吹瓶机:就是能将塑料颗粒(软化成液体)或做好的瓶胚通过一定的工艺手段吹成瓶子的机器。在吹瓶机中均包含有开合模机构、底模升降机构,底模锁定机构及驱动机构。
传统的开合模机构,采用机架,安装在机架上的定模板和动模板,定模板和动模板结合处有锁模机构,动模板呈L形由开合模气缸带动,开合模气缸带动齿条,齿条带动动模板齿轮,动模板齿轮安在齿轴上,齿轴连接动模板,齿轴安装在支架上。
传统的底模升降机构,采用升降支架和底模凸轮,升降支架带有导轨、导杆和滚轮,并通过导轨安装于机架滑槽,在导杆上套有弹簧,在升降支架底部设有向侧面伸出的轮轴,滚轮装于该轮轴上,底模凸轮位于滚轮上方并与滚轮接触,而导杆装于在升降支架顶部向侧向延伸的托板上,弹簧位于托板与机架之间。该底模升降机构在底模下降时通过底模凸轮将升降支架压下,而使底模下降;通过弹簧的作用将升降支架抬起,使底模上升。

优选地,在摆动件与机架之间设置一弹性部件,用于提供复位力给摆动件,第一滑块上形成有凸柱,摆动件上在离第一轴线一段距离处形成有U型部,所述的凸柱可滑动地插在该U型部中。
进一步地优选,所述的机架包括支架、位于支架上方的顶架以及固定连接在所述的支架和顶架之间的立架,所述的开合模组件、底模锁定组件位于所述的支架的上方,所述的凸块位于支架的下方。
进一步地优选,所述的支架上开设有供所述的升降杆穿过的第一通孔、供所述的转轴穿过的第二通孔,所述的升降杆可在第一通孔内沿上下方向滑动,所述的转轴能在第二通孔内转动。
进一步地优选,所述的转轴的上端部与所述的顶架相转动连接。
进一步地优选,第一轴线和第二轴线相平行,转动件、摆动件和第一滑块位于支架的上表面之上。
优选地,所述的转轴的下端部连接有用于传动转轴的驱动摆臂,所述的动力源通过所述的驱动摆臂带动所述的转轴转动。
进一步地优选,驱动摆臂与转轴的下端部相固定连接。
优选地,转轴转动所围绕的转动轴线与升降杆相对机架的移动方向相平行,导向槽相对于垂直于转动轴线的平面倾斜地延伸。
进一步地优选,凸块具有一弧形侧面,该弧形侧面所在圆周的中轴线与转轴的转动轴线相重合,导向槽开设在该弧形侧面上。
优选地,动模板大致沿竖直方向设置,且其高度的延伸方向与转轴的轴心线方向相平行。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的吹瓶机只通过一根转轴同时带动三个组件进行运动,同时完成合模、升降和锁定步骤,其结构简单、操作方便,提高了吹瓶工艺的效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1、2、3、4所示的一种吹瓶机,包括机架100、设置在机架上的开合模组件、升降组件、底模锁定组件以及驱动上述各组件的驱动组件。
以下具体对各个组件做详细描述:具有开模状态和合模状态的开合模组件,其包括固定设置在机架100上的定模板2、可相对定模扳2沿竖直方向滑动的底模1、通过一转轴12与定模板2相转动连接的动模板3,在开合模组件处于合模状态时,定模板2、动模板3以及底模1构成型腔;
升降组件,其包括固定设置在转轴12上的凸块9、与底模1相固定连接的升降杆10以及一固定在所述的升降杆10上的滑块11,凸块9上开设有一导向槽90,滑块11可滑动地插在导向槽90中,在转轴12转动过程中,导向槽90与滑块11的接触位置作升高或降低的变化,滑块11在导向槽90的导向下沿上下方向移动;
底模锁定组件,其包括可滑动地设置机架100上的第一锁定部190;用于带动第一锁定部190滑动的一摆动件18,摆动件18可绕一第一轴线摆动地连接于机架100、用于控制摆动件18相对机架100摆动的转动件17,该转动件17相对于机架100绕一第二轴线转动且与转轴12相固定连接、固定设置于动模板(3)上的第二锁定部191,当开合模组件处于合模状态时,第一锁定部190、第二锁定部191分别与底模1相抵,使底模1与机架100相分隔开;转轴12从上至下依次穿过所述的动模板3、转动件17以及凸块9。
动力源,其用于驱动转轴12进行转动。
如图5所示的开合模组件,还包括处于合模状态时用于将所述的动模板3、定模板2锁定的锁定机构,动模板3上设置有至少一个第一连接凸台30,所述的第一连接凸台30上开设有销孔31,定模扳2上设置有与第一连接凸台30相上下交错设置的第二连接凸台20;锁定机构包括一可滑动地设置于所述的定模扳2的连接轴5、与所述连接轴5相固定设置的连杆7、与连杆7相固定设置的锁销6,第二连接凸台20上开设有供所述的连杆7与锁销6滑动的槽孔22,当处于开模状态时,锁销6位于槽孔22内,当处于合模状态时,锁销6相对第二连接凸台20滑动且自槽孔22中穿出插入所述的销孔31内。
转动件17上具有导向面170,摆动件18上形成有凸部180,所述凸部180与导向面170可相对滑动的相接触,且凸部180与导向面170接触的位置与第二轴线之间的距离随着转动件7的转动发生变化。
在摆动件18与机架100之间设置一弹性部件,用于提供复位力给摆动件18,第一锁定部190上形成有凸柱192,摆动件18上在离第一轴线一段距离处形成有U型部181,凸柱192可滑动地插在该U型部181中。
机架100包括支架14、位于支架14上方的顶架15以及固定连接在支架14和顶架15之间的立架16,开合模组件、底模锁定组件位于支架14的上方,凸块9位于支架14的下方。
支架14上开设有供升降杆10穿过的第一通孔、供转轴12穿过的第二通孔,升降杆10可在第一通孔内沿上下方向滑动,转轴12能在第二通孔内转动。转轴12的上端部与顶架15相转动连接。
第一轴线和第二轴线相平行,转动件17、摆动件18和第一锁定部190位于支架14的上表面之上。
转轴12的下端部连接有用于传动转轴12的驱动摆臂13,所述的动力源通过所述的驱动摆臂13带动转轴12转动。驱动摆臂13与转轴12的下端部相固定连接。
转轴12转动所围绕的转动轴线与升降杆10相对机架的移动方向相平行,导向槽90相对于垂直于转动轴线的平面倾斜地延伸。
凸块9具有一弧形侧面,该弧形侧面所在圆周的中轴线与转轴12的转动轴线相重合,导向槽90开设在该弧形侧面上。
动模板3大致沿竖直方向设置,且其高度的延伸方向与转轴12的轴心线方向相平行。

Claims (1)

1、一种吹瓶机,其特征在于,它包括:
机架(100);
具有开模状态和合模状态的开合模组件,其包括固定设置在所述机架(100)上的定模板(2)、可相对定模扳(2)沿竖直方向滑动的底模(1)、通过一转轴(12)与所述的定模板(2)相转动连接的动模板(3),在开合模组件处于合模状态时,所述的定模板(2)、所述的动模板(3)以及所述的底模(1)构成型腔;
升降组件,其包括固定设置在转轴(12)上的凸块(9)、与底模(1)相固定连接的升降杆(10)以及一固定在所述的升降杆(10)上的滑块(11),所述的凸块(9)上开设有一导向槽(90),所述滑块(11)可滑动地插在导向槽(90)中,在转轴(12)转动过程中,导向槽(90)与滑块(11)的接触位置作升高或降低的变化,滑块(11)在导向槽(90)的导向下沿上下方向移动;
底模锁定组件,其包括可滑动地设置于所述机架(100)上的第一锁定部(190);用于带动第一锁定部(190)滑动的一摆动件(18),所述摆动件(18)可绕一第一轴线摆动地连接于机架(100)、用于控制摆动件(18)相对机架(100)摆动的转动件(17),该转动件(17)相对于机架(100)绕一第二轴线转动且与转轴(12)相固定连接、固定设置于所述的动模板(3)上的第二锁定部(191),当所述开合模组件处于合模状态时,所述第一锁定部(190)、第二锁定部(191)分别与所述的底模(1)相抵,使底模(1)与机架(100)相分隔开;
动力源,其用于驱动转轴(12)进行转动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的吹瓶机,其特征在于:所述的转轴(12)从上至下依次穿过所述的动模板(3)、转动件(17)以及凸块(9)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的吹瓶机,其特征在于:所述开合模组件还包括处于合模状态时用于将所述的动模板(3)、定模板(2)锁定的锁定机构,其特征在于:所述的动模板(3)上设置有至少一个第一连接凸台(30),所述的第一连接凸台(30)上开设有销孔(31),所述的定模扳(2)上设置有与所述的第一连接凸台(30)相上下交错设置的第二连接凸台(20);所述的锁定机构包括一可滑动地设置于所述的定模扳(2)的连接轴(5)、与所述连接轴(5)相固定设置的连杆(7)、与所述的连杆(7)相固定设置的锁销(6),所述第二连接凸台(20)上开设有供所述的连杆(7)与锁销(6)滑动的槽孔(22),当处于开模状态时,所述的锁销(6)位于槽孔(22)内,当处于合模状态时,所述的锁销(6)相对第二连接凸台(20)滑动且自槽孔(22)中穿出插入所述的销孔(31)内。
4、根据权利要求1所述的吹瓶机,其特征在于:转动件(17)上具有导向面(170),摆动件(18)上形成有凸部(180),所述凸部(180)与导向面(170)可相对滑动的相接触,且凸部(180)与导向面(170)接触的位置与第二轴线之间的距离随着转动件(7)的转动发生变化。
5、根据权利要求1所述的吹瓶机,其特征在于:在摆动件(18)与机架(100)之间设置一弹性部件,用于提供复位力给摆动件(18),第一锁定部(190)上形成有凸柱(192),摆动件(18)上在离第一轴线一段距离处形成有U型部(181),所述的凸柱(192)可滑动地插在该U型部(181)中。
6、根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的吹瓶机,其特征在于:所述的机架(100)包括支架(14)、位于支架(14)上方的顶架(15)以及固定连接在所述的支架(14)和顶架(15)之间的立架(16),所述的开合模组件、底模锁定组件位于所述的支架(14)的上方,所述的凸块(9)位于支架(14)的下方。
7、根据权利要求6所述的吹瓶机,其特征在于:所述的支架(14)上开设有供所述的升降杆(10)穿过的第一通孔、供所述的转轴(12)穿过的第二通孔,所述的升降杆(10)可在第一通孔内沿上下方向滑动,所述的转轴(12)能在第二通孔内转动。
8、根据权利要求6所述的吹瓶机,其特征在于:所述的转轴(12)的上端部与所述的顶架(15)相转动连接。
9、根据权利要求6所述的吹瓶机,其特征在于:第一轴线和第二轴线相平行,转动件(17)、摆动件(18)和第一锁定部(190)位于支架(14)的上表面之上。
10、根据权利要求1所述的吹瓶机,其特征在于:所述的转轴(12)的下端部连接有用于传动转轴(12)的驱动摆臂(13),所述的动力源通过所述的驱动摆臂(13)带动所述的转轴(12)转动。11、根据权利要求10所述的吹瓶机,其特征在于:驱动摆臂(13)与转轴(12)的下端部相固定连接。
12、根据权利要求1所述的吹瓶机,其特征在于:转轴(12)转动所围绕的转动轴线与升降杆(10)相对机架的移动方向相平行,导向槽(90)相对于垂直于转动轴线的平面倾斜地延伸。
13、根据权利要求12所述的升降机构,其特征在于:凸块(9)具有一弧形侧面,该弧形侧面所在圆周的中轴线与转轴(12)的转动轴线相重合,导向槽(90)开设在该弧形侧面上。
14、根据权利要求1所述的吹瓶机,其特征在于:动模板(3)大致沿竖直方向设置,且其高度的延伸方向与转轴(12)的轴心线方向相平行。
