Abstract

La présente invention concerne des composés comprenant un polypeptide et un fluorophore, lesdits composés étant capables de pénétrer directement dans des cellules vivantes et de se lier aux complexes CDK/cycline. Par conséquent, les composés selon l'invention sont capables de sonder l'abondance relative de ces complexes protéiques. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé pour déterminer la présence de complexes CDK/cycline dans des échantillons de cellules par l'intermédiaire d'une stratégie de quantification quotientométrique au moyen de composés selon l'invention. L'invention concerne finalement l'utilisation desdits composés et/ou de compositions comprenant lesdits composés pour la détection in vitro de la présence et/ou du taux d'expression de complexes CDK/cycline, pour le criblage à rendement élevé et en grand volume de banques de composés et pour l'imagerie médicale.
