背景技术 随着通信技术的发展, 移动终端的应用已经成为人们日常生活中不可 或缺的一部分。 在移动终端的使用过程中, 常常会出现某些场景, 比如电 在现有技术中, 用户在借用其他移动终端进行通信时, 由于种种因素, 比 如该借用的移动终端中没有保存用户所需的电话号码等, 用户往往喜欢将 原移动终端中的用户识别模块( SIM , Subscriber Identity Module,也称为 SIM 卡 )拆卸下来, 然后将该 SIM卡(即原移动终端中的 SIM卡, 简称原 SIM卡 ) 安装在该借用的移动终端中,从而达到通过该借用的移动终端实现原 SIM卡 通信的目的。
在对现有技术的研究和实践过程中, 本发明的发明人发现, 现有方案 的实现过程过于繁瑣, 例如, 需要先将原移动终端关机, 并将原移动终端 中的 SIM卡拆解下来, 再将借用的移动终端关机, 并将该借用的移动终端 终端中, 再将该借用的移动终端开机, 通信完毕后, 还需要将 SIM卡再交 换回来, 等等, 其过程十分繁瑣, 使用极为不便。

实施例一、 本实施例将从基于用户识别模块的通信装置的角度进行描述, 该基于 用户识别模块的通信装置具体可以为移动终端, 该移动终端具体可以为手 机或平板电脑等设备。
一种基于 SIM卡的通信方法, 包括: 通过 NFC远程访问第一设备中的 SIM 卡, 以获取 SIM卡中的信息; 根据该 SIM卡中的信息进行通信。 如图 1所示, 具体流程可以如下:

( 2 )调制解调器;
该调制解调器, 主要用于通过 NFC获取 SIM卡中的信息, 并根据该 SIM卡 中的信息与基站进行通信。
比如, 具体可以发送 SIM卡信息获取请求给移动终端 B的 NFC模块, 以便 移动终端 B的 NFC模块将该 SIM卡信息获取请求发送给 SIM卡模块, 并通过移 动终端 B的 NFC模块接收 SIM卡模块返回的 SIM卡中的信息。
( 3 )应用处理器;
该应用处理器, 主要用于通过 NFC确定 SIM卡模块中的 SIM卡是否在位, 并在确定 S IM卡模块中的 S IM卡在位时, 触发调制解调器获取 S IM卡模块中的 SIM卡的信息, 以及对各种终端应用或业务进行处理。
比如, 具体可以发送用于检测 SIM卡模块中的 SIM卡是否在位的检测指 令给移动终端 B中的 NFC模块, 以便 NFC模块将该检测指令发送给 SIM卡模块, 并通过移动终端 B的 NFC模块接收 S IM卡模块返回的响应消息, 该响应消息指 示 SIM卡在位或指示 SIM卡不在位。
其中, 应用处理器与调制解调器可以通过串口或者 USB进行连接, 如图 2a所示, 调制解调器可以通过命令通道下发控制命令给应用处理器, 或者, 通过命令通道接收应用处理器发送的控制命令, 而调制解调器和应用处理 器之间的数据传送则可以通过数据通道来实现。
而 SIM卡模块则可以包括 NFC模块和读写模块, 如下:
( 1 ) NFC模块;
该 NFC模块具体可以为 NFC芯片, 用于提供 NFC功能。
比如, 具体可以接收移动终端 B发送的用于检测 S IM卡模块中的 S IM卡是 否在位的检测请求, 并返回响应消息给移动终端 B, 该响应消息指示 SIM卡 在位或指示 SIM卡不在位。
又比如, 具体可以接收移动终端 B发送的 SIM卡信息获取请求, 将该 SIM 卡信息获取请求发送给读写模块, 以便读写模块根据该 SIM卡信息获取请求 读取 SIM卡中的信息, 接收读写模块发送的 SIM卡中的信息, 并将该 SIM卡中 的信息发送给移动终端8。
( 2 )读写模块;
用于对装载在该 SIM卡模块中的 SIM卡进行读写。
比如, 具体可以接收 SIM卡模块的 NFC模块转发的 SIM卡信息获取请求, 根据该 SIM卡信息获取请求读取 SIM卡中的信息, 并将该 SIM卡中的信息发送 给 SIM卡模块的 NFC模块, 以便 SIM卡模块的 NFC模块将该 SIM卡中的信息发送 给移动终端 B。 如图 2b所示, 具体流程可以如下: 201、 移动终端 B的应用处理器通过 NFC确定 SIM卡模块中的 SIM卡是否在 位, 若是, 则执行步骤 202; 若否, 则流程结束, 可选的, 此时可以提醒用 户 S IM卡模块中的 S IM卡不在位。 例如, 当移动终端 A没有电时, 则用户可以将移动终端 A的 SIM卡拆卸下 来并放置在 SIM卡模块中, 然后将 SIM卡模块靠近移动终端 B, 则此时移动终 端 B便可以通过 NFC远程访问 SIM卡模块中的 SIM卡, 比如, 通过 NFC确定 SIM 卡模块中的 SIM卡是否在位等等。 其中, 移动终端 B的应用处理器通过 NFC确定 SIM卡模块中的 SIM卡是否 在位, 具体可以如下: 移动终端 B的应用处理器向移动终端 B的 NFC模块发送检测请求, 该检测 请求指示确定 SIM卡模块中的 SIM卡是否在位, 移动终端 B的 NFC模块接收到 该检测请求后, 将该检测请求发送给 SIM卡模块的 NFC模块, 若 SIM卡模块的 卡槽中存在 SIM卡, 则确定 SIM卡在位, 于是返回指示 SIM卡在位的响应消息 给 SIM卡模块的 NFC模块, 由 SIM卡模块的 NFC模块将该指示 SIM卡在位的响应 消息发送给移动终端 B的 NFC模块, 并由移动终端 B的 NFC模块将该指示 SIM卡 在位的响应消息发送给应用处理器;否则,若 SIM卡模块的卡槽中不存在 SIM 卡, 则确定 SIM卡不在位, 于是返回指示 SIM卡不在位的响应消息给 SIM卡模 块的 NFC模块, 由 SIM卡模块的 NFC模块将该指示 SIM卡不在位的响应消息发 送给移动终端 B的 NFC模块, 并由移动终端 B的 NFC模块将该指示 SIM卡不在位 的响应消息发送给应用处理器。

由上可知, 本发明实施例釆用通过 NFC远程访问 S IM卡模块中的 S IM卡, 以获取 SIM卡中的信息, 然后根据该 SIM卡中的信息进行通信, 从而实现 SIM 卡的无线通信, 使得用户无需在移动终端中插入 S IM卡便能实现通信的功 能。 此外, 由于 S IM卡模块只需负责读取 SIM卡和进行 NFC通信, 因此其耗电 量可以很小, 而且, 其体积也可以很小, 便于携带。
实施例三、 与实施二不同的是, 在本实施例中, 将以 SIM卡模块具体集成在移动终 端 A中, 且该基于用户识别模块的通信装置具体为移动终端 B为例进行说明。 其中, 移动终端 B包括可以包括 NFC模块、 应用处理器和调制解调器, 下:
( 1 ) NFC模块; 该 NFC模块具体可以为 NFC芯片, 用于提供 NFC功能。 比如, 具体可以接收移动终端 B的应用处理器发送的用于检测移动终端 A中的 SIM卡是否在位的检测指令, 将该检测指令发送给移动终端 A, 并接收 移动终端 A返回的用于指示 SIM卡在位的响应消息或指示 S IM卡不在位的响 应消息, 将响应消息发送给移动终端 B的应用处理器。 又比如,具体可以接收调制解调器发送的 SIM卡信息获取请求,将该 SIM 卡信息获取请求发送给移动终端 A, 以获取移动终端 A中 SIM卡的信息, 并将 该获取到的 S IM卡的信息发送给调制解调器。
( 2 )调制解调器; 该调制解调器, 主要用于通过 NFC获取移动终端 A的 SIM卡中的信息, 并 根据该 S IM卡中的信息与基站进行通信。 比如, 具体可以发送 SIM卡信息获取请求给移动终端 B的 NFC模块, 以便 移动终端 B的 NFC模块将该 SIM卡信息获取请求发送给移动终端 A, 并通过移 动终端 B的 NFC模块接收移动终端 A返回的 SIM卡中的信息。
( 3 )应用处理器; 该应用处理器, 主要用于通过 NFC确定移动终端 A中的 SIM卡是否在位, 并在确定移动终端 A中的 SIM卡在位时, 触发调制解调器获取移动终端 A中的 SIM卡的信息, 以及对各种终端应用或业务进行处理。
比如, 具体可以发送用于检测移动终端 A中的 SIM卡是否在位的检测指 令给移动终端 B中的 NFC模块, 以便 NFC模块将该检测指令发送给移动终端 A, 并通过移动终端 B的 NFC模块接收移动终端 A返回的响应消息, 该响应消息指 示 SIM卡在位或指示 SIM卡不在位。

( 2 )读写模块;
用于对装载在该移动终端 A中的 SIM卡进行读写。 比如, 具体可以接收移动终端 A的 NFC模块转发的 S IM卡信息获取请求, 根据该 SIM卡信息获取请求读取 SIM卡中的信息, 并将该 S IM卡中的信息发送 给移动终端 A的 NFC模块, 以便移动终端 A的 NFC模块将该 SIM卡中的信息发送 给移动终端 B。 如图 3b所示, 具体流程可以如下:
301、 移动终端 B的应用处理器通过 NFC确定移动终端 A中的 SIM卡是否在 位, 若是, 则执行步骤 302; 若否, 则流程结束, 可选的, 此时可以发送提 醒用户移动终端 A中的 SIM卡不在位。
例如, 当移动终端 A电量较少时, 用户可以将该移动终端 A切换为省电 模式, 此时移动终端 A只负责读取自身的 SIM卡, 使用 NFC与移动终端 B进行 通信, 例如, 用户可以将移动终端 A靠近移动终端 B, 则此时, 移动终端 B便 可以通过 NFC远程访问移动终端 A中的 S IM卡, 比如, 通过 NFC确定移动终端 A 中的 SIM卡是否在位等等。 其中, 移动终端 B的应用处理器通过 NFC确定移动终端 A中的 SIM卡是否 在位, 具体可以如下:
移动终端 B的应用处理器向移动终端 B的 NFC模块发送检测请求, 该检测 请求指示确定移动终端 A中的 SIM卡是否在位, 移动终端 B的 NFC模块接收到 该检测请求后, 将该检测请求发送给移动终端 A的 NFC模块, 若移动终端 A的 卡槽中存在 SIM卡, 则确定 SIM卡在位, 于是返回指示 SIM卡在位的响应消息 给移动终端 A的 NFC模块, 由移动终端 A的 NFC模块将该指示 SIM卡在位的响应 消息发送给移动终端 B的 NFC模块, 并由移动终端 B的 NFC模块将该指示 S IM卡 在位的响应消息发送给应用处理器;否则,若移动终端 A的卡槽中不存在 SIM 卡, 则确定 SIM卡不在位, 于是返回指示 SIM卡不在位的响应消息给移动终 端 A的 NFC模块, 由移动终端 A的 NFC模块将该指示 S IM卡不在位的响应消息发 送给移动终端 B的 NFC模块, 并由移动终端 B的 NFC模块将该指示 S IM卡不在位 的响应消息发送给应用处理器。
302、 移动终端 B的调制解调器通过 NFC读取移动终端 A中的 SIM卡的信 息。 例如, 具体可以如下:

实施例四、 为了更好地实施以上方法, 本发明实施例还提供一种基于用户识别模 块的通信装置, 如图 4a所示, 该基于用户识别模块的通信装置包括访问单 元 401和通信单元 402; 访问单元 401 , 用于通过 NFC远程访问第一设备中的 S IM卡, 以获取 S IM 卡中的信息;
通信单元 402 , 用于根据该 SIM卡中的信息进行通信。 例如, 其中, 访问单元 401 , 具体可以用于通过 NFC确定第一设备中的 SIM卡是否在位, 确定第一设备中的 SIM卡在位时, 通过 NFC获取该 SIM卡中 的信息。
此外, 如果访问单元 401确定第一设备中的 SIM卡不在位, 则流程结束。 比如, 其中, 访问单元 401可以包括检测子单元、 NFC子单元和获取子 单元;
检测子单元, 用于发送用于检测第一设备中的 S IM卡是否在位的检测指 令给 NFC子单元, 以便 NFC子单元将该检测指令发送给第一设备, 并通过 NFC 子单元接收第一设备返回的响应消息, 该响应消息指示 S IM卡在位或指示 SIM卡不在位, 若接收到指示 SIM卡在位的响应消息, 则触发获取子单元发 送 S IM卡信息获取请求给 NFC子单元。
NFC子单元, 用于接收检测子单元发送的用于检测第一设备中的 SIM卡 是否在位的检测指令, 将该检测指令发送给第一设备, 并接收第一设备返 回的用于指示 SIM卡在位的响应消息或指示 SIM卡不在位的响应消息, 将响 应消息发送给检测子单元。
该 NFC子单元, 还用于接收获取子单元发送的 SIM卡信息获取请求, 将 该 SIM卡信息获取请求发送给第一设备, 以获取第一设备中 SIM卡的信息, 并将该获取到的 S IM卡的信息发送给获取子单元。
获取子单元, 用于发送 SIM卡信息获取请求给 NFC子单元, 以便 NFC子单 元将该 SIM卡信息获取请求发送给第一设备, 并通过 NFC子单元接收第一设 备返回的 SIM卡中的信息。 可选的, 此时, 访问单元 401可以提醒用户, 指示第一设备中的 SIM卡 不在位。
可选的, 其中, 如图 4b所示, 通信单元 402可以包括注册子单元 4021和 传输子单元 4022; 注册子单元 4021 , 用于根据该 SIM卡中的信息向基站进行网络注册; 传输子单元 4022 , 用于在网络注册成功之后, 通过该基站进行数据传 输。

此外, 为了加强对个人信息的保护, 可以对该通过 NFC远程访问 S ΙΜ卡 的功能设置一定的权限,使得只要在得到该 SIM卡许可之后,才可以通过 NFC 远程访问该 SIM卡; 即如图 4b所示, 该基于 SIM卡的通信装置还可以包括许 可单元 403; 许可单元 403 , 用于获得对第一设备中的 SIM卡进行远程访问的许可。

另外, 还需说明的是, 由于 NFC是一种短距离的高频无线通信技术, 因 此,该移动终端和第一设备之间的距离应保持在 NFC可实现的范围内,比如, 可以将移动终端和第一设备的距离保持在 10厘米内, 又比如, 可以将移动 终端和第一设备靠在一起, 等等。 具体实施时, 以上各个单位可以作为独立的实体来实现, 也可以进行 任意组合, 作为同一或若干个实体来实现, 例如, 访问单元 401和通信单元 402具体可以通过应用处理器和调制解调器来实现, 等等, 以上各个单元的 实施具体可参见前面的方法实施例, 在此不再赘述。 由上可知, 本发明实施例的基于用户识别模块的通信装置的访问单元

本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分 步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 该程序可以存储于一计算 机可读存储介质中, 存储介质可以包括: 只读存储器(ROM, Read Only Memory ) 、 随机存取记忆体 ( RAM, Random Acces s Memory ) 、 磁盘或光盘 等。

权利要求
1、 一种基于用户识别模块的通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 通过近距离无线通讯技术远程访问第一设备中的用户识别模块, 以获 取用户识别模块中的信息;
根据所述用户识别模块中的信息进行通信。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通过近距离无线通 讯技术远程访问第一设备中的用户识别模块, 以获取用户识别模块中的信 息, 包括:
通过近距离无线通讯技术确定第一设备中的用户识别模块是否在位; 确定所述第一设备中的用户识别模块在位时, 通过近距离无线通讯技 术获取所述用户识别模块中的信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述用户识别 模块中的信息进行通信, 包括:
根据所述用户识别模块中的信息向基站进行网络注册;
在网络注册成功之后, 通过所述基站进行数据传输。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述用户识别 模块中的信息进行通信, 包括:
根据所述用户识别模块中的信息进行互联网数据传输。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通过近距 离无线通讯技术远程访问第一设备中的用户识别模块之前, 还包括:
获得对第一设备中的用户识别模块进行远程访问的许可。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获得对第一设备中 的用户识别模块进行远程访问的许可包括:
向第一设备中的用户识别模块发送远程访问请求, 接收所述用户识别 模块返回的接受远程访问的许可; 或者,
接收第一设备中的用户识别模块发送的远程访问邀请, 接受所述远程 访问邀请。
7、 一种基于用户识别模块的通信装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 访问单元, 用于通过近距离无线通讯技术远程访问第一设备中的用户 识别模块, 以获取用户识别模块中的信息; 通信单元, 用于根据所述用户识别模块中的信息进行通信。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的基于用户识别模块的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述访问单元, 具体用于通过近距离无线通讯技术确定第一设备中的 用户识别模块是否在位; 确定所述第一设备中的用户识别模块在位时, 通 过近距离无线通讯技术获取所述用户识别模块中的信息。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的基于用户识别模块的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述通信单元包括注册子单元和传输子单元;
注册子单元, 用于根据所述用户识别模块中的信息向基站进行网络注 册;
传输子单元, 用于在网络注册成功之后, 通过所述基站进行数据传输。
10、根据权利要求 7所述的基于用户识别模块的通信装置,其特征在于, 所述通信单元, 具体用于根据所述用户识别模块中的信息进行互联网 数据传输。
11、 根据权利要求 7至 10任一项所述的基于用户识别模块的通信装置, 其特征在于, 还包括许可单元;
许可单元, 用于获得对第一设备中的用户识别模块进行远程访问的许 可。
12、 根据权利要求 7至 11任一项所述的基于用户识别模块的通信装置, 其特征在于,
所述许可单元, 具体用于向第一设备中的用户识别模块发送远程访问 请求, 接收所述用户识别模块返回的接受远程访问的许可; 或者,
所述许可单元, 具体用于接收第一设备中的用户识别模块发送的远程 访问邀请, 接受所述远程访问邀请。
13、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 7至 12所述的任一种基 于用户识别模块的通信装置。
