本发明涉及液晶技术领域, 尤其涉及一种内嵌式电容触控显示面板的控 制装置及方法、 以及显示装置。 背景技术

将所述内嵌式电容触控显示面板的显示每一帧图像的时间分成至少两个 控制时段, 每个所述控制时段包括显示时间段和触控时间段;
在显示时间段, 对所述触控显示面板的触控驱动电极不施加信号或者施 加显示用信号;

本发明实施例提供了一种内嵌式电容触控显示面板、 显示设备、 控制装 置及方法, 用以实现显示面板的显示和触控的功能, 提高触控的报点率。
下面结合附图对本发明进行说明。需要说明的是, 附图仅是结构示意图, 仅是为了更清楚的解释本发明, 但不能限制本发明。
如图 5所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种实现内嵌式电容触控显示面板的 显示和触控功能的控制方法, 包括:
Sl、 将所述内嵌式电容触控显示面板的显示每一帧图像的时间分成至少 两个控制时段, 每个所述控制时段包括显示时间段和触控时间段;
S2、 在显示时间段, 对所述触控显示面板的触控驱动电极不施加信号或 者施加显示用信号;
S3、 在触控时间段, 对所述触控驱动电极依次施加触控驱动信号, 触控 感应电极耦合所述触控驱动信号的电压信号并输出。
在上述过程中, 步骤 Sl、 S2和 S3的具体执行顺序不做限定; 例如, 步 骤 S1可以在驱动控制的初始阶段执行一次,之后只要步骤 S2和 S3交替执行 即可。
具体地,在步骤 S2中,所述在显示时间段对触控显示面板的触控驱动电 极不施加信号或者施加显示用信号, 包括:
若所述触控驱动电极与所述触控显示面板的栅线、 数据线、 公共电极层 均异层设置, 则在显示时间段对所述触控显示面板的触控驱动电极不施加信 号;
若所述触控显示面板的栅线中的部分栅线作为触控驱动电极, 则所述显 示用信号为栅扫描信号, 并且在显示时间段对所述触控驱动电极施加栅扫描 信号;
若所述触控显示面板的数据线中的部分数据线作为触控驱动电极, 则所 述显示用信号为图像数据信号, 并且在显示时间段对所述触控驱动电极施加 图像数据信号;
若所述触控显示面板的公共电极中的部分条状公共电极作为触控驱动电 极, 则所述显示用信号为公共电压信号, 并且在显示时间段对所述触控驱动 电极施加公共电压信号。
在上述方法中, 所述至少两个控制时段中, 每个所述控制时段的时长均 相等; 在不同的控制时段中, 每个所述显示时间段的时长均相等, 每个所述 触控时间段的时长均相等。
下面将结合图 2中所示的一种内嵌式电容触控显示面板来对上述电容触 控显示面板的控制方法进行详细介绍。
具体地, 图 2中所示内嵌式电容触控显示面板包括对向基板 11、 阵列基 板, 以及位于对向基板 11 和阵列基板之间的液晶层 12; 其中, 阵列基板包 括制作在玻璃基板 130上的交叉排列的栅线 131和数据线 132, 所述栅线 131 和数据线 132设置在不同层, 二者之间设置有第一绝缘层 151; 同时, 所述 阵列基板还包括: 位于液晶层 12和数据线 132之间的触控驱动电极 141、 触 控感应电极 142, 在数据线 132和触控驱动电极 141之间的第二绝缘层 152、 以及位于触控驱动电极 141和触控感应电极 142之间的第三绝缘层 153; 其 中,
所述触控驱动电极 141沿第一方向延伸, 位于所述所述第二绝缘层 152 和第三绝缘层 153之间; 及,
所述触控感应电极 142沿第二方向延伸, 所述触控感应电极 142与所述 触控驱动电极 141通过第三绝缘层 153相隔离;
其中, 所述第一方向和第二方向相垂直, 即所述触控驱动电极 141和触 控感应电极 142的延伸方向相垂直。
较佳地, 所述触控感应电极 142和触控驱动电极 141可以采用透明导电 材料, 例如氧化铟锡 ITO, 这样触控感应电极和触控驱动电极的布线不会对 触控显示面板的开口率产生影响。 如果触控驱动电极 141和 /或触控感应电极 142采用金属材料的话, 则优选地可以将触控驱动电极 141和 /或触控感应电 极 142设置成网格状电极结构, 参见图 3所示, 而且网格状的电极与触控显 示面板中的黑矩阵区域相对应, 避免触控感应电极 142和触控驱动电极 141 的布线对触控显示面板的开口率产生负面影响。 网格的密度由显示面板的显 示精度决定, 因此可以通过调整网格的密度, 满足不同的触控精度需求。
进一步的, 参见图 3所示的层状结构, 所述触控感应电极 142由多个触 控感应子电极组成, 所述触控驱动电极 141 由多个触控驱动子电极组成; 其 中各个触控感应子电极 RX1、 RX2和 RX3等与各个触控驱动子电极 TX1、 ΤΧ2、 ΤΧ3和 ΤΧ4等交叉排列, 在交叉的位置处形成电容。
下面以图 2、 图 3所示的电容触控显示面板为例, 并结合图 4所示的各 信号端的时序图, 对本发明提供的控制上述显示面板实现显示和触控的控制 方法, 进行详细说明。 如图 4所示, STV代表一帧图像的开启信号, 将一帧 画面的时间分为多个控制时段, 每个控制时段又分别包括显示时间段 Display 和触控时间段 Touch , 每组显示时间段和触控时间段按照时间顺序依次进行, 各个显示时间段的时长是相等的, 各个触控时间段的时长也是相等的。 每一 显示时间段对应一栅线组, 每一栅线组包括不同的栅线, 较佳地, 不同的栅 线组包括相同数量的栅线。
在显示时间段 Display内, 使该组栅线中的栅线依次接收栅极扫描信号, 数据线输出相应的数据信号; 如图 4中所示, m行栅线作为一组, 在第一组 的显示时间段中, 依次开启第一行栅线至第 m行栅线, 数据线分别输出相应 的数据信号; 同时公共电极输出公共电压信号, 进而像素电极和公共电极之 间形成电场以控制相应的像素单元的液晶翻转, 实现画面的显示。
在触控时间段 Touch内, 将触控驱动信号 (可以是一高频信号)施加到 至少一触控驱动子电极, 相应的触控感应子电极接入触控感应信号 (可以是 一直流电信号); 如图 4所示, 在第一组的触控时间段中, 控制触控驱动子电 极 TX2接收触控驱动信号, 相应的所有触控感应子电极接入触控感应信号。 在触控感应子电极 RX感应到触控动作后, 会产生一耦合信号该耦合信号叠 加到所述触控感应信号(即, 直流电信号), 并通过所述触控感应子电极输出 到外部检测电路。 在一组的触控时间段内, 工作中的触控驱动子电极和触控 感应子电极的数量不做限定, 只要所有的触控驱动子电极和触控感应子电极 在整帧图像的时间内保证完整地完成至少一次报点即可。 当然, 多次报点可 以提高报点率, 进而提高触控精度。 因此, 可以根据不同的触控精度要求以 及显示面板的具体参数来决定触控驱动信号的扫描频率。
显示时间段和触控时间段顺序交替进行,直至最后一组的显示时间段内, 依次开启第 j行至第 j+m行栅线(最后一行), 将整帧图像显示完毕, 最后一 组的触控时间段内对至少一触控驱动子电极进行触控扫描。 如上所述, 只要 在一帧图像的时间内实现至少一次的报点即可。
上面结合图 2、 图 3所示的结构介绍了内嵌式电容触控显示面板的控制 方法。 从图 2中可以看到, 这里的触控驱动电极与触控显示面板的栅线、 数 据线、 公共电极层都是异层设置的, 也就是说触控驱动电极是在阵列基板的 基础上独立设置的新的层结构, 此时触控驱动和显示驱动分别由不同的驱动 芯片来控制。 在显示时间段, 所述触控驱动电极上无需施加电信号, 以免对 正常的画面显示造成串扰; 在触控时间段, 正常的栅扫描信号和图像数据信 号停止输入到栅线和数据线, 而触控驱动电极和触控感应电极上开始施加相 应的触控信号。
进一步地, 为了减少内嵌式电容触控显示面板的制作工艺, 可以将触控 驱动电极制作到栅金属层或者源漏金属层。 具体地, 可以利用部分的栅线或 者部分的数据线来作为触控驱动电极。
在利用部分栅线作为触控驱动电极时, 在显示时间段为所述触控驱动电 极施加栅扫描信号, 而在触控时间段则为所述触控驱动电极施加触控驱动信 号; 在利用部分数据线作为触控驱动电极时, 在显示时间段为所述触控驱动 电极施加图像数据信号, 而在触控时间段则为所述触控驱动电极施加触控驱 动信号。
进一步地, 考虑到现有的 ADS ( Advanced Super Dimension Switch, 高级 超维场转换技术)模式的显示面板, 在其阵列基板上设置有两层透明电极, 其通过同一平面内狭缝电极边缘所产生的电场以及狭缝电极层与板状电极层 间产生的电场形成多维电场, 使液晶盒(cell ) 内狭缝电极间、 电极正上方所 有取向液晶分子都能够产生旋转, 从而提高了液晶工作效率并增大了透光效 率。基于 ADS模式显示面板的电容触控显示面板, 可以将触控驱动电极制作 到阵列基板的第二透明电极层(靠近液晶的透明电极层)。 若此时第二透明电 极层是作为公共电极, 则可以将该层公共电极设置成多个条状公共电极, 并 从所述多个条状公共电极中选取部分作为触控驱动电极; 在显示时间段为所 述触控驱动电极施加公共电压信号, 而在触控时间段则为所述触控驱动电极 施加触控驱动信号。
通过上述的分时控制方法, 实现了显示面板显示和触控的双重功能, 同 时由于分时控制, 避免了触控信号对显示信号的干扰, 提高了显示质量。 更 为重要的是, 通过将每帧画面的时间分为至少两个控制时段, 每个控制时段 包含一组显示时间段和触控时间段, 明显缩小了两个触控时间段之间的时间 间隔, 对于触控显示面板表面发生的触控动作能够及时地响应, 进而能够提 高报点率, 进而提高触控的精度。
本发明实施例还提供了一种利用上述控制方法对前述内嵌式电容触控显 示面板进行显示和触控的控制装置, 所述控制装置包括: 显示控制单元, 用于在显示时间段内, 对所述触控显示面板的触控驱动 电极不施加信号或者施加显示用信号;
触控单元, 用于在触控时间段内, 对所述触控驱动电极依次施加触控驱 动信号, 触控感应电极耦合所述触控驱动信号的电压信号并输出;
时钟单元, 用于将所述内嵌式电容触控显示面板的显示每一帧图像的时 间分成至少两个控制时段,每个所述控制时段包括显示时间段和触控时间段; 所述时钟单元, 还用于在所述显示时间段到达时向所述显示控制单元发送一 显示触发信号, 在所述触控时间段到达时向所述触控单元发送一触控触发信 号。
其中, 在所述触控驱动电极与所述触控显示面板的栅线、 数据线、 公共 电极层均异层设置的情况下, 则所述显示控制单元在显示时间段对所述触控 显示面板的触控驱动电极不施加信号;
在所述触控显示面板的栅线中的部分栅线作为触控驱动电极的情况下, 则所述显示用信号为栅扫描信号, 并且所述显示控制单元在显示时间段对所 述触控驱动电极施加栅扫描信号;
在所述触控显示面板的数据线中的部分数据线作为触控驱动电极的情况 下, 则所述显示用信号为图像数据信号, 并且所述显示控制单元在显示时间 段对所述触控驱动电极施加图像数据信号;
在所述触控显示面板的公共电极中的部分条状公共电极作为触控驱动电 极的情况下, 则所述显示用信号为公共电压信号, 并且所述显示控制单元在 显示时间段对所述触控驱动电极施加公共电压信号。
较佳的, 所述至少两个控制时段中, 每个所述控制时段的时长均相等; 在不同的控制时段中, 每个所述显示时间段的时长均相等, 每个所述触控时 间段的时长均相等。
此外, 本发明实施例还提供了一种电容式触控显示装置, 所述电容式触 控显示装置包括上述实施例中描述的控制装置。 并且, 所述显示装置利用上 述的方法进行显示和触控, 从而实现显示和触控功能。
进一步地, 所述电容式触控显示装置包括阵列基板, 该阵列基板上形成 有栅线和数据线; 每一控制时段中的显示时间段对应一栅线组, 且每一栅线 组包括不同的栅线。 较佳地, 所述每一栅线组包括相同数量的栅线。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供了一种内嵌式电容触控显示面板的控制装 置及方法和显示装置, 通过分时驱动方法, 将每帧图像的时间分为至少一组 显示时间段和触控时间段, 能够在每帧图像的触控时间段内实现至少一次的 报点, 从而可以提高报点率, 进而提高触控的精度。 另外, 本发明提供的技 术方案, 通过将触控感应电极和触控驱动电极设置在阵列基板侧, 一方面由 于触控感应电极和触控驱动电极的位置对应于栅线和数据线的区域, 即不占 用显示区域, 因为可以保持原像素结构的开口率, 另一方面, 有利于触控感 应电极和触控驱动电极的引脚的引出, 进而有利于后期柔性电路板 FPC的绑 定。
本领域内的技术人员应明白, 本发明的实施例可提供为方法、 系统、 或 计算机程序产品。 因此, 本发明可采用完全硬件实施例、 完全软件实施例、 或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。 而且, 本发明可采用在一个或多个 其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质 (包括但不限于磁盘 存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、设备(系统)、 和计算机程序产 品的流程图和 /或方框图来描述的。 应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图 和 /或方框图中的每一流程和 /或方框、 以及流程图和 /或方框图中的流程 和 /或方框的结合。 可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、 专用计算机、 过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流 程图一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的 装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设 备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中, 使得存储在该计算机可读存储器 中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品, 该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或 多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上, 使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的 处理, 从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图 一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步 骤。 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、一种实现内嵌式电容触控显示面板的显示和触控功能的控制方法,其 特征在于, 该方法包括:
将所述内嵌式电容触控显示面板的显示每一帧图像的时间分成至少两个 控制时段, 每个所述控制时段包括显示时间段和触控时间段;
在显示时间段, 对所述触控显示面板的触控驱动电极不施加信号或者施 加显示用信号;
在触控时间段, 对所述触控驱动电极依次施加触控驱动信号, 触控感应 电极耦合所述触控驱动信号的电压信号并输出。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述在显示时间段对 触控显示面板的触控驱动电极不施加信号或者施加显示用信号包括:
若所述触控驱动电极与所述触控显示面板的栅线、 数据线、 公共电极层 均异层设置, 则在显示时间段对所述触控显示面板的触控驱动电极不施加信 号;
若所述触控显示面板的栅线中的部分栅线作为触控驱动电极, 则所述显 示用信号为栅扫描信号, 并且在显示时间段对所述触控驱动电极施加栅扫描 信号;
若所述触控显示面板的数据线中的部分数据线作为触控驱动电极, 则所 述显示用信号为图像数据信号, 并且在显示时间段对所述触控驱动电极施加 图像数据信号;
若所述触控显示面板的公共电极中的部分条状公共电极作为触控驱动电 极, 则所述显示用信号为公共电压信号, 并且在显示时间段对所述触控驱动 电极施加公共电压信号。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述至少两个控 制时段中, 每个所述控制时段的时长均相等;
在不同的控制时段中, 每个所述显示时间段的时长均相等, 每个所述触 控时间段的时长均相等。
4、一种对内嵌式电容触控显示面板进行显示和触控的控制装置,其特征 在于, 所述控制装置包括:
显示控制单元, 用于在显示时间段内, 对所述触控显示面板的触控驱动 电极不施加信号或者施加显示用信号;
触控单元, 用于在触控时间段内, 对所述触控驱动电极依次施加触控驱 动信号, 触控感应电极耦合所述触控驱动信号的电压信号并输出;
时钟单元, 用于将所述内嵌式电容触控显示面板的显示每一帧图像的时 间分成至少两个控制时段,每个所述控制时段包括显示时间段和触控时间段; 所述时钟单元, 还用于在所述显示时间段到达时向所述显示控制单元发送一 显示触发信号, 在所述触控时间段到达时向所述触控单元发送一触控触发信 号。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的控制装置, 其特征在于,
在所述触控驱动电极与所述触控显示面板的栅线、 数据线、 公共电极层 均异层设置的情况下, 则所述显示控制单元在显示时间段对所述触控显示面 板的触控驱动电极不施加信号;
在所述触控显示面板的栅线中的部分栅线作为触控驱动电极的情况下, 则所述显示用信号为栅扫描信号, 并且所述显示控制单元在显示时间段对所 述触控驱动电极施加栅扫描信号;
在所述触控显示面板的数据线中的部分数据线作为触控驱动电极的情况 下, 则所述显示用信号为图像数据信号, 并且所述显示控制单元在显示时间 段对所述触控驱动电极施加图像数据信号;
在所述触控显示面板的公共电极中的部分条状公共电极作为触控驱动电 极的情况下, 则所述显示用信号为公共电压信号, 并且所述显示控制单元在 显示时间段对所述触控驱动电极施加公共电压信号。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的控制装置, 其特征在于, 所述至少两个控制时 段中, 每个所述控制时段的时长均相等; 在不同的控制时段中, 每个所述显 示时间段的时长均相等, 每个所述触控时间段的时长均相等。
7、 一种电容式触控显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述电容式触控显示装置包 括权利要求 4或 5或 6所述的控制装置。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的电容式触控显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述电容 式触控显示装置包括阵列基板, 该阵列基板上形成有栅线和数据线;
每一控制时段中的显示时间段对应一栅线组, 且每一栅线组包括不同的 栅线。
