背景技术
[0002] 现有的电子烟一般包括呈筒体形的外壳, 外壳内设有用于容置烟液的烟液杯、 用于 将烟液雾化转变为烟雾的雾化器及为该雾化器提供电源的蓄电源。 外壳的一段设有一个供吸 烟者吸吮的吸嘴盖, 吸嘴盖只有一个且吸嘴盖的内壁厚度较薄: 由于烟雾在从电子烟内部经 吸嘴盖流出电子烟外部, 一些夹杂在烟雾中的细小的烟液颗粒会直接被吸到吸烟者口中, 出 现吸烟者吸到烟液的现象; 再者, 由于吸嘴盖的内壁的壁厚较薄或者为内壁单层设计, 热的 烟雾在流经吸嘴盖时与吸嘴盖发生热量交换, 而导致吸嘴温度持续升高, 存在吸烟者嘴部被 烫到烫伤的安全隐患。 另外, 由于所述烟液杯内设有杯座、 雾化座等部件, 其内部结构复 杂, 导致其拆装时费时不便。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于提供一种电子烟, 其能减少或避免吸烟者吸到烟液, 且提高使用 安全性。
[0004] 为达到上述目的, 本发明提供一种电子烟, 包括呈筒体形的外壳, 所述外壳内设有 用于储存烟液的储液部件、 用于将烟液雾化转变为烟雾的雾化器, 其中, 外壳的一端设有供 吸烟者吸吮的吸嘴盖组件, 所述吸嘴盖组件包括吸嘴主盖和与该吸嘴主盖相组合应用的吸嘴 副盖, 吸嘴主盖插入所述外壳内并固定于外壳内壁上, 所述吸嘴副盖插入并固定于所述吸嘴 主盖内, 或者, 所述吸嘴副盖插入并固定于所述外壳内壁上, 所述吸嘴主盖与吸嘴副盖之间 形成用于使夹杂在烟雾中的细小烟液颗粒在其内壁上冷却且使烟雾在流经吸嘴主盖和吸嘴副 盖时烟雾与二者发生热交换时的热量被二者分摊吸收的冷却腔, 吸嘴主盖与所述吸嘴副盖上 均设有与所述冷却腔相通的通气孔。

[0018] 采用上述技术方案后, 本发明具有如下有益效果: 首先, 吸嘴盖组件的吸嘴主盖和 吸嘴副盖之间形成用于供的冷却腔, 使得夹杂在烟雾中的细小烟液颗粒自然冷却凝结在冷却 腔的内壁上, 能减少或避免吸烟者吸到烟液。 其次, 烟雾在流经吸嘴盖组件时, 其与吸嘴盖 组件发生热交换时的热量被所述吸嘴主盖和吸嘴副盖分摊吸收, 使得吸嘴主盖和吸嘴副盖的 温度均相对较低, 能防止烫到或烫伤吸烟者的嘴部, 提高了电子烟的使用安全性。 另外, 吸 嘴盖、 隔液部件及外壳的一部分共同形成一个封闭空间用于储存烟液, 替代传统的烟液杯, 储液部件容置于该封闭空间内, 其内部结构简单, 也使得电子烟的拆装方便快捷。

[0038] 由于吸嘴副盖 42的副盖冷却腔 422与吸嘴主盖 41的主盖冷却腔 413相通, 烟雾从 吸嘴主盖 41上的通气孔 412进入主盖冷却腔 413内, 并经吸嘴副盖 42的副盖冷却腔 422从 吸嘴副盖 42的通气孔 421进入吸烟者口中。 在这个过程中, 一部分夹杂在烟雾中的细小烟 液颗粒在所述吸嘴主盖 41 的通气孔 412 的侧壁上冷却凝结变成烟液滴回流至所述导管 35 内, 另一部分夹杂在烟雾中的细小的烟液颗粒继续在副盖冷却腔 422的顶壁和侧壁上冷却凝 结成烟液滴, 烟液滴停留在吸嘴副盖 422内或经所述吸嘴主盖 41的通气孔 412的侧壁回流 至所述导管 35 内。 夹杂在烟雾中的细小的烟液颗粒在所述吸嘴盖组件 4内经二次冷却凝固 后数量大大减少, 因此大大减少或避免了烟液颗粒被吸入吸烟者口中的可能性, 同时, 烟雾 流经吸嘴盖组件 4时会与吸嘴盖组件 4发生热量交换, 这些交换的热量被所述吸嘴主盖 41 吸嘴副盖 42吸收并被二者分散和分摊, 因此吸嘴主盖 41和吸嘴副盖 42各自在与烟雾热交 说 明 书
换时所升高的温度均相对较低, 能防止吸烟者吸吮吸嘴盖组件 4时被烫到或烫伤, 提高了使 用的安全性。 为进一步提高吸嘴盖组件 4的使用安全性, 所述吸嘴主盖 41和吸嘴副盖 42均 采用隔热效果较好的塑胶材质制成。

3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸嘴主盖包括由底壁和侧壁合围形成的具有冷 却腔的筒体形的主盖本体, 吸嘴主盖的底壁上沿轴向外延伸形成一插接柱, 所述吸嘴主 盖的通气孔位于所述插接柱的中部并沿轴向贯通该插接柱, 吸嘴主盖的顶端外侧壁上沿 径向向外延伸形成与所述外壳相适配的限位凸缘; 所述吸嘴副盖插入吸嘴主盖的主盖冷 却腔内并涨紧固定于该主盖冷却腔的侧壁上。

5. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸嘴副盖包括由顶壁和侧壁合围形成的具有副 盖冷却腔的副盖本体, 副盖本体的顶壁上设有轴向贯通以使副盖冷却腔内部和外部通气 的通气孔; 副盖本体的底部向外延伸形成用于与所述吸嘴主盖的主盖冷却腔相插接的插 接柱, 插接柱的内部设有轴向贯通的通孔与所述副盖冷却腔相通。

8. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸嘴副盖包括由顶壁和侧壁合围形成的具有副 盖冷却腔的筒体形的副盖本体, 副盖本体的顶壁上设有轴向贯通的通气孔以使吸嘴副盖 内部和外部通气; 吸嘴副盖的顶端外侧壁上沿径向向外延伸形成与所述外壳相适配的限 权 利 要 求 书

9. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸嘴主盖与吸嘴副盖均采用隔热效果好的塑胶 材质制成。
10.如权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述外壳内还设有隔液部件, 所述储 液部件容置和固定于由所述吸嘴盖、 外壳的一部分及隔液部件共同限定形成的封闭空间 内, 储液部件的内壁上设有用于支撑储液部件的导管, 导管分别与所述吸嘴盖和隔液部 件相连通, 所述雾化器支撑和固定于所述导管上。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化器包括电热丝和支撑该电热丝的导液部 件, 所述电热丝由设于外壳内的控制板控制工作, 所述电热丝缠绕于所述导液部件上; 所述 电热丝的正负电极穿出所述隔液部件与所述控制板上的对应电极相连接。
12. 如权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述导管为具有中通孔的空心圆管, 导管上开设 有贯通其管壁的用于支撑和固定所述导液部件的卡槽, 所述导液部件横跨导管内且其两端分 别穿过所述卡槽并与储液部件相抵接以吸收烟液供所述电热丝雾化。
13. 如权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述储液部件为中通的筒体结构, 其套设于所述 导管的外侧并与导管的外壁相互涨紧而支撑, 储液部件的两端分别与所述吸嘴盖和隔液部件 相抵接, 且储液部件的内侧壁与所述导液部件相抵接。
14. 如权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述隔液部件呈圆筒形, 其包括由侧壁和底壁合 围而成的本体, 隔夜部件的中部设有用于与所述导管相插接的插接柱, 插接柱的中部设有沿 轴向贯通吸本体的通气孔, 插接柱与隔夜部件的内侧壁之间形成用于容置所述导管和储液部 件的环形内腔, 隔夜部件的外侧壁上沿径向向外延伸形成与所述外壳相适配的涨紧环; 本体 利用其外侧壁和所述涨紧环涨紧固定于所述外壳的内壁上: 所述环形内腔的底部还设有位于 所述插接柱外侧且沿轴向贯通隔夜部件底壁的穿线孔。
