【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶面板生产技术领域,特别涉及一种液晶面板标识系统。
【背景技术】
在液晶面板生产中,为使产品信息可追溯及管控,业界都会使用打印机打印产品条码,并通过自动化设备吸附打印出来的条码贴附在液晶面板上。
请参阅图1,图1是现有技术中通过自动化设备吸附打印出来条码贴附在液晶面板上的简化原理示意图。
如图1所示,现有技术中,由打印机11打印条码17,并由吸标头12吸附,再通过X轴气缸13、Y轴伺服14以及Z轴气缸15将条码17贴附到液晶面板16上。
显然,上述系统结构复杂,在现场生产中设备故障频发,严重影响生产效率。
现有技术中使用打印机打印条码经常需要停线换料,平均每条生产线换料时间约6min/day,严重影响生产效率。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种液晶面板标识系统,以解决现有技术中液晶面板标识系统结构复杂、故障频发、通过自动化设备吸附打印出来的条码贴附在液晶面板上生产效率较低的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种液晶面板标识系统,所述液晶面板标识系统包括:
喷码机,所述喷码机内设有墨盒,所述墨盒内装有墨粉或墨水;
喷码头,与所述喷码机连接,用于在液晶面板上喷涂一维码或在所述液晶面板上喷涂二维码以对液晶面板进行标识,所述喷码头位于所述液晶面板的正上方;
墨管,所述墨管将所述喷码头与所述墨盒连接;
定位机构,所述喷码头定位机构用于定位所述喷码头。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种液晶面板标识系统,所述液晶面板标识系统包括:
喷码机;及
喷码头,与所述喷码机连接,用于在液晶面板上喷码以对液晶面板进行标识。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述喷码机内设有墨盒。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述墨盒内装有墨粉或墨水。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述液晶面板标识系统还包括墨管,所述墨管将所述喷码头与所述墨盒连接。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述喷码头位于所述液晶面板的正上方。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述液晶面板标识系统还包括喷码头定位机构,所述喷码头定位机构用于定位所述喷码头。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述在液晶面板上喷码包括在所述液晶面板上喷涂一维码或在所述液晶面板上喷涂二维码。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明提供的液晶面板标识系统结构简单、可靠性高、利用喷码的方式对液晶面板进行标识,提升了液晶面板的生产效率,降低了液晶面板的生产成本。

请参阅图2,图2是本发明提供的液晶面板标识系统的简化原理示意图。
如图2所示,本发明提供一种液晶面板标识系统,液晶面板标识系统包括喷码机21、墨管23以及喷码头24。
其中,喷码头24通过墨管23与喷码机21连接,该喷码头24用于在液晶面板25上喷码以对液晶面板25进行标识,例如,在液晶面板25上喷涂一维码或在液晶面板25上喷涂二维码。
具体而言,喷码机21内设有墨盒22,墨盒22内装有墨粉或墨水,墨管23将喷码头24与墨盒22连接。由于液晶面板25在未加电的常态下呈黑色,因此,可以在液晶面板25上喷涂除黑色以外的一维码或二维码来标识,在墨盒22内灌装相应颜色的墨粉或墨水即可。
在本发明优选实施中,喷码头24位于液晶面板25的正上方。
进一步地,液晶面板标识系统还包括喷码头定位机构,该喷码头定位机构用于定位喷码头24,当液晶面板25通过传送机构传送至喷码头24下方时,喷码头24在液晶面板25的预定位置喷涂条码完成液晶面板25的标识。
综上所述,本领域技术人员容理解,区别于现有技术的情况,本发明提供的液晶面板标识系统结构简单、可靠性高、无需停线换料、利用喷码的方式对液晶面板进行标识,降低了故障率,提升了液晶面板的生产效率,降低了液晶面板的生产成本。

  1. 一种液晶面板标识系统,其特征在于,所述液晶面板标识系统包括:
    喷码机,所述喷码机内设有墨盒,所述墨盒内装有墨粉或墨水;
    喷码头,与所述喷码机连接,用于在液晶面板上喷涂一维码或在所述液晶面板上喷涂二维码以对液晶面板进行标识,所述喷码头位于所述液晶面板的正上方;
    墨管,所述墨管将所述喷码头与所述墨盒连接;
    定位机构,所述喷码头定位机构用于定位所述喷码头。
  2. 一种液晶面板标识系统,其特征在于,所述液晶面板标识系统包括:
    喷码机;及
    喷码头,与所述喷码机连接,用于在液晶面板上喷码以对液晶面板进行标识。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶面板标识系统,其特征在于,所述喷码机内设有墨盒。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的液晶面板标识系统,其特征在于,所述墨盒内装有墨粉或墨水。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的液晶面板标识系统,其特征在于,所述液晶面板标识系统还包括墨管,所述墨管将所述喷码头与所述墨盒连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的液晶面板标识系统,其特征在于,所述喷码头位于所述液晶面板的正上方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的液晶面板标识系统,其特征在于,所述液晶面板标识系统还包括喷码头定位机构,所述喷码头定位机构用于定位所述喷码头。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶面板标识系统,其特征在于,所述在液晶面板上喷码包括在所述液晶面板上喷涂一维码或在所述液晶面板上喷涂二维码。
