应 的天气信息；
例如， 移动终端根据安装的天气信息应用， 可以获取各个区域对应的天气信息。 当移 动终端获取到该地理位置信息时， 根据该地理位置信息确定该移动终端所在区域， 根据该 所在区域和获取的各个区域对应的天气信息， 获取该所在区域对应的天气信息。
( 2) 移动终端根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信息， 确定该移动终端的地理位置 信息所在区域， 根据该所在区域， 以该所在区域为关键字进行查询， 获取该所在区域对应 的天气信息；
例如， 当移动终端获取到该地理位置信息时， 根据该地理位置信息确定该移动终端所 在区域， 以该所在区域为关键字在互联网上进行查询， 获取当前移动终端所在区域对应的 天气信息。
需要说明的是， 该步骤 207为可选步骤， 当移动终端默认在获取到地理位置信息时获 取天气信息， 可以在显示创建联系人界面时直接在获取到地理位置信息后获取天气信息， 而当该项目为移动终端为用户提供的可选项目时，可以在创建联系人的菜单中显示获取天 气信息选项， 供用户点击触发获取天气信息。
需要说明的是， 步骤 203-207均可以在移动终端的后台自动运行， 或者由用户触发后 运行。 其中， 步骤 207需在步骤 206之后执行， 其他各个步骤之间没有绝对的时序关系， 当接收到创建联系人的请求时， 移动终端可以选择该步骤 203-207中的一项或多项进行联 系人信息的获取， 该多项联系人获取的过程可以同时执行， 也可以一前一后执行， 只需使 步骤 207在步骤 206之后执行即可， 本公开实施例对此不做限定。
图 3是本公开实施例提供的一种联系人信息显示示意图。 参见图 3， 当用户查看该联 系人"李小明 "的信息时，在移动终端的显示屏上显示李小明的基本信息，如职业 "会计"、 居住地 "北京" 、 头像 "图片 1 " 、 介绍人 "王磊"等， 还显示创建李小明联系人时的地 点， 即地图 1， 该地图 1包括创建李小明联系人时的地理位置和周围环境区域。
基于图 3的示例， 当用户点击 "详情"按键时， 在移动终端的显示屏上显示创建时间、 声音信息和天气信息等联系人信息， 供用户查看； 当用户点击 "人脉记录"按键时， 显示 获取的李小明的人脉记录。
进一步地， 在该创建联系人过程完成后， 该方法还可以包括步骤 208、 209和 210: 208： 当接收到语音识别指令时， 获取通信过程中对端联系人的语音信息； 在与联系人进行通话或语音短信等通信过程中， 当用户无法识别该对端联系人时， 如 该对端联系人的电话号码未保存时， 可以通过触发该语音识别指令， 获取该对端联系人的 语音信息。

需要说明的是： 上述实施例提供的创建联系人的装置在创建联系人时， 仅以上述各功 能模块的划分进行举例说明， 实际应用中， 可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能 模块完成， 即将移动终端的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块， 以完成以上描述的全部或者 部分功能。 另外， 上述实施例提供的创建联系人的装置与创建联系人的方法实施例属于同 一构思， 其具体实现过程详见方法实施例， 这里不再赘述。 本公开实施例还提供了一种移动终端， 包括：
显示屏幕；
一个或多个处理器；
存储器； 和
一个或多个模块，该一个或多个模块存储于该存储器中并被配置成由该一个或多个处 理器执行， 其中， 该一个或多个模块具有如下功能：
接收创建联系人的请求；
获取创建过程中的至少一项环境信息；
生成该联系人的联系人信息， 该联系人信息包括该至少一项环境信息。
可选地， 该一个或多个模块用于接收用户输入的至少一项信息；
相应地， 该一个或多个模块还用于生成该联系人信息， 该联系人信息包括该至少一项 信息和该至少一项环境信息。
可选地， 该一个或多个模块用于接收用户输入的该联系人的昵称、 介绍人或对该联系 人的描述信息中的至少一项信息。
可选地， 该一个或多个模块还用于根据移动终端当前时钟指示的时间， 获取联系人创 建时间；
应用全球定位系统 GPS或基站定位服务进行定位， 获取该移动终端的地理位置信息; 应用配置于该移动终端的麦克风进行录音， 获取声音信息， 该声音信息包括该联系人 的语音信息和周围环境声音信息；
应用配置于该移动终端的摄像设备拍摄周围环境， 获取至少一张图片。
可选地， 该地理位置信息至少包括地图， 该地图包括当前地理位置的标识。
可选地， 该一个或多个模块还用于根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信息， 获取该地 理位置信息所在区域对应的天气信息。
可选地， 该一个或多个模块还用于根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信息， 确定该移 动终端的地理位置信息所在区域， 根据该所在区域， 通过移动终端安装的天气信息应用获 取该所在区域对应的天气信息； 或， 根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信息， 确定该移动 终端的地理位置信息所在区域， 根据该所在区域， 以该所在区域为关键字进行查询， 获取 该所在区域对应的天气信息。
可选地， 该一个或多个模块还用于当接收到语音识别指令时， 获取通信过程中对端联 系人的语音信息；
根据已保存的联系人的语音信息对该对端联系人的语音信息进行识别；
当确定该已保存的联系人的语音信息中包括与该对端联系人的语音信息匹配的语音 信息时， 获取匹配的语音信息对应的联系人信息。
本公开实施例提供的移动终端，通过接收创建联系人的请求获取创建过程中的至少一 项环境信息； 生成该联系人的联系人信息， 该联系人信息包括该至少一项环境信息。 采用 本公开的技术方案， 通过在创建联系人时， 获取至少一项环境信息， 无需用户手动输入即 可获取多项信息， 简化用户的操作， 便于移动终端的联系人的管理。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完 成， 也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成， 所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储 介质中， 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器， 磁盘或光盘等。

权利要求
1、 一种创建联系人方法， 其特征在于， 所述方法包括：
接收创建联系人的请求；
获取创建过程中的至少一项环境信息；
生成所述联系人的联系人信息， 所述联系人信息包括所述至少一项环境信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于， 生成所述联系人的联系人信息之前， 所述方法还包括：
接收用户输入的至少一项信息；
相应地， 生成所述联系人的联系人信息包括：
生成所述联系人信息，所述联系人信息包括所述至少一项信息和所述至少一项环境信 息。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的方法， 其特征在于， 接收用户输入的至少一项信息， 包括: 接收用户输入的所述联系人的昵称、介绍人或对所述联系人的描述信息中的至少一项 信息。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于， 获取创建过程中的至少一项环境信息， 包括以下至少一项：
根据移动终端当前时钟指示的时间， 获取联系人创建时间；
应用全球定位系统 GPS或基站定位服务进行定位， 获取所述移动终端的地理位置信 息；
应用配置于所述移动终端的麦克风进行录音，获取声音信息，所述声音信息包括所述 联系人的语音信息和周围环境声音信息；
应用配置于所述移动终端的摄像设备拍摄周围环境， 获取至少一张图片。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述地理位置信息至少包括地图， 所 述地图包括当前地理位置的标识。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法， 其特征在于， 应用全球定位系统 GPS进行定位， 获 取地理位置信息之后， 所述方法还包括：
根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信息，获取所述地理位置信息所在区域对应的天气 信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法， 其特征在于， 根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信 息， 获取所述地理位置信息所在区域对应的天气信息， 包括：
根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信息， 确定所述移动终端的地理位置信息所在区 域，根据所述所在区域，通过移动终端安装的天气信息应用获取所述所在区域对应的天气 信息；
或， 根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信息， 确定所述移动终端的地理位置信息所在区 域， 根据所述所在区域， 以所述所在区域为关键字进行查询， 获取所述所在区域对应的天 气信息。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法， 其特征在于， 应用配置于所述移动终端的麦克风进 行录音， 获取声音信息之后， 所述方法还包括：
当接收到语音识别指令时， 获取通信过程中对端联系人的语音信息；
根据已保存的联系人的语音信息对所述对端联系人的语音信息进行识别；
当确定所述已保存的联系人的语音信息中包括与所述对端联系人的语音信息匹配的 语音信息时， 获取匹配的语音信息对应的联系人信息。
9、 一种创建联系人装置， 其特征在于， 所述装置包括：
创建请求接收模块， 用于接收创建联系人的请求；
环境信息获取模块， 用于获取创建过程中的至少一项环境信息；
联系人信息生成模块，用于生成所述联系人的联系人信息，所述联系人信息包括所述 至少一项环境信息。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置， 其特征在于， 所述装置还包括：
信息接收模块， 用于接收用户输入的至少一项信息；
相应地， 所述联系人信息生成模块包括：
第一信息生成单元，用于生成所述联系人信息，所述联系人信息包括所述至少一项信 息和所述至少一项环境信息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置， 其特征在于， 所述信息接收模块包括： 信息接收单元，用于接收用户输入的所述联系人的昵称、介绍人或对所述联系人的描 述信息中的至少一项信息。
12、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置， 其特征在于， 所述环境信息获取模块包括： 创建时间获取单元， 用于根据移动终端当前时钟指示的时间， 获取联系人创建时间； 位置信息获取单元， 用于应用全球定位系统 GPS或基站定位服务进行定位， 获取所 述移动终端的地理位置信息；
声音信息获取单元，用于应用配置于所述移动终端的麦克风进行录音，获取声音信息， 所述声音信息包括所述联系人的语音信息和周围环境声音信息；
图片获取单元，用于应用配置于所述移动终端的摄像设备拍摄周围环境，获取至少一 张图片。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置， 其特征在于， 所述地理位置信息至少包括地图， 所述地图包括当前地理位置的标识。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置， 其特征在于， 所述装置还包括：
天气信息获取单元，用于根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信息，获取所述地理位置 信息所在区域对应的天气信息。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置， 其特征在于， 所述天气信息获取单元包括： 第一获取子单元，用于根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信息，确定所述移动终端的 地理位置信息所在区域，根据所述所在区域，通过移动终端安装的天气信息应用获取所述 所在区域对应的天气信息；
第二获取子单元，用于根据获取到的移动终端的地理位置信息，确定所述移动终端的 地理位置信息所在区域， 根据所述所在区域， 以所述所在区域为关键字进行查询， 获取所 述所在区域对应的天气信息。
16、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置， 其特征在于， 所述装置还包括：
语音信息获取模块，用于当接收到语音识别指令时，获取通信过程中对端联系人的语 音信息；
识别模块，用于根据已保存的联系人的语音信息对所述对端联系人的语音信息进行识 别；
匹配信息获取模块，用于当确定所述已保存的联系人的语音信息中包括与所述对端联 系人的语音信息匹配的语音信息时， 获取匹配的语音信息对应的联系人信息。
17、 一种移动终端， 其特征在于， 所述移动终端包括：
显示屏幕；
一个或多个处理器；
存储器； 和
一个或多个模块，所述一个或多个模块存储于所述存储器中并被配置成由所述一个或 多个处理器执行， 其中， 所述一个或多个模块具有如下功能：
接收创建联系人的请求；
获取创建过程中的至少一项环境信息；
生成所述联系人的联系人信息， 所述联系人信息包括所述至少一项环境信息。
